ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The head of EMEA Refund Fraud will lead Doordash’s EMEA strategy for preventing and managing refund abuse across our marketplace.
You will be accountable for the performance of the Credit and Refund (C&R) Fraud domain: setting the long-term vision, determining where we focus our resources, and building the team, controls and capabilities required to reduce fraud sustainably while protecting the experience of genuine customers.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of Integrity, Customer Care, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance. You will lead a team of experienced fraud and strategy professionals and work with senior leaders across Deliveroo to make complex decisions about fraud risk, customer experience, operational cost and product investment.
You will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, identifying problems before they become material, and turning complex and sometimes incomplete signals into a clear strategy. Success will come not from personally solving every problem, but from creating the direction, operating mechanisms and team that enable Deliveroo to manage refund fraud effectively at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting the C&R Fraud Strategy
Set and own the 1–2 year vision and strategy for C&R Fraud, translating wider Integrity and business priorities into a focused roadmap.
Proactively identify emerging risks, systemic vulnerabilities and opportunities rather than waiting for problems to be assigned.
Determine the highest-value problems for the team to solve and make clear choices about where we should (and should not) invest.
Define how we balance fraud loss, customer experience, operational cost and growth when designing controls.
Build compelling business cases for significant product, policy and operational investments.
Owning Performance and Risk
Be accountable for C&R Fraud performance and establish a clear set of outcomes, targets and guardrails.
Develop a comprehensive view of fraud exposure, including fraud cost, abuse rates, loss per order, false positives, customer impact and operational cost.
Partner with Finance and senior leadership to quantify financial exposure and inform risk appetite decisions.
Establish mechanisms to identify material changes in performance, understand their drivers and ensure effective action is taken.
Ensure the organisation can detect and respond quickly to new abuse patterns and emerging threats.
Build Scalable Fraud Prevention Capabilities
Own the effectiveness of the overall C&R fraud framework across customer and partner journeys.
Identify systemic control gaps and ensure the right preventative, detective and responsive controls are in place.
Set the direction for product decisioning, eligibility logic, automation, friction, policies and operational interventions.
Ensure rules, models and controls are continually evaluated against both fraud outcomes and customer-experience guardrails.
Create effective feedback loops between frontline investigations, Analytics, Product and Engineering so that new insights translate into better prevention.
Challenge legacy processes and controls, simplifying or retiring them where they no longer provide sufficient value.
Lead Cross-Functional Strategy and Investment
Act as the senior C&R Fraud partner to Product, Engineering, Customer Care, Merchant, Finance, Analytics and other Integrity teams.
Translate fraud problems into clear product and business opportunities and influence roadmaps outside your direct reporting line.
Lead complex decisions where fraud prevention, customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency are in tension.
Create alignment around priorities, decision rights and accountability without relying on excessive consensus.
Make longer-term trade-offs and ensure resources are concentrated on the initiatives with the greatest expected impact.
Communicate complex risks and recommendations clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead and develop a team of experienced fraud, strategy and operations professionals.
Translate your strategy into clear, measurable outcomes for individual team members.
Empower your team to own significant problems independently while providing effective challenge, coaching and direction.
Establish strong operating mechanisms and rituals for reviewing performance, prioritisation, delivery and emerging risks.
Build capability and succession within the team, identifying development opportunities and future talent needs.
Create an inclusive environment in which different perspectives are actively sought and people are able to challenge assumptions.
Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering ambitious outcomes while maintaining focus and sustainable ways of working.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced leader who has previously owned a meaningful fraud, risk, trust & safety, operational or related business domain. You will ideally bring:
Significant experience in fraud, risk strategy, trust & safety, marketplace integrity, strategy & operations or a related domain, typically gained over 10+ years.
Experience leading and developing experienced individual contributors and/or managers.
Demonstrated ownership of a substantial business outcome, risk domain or portfolio rather than solely individual projects.
A track record of defining and executing strategies across a 1–2 year horizon.
Experience identifying complex problems, setting direction and making high-quality decisions where the answer is not immediately clear.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate financial impact alongside customer and operational consequences.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics and Finance.
Strong analytical judgement and the ability to use data, customer insight and operational evidence to challenge assumptions and make decisions.
Experience translating complex problems into scalable product, policy or operational solutions.
Strong people leadership, with evidence of developing talented individuals and creating teams that operate effectively with increasing autonomy.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear executive-level recommendations.
Experience with refund abuse, customer claims fraud, payments fraud, marketplace abuse or adjacent fraud domains would be valuable, but deep expertise in refund fraud itself is not essential. We are equally interested in leaders who have demonstrated the ability to quickly understand a complex risk domain and build the strategy and organisation required to improve it.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will have built a clear and widely understood C&R Fraud strategy, established measurable outcomes and guardrails, and focused the organisation on a number of high-impact priorities.
You will have materially improved our ability to prevent and respond to refund abuse while protecting genuine customers, created a scalable control and monitoring framework, and influenced the product investments required to address systemic vulnerabilities.
You will have built a team capable of owning complex problems independently — creating an organisation that anticipates risk and continuously improves rather than reacting to the fraud we see today.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Global Head of Land Revenue, you’ll be the global owner for technical new-business strategy, pipeline, and conversion—a customer-facing, technical revenue leadership role, not a RevOps or sales operations role. You’ll own Notion’s Land number (net-new and upgrade iARR across regions), work closely with EPD and Product, and step into high-stakes technical conversations with customers and partners as Notion shifts from product-led to sales-led selling in an AI-native world.
This role is the global owner for new business standards, pipeline programs, and operating cadence. You’ll set the way for landing new business revenue globally, partner with Regional GMs who own regional P&L outcomes, and ensure consistent execution through scalable programs, playbooks, enablement, and governance.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, Sales leadership, and regional teams to improve pipeline quality, win rates, conversion, and time-to-productivity. You’ll also design operating standards that balance regional accountability with global program consistency.
