About Utorg
Founded in 2019, Utorg builds the infrastructure for stablecoin payments: on- and off-ramps, self-custodial wallets, and crypto cards. Over 2 million users across 130+ countries already buy, hold, and spend crypto through our app. On the B2B side, the same rails power 2,100+ platforms, with $2.4B+ moved to date.
Fully MiCA-authorized across the EEA. PCI DSS Level 2 certified. Backed by Dragonfly, TA Ventures, and Hypra.
Location: Remote
Tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, NATS JetStream, Redis, Jest, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform.
Blockchains: EVM-compatible, Bitcoin-family, Tron, Solana, TON.
About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thinks in systems and owns the outcome:
two large-scale microservice platforms (30+ and 25+ services), blockchain integrations handling real user funds across multiple networks, a fintech product available in 190+ countries.
This role partially offloads the Tech Lead. That means making architectural calls independently, driving complex integrations with payment providers and blockchain networks, and shaping technical direction, not just contributing to it.
The bar is high by design. If you've been in rooms where key technical decisions get made, and you were the one making them or should have been, let's talk.
What you’ll do:
• Own backend architecture across two large-scale microservice platforms (30+ and 25+ services) from system design and API contracts to data flow and inter-service communication.
• Lead complex integrations — payment providers, card issuers, blockchain networks, third-party APIs, and take full responsibility for their reliability in production.
• Drive performance and scalability — identify bottlenecks, design caching strategies, optimize database queries, and ensure the platform handles growing load.
• Shape technical direction — make architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and influence the team’s engineering standards. You’ll partially offload the Tech Lead so the team can scale.
• Build and improve AI-powered processes — our team actively uses LLM-based systems to automate operational and development workflows. You’ll contribute to and extend this direction.
• Contribute to back-office frontends (~20% of your time) — maintain and extend React-based admin dashboards used by internal teams.
• Own features end-to-end from planning and architectural design to implementation, testing, production monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams — produce clear technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge.
• Take part in a shared on-call rotation — roughly one week a month.
Who you are:
•
Technically strong with an architectural mindset
— you don’t just write code; you design systems. You think about data flows, failure modes, and long-term maintainability before writing the first line.
•
Opinionated and able to defend your decisions
— you bring an expert perspective to technical discussions and can articulate trade-offs clearly to both engineers and stakeholders.
•
Proactive problem-solver
— you find issues before they become incidents and propose solutions without waiting to be asked.
•
Product-driven
— most of your time goes into shipping features and solving real user problems, not open-ended refactoring.
•
Self-motivated and responsible
— you thrive in small teams, enjoy autonomy, and take full ownership of the development process.
What you will bring
(must-have)
:
•
Last
5+ years of production experience
in backend development with
Type Script/Node.js as the primary stack. Last
2+ years with NestJS in production
— modules, providers, middleware, guards, interceptors, microservice architecture with custom transports.
•
System design experience
— decomposing services, designing API contracts, data flow architecture, capacity planning. You can whiteboard a system and explain why you made each decision.
•
Complex integration experience
— you’ve built and maintained integrations with third-party APIs, payment systems, or similar external services in production. You know how to handle retries, circuit breakers, and graceful degradation.
•
AI-driven development
— you actively use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) in your daily workflow. Beyond personal productivity, you have experience optimizing business or organizational processes with AI/LLMs—building automations, internal tools, or workflows powered by language models.
•
Fintech domain knowledge:
PCI DSS, GDPR, KYC/AML, payment systems.
•
Deep PostgreSQL expertise
— schema design, indexing (partial, GIN/GiST), query optimization, migrations with zero downtime, database-per-service pattern.
•
Hands-on microservices experience
— not a monolith split into modules. You’ve dealt with inter-service communication (RPC + pub/sub), message brokers, idempotency, eventual consistency, saga/outbox patterns.
•
Performance engineering
— profiling, caching strategies, load analysis, bottleneck identification. You can optimize a slow query and a slow service alike.
•
Strong testing discipline
— unit tests (Jest), integration tests with real databases, microservice testing.
•
Security-conscious
— in fintech and crypto, every code path can touch real user funds. You build accordingly.
