Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Attio is an AI-native platform trusted with our customers' most sensitive data - and keeping that data secure is foundational to everything we build. As we scale, so does the challenge: a large multi-tenant SaaS platform, AI-driven product features that introduce entirely new attack surfaces, and an engineering team shipping fast with AI-assisted development.
We're looking for a Security Engineering Lead to build and lead Attio's Product Security function, spanning application security and security operations. You'll work alongside our Engineering Leadership to make Attio secure by design, lead the response when things go wrong, and recruit a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners. This is a rare opportunity to define how security works at a company operating at the frontier of AI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function. Secure Attio’s large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform, and the sensitive customer data on which it operates.
- Work with Engineering Leadership peers to ensure that Attio is secure by design.
- Understand and mitigate the unique risks and attack vectors associated with AI-driven product features, and AI-assisted software development.
- Ensure that Attio is at the forefront of secure software development and operational practices.
- Lead production security incident response; deeply understand security issues and their associated root causes and risks, create remediation plans, and drive to resolution.
- Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Full understanding of the Application Security landscape in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
- Appreciation of the tools and techniques used to secure SaaS applications, through prevention, detection and remediation of security issues. Understanding of how to integrate those tools into an effective, scalable, cost-efficient program that delivers a secure service.
- First-class incident response skills, through the entire incident lifecycle of detection, remediation, clean-up, and post-incident corrective action.
- A recognized “talent magnet” and mentor who can recruit, retain and develop a high-quality Information Security team which continues to deliver for the business as Attio scales.
DESIRABLE
- Experience of running an Application Security program in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
- Experience of hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers, and working with cross-functional partners.
- Experience of security certification and re-certification programs.
- Project or program management experience.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: To create the best experience for this employee and meet business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA region.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting time to join Oyster. The Netherlands is one of our most important markets—this role will give you real ownership over how payroll runs, with the scope to help us achieve best-in-class payroll standards at scale.
You'll be a valued member of our in-house payroll team: someone we trust to accurately produce your assigned stream of Dutch payroll each cycle, follow our AFAS processes closely, and flag anything that doesn't look right. If you have hands-on native Dutch payroll experience, are comfortable executing structured processes with care, and want to build your skills within a payroll function that's still taking shape, this role is for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process payroll accurately. Produce your assigned stream of the native Dutch payroll cycle in-house each period; accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Master data accuracy. Process and check employee payroll master data — new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences, and garnishments (loonbeslag) — following defined procedures and flagging anything unclear or that looks off.
- Payroll controls & quality. Run pre- and post-payroll validations each cycle; check your own work carefully, and flag anything that doesn't look right before issues reach team members, customers, or Finance.
- Handle all statutory filings & accesses. monthly loonaangifte filings to the Belastingdienst, UWV wage declarations, and the annual jaarloonopgaaf, filing of Ziektewet and WAZO reimbursement claims with UWV, owning the retrieval and maintenance of employee loonheffingskorting data: you follow established procedures for these activities and flag anything that looks off. You'll support the setup and maintenance of required government accesses as directed.
- Follow the payroll system procedures. Follow defined steps to help maintain the in-house payroll system, test legislative updates before they go live as directed, and flag issues or ideas to your team lead or our Product team.
- Build your subject matter knowledge. Learn and follow Loonheffingenrecht, Socialezekerheidsrecht, Arbeidsrecht, and CAO (Collectieve Arbeidsovereenkomst) as they apply to your work, and ask questions when something is unclear.
- Check your numbers. Check payroll journals and GL mappings against your outputs, and flag any data integrity issues you notice.
- Handle assigned tickets. Handle assigned client payroll tickets well, and escalate anything that exceeds your frame to senior team members. Pair careful, accurate work with a customer-first mindset.
- Reporting. Help prepare statutory and ad-hoc reports to meet regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive obligations, Ondernemingsraad (OR)-facing pay assessment documentation, and AVG/GDPR compliance across payroll data.
- Audits. Provide structured data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Support the team. Follow SOPs closely and flag gaps when you spot them. Share knowledge when asked and support your peers informally, helping keep our living knowledge base — playbooks and SOPs — documented and shared.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years running native (in-house) payroll processes for the Netherlands, comfortable independently handling a defined volume of payslips per month.
- Hands-on AFAS and / or Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl processing experience.
- Completed the Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) and/or NIRPA Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) registration.
- Working knowledge of Dutch wage tax, social insurance, and labor law, with a willingness to build deeper expertise over time.
- Dutch at C1/C2 for interaction with local authorities and fluent English for collaborating with our async global team.
- Comfortable handling assigned client queries and escalating anything beyond your scope with clear context; balancing careful, accurate work with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- A careful, detail-oriented mindset. You check your own work thoroughly and flag patterns or issues as you notice them.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity within your own workstream, and know when to escalate something that falls outside your frame.
- You're happy to share knowledge when asked and support your peers informally.
- Comfortable working largely asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A broader accounting background or qualification (e.g. RA/AA accountancy qualification); particularly useful for the GL mapping and reconciliation side of the role.
- Proven experience working on and delivering cross-functional HR/Payroll projects.
- Hands-on capability working with AI tools to optimize payroll or operations workflows.
- Strong data transformation skills and practical experience with data analytics platforms.

Help Us Build The Future of Travel
At Airalo, we're making it easier for people to stay connected wherever they travel. As the world's first eSIM store, we help millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries and regions around the world.
Today, we're a team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used by travelers every day. We've grown quickly, but we've worked hard to keep what matters: trust, ownership, and the freedom for people to do great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
We're fully remote by design, genuinely global, and united by a shared mission to make travel simpler for everyone.