You’ll be measured on qualified pipeline creation, coverage, conversion, program ROI, velocity, handoff quality, and BDR/SC ramp outcomes—requiring you to operate with strong systems thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build and lead the global net-new business motion: define strategy, program portfolio, operating cadence, governance, and performance standards across regions
- Own the global net new business strategy for Land, including ICP and segmentation guardrails, plays, coverage model assumptions, annual and quarterly planning, sequencing, and investment trade-offs
- Establish global definitions and standards for stages, qualification, handoffs, pipeline math assumptions, and reporting integrity
- Build and run global pipeline generation programs in partnership with Marketing and regional leaders, including campaign-to-pipeline motions, partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account plays, and field event program standards
- Define the measurement framework for new business programs, connecting inputs to outputs and outcomes across cost, pipeline, iARR, velocity, and win-rate lift
- Own the Land-side technical selling motion and set the technical bar for sales: SC plays, discovery and demo standards, scalable demo environments, certification paths, and ramp mechanisms
- Run the global new business operating cadence, including weekly program reviews, monthly pipeline health inspection, quarterly planning, escalation paths, and decision-rights models
- Partner with Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Product, and Partnerships to align new business programs, systems, content, enablement, feedback loops, and change management
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deeply technical SaaS background with meaningful customer-facing experience—solutions engineering, solutions consulting, field or customer engineering, or technical sales—plus ownership of a revenue, quota, pipeline, or conversion outcome
- Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics and how to influence conversion levers end-to-end, including qualified pipeline creation, coverage ratios, lead response, handoff quality, stage progression, win-rate lift, and velocity
- Strong program-building instincts: you can design scalable plays, instrument them with data, and run an inspection cadence that drives behavior change
- Experience building operating systems for global teams, including cadences, dashboards, governance, playbooks, definitions, and change-management mechanisms
- Executive presence and cross-functional leadership: able to align and influence Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, and regional teams without relying on direct reporting lines for every dependency
- Ability to balance regional autonomy with global craft excellence: you set the bar, create standards, and drive consistency while enabling local execution
- Strong enablement and role-design instincts, with the ability to define expectations, onboarding paths, certification standards, and time-to-productivity mechanisms for BDR and SC motions
- Builder orientation and comfort in ambiguity: you create the playbook while the org is executing, and you iterate quickly based on market, customer, and performance signals
- Hands-on with AI tools, and able to credibly explain how AI and agents change workflows for technical teams
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with solution-led selling motions and technical or product-adjacent go-to-market
- Track record building global programs that still allow regional adaptation
- Experience partnering deeply with Marketing, Partnerships, RevOps, and Enablement to create measurable net new business impact
- Experience designing partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account motions, or field event program standards at scale

Sr. Developer Relations Manager
Backblaze — Remote, US
Compensation: $172,000–$215,000 base + equity
About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage layer for AI and data-intensive workloads, fueling customer success with cloud storage purpose-built for scalable performance and economics. We make customers unstoppable by solving their toughest storage challenges.
Today we manage nearly 6 billion gigabytes of data for 500K+ customers across 175+ countries with fast growth among Neoclouds, GenAI companies, and companies reliant on data–heavy workloads. Developers are at the center of our next chapter, and we're serious about earning their trust.
About the Role
Developer relations is evolving quickly. Coding agents, informed by reference architectures and machine-readable documentation, are increasingly making integration decisions on behalf of developers. And trust, transparency, and human interaction are more important than ever as open source ideals and corporate agendas are weirdly attacked, limited, or promoted by unexpected sources and trends.
Backblaze B2 Cloud storage was launched as a result of developer demand and has been committed to the developer ecosystem since day one. Today, we are seeking a leader who can help us become more present and trusted than ever before in this space, both as the storage default for agent-led projects and as a leading source of support, inspiration, and enablement for developers who need storage for whatever they’re building.
As Sr. Developer Relations Manager, you'll work across a strong set of existing assets — a mature docs team, an engineering team focused on AI ecosystem integrations, our Flamethrower Startup Program, a content org, and an outward-facing SE team — and coordinate their outputs into a coherent, credible developer presence that earns mindshare where it matters most.
This is a program-defining role for someone who thinks in systems, works backwards from adoption goals, knows how to make a company technically credible with developers who haven't heard of it yet, and is comfortable both channeling and being the face of developer relationships at Backblaze.
What You'll Own
Developer Presence in the Agentic Stack
The primary goal of this role is to ensure Backblaze B2 is the best storage layer for developers and for their agents. That means understanding how AI coders discover and evaluate infrastructure tools today: through MCP servers, coding agent contexts, reference architectures, SDKs, and machine-readable documentation. You'll work with the internal AI team to define what "agent-ready" means for Backblaze and drive execution against it across engineering, docs, and content.
Cross-Functional Coordination
This role starts as an individual contributor, but you'll have real influence over a strong set of resources: an engineering team building integrations into AI tooling (MLFlow, ComfyUI, Hugging Face, popular agent frameworks), a docs team that can be directed toward structured, agent-consumable formats, a content org that can amplify what you build, and an SE team that can extend your enablement work, among a number of others at the company. Your job is to coordinate these teams around a unified developer strategy, keep that strategy moving, and share its outputs with the broader world.
Community and Ecosystem
Developers trust other developers. You'll underscore Backblaze's credibility in the communities where AI builders live: GitHub, Discord, open source projects, developer events, and the growing ecosystem of AI infrastructure tooling. You'll elevate internal technical voices, use their expertise to build your own thought leadership in the space, and partner with ecosystem players, and show up in a way that is earned, not marketed. Critically, you should have a presence in this community before coming to the role.
