ABOUT US
Circle is building the world’s leading AI-powered, all-in-one platform for digital businesses. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 270 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!
Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to bring on Circle’s first Creative Director.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Circle shows up in the world, and define the story of a generational company building the future of digital businesses.
We’re looking for an exceptional creative storyteller who can help us develop strong, consistent narratives across everything Circle puts into the world: product launches, campaigns, ads, landing pages, announcements, partnerships, events, and more.
You obsess over the power of a great narrative. You believe every word, visual, and detail matters. You have an exceptionally high creative bar, thrive in highly collaborative environments, and know how to influence people through the quality of the work itself.
As Circle’s first Creative Director, you’ll first and foremost act as a creative extension of the founders. You will turn their ideas, product strategy, and company vision into narratives that are clear, memorable, and unmistakably Circle across all our assets.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with Circle’s founders and across our in-house design studio, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to elevate our storytelling and creative execution across every major moment.
Your goal is to help make Circle one of the most creatively distinct and definitive companies in the category of digital businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Shape Circle’s narrative. Work closely with Circle’s founders to synthesize, sharpen, and evolve the story behind our long-term vision, and translate it into clear, compelling narratives that can travel across everything we do.
- Own the creative direction of our biggest launches and campaigns. Find the angle, develop the brief, shape the story, and obsess over how we make each moment stand out. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing across launches, announcements, demos, and enablement to ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Circle. Doing this well requires developing a deep understanding of our product, customers, and market.
- Be a deeply embedded creative marketing partner to our design studio. You’ll work especially closely with our Design Studio, which is led by one of Circle’s co-founders and won’t report to you. Success here involves shared taste, mutual trust, healthy creative tension, and the ability to move quickly together. You’ll occasionally lead external agencies as well — and when the moment calls for it, write the high-stakes copy yourself: the headline, manifesto, launch script, or line someone delivers on stage.
- Raise the bar on our advertising and creative campaigns. Develop the concepts and narratives behind Circle’s ad creative, partnering up our Paid Acquisition team to turn them into high-performing campaigns. They’ll bring the channel and media-buying expertise; while you can make sure the creative is worth paying to distribute.
- Direct how our stories come to life across video and events. Get hands-on with scripts, structure, pacing, and narrative for launch films, social, ads, virtual summits, and other major moments. You won’t be editing videos or producing events yourself, but you’ll understand the craft well enough to have strong opinions about what works in each medium, and collaborate deeply with the specialists who bring it to life.
- Influence the narrative behind brand experiences people remember across our webinars, virtual summits, conferences, and live events to align with company brand vision. This includes everything from the theme and programming to the booth, talks, slides, copy, and small details nobody else would think to obsess over.
- Turn partnerships into stories. Work with our Partnerships team to make more of our collaborations with creators and customers into stories we can distribute across our channels. You can help develop the concept, framing, name, narrative, and creative execution behind our biggest partnerships, and helping our partners tell those stories powerfully themselves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A body of work you’re genuinely proud of. We care far more about what you’ve made than the titles you’ve held or the number of years you’ve been doing it. You should be able to walk us through your best work piece by piece: the problem, the idea, the choices you made, what you personally contributed, and ultimately, whether it worked.
- Exceptional creative taste and judgment. You know great work when you see it, can articulate why it’s great, and have the conviction to push work until it gets there. Just as importantly, you know when an idea is trying too hard, when something is off-brand, and when your own fingerprints are making the work worse rather than better.
- You’re an exceptional storyteller and writer. You can take something complicated and find the simple, compelling story inside it. You care deeply about language and will happily obsess over a headline, a launch narrative, or a single line of copy until it feels inevitable.
- A strong point of view, and the ability to make it better through collaboration. We don’t want someone who waits for a brief and executes it. We want someone who can tell us what the brief should be, challenge the premise when necessary, elevate ideas coming from the team and our founders, and make a compelling case for a different direction.
- Real fluency in video as a creative medium. You don’t need to shoot, edit, animate, or produce. But you should deeply understand what makes video work, from the script and opening seconds to structure, pacing, emotion, and payoff. You should also understand why a great launch film, social video, customer story, and paid ad require very different creative choices.