Your Next Destination
Location: Remote.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link - https://airalo-public.notion.site/Benefits-25396a97ffca81fb9bc1f0be479f1be3?pvs=74
Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Pricing to build the analytical and machine learning capability that pricing runs on, from demand modelling through to the systems that recommend price.
You won't be starting from zero. We've invested in the foundational data and infrastructure that pricing decisions depend on. What's missing is the capability on top: models the business trusts, experiments that settle pricing questions with evidence, and economics defined once so they hold consistently across Commercial, Product and the customer experience.
The arc of the role runs from measurement to prediction to prescription - understanding how demand responds to price, forecasting how it will respond, and ultimately building the models that recommend the price itself.
What You'll Do:
Build and own the demand and elasticity modelling capability, quantifying how price affects volume across destination, duration, data tier, and customer segment.
Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting and willingness-to-pay, and take them from exploration through to production with the monitoring and retraining that keeps them honest.
Move us from predictive to prescriptive by building the optimisation layer that turns forecasts and elasticities into recommended prices under margin, competitive and partner constraints.
Design and analyse pricing experiments with statistical rigour, and apply causal methods where clean randomisation isn't possible.
Define pricing within our data ecosystem, owning the governed definitions of price, cost and package economics that reporting, analysis and product surfaces all read from.
Partner with Commercial and Finance to connect pricing decisions to margin and revenue, and to size opportunities before we commit.
Set the analytical standard for pricing at Airalo, from what counts as evidence through to how a model or recommendation gets validated before it influences live pricing.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years in data science, quantitative economics, or applied research, including pricing, monetisation, or marketplace economics work that demonstrably changed decisions.
Experience with dynamic or algorithmic pricing systems in production.
An advanced degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research or similar, or equivalent applied depth in demand estimation and the identification problems that make naive price-quantity regressions wrong.
Hands-on machine learning experience across the full lifecycle, from feature engineering and model selection through to deployment
Familiarity with optimisation and decision-science methods that turn predictions into recommended actions, whether through constrained optimisation, bandits, or reinforcement learning approaches.
Proven experimentation expertise, having designed and defended experiments with a clear view on decision frameworks and common failure modes.
Experience building analytical capability where none existed before, turning raw data and a business question into something a commercial team uses repeatedly.
Strong data modelling instincts, thinking in reusable definitions and single sources of truth rather than standalone analyses.
The ability to move comfortably between financial, product and operational data and connect the analysis to a financial outcome.
Genuine partnership instincts, translating between analytical rigour and commercial reality so that Commercial and Product come to you early rather than after the decision.
Fluency in the Python ML stack alongside strong SQL, with the engineering hygiene to hand over code that others can run and maintain.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make a methodological argument to people who won't check your standard errors.
A self-starter mindset that thrives in ambiguity and brings structure without waiting for permission.
Comfort using AI tools to augment analytical work, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
Nice to have:
Experience in marketplace, telecom, travel, or subscription/usage-based businesses.
Bayesian or hierarchical modelling for sparse segments and long-tail SKUs.
Competitive price response modelling, or working with scraped competitor pricing data.
Familiarity with dbt, LightDash, or similar semantic/BI layers.
Experience designing semantic or metric layers consumed by both analytics and production systems.
Experience working in cross-functional teams spanning commercial, finance and product disciplines.
If you are interested in this position, please apply via the link.

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Churn Specialist for our craft subscription box brands to help us get closer to our customers - understand what they actually need, spot where we're falling short, and find ways to retain them.
You'll work across multiple Foxelli Group brands, investigate the full customer lifecycle, and turn data into initiatives that actually move the needle on retention.
You won't just track churn numbers. You'll own the thinking behind what is happening with the brand and drive the ideas to help retain our customers.
If you love:
- getting into customer data and finding the story behind the numbers
- mapping out a customer journey and spotting where things go wrong
- testing ideas - onboarding tweaks, lifecycle flows, CRO experiments, win-back sequences, etc
- using AI and automations to move faster and do more with less
- understanding what makes customers stay (or leave) on a psychological level
- working across multiple products and brands without losing focus
- working with crafts like knitting, crochet, and quilting
And if you're someone who can take a messy churn problem, break it down into clear hypotheses, and see them through to results…
…you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Churn Analysis & Research
- Analyse churn patterns across multiple Foxelli brands - when customers drop, which segments are most at risk, and what's driving it
- Research competitors and benchmark what best-in-class retention looks like in our space
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, surface insights, and identify patterns
- Build a clear picture of our customers - their motivations, frustrations, and what "good enough to stay" actually means to them
Customer Journey & Onboarding
- Audit the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens - from first-touch onboarding to long-term engagement
- Identify drop-off moments and experience gaps that are costing us customers
- Own initiatives to improve onboarding flows and early-stage activation
Retention Initiatives & Experimentation
- Develop hypotheses and run experiments - lifecycle communications, CRO tests, loyalty mechanics, win-back campaigns, cancellation flows
- Build and maintain automations that support retention at scale - triggered flows, at-risk alerts, personalised sequences
- Use AI to generate ideas, draft copy, simulate scenarios, and iterate faster
- Track the impact of every initiative and iterate based on results
- Document what worked, what didn't, and why
AI & Automations
- Build and maintain automations that support retention initiatives at scale
- Proactively explore how AI can improve the way we understand and respond to churn
- Stay current with new tools and bring ideas to the table before anyone asks
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years of experience of direct experience fixing actual churn for a physical product
- Proven experience diagnosing churn, not just reporting on it, but getting to the root of it
- Comfortable working with data: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B test results
- Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimisation, or CRO
- Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar
- Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders
- Has worked across multiple products or brands
- Uses AI tools beyond basic prompts and actively looks for ways to automate and improve workflows
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space
3. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
4. Interview - A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together
FIXED SERVICE FEE
2,500 - 2,800 euros after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.
