Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for a Design Manager to lead Figma's internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure as the company transforms and expands. This is a rare opportunity to become the steward of the system behind how Figma designs and builds Figma: the foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and shared infrastructure that help our teams create with quality and coherence at scale. The work will shape every Figma product and, through them, the experience of millions of people.
This is a senior people leadership role with meaningful scope. You'll lead designers across multiple Design work streams, set direction through a complex transformation, and partner deeply with Design, Product, and Engineering to turn strong foundations into greater quality, speed, and leverage across Figma. If you believe the best systems create coherence without limiting the autonomy teams need to do exceptional work, this is the role for you.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow designers across Figma's internal Design Systems foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, governance, and adoption
Set an ambitious vision and quality bar for how Figma's internal design system evolves, translating the company's transformation into coherent, durable foundations for the product suite
Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, resourcing, technical direction, adoption, and execution across a complex organization
Bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, cross-functional work, balancing system coherence with the autonomy product teams need to solve distinct problems well
Evolve the Design Systems operating model, including governance, contribution paths, critiques and reviews, documentation, feedback loops, and adoption practices
Hire, coach, retain, and develop an exceptional team, helping designers grow their craft, judgment, and leadership across multiple workstreams
Represent the Design Systems perspective in broader organizational decisions and ensure Figma's design infrastructure evolves with its expanding product suite
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of design management experience, including direct people leadership across multiple workstreams and a strong track record of hiring, coaching, retaining, and developing designers
Technical fluency with design foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, and system architecture, plus direct experience applying or leading AI-enabled Design Systems workflows
Experience evolving an internal design system at scale, earning trust across a sizable product organization, and leading the change required to drive meaningful adoption
Deep, hands-on Figma expertise, high agency, end-to-end ownership, and a track record of creating clarity and momentum through organizational change
Experience connecting coded component systems with design libraries and design-to-code workflows
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Building token pipelines and maintaining reliable synchronization between design foundations and code
Creating internal tooling and automation that improves system maintenance, contribution, and adoption
A track record of building shared platform or infrastructure services that other teams depend on
Leading large-scale system migrations or design-infrastructure transformations across a multi-product organization
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

As Senior Staff Product Manager, Device Security, you’ll define the strategy and roadmap for the device security capabilities that help organizations understand, control, and govern access across their environments. How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Required qualifications
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), endpoint, or access-control products.

• Experience contributing to product vision and strategy across multiple engineering teams or product areas.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience creating PRDs, PR/FAQs, and other artifacts that align teams and support decision-making.
• Experience defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), success metrics, and measurement frameworks connected to business outcomes.
• The ability to communicate complex security and product concepts clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior customer stakeholders.
• A customer-centered approach to prioritization that combines qualitative insight with quantitative data.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with endpoint security, device management, zero-trust, least-privilege architectures, or related security technologies.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Experience working with enterprise administration consoles and IT buyer or administrator personas.
• Experience taking AI or machine-learning products from concept to initial launch.
• Experience prototyping with AI-enabled developer tools and curiosity about how AI agents operate.
• Familiarity with device compliance frameworks, endpoint telemetry platforms, or related security systems.
What you can expect:
Own and evolve the Device Security product roadmap, partnering with engineering leadership to define priorities and deliver key capabilities.
• Shape the role of Device Security within 1Password Unified Access and contribute to cross-company product strategy.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with an 18–24 month product vision.
• Represent the customer perspective through discovery, feedback loops, recorded and live demos, and structured product artifacts such as Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Product Requirements/FAQs (PR/FAQs).
• Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) across adjacent product areas, as well as Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Establish success metrics that connect customer outcomes and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contribution to product progress.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Vice Presidents of Security, and Information Technology (IT) leaders.

- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient deal execution while balancing legal, business, security, financial, and operational risk.
- Advise on contractual issues related to data protection, privacy, security, intellectual property, AI/LLM usage, confidentiality, indemnities, limitation of liability, compliance, partner programs, integrations, and vendor risk.
- Help implement and operationalize Ironclad, including contract intake workflows, approval routing, templates, clause libraries, playbooks, reporting, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, negotiation guidelines, approval workflows, fallback positions, and scalable contracting processes.
- Identify patterns across customer, partner, and vendor negotiations and recommend practical improvements to LangChain’s standard positions, processes, and risk frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to business stakeholders, helping teams understand tradeoffs and make sound decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5–8 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial technology agreements, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house experience.
