Cross-squad collaboration: Represent the team's work outside the team, write the design proposals, run the demos, and make the case for our roadmap in cross-team discussion.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to:
Director of Product Security and Incident Response
Location:
Remote US
Compensation Range:
$200,000.00 to $210,000.00 plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
As a Staff CSIRT Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of Huntress’ internal security resilience. You will act as the primary internal escalation point from our SOC, ensuring we protect ourselves with the same rigor and products we use for our customers. In this role, you will strategize with leaders across multiple functions to identify work streams and own the end-to-end incident response lifecycle. You will guide teams, determine key milestones, and proactively anticipate blockers that could hinder our response capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Incident Response & Triage:
Lead the identification, triage, and validation of security incidents through various telemetry sources, acting as the ultimate escalation point for the SOC.
Strategic Preparedness:
Drive organizational incident readiness by designing and executing practical response exercises (tabletops and purple teaming) to ensure first responders are prepared at all levels of our organization.
Telemetry Optimization:
Partner with engineering, product security, and detection engineering teams to tune existing telemetry sources to a high true-positive rate, reducing noise and increasing detection efficacy.
Offensive Security Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the Offensive Security team to identify visibility gaps and ensure proper coverage against modern threat actor TTPs. Partner with product security, engineering, detection engineering, and other applicable business units to close these gaps rather than treating them as a blocker.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
: Lead cross-functional Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) to extract critical lessons learned; own the lifecycle of resulting remediation tasks, driving specific tooling and process enhancements that harden organizational defenses and response against future threats.
Stakeholder Communication:
Develop and present comprehensive reports and "lessons learned" to stakeholders at all levels following major incidents or exercises.
Documentation:
Create and maintain playbooks, system configurations, and incident response standards to ensure scalability and supportability.
What You Bring To The Team:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Incident Response, SOC Operations, or Digital Forensics (DFIR).
Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of EDR/MDR platforms, log aggregation (SIEM/ELK), and cloud security environments (AWS/Azure/M365).
Problem Solving:
Proven ability to articulate the root cause of complex problems using first principles and translate insights into technical solutions.
Strategic Thinking:
Experience leading small project teams and aligning tech stacks across functions.
Communication:
Exceptional ability to convey complex technical incident details to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Tooling:
Familiarity with automation/SOAR platforms and documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Chart.
Mindset:
A proactive, forward-thinking approach to security with a passion for building "stewardship of culture" through inclusive and actionable security behaviors.

Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer who operates across the full picture - someone who deeply understands how great web interfaces are built and how they perform, works autonomously, and translates that knowledge into exceptional web products and design systems.
Financial products are complex. Our users range from first-timers to power users, and the challenge of making that experience clear, fast, and trustworthy is one we take seriously. At this level, you're not just executing - you're bringing product intuition to the work, identifying where things break down, and making calls that shape the direction of what we build.
How you can make an impact:
Work autonomously across our web products, building high-quality UI with a strong point of view on how it should feel, function, and perform
Own and evolve complex, reusable components within the Aave design system - setting the standard for quality and consistency
Set the bar for frontend performance, from data loading, fetching and caching patterns through to server rendering and streaming
Bring product-level thinking to everything you work on - understanding user needs, business context, and technical constraints, whilst balancing them well
Collaborate with our talented designers, engineers, and product leads to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
Help raise the bar for the team through the quality of your work and the way you approach problems
Let's connect if you have:
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS and system design and architecture
Deep experience with frontend performance engineering - measuring it, diagnosing it, and fixing it
Strong command of Next.js patterns for data loading, fetching and caching, and experience handling server rendering and streaming data to the frontend
Deep experience with component-driven design systems and component design patterns, and building for consistency at scale
The product sense to work without a detailed brief - you can identify what needs to be solved, not just how to solve it
A demonstrated ability to take complex UX problems - information-dense interfaces, multi-step flows, edge cases - and make them feel resolved and clear
Nice to haves:
An understanding of backend data handling
A feel for animation best practices when data is updating, and how that plays out in re-renders across a UI
Curiosity about web3 and DeFi is a plus; you don't need to be an expert, but genuine interest in the space goes a long way
Curiosity about AI and its use in product engineering and daily workflows
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love.
This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products — not just the final words on the screen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures — you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader.
- Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research — you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects — not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made.
- Make the team faster and better, not just yourself. Templates, patterns, content standards, workflows, and of course AI. You’ll find ways to automate processes to scale content while ensuring quality.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others.
- Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system.
- Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly.
- Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques.
- Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points.
- A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems.
WHAT TO SEND US
- A portfolio with 3 or more case studies that shows how you used writing and design to improve the user experience and drive business outcomes.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building distributed and scalable systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies.