Developer Feedback Loop
You'll maintain a tight feedback loop from the developer community back to product and engineering — surfacing adoption friction, unmet integration needs, and emerging patterns worth prioritizing. The Flamethrower Startup Program gives you direct access to early-stage builders who can serve as signal-rich canaries for what's working and what isn't.
Metrics and Program Accountability
You'll define what success looks like — developer signups, activation rates, B2 adoption in AI frameworks, community engagement, content reach — and own progress against it. We're building this program to drive real revenue, and you'll be expected to connect the dots between awareness and conversion. Success in this role opens the door to bringing on, or from elsewhere in the company, developer resources to grow the program.
What We're Looking For
Meaningful DevRel, developer marketing, or developer experience leadership at a cloud infrastructure, open source, or AI tooling company. You've built or significantly grown a developer program, not just contributed to one.
Understand how agentic workflows are reshaping how developers discover and integrate infrastructure tools — and you have opinions about what that means for DevRel strategy.
Technically credible. You can read a codebase, evaluate an SDK, write a working integration, and have a real conversation with an engineer about tradeoffs. You don't need to be a full-time SWE, but you need to have been one, or close to it.
Worked, or started, without a large team. You know how to amplify yourself through cross-functional relationships, external partners, and community rather than headcount.
Strong communicator — to developers externally and to leadership internally. You can write a crisp technical tutorial and a clear exec summary with equal ease.
Existing presence in developer communities. A following, conference talks, open source contributions, a technical blog — some signal that developers pay attention when you show up.
Strong plus:
Direct experience with model training, data processing or generative media
Familiarity with how coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) surface and recommend infrastructure tools
Experience working with or building on top of open source frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem (MLflow, DVC, Ray Data, WebDataset, and MosaicML Streaming)
Prior experience running or contributing to a startup/developer program (accelerator, cohort model, or similar)
What You'll Have to Work With
You won't be starting from scratch. You'll work closely with:
A mature, capable
docs team
that can be directed toward agent-consumable documentation formats and structured reference content
A strong
engineering team
dedicated to integrating Backblaze into the AI tooling ecosystem — building connectors, working on external integrations, and driving internal product improvements for developer use cases
Flamethrower
, our startup program, which is already generating community energy and early-adopter signal among AI builders
An outward-facing
solutions engineering team
that can extend your enablement work with hands-on technical support
A
content org
that can help produce and amplify developer-facing assets
Active strategic work from
Rawkode Academy
laying the DevRel foundation: audit, persona validation, content models, and engagement strategy
Why This Matters Now
Developers are making storage decisions earlier in the stack than ever before — often before they've spoken to a salesperson, often through a coding agent recommending a reference architecture. Backblaze has the right product, the right price point, and a growing engineering investment behind this motion. What we need is the person who can translate that into developer conviction at scale.
The window to establish Backblaze as the default AI storage layer is open now. This role exists to make sure we don't miss it.
Backblaze Perks
Healthcare for family, including dental and vision
Competitive compensation and 401K
RSU grants for full-time employees
ESPP program
Flexible vacation policy
Maternity & paternity leave
MacBook Pro plus a generous workstation stipend
Childcare bonus
Fertility treatment and support
Learning & development program
Commuter benefits
Culture that supports a healthy work-life balance
Pay Transparency
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
The expected salary range for this role is $172,000 - $215,000 plus 20% target annual bonus and RSUs.
At Backblaze, we value being fair and good to our customers, partners, and employees. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values. We are committed to fostering a workforce where all employees feel a sense of belonging regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socio-economic status, ability, veteran status, and education. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Most subscription businesses lose a password. We lose GPU-seconds.
When someone runs two hundred accounts off one card to harvest a per-account promotional grant, the cost lands on our compute bill the same hour, and it does not stop until somebody finds them. We have found operators doing exactly that — hundreds of accounts, synchronised signups, machine- generated emails, round-the-clock automation — and we have also found that most of our worst- margin accounts are not abusers at all, just heavy users on an unlimited plan. Telling those two apart, account by account, with evidence that survives being challenged, is this job.
You are the person who finds them, proves it, and puts a number on it.
You make sure:
- Every enforcement action we take is backed by evidence a stranger could follow
- We know what abuse cost us last month, on the same basis as last month
- The detection system is measured against real cases, not against its own past decisions
- When a ring changes shape, somebody notices this week — and that somebody is you
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Investigation & casework
- Run ring investigations end to end: from a flagged account or a cost anomaly to a named cluster, its members, its signature, its lifetime economics and a recommended action.
- Build the linkage yourself — shared payment instruments, IP and ASN concentration, email-stem families, registration bursts, behavioural and automation fingerprints — and know which links are evidence and which are coincidence.
- Separate abuse from unprofitable-but-legitimate every single time. On an unlimited plan, negative gross margin is normal. Cost is a gate, never a trigger.
- Triage the review queue the detection system produces, and feed what you learn back into it. Your adjudications are the only unbiased labels the scientist has.
Evidence & defensibility
- Produce evidence packages that hold up outside the company — to an external auditor, to a payment network, to a customer disputing a ban, to Legal enforcing our Terms. Our abuse work has already been used in all four contexts.
- Write per-account, not per-ring, when the action is per-account. A ban list without a reason column is not evidence.
- Know what our Terms of Use actually entitle us to do, and flag when the evidence supports the finding but not the action.
Quantification & reporting
- Own the abuse loss number: what it cost, on what basis, net of the revenue we reversed and the legitimate customers we caught by mistake. Same definition every month, written down.
- Distinguish COGS burned, revenue at risk, revenue reversed and cash refunded — they are four different numbers and people will conflate them.
- Build the recurring reporting that tells us whether the problem is growing, and the ad-hoc answer to "why did compute spike last Tuesday" that is due the same day.
Monitoring & adaptation
- Watch the detectors themselves. A rule that stops firing is a detection event, not a quiet week.