•
Skilled in technical research
— evaluating trade-offs, testing hypotheses, and making data-driven architectural decisions.
•
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate. Fluent in Russian.
Nice to have:
•
Production blockchain experience
— you’ve worked with on-chain transactions, multiple networks, and real user funds. You understand HD wallets (BIP32/BIP39), smart contracts, ABI, ERC-20/SPL tokens, and the differences between account-based and UTXO models. Experience with libraries like ethers.js, viem, and solana/web3.js.
•
Experience with
NATS JetStream
as a transport layer (streams, consumers, delivery policies).
•
Observability:
OpenTelemetry, Prometheus + Grafana, structured logging (pino), distributed tracing.
•
Kubernetes beyond basics:
Kustomize/Helm, deployment strategies, resource management.
•
Experience mentoring developers.
•
React basics for back-office UIs
(functional components, hooks, Redux, Material-UI).
Interaction with other teams:
Close collaboration with Product, QA, Frontend, and Mobile. Cross-functional communication is an essential part of the role. Partially offload the Tech Lead: own architectural and technical decisions, independently drive complex integrations, and influence the platform's technical direction. This is not an executor role. We need someone with strong expert opinions who can be relied upon for key technical decisions.
Key results (30-60-90):
30 days:
First features shipped to production. Deep dive into the stack, architecture, and domain (blockchain, fintech). Clear understanding of core services and how they interact.
60 days:
Independently drives a complex integration or a major feature. Participates in architectural code reviews. Brings first proposals for improvements.
90 days:
Makes architectural decisions on their scope. Influences technical direction. Partially offloads decision-making from the Tech Lead. Participates in planning.
What we offer:
• Work fully remote as part of an agile, international team reshaping the future of finance.
• An engineering culture that encourages the adoption of modern tools and development practices, giving engineers real influence over technologies, workflows, and technical decisions.
• Two career tracks — grow into Tech Lead or deepen your expertise as Staff/Principal IC. You choose the path.
• Career progression and professional development in a forward-thinking fintech environment.
• Competitive salary range based on individual performance review.
• Transparent feedback and a culture that values ownership, open dialogue, and visible impact.

About You
Xsolla is opening a Club in Limassol — a physical hub for the game development community, partners, and the local video-games ecosystem. We are looking for a Club Administrator to take ownership of the venue from the construction phase through to full daily operation.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. In the first phase, you will supervise the build-out and ensure the space is delivered exactly to our design intent. Once the Club opens, you become the person who keeps it running — operations, suppliers, events, compliance, and the day-to-day relationships with the landlord, building management company and local authorities.
If you are organised, comfortable holding contractors and vendors to a standard, and enjoy being the go-to person for a physical space that people care about, this role will suit you.
About Us
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Key Responsibilities
Design & Construction Supervision (pre-opening)
Supervise the execution of the approved design project, including all construction, fit-out, and finishing works
Ensure all works comply with Xsolla internal design guidelines and brand standards; escalate and resolve deviations before they become permanent
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site schedules; track progress against timelines, budget, and quality expectations
Manage snag lists, technical acceptance, and formal handover of the completed space
Maintain full documentation of the project: drawings, approvals, change requests, certificates, and warranties
Day-to-Day Club Operations (post-opening)
Own the daily operation of the Club: opening and closing procedures, access control, space readiness, and general upkeep
Oversee maintenance, cleaning, technical systems (HVAC, AV, IT infrastructure, security), and preventative servicing
Manage room and space bookings, capacity planning, and the operational calendar
Act as the first point of contact for anything related to the physical space
Supplies, Vendors & Procurement
Control all supplies and inventory: office and hospitality consumables, F&B, equipment, and event materials
Source, onboard, and manage vendors and service providers; negotiate terms and monitor performance
Handle purchase requests, contracts, invoices, and reconciliation in line with internal finance procedures
Track and report operational spend against the approved Club budget
Authorities, Landlord & Regulatory Affairs
Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities and their representatives
Lead or support negotiations with the landlord and building management on lease matters, works approvals, service charges, and access
Obtain and maintain all required permits, licences, inspections, and certificates for the venue and its activities
Ensure continuous compliance with Cypriot local regulations, including health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, and any licensing relevant to events and hospitality
Events Coordination
Coordinate all events hosted at the Club — meetups, workshops, partner sessions, community nights, and corporate hosting in collaboration with Event Manager
Handle end-to-end event logistics: setup and teardown, AV and technical needs, catering, staffing, guest registration, and access
Coordinate with internal marketing, community, and business development teams, and with external organisers and sponsors
Be present on-site during events as the operational owner; resolve issues in real time
Produce post-event summaries covering attendance, costs, issues, and recommendations
Compliance, Process & Reporting
Ensure all Club activity aligns with Xsolla internal rules, policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate operational records, vendor documentation, and compliance files
Provide regular reporting on operations, spend, events, and any risks or open issues to the Club Director and regional leadership

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, with Abu Dhabi and Riyadh opening next. We leverage a modern technology stack to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end to end — from housekeepers, technicians and drivers to customer support, finance, technology and branch supervisors. You are the single point of
accountability for keeping every vacancy moving: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and a clean handover to onboarding.