- Experience making creative that has to perform. You’ve developed ads and campaigns where the work was ultimately accountable to results. You’ve seen the numbers, learned from them, iterated because of them, and know how to partner with paid acquisition teams without allowing performance marketing to turn into boring marketing.
- An instinct for getting attention without going off script. You understand how to make a brand noticeable, surprising, and culturally relevant without chasing attention for its own sake. Ideally, you can show us a creative risk you fought for that worked, and another you talked the room out of because it wasn’t right for the brand.
- The ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy. There’s no large creative organization reporting to you. Much of your impact will come from getting exceptional work out of designers, marketers, writers, video producers, agencies, and founders who don’t report to you. You know how to raise the creative bar without becoming a bottleneck.
- A great eye for design and deep respect for the craft. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with exceptional ones. Our Design Studio is led by a co-founder and operates with a very high bar; you’ll need the visual taste, vocabulary, and collaborative instincts to be a trusted creative partner to that team.
- Experience working closely with founders. You’re comfortable working with founders who care deeply about the product, brand, and details. You will need to extract the vision, challenge it when needed, and turn it into something better than either of you would have arrived at independently.
- An obsession with understanding what how to tell the world about we do and why it matters. The best creative work here will come from understanding Circle at a deep level: our product, customers, competitors, category, and where the market is going. You should genuinely enjoy developing that level of context rather than treating it as somebody else’s job.
- Exceptional communication skills. Circle is global, remote, and highly asynchronous. You’ll need outstanding written and verbal English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), and the ability to make your thinking clear enough that great work can move forward even when everyone isn’t in the same room.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Confidence collaborating with senior brand stakeholders, presenting creative concepts, and defending strategic and editorial decisions.
Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures.
Experience developing entertainment formats for international or multi-market audiences is highly desirable.

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to help bring the Baseten brand to life.
This will be a defining role on the brand design team. You'll shape the motion language for Baseten and bring it to life across everything from product launches and social video to huge out-of-home campaigns, events, web, and experimental brand work.
We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company.
You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
- Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home.
- Concept and produce video content that makes highly technical products feel compelling.
- Think at every scale, from a five-second social clip to a Times Square takeover.
- Partner with brand designers to bring identity systems, typography, illustration, and product storytelling to life through motion.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, techniques, and emerging technology to push the brand into unexpected places.
- Build motion systems and principles that scale across the company.
- Work closely with product and product marketing to make launches feel like moments.
- Raise the bar for motion craft across everything Baseten puts into the world.
REQUIREMENTS
- An exceptional portfolio with a high bar for motion, visual design, and craft.
- Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, pacing, sound, and storytelling, not just animation technique.
- Ability to own a project end to end, from rough concept through storyboarding, design, animation, and final production.
- Range across brand systems, product storytelling, campaign work, and more experimental ideas.
- Judgment about when something needs to be simple and precise and when there's room to make something people haven't seen before.
- Strong opinions about motion and brand, and the ability to articulate why something works or doesn't.
- Enthusiasm for technical products and the ability to communicate complex ideas without falling back on generic "AI" visuals.
- Comfort with a lot of ownership and ambiguity, and a high bar for quality.
- You want to help build a brand, not just execute against one.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia
We are looking for a
Cinematic AI Creator (Contractor)
: a filmmaker who works in generative models rather than with a crew.
You will produce the cinematic work that demonstrates what our AI can do, including multi-shot sequences, launch films, campaign pieces, and genre and style showcases. You will also translate film craft into product. The camera language, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks and transitions you work with are what our cinematic video features need to offer users. You will define those cinematic directions for the team to productise, and set the quality bar for the video work we ship. You will work closely with Product, Creative and Engineering, and will be among the first to test each new video model we get access to.
Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (6 months) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end: concept, story, shot list, generation, edit, sound and final delivery.
Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting and geography across cuts.
Design each shot deliberately: lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour and grade, and camera movement.
Create the hero shots and set pieces that anchor a launch, and the showcases that demonstrate stylistic range.
Define cinematic directions, including camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions and VFX beats, specified clearly enough to be productised.
Prototype new cinematic capabilities and prove what is possible before it becomes a feature.
Set and document the quality bar for the video work we ship.
Test each new video model on release, reporting on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality and temporal consistency, and track where AI filmmaking is going.