- Check the instrument before explaining the movement: a missing upstream table, a silently dropped join, a vendor signal that went away. This has bitten us and it will again.
- Spot new abuse patterns before they are in anybody's model — usually in a cost anomaly, a strange cohort, or a support ticket that does not fit.
How we work
- SQL and Python on raw payment, usage and identity data in BigQuery, without anyone preparing it for you. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Close partnership with the Antifraud data scientist (you validate what they build), Payments (chargebacks and processor signals), Support (the humans who meet your false positives) and Finance (the loss number goes in the accounts).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years doing investigative or risk analytics — fraud, abuse, trust and safety, AML, chargebacks, gaming or marketplace integrity. What matters is that you have chased real bad actors, not modelled them in the abstract.
- Strong SQL, without help. Self-joins, window functions, cohort replay, and joining payments to usage to identity across messy keys. This is the single most-used skill in the role.
- Python at working level for analysis — pandas, notebooks, a bit of graph work.
- Investigative instinct: you follow the thread, you notice the thing that does not fit, and you can say when a pattern is a coincidence.
- Evidentiary discipline: you can write up a finding so that somebody who distrusts you can check it, and you know the difference between "this looks like abuse" and "this is provable."
- Unit-economics literacy: gross margin per account, what compute costs, and why a negative-margin customer may be entirely legitimate.
- The judgment to escalate rather than act when the evidence is thin, and to say so in writing.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Fraud / risk analysts from fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming, crypto or betting
- Trust & safety investigators and platform-integrity analysts
- Chargeback, dispute or AML analysts who write their own queries
- Strong product or BI analysts who got handed the abuse problem and kept it
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to build models full time — that is the Antifraud data scientist, and it is open
- Want to do content moderation or NSFW classification
- Would put an account on a ban list without being able to say why in one sentence
- Treat every negative-margin account as an abuser
- Need a labelled dataset or a clean table before you can start
- Are uncomfortable that your work gets real people's accounts restricted, sometimes wrongly
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company's stock option program
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan
- Relocation support (flight + temporary housing)
- Flat structure, high autonomy, fast career growth

Generative video has a problem most subscription businesses don't: every unit we sell costs us real compute. A stolen password costs a streaming service nothing. An account farm on an unlimited generation plan costs us GPU-seconds, at scale, every hour it runs.
We have found organised operators running hundreds of accounts on a single card, reselling unlimited generations, and harvesting per-account promotional grants at industrial scale. We have also found that most of our negative-margin accounts are not abuse at all — they are ordinary heavy users on an unlimited plan, which is a pricing problem wearing a fraud costume. Telling those two populations apart, at account level, before the money is gone, is this job.
You own the question of who is taking value they did not pay for, and the system that stops them.
You make sure:
- We catch abuse before the compute is burned, not in a post-mortem that reconciles the loss
- Every enforcement action has a measured precision, a measured cost of being wrong, and a way back for the customer we got wrong
- The difference between fraud and unprofitable pricing is a number we can defend, not a vibe
- When operators adapt — and they will, within days — we find out from a monitor, not from the monthly margin review
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Detection & scoring
- Own the account-abuse scoring system end to end: signals, weights, thresholds, the scoring job, the monitoring, and the recalibration when it decays.
- Build detection that fires early. A rule that catches 88% of the money on day 11 is worth far less than one that catches 60% at checkout, and you should be able to say why in dollars.
- Work the two halves that actually matter together: linkage (who is connected to whom) and economics (what are they consuming). Either one alone produces a system nobody can switch on — linkage without economics flags families sharing a card, economics without linkage flags our best customers.
- Treat cost as a gate, not a label. On an unlimited plan, being gross-margin negative is normal.
Entity resolution & ring detection
- Find rings, not just accounts: shared payment instruments, IP and ASN concentration, email-stem families, synchronised registration bursts, behavioural fingerprints, automation signatures.
- Do it without a reliable device fingerprint — we do not have one today, and part of this job is telling us what it would be worth and what it would cost.
- Know where graph methods break. Transitive closure through a shared card will happily merge thousands of unrelated people into one "ring"; we have done exactly that and thrown the result away.
Enforcement, policy & the cost of being wrong
- Design graduated, reversible actions — throttle, rate-limit, step-up verification, hold, pre-grant refusal, manual review queue, ban — and match the severity to the confidence.
- Own the false-positive budget explicitly: how many paying customers are we willing to inconvenience to save a dollar of compute, and what is the appeal path for the ones we get wrong.
- Build the pre-grant gates. The cheapest abuse to stop is the kind we decline to enable in the first place — a trial we do not grant costs nothing to claw back.
- Partner with Payments on Stripe Radar, chargebacks and dispute economics; with Support on the queue your model creates; with Legal on what our Terms actually entitle us to do.
Measurement & adversarial monitoring
- Quantify what the system is worth in money — COGS avoided, net of the revenue you destroyed and the support cost you created. Keep that number current.
- Run holdouts even on enforcement, wherever it is legal and safe to do so, because otherwise you will never know what your rules are worth.
- Monitor for adaptation, not just drift. Model decay here is caused by an adversary, and it looks different: a signal stops firing, a ring changes shape, a cohort's behaviour shifts inside a week.
- Watch your own inputs. A detection system that silently loses a feature degrades to a system that cannot reach its own threshold — and reports nothing wrong while doing it.
Making it usable
- Ship scores and reasons, never scores alone. An analyst, a support agent or an auditor must be able to read why an account was actioned.
- Produce evidence that survives outside the company. Our abuse work has already been used in an external audit and in Terms-of-Use enforcement; write for that standard.
- Work in SQL, Python and BigQuery on raw event, payment and generation data. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building abuse, fraud or trust-and-safety detection that actually took action on real users — payments fraud, promo abuse, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, account takeover, marketplace or gaming abuse. Anti-money-laundering and credit-risk backgrounds transfer if the modelling was yours.