This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role. We need someone who makes routine decisions — which channel to use, which candidates reach the hiring manager, when to switch on an agency — and reports after, not someone who escalates and waits. If a housekeeping shift is short next Monday, you already have three vetted candidates ready.
Note: This role does not include HR administration (visas, payroll, employee relations). Those sit with the HR team — your job is filling seats with the right people, fast.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Run every vacancy end to end: intake with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and handover to onboarding.
• Own time-to-fill per role and keep a live pipeline for every open position — no vacancy sits without movement for more than a week.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings against the role profile before any candidate reaches a manager.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Report pipeline numbers weekly (roles open, candidates sourced, interviews held, offers out) — in the tracker, not from memory.
2. Sourcing & Channels
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels — direct outreach, not just posting and waiting.
• Keep the careers page (
jobs.deluxehomes.com
) postings current, accurate and closed when filled.
• Build and maintain a warm candidate bench for our recurring roles: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers, guest support.
• Run the employee referral channel and keep it visible to staff.
• Manage recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles: brief them tightly, hold them to deadlines, and cut the ones that underdeliver.
3. Volume & Specialist Hiring
• Deliver blue-collar volume hiring (housekeepers, cleaners, technicians, drivers) at pace and to standard — including batch interview days.
• Fill office and specialist roles: customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch supervisors.
• Support branch hiring for Fujairah and Sharjah, and coordinate Armenia vacancies with the local HR Manager.
• Screen for our non-negotiables: initiative, fast learning, and delivered outcomes — not just years on a CV.
• Enforce the application screening question on every role and filter on it before reviewing CVs.
4. Process, Records & Candidate Experience
• Complete reference checks before any offer is requested — no exceptions.
• Keep complete, accurate recruitment records: every role, every candidate, every decision traceable.
• Give every candidate a clear, respectful process — timely updates, honest rejections; they are also future guests and owners.
• Prepare offer requests with full details (role, salary, start date, conditions) for HR Manager and management approval.
• Improve the process every month: where candidates drop off, which channels convert, what to change next.
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in the UAE at a 100–500 person company — hospitality, property, facilities or similar operational business preferred.
• Proven track record hiring BOTH blue-collar volume roles and office/specialist roles — you can name your numbers: roles filled, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent); you source directly, not only post-and-pray.
• Structured screener — you interview against a profile and can defend every shortlist decision.
• Decisive operator — you make calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers.
• AI tools used daily for sourcing, screening and outreach (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI). Not optional in 2026.
• UAE residency. On-site in Dubai 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00 — this is not a hybrid or remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, holiday-homes or property-management hiring background.
• Experience running an ATS and keeping it clean.
• Additional sourcing languages for our candidate pools: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog or Russian.
• Familiarity with UAE visa categories and MOHRE basics (offer-stage awareness; processing sits with HR).
• UAE university graduate (UOWD, AUD, AUS, Heriot-Watt Dubai, or similar).
What We Offer
• Full ownership of recruitment across a 700+ property, ~230-person group — your results are visible every week.
• Direct access to the HR Manager and company leadership — decisions get made, not queued.
• Professional development support. 6-month probation per UAE Labour Law. UAE employment visa sponsored.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.