What You'll Bring
A body of work:
film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content; whatever best shows your craft, alongside AI-native work.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling: story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance and the edit.
Command of cinematography fundamentals (cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition and camera movement), and the vocabulary to direct them precisely in a prompt.
Hands-on experience with generative video models and how they behave in practice, and with the image models that feed them.
Prompting skill for video: motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows.
End-to-end post capability in editing, grading and sound, and the ability to run a full production cycle alone.
Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel.
The judgement to hold a quality bar, including on your own work.
Fluency in English.
Good To Have
Background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal).
Experience directing hybrid productions that combine live footage with generative work.
ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines, and LoRA or character-consistency training.
Interest in shaping AI creative tools rather than only using them.
A public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.

The job
Flo is looking for a Director, Head of Global PR & Communications to shape how the world understands our company, mission, and impact.
You will lead Flo’s global external communications strategy across corporate, consumer, product, scientific, and executive communications. You will build influential narratives that strengthen Flo’s position as a category-defining women’s health company, deepen trust in our brand, and raise the visibility of women’s health.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will advise senior executives on complex issues while building media relationships, developing stories, preparing spokespeople, and leading responses when the stakes are high.
The ideal candidate will bring the judgment and credibility required to communicate responsibly at the intersection of healthcare, technology, privacy, science, culture, and public policy.
What you’ll do
Lead Flo’s communications strategy
Develop a global PR and external communications strategy aligned with Flo’s brand, product, commercial, and company priorities.
Create a differentiated corporate narrative that positions Flo as a leader in women’s health, consumer technology, and medically credible digital health.
Lead communications across corporate reputation, product launches, scientific research, partnerships, executive visibility, and thought leadership.
Identify the conversations Flo should lead and establish clear objectives and measures of success.
Build reputation through powerful storytelling
Strengthen trust in Flo among consumers, healthcare professionals, media, partners, policymakers, and other influential stakeholders.
Build relationships with leading journalists and opinion leaders across health, technology, business, science, and consumer media.
Develop a consistent pipeline of proactive stories that extends beyond company announcements and product launches.
Translate clinical research, product innovation, and proprietary insights into compelling, accessible stories without compromising medical credibility.
Partner with Medical Affairs, Science and Research, Privacy, Security, Legal, Product, and Public Policy to communicate complex and sensitive topics accurately.
Act as a senior company spokesperson and prepare executives and subject-matter experts for media engagements.
Advise leaders and protect Flo’s reputation
Serve as a trusted communications adviser to the CEO, CMO, executive leadership team, and other senior stakeholders.
Build distinctive thought leadership platforms for Flo’s executives, doctors, scientists, and researchers.
Lead issues management and crisis communications, including scenario planning, escalation protocols, response strategies, and spokesperson preparation.
Anticipate reputational risks across reproductive health, medical claims, data privacy, AI, and public policy.
Provide clear, composed counsel under pressure, balancing transparency, empathy, legal considerations, medical accuracy, and the needs of Flo’s community.
Lead the function
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global communications team.
Manage PR agencies and specialist partners across priority markets.
Own the communications budget and allocate resources against the highest-impact priorities.
Establish strong global processes while allowing for local cultural and media nuance.
Partner with the People team to ensure consistency across external and employee communications.
What you’ll bring
Significant progressive experience in public relations and corporate communications within a high-profile, consumer-facing organization.
A track record of leading global communications strategies that strengthen reputation and support business growth.
Experience in digital health, healthcare, consumer technology, or another complex and highly regulated sector.
Deep expertise in corporate reputation, consumer PR, executive communications, media relations, issues management, and crisis communications.
Strong relationships with relevant global media, or a demonstrated ability to build them.
Experience translating technical, medical, scientific, or data-led subjects into clear and compelling narratives.
Sound judgment when navigating sensitive issues, incomplete information, and public scrutiny.
Experience advising CEOs and senior executives, with the confidence to offer constructive challenge.
Strong people leadership and experience managing teams, agencies, budgets, and international programs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A data-informed approach to communications planning and evaluation.
The ability to move between long-term strategy and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment.
What will make you successful at Flo

You combine high standards with pragmatism, remain calm under pressure, and build strong relationships across disciplines and geographies.