- In-house experience at a SaaS, infrastructure, AI, cloud, developer tools, enterprise software, or high-growth technology company strongly preferred.
- Experience with a broad mix of commercial agreements, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, partner agreements, NDAs, MSAs, order forms, DPAs, security addenda, amendments, and related documentation.
- Experience supporting partnerships, alliances, channel, reseller, marketplace, referral, integration, co-sell, or other ecosystem-driven commercial arrangements.
- Strong foundation in SaaS, cloud, or technology contracting, including familiarity with data privacy, security, intellectual property, confidentiality, indemnity, limitation of liability, AI/LLM usage, and compliance issues in a B2B technology environment.
- Comfort managing a steady volume of agreements of varying complexity, from routine vendor or commercial contracts to more strategic partner or customer transactions.
- Ability to independently manage negotiations while knowing when to escalate novel, complex, or higher-risk issues.
- Experience helping build or improve legal processes, contracting workflows, approval paths, templates, playbooks, vendor review processes, or other legal operations infrastructure.
- Experience with Ironclad or another contract lifecycle management platform is a plus.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort advising non-legal stakeholders across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Security, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Operations.
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Low-ego, collaborative, and excited to help build scalable legal processes for a growing company.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Investigating 770 Million User Interactions Across a 100TB Data Lake
When a platform serves 770 million users, every optimization from reward mechanics to SDK integrations needs to be grounded in data. The Rewarded Analytics team builds the internal dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines that monitor the user funnel, traffic engagement, and reward consistency.
SQL and Python power deep-dive investigations and automated 100 terabyte-sized data analyses queried through Trino. Using Tableau as the main visualization tool, stakeholders have access to real-time insights on the product performance. Airflow orchestrates the pipelines that keep everything up to date. This team provides the data that turns questions into answers: every A/B experiment the product team runs, every anomaly a publisher flags, and every new SDK integration. These answers guide all the business decisions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Data analyst with an exceptional technical foundation. You have 7+ years as a Data Analyst or Analytics Lead in the AdTech domain, with mastery in SQL and Python for processing multi-terabyte ad impression, bidding, and conversion event streams.
- Focused on data quality and anomaly detection. You have extensive experience building anomaly detection frameworks using clustering, distribution analysis, and cross-population comparison to catch data drift, tracking drops and discrepancies before they create severe impact.
- You own the systems, not just your slice. You hold a technical helicopter view of the full AdTech data stack: tracking specs, API integrations, data lake architecture, and event pipelines. You can evaluate technical tradeoffs and guide engineering on infrastructure improvements.
- Automation-minded across the stack. You establish team-wide technical standards, building production-grade data quality suites, automated monitoring pipelines, and reusable analytics modules. Hands-on experience with dbt and Airflow is required.
- Technical leader and strategic advisor. You elevate the entire team's technical bar, drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, and turn complex data telemetry into clear strategies that level up our ad tools and operations.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Cloud providers and Systems Integrators help LangChain reach customers that our direct sales and customer engineering teams can't reach on their own. This role is the technical foundation behind that ecosystem.
You'll build the reference architectures, integration patterns, and enablement programs that make partner motions work technically: co-sell with cloud hyperscalers, and independent delivery capability at systems integrators and global systems integrators (GSIs). You build with and for a partner, whose technical team then takes what you built to dozens of their own clients.
About the role
AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure help LangChain reach customers that our direct sales and customer engineering teams can't reach on their own. This role is the technical foundation behind those cloud alliances.
You'll build the reference architectures, integration patterns, and co-sell assets that make our cloud motions work technically. That covers marketplace listings and private offers, joint solutions with cloud field teams, and technical wins on named accounts. You build with and for each cloud provider, and their partner and field teams then take what you built to many of their own customers. When a cloud deal involves a services partner, you make sure that partner can deliver on LangChain.