- Genuine understanding of the adversarial setting: that your counterparty responds, that your training labels are generated by your own past decisions, and that offline AUC on a censored label set is close to meaningless.
- Strong SQL and Python on raw event data without help: joins across payments, usage and identity, window functions, cohort replay. Gradient boosting, and the judgment to know when a two-condition rule beats a model.
- Comfort with graph and linkage thinking — connected components, shared-attribute clustering, and an instinct for when a link is evidence and when it is coincidence.
- Precision-first evaluation instincts: precision at the operating point, cost-weighted error, and why you would take 20% recall at 90% precision over the reverse in an enforcement system.
- Unit-economics literacy: gross margin per account, what compute actually costs us, why a negative-margin customer may be entirely legitimate.
- The judgment to escalate rather than act when the evidence is thin, and to say so in writing.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Fraud / risk data scientists from fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming or crypto
- Trust & safety and platform-integrity teams who owned detection and enforcement policy
- Growth or product data scientists who ended up owning promo-abuse because nobody else would
- Analysts from payment processors, PSPs or chargeback/dispute operations who moved into modelling
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to build content-moderation or NSFW classification — that is a different function here
- Would ship a ban list without knowing its precision
- Optimize AUC on a label set your own enforcement created, and call it validated
- Need a labelled fraud dataset to exist before you can start
- Treat every negative-margin account as an abuser
- Are uncomfortable that being right 90% of the time means being wrong about real, paying, legitimate people — and that you own what happens to them
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)

About The Opportunity
Our mission is to drive user growth and engagement across global markets by building a scalable growth platform — the shared campaign engine, task and incentive systems, loyalty programs, and ToB operational tooling that power growth for every business line at OKX — and by unlocking acquisition through diversified channels including SEO, ASO, affiliate, referral, and paid.
As the Growth Platform Product Lead, you will own the product vision and roadmap for our growth middle-platform, lead a team of product managers, and act as the central partner to business, channel, and regional stakeholders who rely on the platform to hit their growth targets. This is a leadership role for someone who has built growth infrastructure at scale and knows how to turn a fragmented set of campaign tools into a unified, self-serve growth system.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Growth Platform Strategy
Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth middle-platform: campaign engine, task/mission system, rewards and incentive infrastructure, loyalty and tiering, user segmentation and targeting, and the ToB configuration and analytics layer that operators use daily.
Set platform standards for reusability, configurability, and time-to-launch so that new growth activities can be shipped by business teams without bespoke engineering.
Balance platform investment against business-line requests, and make clear, well-communicated prioritization calls.
Build the Platform
Lead the design and delivery of ToC growth products (campaigns, tasks, mega sales, loyalty) and the ToB capabilities behind them (campaign configuration, rules engine, budget and risk controls, reporting).
Drive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics so that every campaign is measurable, comparable, and optimizable.
Leverage AI tools and automation to shorten experimentation cycles, surface insights faster, and scale growth operations with fewer manual touchpoints.
Enable Channel Growth
Partner with channel owners across SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid to translate channel-specific funnel needs into platform capabilities.
Identify high-leverage channel opportunities and build the platform features that amplify channel performance across markets.
Manage Stakeholders Across the Organization
Serve as the single point of accountability for the growth platform with Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, regional growth teams, and risk/compliance.
Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes that keep dozens of concurrent stakeholders aligned and informed.
Influence senior leadership on platform investment, trade-offs, and sequencing; resolve conflicts between business urgency and platform integrity.
Lead and Grow the Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; set clear goals, review work quality, and build a high-performance culture.
Raise the bar on PM craft across the team: problem framing, data literacy, spec quality, and cross-functional execution.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny
🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.)
🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch
📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment
🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity
NICE-TO-HAVES
🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals
🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories
🚀 Early-stage / scale-up experience: You’ve helped build pipeline and playbooks in a fast-growing environment where process is evolving

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Financial Risk team is responsible for protecting Wealthsimple and its clients from fraud while enabling safe, fast, and scalable money movement. We own the Decision Platform — a real-time rules engine that processes streaming data to make fraud decisions across every major payment rail — as well as the tooling and automations that power fraud investigation workflows, transaction decisioning, account restrictions, and deposit holds. Our systems are the infrastructure layer that payment and money movement teams plug into to move money safely.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a platform PM role with a dual mandate: prevent fraud by building and tuning real-time interventions and decision rules, and enable fraud investigations by building automations and tooling that make our fraud operations team faster and more effective. You'll own a broad surface area — from the streaming decision engine that blocks fraudulent withdrawals in milliseconds, to the case management system that routes alerts to investigators, to the restriction and suspension frameworks that protect compromised accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product vision and strategy for the Financial Risk platform, balancing fraud prevention with client experience - every intervention has a cost, and you'll need to make sharp tradeoffs between friction and protection.
- Drive the roadmap for the Decision Platform, our real-time rules engine that evaluates fraud risk across withdrawals, deposits, e-transfers, crypto transactions, and cheque deposits.
- Build and improve fraud investigation tooling and automations - including case management workflows, alert deduplication, and enrichment pipelines - that help our fraud operations team investigate and resolve cases faster.
- Define and evolve the restriction and mitigation framework that enables the right response to fraud signals: suspensions, withdrawal blocks, spend switch blocks, and account-level restrictions.
- Operate as a platform PM, designing extensible APIs, decision schemas, and integration patterns that payment and money movement teams can reliably plug into as new products and payment rails launch.
- Partner deeply with Fraud and Data Science teams on fraud model integration, fraud rule development, and the feedback loops that improve detection accuracy over time.
- Own key risk metrics - fraud loss rates, false positive rates, investigation cycle times, decision latency - and use data to drive prioritization.