Responsibilities:
Independently scope and lead complex, multi-month infrastructure projects, from an ambiguous starting point through to a production system
Develop monitoring systems to detect unwanted behaviors from our API partners and potentially take automated enforcement actions; surface these in internal dashboards to analysts for manual review
Stand up and run deployments of those monitoring systems across multiple clouds, including inside cloud-provider partner environments where data residency laws apply. Keep the deployments consistent through shared deployment pipelines, smoke tests, observability, and alerting
Design and harden the sandboxed runtime that AI agents execute in: isolation, network egress controls, least-privilege data access, audit logging, and insider-risk controls
Manage cost and capacity for large volumes of long-running agent work, and set and meet service-level objectives for the platform
Partner with the engineers and researchers who write and evaluate the monitoring agents, and with security, privacy, and legal teams, so new detection work can ship quickly on a platform everyone trusts
You may be a good fit if you:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience
Proficiency in Python, Distributed Systems, and Infrastructure as Code
Have worked across multiple cloud providers, or built infrastructure designed to be provider-agnostic
Have built and operated large-scale, distributed infrastructure, such as data platforms, control planes, or job schedulers
Have experience with sandboxing and isolation technologies (containers, microVMs, network policy) or with a systems language such as Rust
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships
Have built systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, with requirements around access control, auditability, retention, and data residency
Have experience running LLM-based agents in production
Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and creating products that build trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization who thrive on the challenging work we do and doing it with other exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry changes constantly, and our job is to create user-facing products supported by our best-in-class data, allowing us to adapt to those rapid changes and bring maximal value to our customers.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our Research and Intelligence organisation in London. You'll work across flexible, cross-functional squads within the Data Science team, leading analytical, statistical, and machine-learning work across both UTXO and EVM blockchains. The team develops behavioural heuristics, graph algorithms, statistical models, and machine-learning techniques that power some of the most advanced blockchain analysis in the industry. Much of the work is state of the art and ahead of academia; your work will shape the data that fuels Chainalysis products and customers globally.
This role is ideal for someone energised by deeply technical, ambiguous problems at the intersection of statistics, machine learning, algorithms, and large-scale on-chain analysis—and who wants to own multiple projects and systems end to end, shape technical direction, and deliver company-level impact.

- A demonstrated ability to own and prioritise multiple concurrent projects or systems, make sound architectural and methodological decisions, and drive cross-functional stakeholders toward delivery.
- An analytical, open-minded approach to problem solving – comfortable navigating ambiguity and willing to dive into problems outside your day-to-day scope.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodology to diverse audiences, mentor technical practitioners, and share knowledge across a team.
Nice to have:
- A PhD or equivalent research training in a quantitative field, and/or familiarity with Databricks, dbt, Spark/PySpark, or similar large-scale data platforms.
- Experience modifying infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) or contributing to production data pipelines.
- Experience building shared tools or platforms that multiply team output and onboarding others onto them.
- Experience with UTXO, EVM, or other blockchain data, graph computation, and/or the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:
- Python
- SQL
- Databricks
- Dbt
- PySpark / Spark
- Terraform
- AWS
- Postgres
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

As a Staff Security Engineer on Security Incident Response, you'll serve as a senior technical leader and builder for the team, helping shape both how we respond to incidents today and how our response capabilities evolve over time. This role is about advancing what the team is capable of, not just responding when something breaks. You'll design and build the AI-assisted systems that extend the team's reach, lead the response to the most complex incidents, and own programs that make the organization more prepared over time, from tabletop exercises and gamedays to the continued advancement of threat hunting and insider risk capabilities.
You bring engineering depth, sound incident judgment, and the ability to plan, and deliver complex work against a longer-term maturity roadmap not just execute against a queue.
This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide impact on how 1Password investigates, contains, and learns from security incidents.
This role reports to the Manager, Security Incident Response.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience leading complex, high-severity security incidents across multiple environments, including serving as an incident commander or equivalent technical lead.
- Experience designing and building AI-assisted or agentic automation for security operations (triage, investigation, containment), with sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn't hold decision authority.
- Strong software engineering skills, and experience building production tooling, automation, or systems rather than only operating existing security platforms.
- Experience owning a security program or capability roadmap end to end, including planning, sequencing, and delivering multi-quarter work.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, and identity-driven attack techniques and response approaches.
- Experience designing and running tabletop exercises, gamedays, or comparable readiness programs and translating findings into improvements..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent technical tradeoffs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers or otherwise raising the technical and investigative capabilities of a team.
How you'll work:
- You look for opportunities to build systems that scale the team's capabilities rather than relying on repeated manual effort, and you're interested in thoughtfully applying AI and automation where they can improve security outcomes.
- An experienced incident commander who brings structure to complex incidents, makes sound decisions with incomplete information, and helps teams move forward during high-pressure situations.
- You're comfortable taking ownership of a capability from strategy through execution, including defining priorities, sequencing work, navigating dependencies, and delivering against a longer-term roadmap.