Key responsibilities
Cloud partner engineering (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Own the technical relationship with partner and field teams at AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
- Build reference architectures and integration patterns for running LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents and LangSmith on each cloud, including integrations with each provider's native AI and data services (for example Amazon Bedrock, Gemini Enterprise, AzureAI)
- Support the technical side of co-sell: joint solution briefs, deployment guides, and validated architectures that cloud sellers can bring to their customers
- Partner with cloud account teams on solutioning for named accounts, from discovery through technical win
- Keep our marketplace listings, deployment options, and co-sell technical assets current as the product evolves
- Enable cloud field and partner teams through workshops, demos, and technical briefings so they can position LangChain without pulling in our engineers for every deal
- Build and maintain joint technical plans with each cloud provider, turning shared account and industry priorities into a concrete set of reference assets
Marketplace motions with services partners
- Support systems integrators and resellers when they're part of a cloud deal, such as marketplace private offers transacted through a channel partner or joint deployments on a customer's cloud
- Give those partners the technical assets they need to scope and deliver LangChain on AWS, GCP, or Azure, using existing reference architectures and implementation guides rather than a standalone enablement program
Partner technical evangelism and feedback
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex deployments sourced through cloud partners
- Represent LangChain at cloud provider events, summits, and joint webinars
- Gather feedback from cloud partners and the field, and route it back to product and engineering
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in a technical, partner-facing or customer-facing role such as Partner Engineer, Partner Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer. Experience at or alongside a hyperscaler is a strong plus. We also like former founders and technical leaders, so if you have an unusual background but the right skill set, you're welcome to apply.
Cloud and partner experience
- Track record of working with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure partner and field teams to drive co-sell, from joint solution design through technical win
- Familiarity with cloud marketplace mechanics such as listings, private offers, and channel partner offers, and with hyperscaler co-sell programs
- Experience enabling a partner's field or technical teams so they can position and deploy a product without depending on you for every deal
- Comfortable working across engineering, partnerships, and sales at the same time
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, able to translate between technical and business stakeholders, including C-suite executives
Agent engineering and development
- Hands-on experience building with LLM frameworks such as langchain, langgraph, or similar, including RAG patterns and agent architecture
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks and iterating on prompts and agent behavior based on results
- Strong Python skills
Cloud architecture and integration
- Deep working knowledge of at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with the other two. Strong background in GCP or Azure preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms and managed model services
- Experience designing integrations, sample repositories, or reference architectures that other teams can pick up and reuse
- Familiarity with vector stores, tool integration, and API design in agentic systems
Key attributes
- You build credibility with a cloud provider's technical and field teams and act as their trusted advisor on LangChain
- Building and evangelizing are both part of the job. You're equally comfortable writing an integration and presenting it at a cloud summit
- You build assets that scale. A reference architecture should work across every cloud account team, not only the one in front of you
- You're comfortable with variety. AWS, GCP, and Azure each have their own programs, sellers, and ways of working, and switching between them doesn't throw you off

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an experienced Customer Programs Manager to build the operational foundation that allows our customer marketing engine to scale. As our advocacy and co-marketing programs grow across startups, digital-native businesses, and enterprise accounts, we need someone who can turn our scaled co-marketing program into a well-instrumented, repeatable and measurable system. You'll deploy resources and capital to create compelling customer stories across formats, and amplify them across both bespoke partnerships and agency-run campaigns. You’ll also own the broader customer marketing intake process and its tooling, and the system of record for how customers participate across advocacy and co-marketing.
You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Brand, reconciling co-marketing spend each quarter, briefing agencies on which stories we want to tell, and partnering with Marketing Ops and Data Science to build the measurement framework we use to report back to leadership on impact. You'll help shape how a rapidly growing function operates, at a moment when customer proof is one of the most powerful levers we have for building trust in beneficial AI.
Key responsibilities:
Own the investment behind our customer co-marketing programs, covering allocation tracking, spend pacing, agency coordination, and quarterly budget reconciliation across a rotating cohort of customer accounts
Develop and execute co-marketing plans with participating customers that grow Claude adoption and the customer's own reach, coordinating with Growth Marketing on campaign strategy.
Run the always-on scaled co-marketing motion, co-producing high-quality creative assets with a rotating cohort of customers and deploying agency partners to amplify them as paid campaigns on the customer's own channels
Partner with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to decide which customers we work with and build the criteria that keep those decisions consistent
Own the customer marketing intake process and its tooling, keeping it the system of record and building the playbooks that keep it consistent as we scale, partnering with Customer Marketing segment leads who own triage and prioritization for their segments
Define how we measure the impact of our customer marketing investments, working with Marketing Ops and Data Science, and use that measurement to shape investment decisions with leadership
Report back to participating customers on what their participation returned, measured on the outcomes they care about, like reach, engagement, and new customer acquisition
Use Claude as a core part of your operational toolkit — building skills, automating intake and triage, and finding leverage wherever a process can be made faster or smarter for the Customer Marketing team
Minimum qualifications
Managed co-marketing growth or partner investment programs and are comfortable with the reconciliation, forecasting, agency coordination, and stakeholder reporting that comes with it
Managed agencies as a working partner, developing the brief, directing the work, and holding the quality bar on co-branded creative
Built joint marketing plans with partners or customers that served their goals as much as your own
Working knowledge of demand generation and paid social and the ability to optimize campaigns
Experience defining how a program gets measured and proving its impact, both to your own leadership and back to the customer in the terms they care about
Existing fluency with Claude, and the instinct to reach for it to automate, analyze, and scale your own work
Comfort building in a fast-moving environment where the program, the budget, and the priorities are all still taking shape
Preferred qualifications
7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in customer marketing. Partner marketing or program management experience is a strong plus.