- Break down complex, behind-the-scenes infrastructure projects into discrete phases that deliver value incrementally - this is platform work where the "client" is often another engineering team.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 8+ years of product management experience with significant depth in fraud, risk, or trust & safety - you've built fraud prevention systems, investigation tooling, or risk decisioning platforms and understand the cat-and-mouse dynamics of financial fraud.
- Experience operating as a platform PM: you've built systems that other teams consume, and you know how to balance internal developer experience with business outcomes. You think in APIs, schemas, and extensibility.
- Strong technical fluency: you can go deep on streaming architectures, workflow orchestration, and ML model integration. You don't need to write code, but you need to reason about system design tradeoffs with engineering.
- Comfort with breadth: this role spans real-time decisioning, investigation tooling, restrictions infrastructure, and regulatory reporting. You thrive when context-switching across a wide problem space, not when going narrow.
- Data-driven decision making: you use quantitative analysis to identify fraud patterns, measure intervention effectiveness, and prioritize investments.
- Experience working with fraud operations teams: you understand investigation workflows, alert triage, case management, and the tooling that makes analysts productive. You've closed the loop between detection and investigation.
- A shipping mentality: we don't believe in spending forever analyzing and debating. The best way to validate a fraud rule is to ship it, monitor it, and iterate.
- Strong communication skills: you can translate complex risk and platform concepts for engineering, operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently: biasing towards action to drive projects forward across a broad surface area.

Senior Software Design Lead, IDEO San Francisco
In a nutshell:
IDEO San Francisco is in search of a
Senior Software Design Lead
who will architect the human and technical systems behind the digital products and AI experiences we design, build prototypes that behave like real production software, and be the technical voice client CTOs trust. You'll pick up design at IDEO along the way.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Software design makes the biggest impact by turning a product vision into something a client can actually build, and by testing ideas in working code rather than static screens. Their skillset is critical to our business because the work has evolved from designing interfaces to designing systems: how people, software, and AI agents behave together. We count on them to understand data models, APIs and agentic infrastructure from first principles, and speak credibly on technical choices with executives and engineering leaders.
Once here you will:
Work with product designers, product strategists and design researchers on 8–12+ week digital product engagements that may span from product vision and strategy to full end-to-end build. You will play a key role in turning human insights into technical architecture: data, APIs, integrations and the agentic layer.
Build early prototypes with real data, real models and real integrations, so we learn quickly and lower the risk of big bets.
Advise client executives and engineering teams on tech stack choices, build-vs-buy, evaluating APIs and LLMs, and feasibility.
Design how agents and systems behave on a human's behalf, including guardrails, failure states and how the system stays legible to both people and machines.
Raise the craft bar inside IDEO. Create reusable starter kits and toolkits so teams stop building from scratch, and coach designers who prototype in code.
Help shape proposals and scope technical work in business development.
What does IDEO offer you?
IDEO is a place where you can solve diverse, complex challenges for our clients and their organizations, alongside thoughtful, intelligent individuals who lead with curiosity, empathy, and humility. We intentionally craft moments that allow our community to pause, create, and connect. We encourage our community to bring their whole selves to work, respect the need for work-life balance, and allow for autonomy in the design process and your career.
As a Software Designer in San Francisco, we provide the opportunity for you to:
Learn design from a leading design and innovation firm
. IDEO's founders designed Apple's first mouse and the first laptop. Since then, we've kept people at the center of design through every wave of technological change. You'd learn to do field research with real people, synthesize insights and tell compelling stories, and work alongside some of the best designers in the world.
Work across many problem spaces
. In one year you might redesign a retail or finance app, prototype new ideas in media and entertainment, and take on systemic challenges in health and education. Working across clients and industries stretches your thinking. A good solution isn't only technically sound: it has to fit real people, real businesses and the constraints they work within.
Be in the room for the "why" before the "how."
You'd shape the question from day one instead of receiving a spec after decisions have been made. And you’d help build this practice at IDEO to shape how next generation digital products are designed and built in the era of AI.
Some previous projects to check out:
Straight Arrow News
: a redesigned news app and website with features like See All Sides, Sources and Media Landscape views. App page views grew 1,170% and active users 700%. This role would design the content and data model underneath and prototype with real feeds.
Gates Foundation – Last Mile Money
: human-centered design for 100+ digital financial products serving 34M underserved users. This role would work on architecture for low-connectivity settings and evaluate partner platforms and APIs.
Jack Technology – Aitu
: AI-enabled industrial sewing machines and a humanoid robot, designed around how they work with factory workers. This role would work on system behavior: how the AI signals what it's doing and how humans stay in control.
Relevant experience and mindset:
Must-haves:
6-8+ years as a software engineer shipping production software, ideally at growth-stage or established tech companies where speed and scale both mattered. You've taken products from concept to launch.
1-2+ years as an engineering lead or solutions architect: scoping, estimating and planning projects, and making architecture decisions others build on. You think at a systems level.
Deep software fundamentals, including systems design, data modeling, APIs, and tradeoffs around performance, security and scale, plus fluency in a modern stack (e.g., TypeScript, React, Python, Node; AWS, GCP, Azure).
Hands-on building with LLMs (tool use, agents, retrieval, evals) and advanced prototyping. You turn concepts into working software quickly, using real data and integrations, with quality that holds up beyond vibe coding.
A track record of working closely with product, design and data, plus curiosity about people and a desire to learn how the craft of software intersects with product and design. You use prototypes as a way to think, not just to deliver.
Strong communication and storytelling: architecture diagrams, system maps and presentations that make technical recommendations clear and persuasive to executives and engineering leaders.
Nice-to-haves:
Comfort with Figma, design systems and front-end craft
Client-facing or consulting experience, or taking part in UX research
Experience with hardware or connected devices (Arduino, IoT)
Pop quiz, Hot Shot:
A client's CEO wants "an AI agent in the app by Q2." What's your first question for the CEO?