- You can operate as a technical partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, independently representing technical priorities, risks, and tradeoffs.
- You value continuous improvement and contribute to an environment where teams can examine incidents, decisions, and failures openly and turn what they learn into stronger systems and practices.
What you can expect:
- Serve as incident manager and technical escalation point for complex, high-severity events, bringing structure, sound judgement, and clear decision-making under pressure.
- Design and build AI-assisted and automated systems that improve how quickly and consistently the team can triage, investigate, and contain incidents.
- Establish appropriate safety controls, approval gates, auditability, and rollback mechanisms for automated and AI-assisted actions, ensuring high-impact decisions remain appropriately human-controlled.
- Own the team's readiness programs, including tabletop exercises and incident gamedays, from scenario design and execution through debriefing and translating finishes into concrete (or measurable) improvements
- Advance the team’s threat hunting and insider risk capabilities by identifying opportunities, defining priorities, and delivering roadmap work that improves investigative depth and coverage
- Plan, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives that mature the team's capabilities, bringing project management discipline to work that doesn't fit neatly into a sprint.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other engineers, strengthening engineering rigor and investigative judgement across the team.
- Partner with Security Operations, Product Security, and Engineering teams to close gaps surfaced through investigations, hunting, and simulations.
- Foster psychological safety and blameless learning across incident retrospectives, gamedays, and tabletop debriefs.
- Extend strong incident response practices beyond the immediate team by building reusable systems, tooling, and operating patterns that strengthen response capabilities across areas such as PSIRT, Privacy, and Engineering.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. About our Client
They're a
direct-to-consumer subscriptio
n brand that has gone from
zero to a multiple nine-figure run
rate in under
three years
— completely bootstrapped, with a small, lean team spread across the globe. No outside capital, no board, no bureaucracy. We sell across our own D2C site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with a subscription retention engine underneath it all.
They grew fast enough that structure never caught up with scale. That is the problem this role exists to solve.
The role
The CEO currently has roughly 25 people, agencies, and suppliers reporting to him across Customer Service, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance — plus a running list of ~20 ad hoc growth projects. There is no layer between him and the work. Every decision, follow-up, deadline, blocker, and loose thread routes to one inbox.
The Chief of Staff is that layer. You will own the operating system of the company: who owns what, how they're measured, what they committed to, and whether it actually happened. You'll also own a rotating portfolio of high-leverage projects end to end, and you'll handle the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting follow-up so his time goes to product, partnerships, and P&L.
This is not a coordination job.
You are expected to get into the weeds
, do the work yourself, push people, and
raise the standard
. You start reporting directly to the CEO with influence rather than formal authority — and as you prove you can handle it, you'll be given the authority to escalate, reassign, and put underperformers on a plan.
Where this goes:
if you crush this role, the path is C-suite or President within two years. That is a real offer, not a recruiting line.
What You'll Do
Own accountability and urgency across every function.
Each person and agency has KPIs, deadlines, and commitments. You track them, follow up individually, unblock what's stuck, enforce urgency, and make sure the owner knows they own the outcome. Functions include TikTok Shop (8 people), Amazon (agency of 5), Operations (3 suppliers, 3 in-house), Retention (email agency, in-house dev, media buyer), and Finance (3 in-house, 1 agency).
Build the process map of the entire business
. Every role titled and defined, every responsibility documented, every recurring workflow written up as an SOP, every doc and tracker findable, a clear reporting and ownership structure, and clear written criteria for how someone earns a bonus, earns a promotion, or gets let go.
Triage everything currently flowing to the CEO
. For each item: handle it yourself, route it to the right manager, automate it, or kill it. The goal is that it stops reaching him.
Own high-leverage projects end to end.
You'll be handed ad hoc projects — growth initiatives, new channel tests, vendor negotiations, systems builds — with a goal and little else. You scope them, run them, hire or coordinate whoever is needed, and report meaningful progress in a weekly check-in without being managed step by step.
Turn conversations into tracked action
. Sit in on calls, capture decisions and action items from meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp, assign owners and dates, and chase them to done.
Run the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting prep.
Full ownership — scheduling, prioritization, prep material, follow-up.
Raise the bar on the people around you. Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their own teams accountable rather than
doing it for them forever.
Requirements
Must-Have
Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently. If we hand you ClickUp on a Friday and say "know it by Monday," you find YouTube tutorials, book a consultant call, and figure it out yourself in a few hours. We don't care what tools you've used — we care that you can teach yourself anything.
You're smart and hands-on. You need to reason through complex business problems and handle people well enough that they want to deliver for you.
Genuine humility. Zero ego. You take direct feedback well, ask for more of it, and are never "above" the work. If a spreadsheet needs cleaning at 11 PM, you clean it.
Willingness to do the work yourself. This role manages and executes. Delegating without getting your hands dirty is a disqualifier.
Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership. Given a problem in a domain you know nothing about, your reaction is excitement, not fear.
Directness. You give and receive blunt feedback without it becoming personal or political.
Real work capacity. This is a 50-hour minimum role with frequent nights and weekends. We're a startup that moves quickly and we're honest about what that costs.
Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM ET window.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
A track record of excellence in a competitive environment. Top marks academically, a strong university, high-level competitive sports or esports, elite early-career roles, a company you built — something that shows you've been in a room full of winners and held your own.
E-commerce experience — D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop especially.
Subscription or retention business experience.
Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background.
Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch.
Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors.
Note on weighting:
soft skills outrank hard skills here. A candidate with less e-commerce experience but smart, hands on, humble, faster learning speed, and a stronger record of excellence beats a domain expert who's rigid or ego-driven. Hire for the athlete.
Benefits
Base: $6,000 – $8,000 USD/month, depending on experience (negotiable for the right fit!)
Bonus: 20% of base annually, tied to project completion and KPI attainment
Structure: W-2 or 1099 — your choice
Remote: Work from anywhere, as long as you cover Eastern hours
Growth: Direct, stated path to C-suite or President within two years for the right performer
The Culture
They move fast, communicate directly, and don't sugarcoat feedback. There are no politics, no vanity titles, and no tenure — you don't get status here for having been around. You keep what you kill: results drive promotions, bonuses, and authority.
Everyone here holds absurdly high standards for themselves and the people around them, and the standard keeps going up. Good is never the finish line. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds like the environment you've been looking for, it's rare that you get it at this scale with this little bureaucracy.

doing it for them forever.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Our team, Consolidation, owns the first mile of the Wealthsimple relationship: onboarding, the homescreen + first layer of the app, and our Tiers program (Premium and Generation). Our job is to get new clients in the door, funded, and consolidating more of their financial life with Wealthsimple.
Our fastest-growing segment this year were high-net-worth clients. We're seeing real organic pull, and continuing to grow net deposits at the rate we have means winning larger, more complex relationships. Clients who today are typically served by private bankers and expect a level of service, product depth, and recognition that we need to meet and then beat.
That's the mandate for this role: continue to expand Wealthsimple’s growth upmarket. It means evolving our Tiers program into something a high-net-worth client would choose over their bank, and it means using what we know about a client to make a sharper, more personal case for bringing the rest of their financial life here. Convincing millions of Canadians to consolidate their financial lives at Wealthsimple is the mission we've been on for over 10 years, and we're looking for someone who can lead the next phase of this work and own it end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help define the product vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple wins and serves high-net-worth clients, and own the roadmap to bring it to life.
- Lead the planning, development, launch, and iteration of a step change in our Tiers program. The service, product depth, and recognition that makes a client choose us as their primary financial institution.
- Build the personalized experiences that compel clients to consolidate: understanding a client's current financial life and making the case, in-product, for moving it to Wealthsimple.
- Working across the funding and consolidation funnel end to end, from a client's first session through to a fully consolidated relationship. Crafting the right incentives, onboarding journey, and product experiences along the way.
- Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists as we collectively explore new ways of working.
- Partner deeply with other product teams and departments across the company (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, Legal and Compliance, and more). You'll own a meaningful piece of this directly and influence a much larger piece through others.
- Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- Years of shipping products people actually love — across both customer-facing and platform work. You've owned a product (or a big chunk of one) and know how to lead complex, cross-functional projects without losing momentum.
- A bias to ship. We don't do endless debate. The fastest way to know if something works is to put it in front of clients — so we ship, learn, and iterate.
- Enough technical fluency to keep up with engineers — you can talk architecture and tradeoffs, and you're hungry to learn what you don't know yet so you can make better calls.
- A real belief in financial inclusion — you want to build things that give more people access to financial freedom, not fewer.
- Bonus: Experience building, shipping, iterating and growing products from 0 to 1 over multiple years. We know building new client experiences that client love will require a sustained multi-year effort.
WHO YOU ARE
- A systems thinker. You can take a messy pile of use cases and distill them into one simple, elegant solution.
- A strong technical partner. You work hand-in-hand with engineering to turn a logical design into a real technical architecture.
- Comfortable in the grey. You can take raw, messy data (qualitative or quantitative) and pull out the actual problem, the real insight, the requirement that matters.
- A rigorous thinker. You don't skip steps. You work through problems systematically, and you know the difference between a good answer and a fast one.
- Scrappy, and happy to wear different hats. Sometimes that means building a business case. Sometimes it's mapping a workflow. Sometimes it's sitting across the table from a vendor or regulator and negotiating the details.
- A clear communicator. You can take something complicated and make it simple, without losing what matters.
- A collaborative, empathetic leader. You know how to work with a wide range of stakeholders and make sure everyone's voice actually gets heard.