Experience operating co-marketing or partner marketing programs at a developer-focused or AI/ML company
Background in revenue operations or marketing analytics, and hands-on comfort in Salesforce and BI tooling
Experience proving incremental program impact against a comparison group rather than reporting activity
Experience standing up or owning the tooling behind a marketing program — intake forms, workflow automation, dashboards, or a customer participation database
Comfort working closely with Sales teams and an understanding of how customer marketing supports pipeline and retention

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic's community spans developers building new products, individual Claude users, and practitioners and buyers inside enterprise accounts — from the staff engineer using Claude Code to C-Suite decision-makers. We're hiring a Head of Community to turn our current set of programs into a function that helps millions of people build real skills with Claude, measurably growing retained users and product adoption.
You'll lead and grow a global team that covers ambassadors programs, regional community leads, and enterprise champion programs. Your job is to give this team a sharp operating model and a measurement framework that ladders our initiatives to business outcomes, so users can get the most out of Claude. You'll build community across audiences, seniority levels, functions, and roles: enterprise buyers and executive sponsors, developers and technical practitioners, and the knowledge workers in between. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, PMM, Brand, and Comms.
Key responsibilities
Own the global community strategy and operating model: the audience thesis, the portfolio of programs, and what's built centrally vs. run in-region
Lead, coach, and scale a global team of program and regional owners; hire the gaps, set the bar, and develop community-native operators
Define the measurement framework that replaces activity metrics: partner with Product and Data Science to define success metrics and segment the base (non-user → occasional → high-value daily) — with recurring retained users and product adoption as the top-line outcomes
Build community across the full range of audiences and seniority levels, with programs and voice tuned to each without fragmenting the experience
Connect bottoms-up adoption to enterprise expansion: architect the champions, train-the-trainer, and partner ecosystem motions that turn power users inside accounts into org-wide adoption, and integrate them into how Sales and CS run strategic account plans
Bring training, certification, enablement, and community help together into one engine that scales through champions and partners — so users experience a single path to skill-building with Claude
Partner tightly with Brand and Comms to keep sentiment and awareness healthy: define where community shows up in Anthropic's brand and how we best serve our users
Align community strategy proactively with product direction, launches, and pricing & packaging — owning community's job pre-launch, at launch, and post-launch, and proving it drives value for our users
Minimum qualifications
Have built and led a community or customer advocacy function at a company where community was a growth lever, not a cost center — and can point to the retention, adoption, or expansion outcomes it drove
Have led and developed a distributed team of program owners and regional leads accountable for commercial impact
Think in funnels and segments as naturally as you think in programs: you're comfortable putting your name on a metric in a QBR and defending how community moved it
Have connected self-serve, bottoms-up adoption inside large accounts to enterprise expansion, and can articulate exactly where community sits in that motion
Can flex your playbook across very different audiences — a technical, API-first developer community and an enterprise executive buyer community are different jobs, and you've done versions of both
Operate as an integrated marketer: you've worked day-to-day with cross-functional teams and have strong opinions about how community stays customer-first
Are comfortable partnering with Product and Data Science to define usage quality, instrument it, and hold your team to it
Write and communicate clearly, hold a room with both a Staff engineer and a CIO, and are energized by ambiguity and building at speed
Preferred qualifications
Run community or advocacy at a company operating both a PLG / self-serve motion and an enterprise sales motion at the same time
Built or led a recognized champions, ambassadors, or advocacy program at a company known for the model
Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products, and credibility with technical audiences
Built the measurement plumbing for a community function before including cohorting, attribution, and usage segmentation
International experience standing up or scaling community in-region (EMEA, Japan/APAC) with a clear philosophy on what runs centrally vs. locally
A track record of listening to communities and building user trust through hard moments alongside a Comms team
Background spanning more than one of: community, customer marketing, developer relations, customer education/enablement, or growth

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
The Revenue Strategy & Growth Senior Associate is an operator position at Clipboard, suited to an “all-around athlete” who can do it all and wants to own a revenue stream.
You’re someone who has an analytical mind and is both deeply competitive and entrepreneurial. Unlike traditional S&O or consulting roles, you are responsible for both the inputs and the outputs of your work. You will take on an area of the business and push it to the local maximum. You must be comfortable owning an outcome.
You will:
- Take a vague or open ended problem and structure it into a plan
- Own a recurring workstream or initiative end to end, including its metrics and outcomes
- Build durable systems and automation that create leverage beyond their time (i.e. you can “fire yourself” from them because the systems work without you needing to be directly involved)
- Drive cross functional execution and hold partners accountable to commitments
- Validate that the work converts to intended business outcomes before scaling it
What you bring:
- Strong analytical and system building skills. You can design as well as analyze
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can frame problems with limited direction
- Influence without authority across functions
Outcome orientation. Create impact and close loops rather than just measure activity
Experience
- 4+ years in S&O, analytics, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first flexibility

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Software Engineer to help build the technical foundation for how Anthropic educates customers and enterprises at scale, and to shape what that even means when AI is the delivery mechanism, not just the subject being taught.
Your work will define how millions of people experience learning about Claude: how content is served and adapted in real time, how assessments respond to what a learner actually understands, how credentialing systems verify genuine competence rather than course completion, and how the entire platform evolves as fast as the product it teaches. You'll build the infrastructure that makes AI-native education real — not as a concept, but as a working system that people interact with every day.
You’ll own the technical vision for our AI-driven educational experience: the platform layer, enterprise readiness features, the data architecture, the AI-augmented pipelines, the integrations, and the delivery systems. You'll work with a handful of highly technical educational collaborators to own the technical vision and execution for how Anthropic’s education team delivers educational experiences at scale, and you'll build the AI-augmented pipelines and platform capabilities that let a small team of educators operate with reach and responsiveness that would otherwise require an organization ten times larger.
This is an engineering role for someone who genuinely cares about how people learn. You'll make platform decisions that are deeply educational, and you need the judgment to make those decisions well, not just implement someone else's spec. You'll interface closely with Anthropic's security, infrastructure, and data teams, and you'll partner with trainers and educators on the GTM, devrel, and education teams who will be your primary stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Architect and own Anthropic’s enterprise ready education platform and infrastructure — authentication/SSO, learner data models, content delivery, credentialing, and progress tracking — designed for scale, AI-forward features, and reliability from day one
Own the technical vision for how Anthropic delivers AI-driven educational experiences and shaping what's possible, not just building what's requested. You’ll determine what to build, what to extend, and what to replace as needs evolve
Build AI-augmented pipelines for content generation, real-time adaptation, assessment delivery, and quality assurance — working closely with the education team to understand what these systems need to do pedagogically
Design platform capabilities that enable genuinely new kinds of empowering learning experiences — adaptive paths, competency-based progression, AI-evaluated demonstrations of skill — not just digital versions of traditional courses
Interface with Anthropic's security, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure education systems meet organizational standards and integrate cleanly with existing architecture
Build platform abstractions that let non-engineers on the team configure, extend, and experiment with educational experiences without engineering bottlenecks
Make product-level decisions about how the platform works — you're shaping what the learning experience is, not just serving it
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to take a platform from zero to production at scale
Genuine passion for education — you think about how people learn, you have opinions about what educational technology should look like in an AI-native world, and you want to build it
A strong eye for quality educational content, with a sense of the complex systems that produce it
Full-stack engineering skills with particular strength in backend systems: databases, APIs, authentication, reliability, and infrastructure
Experience building and operating platforms that serve many concurrent users reliably
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you'll need to translate pedagogical intent into technical architecture without heavy specification
Experience interfacing with security and infrastructure teams to meet organizational requirements while maintaining development velocity
A working practice of using AI tools in your own engineering workflows — and genuine curiosity about how AI fundamentally changes what educational platforms can be
Strong candidates may also have
Experience building or significantly contributing to learning platforms, credentialing systems, or educational technology products
Background in or exposure to learning science, instructional design, or educational research
Experience with SSO/identity (SAML, OAuth), badging standards (Open Badges), or LTI integrations
Familiarity with building systems that incorporate LLM capabilities as core infrastructure
Prior work at a high-growth company where you built platform infrastructure that other teams depended on
Experience designing systems that non-technical users configure and operate
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.