What's a piece of software that's beautifully built under the hood, not just on the surface? What makes it good?
Application requirements and instructions:
Résumé, LinkedIn + Cover Letter (Optional)
GitHub or two to three work samples (code, architecture docs, side projects or technical writing)
A short response of about 300 words: "Tell us about a technical decision you made that shaped how people experienced a product. What were the tradeoffs, and what would you do differently today?”

Other Benefits: Flexible Work, Flexible Time Off, Paid Holidays, Annual Education Stipend, Home Office Stipend, Commuter Reimbursement, and Phone & Internet Reimbursement
Commitment to Diversity
At IDEO, we are committed to the work of advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization and in the world. Our purpose of having disproportionate, world-changing impact through design is directly connected to our ability to bring many different perspectives
to the table. This applies to our candidates, the people we hire, the clients and customers we serve, and the communities we learn from in our research.
Please note that the successful candidate must be based in the United States and have the unrestricted right to work in the US. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. IDEO proudly supports flexible work.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE) owns physical security across Anthropic's data center footprint: the sites, the hardware inside them, and the supply chain that delivers it. The Security Fusion Platform is where physical security signals from across that footprint are correlated and put in front of the analysts who act on them. It carries continuous monitoring, audit evidence, metrics, and analyst response, along with the classification and analytics pipelines that turn sensor data into events. You'll build and own the platform analysts work from.
This is a foundational role. You'll build the software platform that carries a signal from source to analyst decision, ship its first versions, and keep them running in production. The sensors and systems at each site belong to other DCSE engineers; you define the event contract their owners deliver to, and you build the classification and analytics pipelines that run over what those sources produce. Physical security systems engineers own the operations spaces; you own the software that runs in them. You'll work alongside engineers focused on the sites themselves. What you lead, you own end to end: the design, the technical approach, and the result in production.
You'll work with external vendors and integrators, setting requirements and acceptance criteria for what you own and deciding what the team builds itself. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
This role involves regular travel to data center sites. No security clearance is required. These are critical services, and you'll take part in on-call for them.
Key responsibilities
Design and build the event bus and normalized event schema:
source identity, sequencing, health state, and the adapter contract that owners of each sensor and system feed build to, plus adapters where needed
Build correlation and alerting:
the rules and services that turn events from independent sources into alerts an analyst can act on
Build the classification and analytics pipelines:
computer vision and multi-sensor fusion, with results landing on the event bus
Build analyst surfaces:
the queue, escalation tooling, dashboards, camera viewers, and video wall content a 24/7 watch works from, plus video analytics integration so camera streams arrive on the bus as events
Deliver audit evidence:
durable, tamper-evident event history, evidence exports, and the retention and access controls around them
Instrument metrics and self-monitoring:
detection rates, nuisance ratios, alert aging, time to resolve; heartbeats and loss-of-telemetry alarms on every feed, tested fail-secure behavior, and change audit on every rule
Deploy across sites:
site-local components, central services, and the sync that keeps configuration, rules, and state consistent, then commission each site and hand over to the analysts
Specify the compute the platform runs on
(servers, storage, and the platform's network segment) to the team's segmentation and hardening baseline
Write requirements and acceptance criteria
for what vendors and integrators deliver, review deliverables against them, and make the call on accepting or rejecting the work
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run event-driven backend systems in production
Are proficient in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust, and have worked with a message bus or event streaming system such as Kafka
Have owned a system end to end: set the design, made the tradeoffs, shipped it, and answered for it in production
Have integrated with external systems you did not control (vendor APIs, on-prem appliances, video platforms, building systems) and designed for a life beyond any one vendor
Have directed vendor or integrator work: written requirements and acceptance criteria, reviewed deliverables against them, and decided what gets accepted
Design for the failure you won't see coming (a silent feed, a lost network path, a replayed event, a de-tuned rule), know how your system behaves when a source lies or goes quiet, and test for it
Build tools for people who use them under pressure and iterate with those operators
Preferred qualifications
Experience building or operating a security operations platform (SOC, physical security operations, or the detection engineering behind one)
Experience building ML or computer vision inference pipelines over video and sensor streams
PSIM (physical security information management) or VMS (video management system) integration experience, or familiarity with physical access control and building systems data
Experience producing evidence for auditors or assessors: log integrity, retention, chain of custody
Experience using AI-assisted development tooling as a core part of your workflow
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Capital.com's Product Security team protects our web and mobile applications, infrastructure, and external perimeter in a highly regulated environment. As Senior/Staff Application Security Engineer, you will raise the bar for application security across the organisation. This role is measured by leverage: how well you design, automate, and scale security processes so that many engineering teams can build securely by default.
You will lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling, increasingly with the help of AI tooling, and turn one-off security work into repeatable, self-service capabilities. The role combines deep hands-on offensive and defensive security expertise with the engineering mindset needed to automate at scale. You will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Threat Modelling:
Lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling for new and existing systems, using AI tools to make reviews faster, more consistent, and scalable across teams
Act as a security force multiplier by influencing the standards, patterns, and guardrails that let teams move fast and stay secure
Security Automation & Tooling:
Design, build, and automate scalable security processes that engineering teams can self-serve, covering secure design review, threat modelling, testing, and remediation workflows
Integrate and automate security checks across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets, and IaC scanning), tuned for strong signal and low friction
Own and evolve security tooling such as DefectDojo and SAST, DAST, and SCA platforms, maximising automation, coverage, and integration
Apply AI and LLM-based tooling to architecture review, threat modelling, code review, and vulnerability triage, and help define how the team adopts these tools safely
Security Testing & Vulnerability Management:
Conduct and oversee security assessments of web and mobile applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, including manual testing and PoC development
Run vulnerability scans across internal infrastructure and the external perimeter, then analyse findings, define remediation, and track issues to closure

Possibility of taking two additional days of paid leave per year to dedicate to volunteering efforts.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Belgrade, Serbia; Berlin, Germany; Paphos, Cyprus; Remote, Germany; Warsaw, Poland
Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves zero-to-one challenges? Do you want to build systems with real context and memory that do more than reason, use tools, and drive actual business outcomes?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. Business context usually gets fragmented across CRMs, documents, dashboards, and people's heads. GrowthBricks brings that context together so agents and people can make decisions and execute effectively across the sales, marketing, and product stack.
About GrowthBricks
GrowthBricks is a shared business brain for GTM teams and AI agents.
It brings together the context that usually lives across CRM, docs, dashboards, tools, and people’s heads: who we sell to, why customers buy, what matters now, what we tried, and what worked. Agents and people use that context to decide what to do next and execute across the GTM stack.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Tech Lead to build GrowthBricks from zero.
You’ll work directly with the product founder and own the technical side of the product: architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer.
The core challenge is turning fragmented, changing business context into reliable memory and agent actions across tools and measuring whether those actions actually drive business outcomes.
You’ll write a lot of the early code yourself, make the key technical decisions, and shape the product as we learn what works.
What you’ll work on
Design the core architecture: business context, agents, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
Build agentic workflows that can reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
Build context extractors from GTM team artifacts like sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM state, marketing campaigns, etc.
Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding everything around it.
Decide where to use MCP, APIs, frameworks, or third-party tools and where a custom solution is worth it.
Prototype fast, discard weak ideas, and turn the useful ones into product primitives.
We expect that you
Are a strong hands-on engineer who enjoys zero-to-one work.
Have built with LLMs, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people, and improved them based on failures, evaluations, and user feedback.
Understand how context, prompting, tools, and agent behavior fit together.
Can design backend systems, APIs, data models, and integrations.
Are comfortable making decisions before all the answers are known.
Prefer simple, pragmatic solutions over unnecessary complexity.
We’re especially interested if you
Have worked in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or built software for GTM teams.
Understand the modern GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals.
Have automated sales or marketing workflows, ideally with agents or LLMs.
Have owned a technical product from a blank repo to something people actually used.
GTM experience is not mandatory, but if you already understand how sales and marketing teams work, that is a strong advantage.
What we offer
A competitive salary and strong benefits package.
The runway and resources of an established company, with startup-level autonomy.
A founding role with direct influence over both product and architecture.
Real users and real workflows from day one.
Freedom to choose the stack, tools, and technical approach.
A chance to help define what an agent-native GTM product should look like.

Your job is to make sure every payout and transaction lands with the right person.
We have spent years getting very good at protecting the things a marketplace has always had to protect: checkout fraud, account takeover, courier abuse. But we are no longer only a marketplace. We now issue banking products, lend to merchants, move instant payouts to couriers, and collect cash on the doorstep. Every one of those is a new way for money to leave the platform.
This is a new team, and it owns that surface: fraud wherever money moves through the platform. Who receives it, who lends it, who collects it, and who holds it in a financial account. Think instant payout rails, merchant cash advances, and platform-issued banking and earned-wage products serving millions of couriers and merchants. These are live loss surfaces, and the volume grows with every financial product we launch.
We are now looking for a
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to build that protection. You will design and ship real-time detection and automated enforcement for our financial products across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The work is high-throughput, low-latency, and unusually consequential: a rule you ship on Monday can stop a serious loss by Friday. It is also close to greenfield, so you will be setting the patterns every future financial product inherits on day one.
This role will be based in
London
,
UK
as one of the founding engineering roles in our London hub, working closely with our teams in Helsinki and Berlin.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go that score financial events in real time, including payout enrollments, bank account links, credit applications, and account-to-account transfers.
Design fraud detection and automated enforcement for our financial products end to end: from signal collection through to the decision that blocks a fraudulent payout.
Build on and extend our shared fraud decisioning platform, so signals, rules, and models work across all three of our brands instead of being rebuilt three times.
Partner closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to turn observed fraud patterns into shipped detection, and to know when a rule, a model, or a product change is the right answer.
Work across team boundaries with our account security, payments fraud, and financial product teams. We build on their signals rather than rebuild them, so clean interfaces matter.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions as we establish the fraud infrastructure baseline for financial products, with support from senior engineers on the team.
Write well-tested, observable code and help the team hold a high quality bar. In fraud, a silent failure is a loss event.
Our expectations:
3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including backend services you have shipped and owned in production.
1+ years of production experience in Golang, or strong experience in another backend language and real enthusiasm for picking Go up quickly.
A working understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. Real-time decisioning comes with a latency budget, and you are keen to learn to build inside one.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Willingness to operate what you build, including a share of on-call, with a pragmatic approach to reliability.
Uses AI tooling in day-to-day development and can critically evaluate its output for correctness and quality.
Nice to have
Experience in fraud, risk, payments, lending, or financial crime, especially money movement fraud, bank account linking fraud, payout abuse, or lending fraud.
Experience with rules engines, real-time feature stores, or ML model serving in a decisioning path.
Background in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Node.js alongside Go.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or regulatory regimes.
What we value
A product-oriented mindset. You think beyond the ticket, understand the "why" behind the work, and take a high level of responsibility for outcomes rather than output.
Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new team on a new surface; parts of the charter are still being drawn, and you will help draw them.
A track record of owning a project or feature end to end, especially in fast-paced environments.
Clear and proactive communication, with a collaborative spirit. We work across three companies and several time zones, so we move fast, but we succeed together.
An adversarial instinct. The best fraud engineers enjoy thinking like the attacker.

About the Role
We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences across multiple markets. Trust and Safety is not a defensive function here - it is a strategic growth lever. A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale
