1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As Senior Staff Product Manager, Device Security, you’ll define the strategy and roadmap for the device security capabilities that help organizations understand, control, and govern access across their environments. You’ll work at the intersection of device health, identity, access management, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), helping customers reduce security risk while building a more unified experience across people, machines, and AI agents.
You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, and Go To Market (GTM) teams to turn complex security challenges into products that are clear, useful, and measurable. Reporting to the Director, Product Management – Device Security, this is a remote role open to candidates in the United States or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Required qualifications
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), endpoint, or access-control products.
• A track record of defining and delivering roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Experience contributing to product vision and strategy across multiple engineering teams or product areas.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience creating PRDs, PR/FAQs, and other artifacts that align teams and support decision-making.
• Experience defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), success metrics, and measurement frameworks connected to business outcomes.
• The ability to communicate complex security and product concepts clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior customer stakeholders.
• A customer-centered approach to prioritization that combines qualitative insight with quantitative data.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with endpoint security, device management, zero-trust, least-privilege architectures, or related security technologies.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Experience working with enterprise administration consoles and IT buyer or administrator personas.
• Experience taking AI or machine-learning products from concept to initial launch.
• Experience prototyping with AI-enabled developer tools and curiosity about how AI agents operate.
• Familiarity with device compliance frameworks, endpoint telemetry platforms, or related security systems.
What you can expect:
Own and evolve the Device Security product roadmap, partnering with engineering leadership to define priorities and deliver key capabilities.
• Shape the role of Device Security within 1Password Unified Access and contribute to cross-company product strategy.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with an 18–24 month product vision.
• Represent the customer perspective through discovery, feedback loops, recorded and live demos, and structured product artifacts such as Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Product Requirements/FAQs (PR/FAQs).
• Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) across adjacent product areas, as well as Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Establish success metrics that connect customer outcomes and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contribution to product progress.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Vice Presidents of Security, and Information Technology (IT) leaders.
• Prototype proof-of-value solutions using AI-enabled developer tools to explore and communicate product ideas.

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. The Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base.
You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem.
This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio.
- Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilities. Author Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations that translate AI Development Infrastructure into deal-level urgency.
- Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and partner-hosted enablement sessions as the primary awareness and demand generation vehicle for the EMEA ecosystem. Build hands-on demonstration environments and interactive experiences that partners can use independently.
- Intervene directly on the highest-value partner-attached deals across EMEA: co-sell calls, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support. Own the engagement until the partner’s team can carry it independently.
- Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules and certification tiers that scale across the EMEA partner base without requiring live PDE support for each new partner.
- Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations across cloud providers and AI platforms. Include deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks that partner SAs can hand directly to customers.
- Codify each successful partner engagement into a repeatable GTM play: trigger conditions, discovery questions, positioning framework, demo script, PoV scope template, and expected outcomes. Build a playbook library that a new PDE or partner seller can pick up and run.
- Build AI-powered self-service tools that automate high-volume PDE activities: Opportunity Brief Generator, PR/FAQ Generator, Workshop-in-a-Box deployment, and demo site builder.
- Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements: what customers are asking for, how competitors are positioning, where integrations are missing, which vertical use cases are emerging. Distribute to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap with strategic partners. Define priorities cross-functionally with Product and Engineering based on field signals from the EMEA market.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content, the ecosystem equivalent of Developer Relations: technical blog posts, cookbooks, partner ecosystem conference talks, enablement videos, and workshop recaps. Build Coder’s technical brand within the EMEA partner community.
- Contribute to cloud marketplace product listing stewardship, competency maintenance documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements as they apply to EMEA-specific partner and compliance contexts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a combination of Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations roles at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company
- Demonstrated experience helping partners or customers understand and adopt products in emerging or undefined categories, not just executing playbooks for established ones
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), with production-level Kubernetes and Terraform depth. You have done the work and can speak to it with specificity.
- 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production or near-production environment: you understand how agent loops execute, where credentials live, and what governance and audit requirements look like in a European enterprise context
- Ability to articulate the architectural difference between workspace-local agent tooling and a centralized agentic harness, and to explain why that distinction matters to a security, compliance, or data sovereignty stakeholder
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model: hyperscaler partner programs, GSI/RSI partnerships, or VAR/distributor ecosystems in EMEA markets
- Experience building repeatable technical GTM assets that scaled beyond your personal delivery: sales plays, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or technical content programs
- Executive communication and Field CTO credibility: you can hold a technical vision conversation with a partner CTO and a deal-level architecture review with an SE in the same day, in English and ideally at least one additional European language
- Strong written communication: you can produce a Working Backwards PR/FAQ, a technical architecture document, and a blog post without those being separate skills requiring separate people
- Self-directed, analytically minded, and comfortable operating with full autonomy. You will define processes that don’t exist, build tools that haven’t been scoped, and create a function from first principles in a new region.
Bonus Points
(Bonus tacos? That’s how we say thanks at Coder. Ask us about it.)
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at a platform company (Palantir, Scale AI, frontier AI lab, or equivalent embedded deployment model)
- Track record of public technical advocacy: blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or developer/partner community engagement
- Experience with hyperscaler partner programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, strategic collaboration agreements, co-sell programs) at an operational level
- Familiarity with European regulatory environments: GDPR, DORA, NIS2, AI Act compliance requirements, and data sovereignty patterns for cloud-native deployments
- Experience with air-gapped or network-isolated deployments common in European financial services, government, or defense contexts
- Background in AI governance frameworks, session audit requirements, or SIEM integration for AI workloads
- Experience with LLM gateway or proxy infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter, or equivalent) in a multi-team or enterprise context
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop breakpoints or escalation patterns for autonomous agent workflows
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)
- Experience with Tailscale or similar overlay networking tools
- Open-source contributions, particularly in CNCF, MCP, or AI agent ecosystems
- Existing relationships with hyperscaler EMEA solutions architecture teams, European GSI technical practices, or AI infrastructure partner ecosystems
- Fluency in German, French, or a Nordic language in addition to English
What Success Looks Like
- You have done the hard technical work before: deploying cloud-native infrastructure, navigating Kubernetes in production, building with Terraform, and operating in the complexity of large European enterprise environments. You bring that credibility into every partner conversation.
- You can walk a partner CTO through how Coder enables parallelized AI agents in a regulated European enterprise, covering credential isolation, audit lineage, GDPR-compliant data handling, and escalation design, and turn that conversation into a joint GTM play their sellers can run next quarter.
- You can walk into an unstructured partner relationship, assess the technical and commercial opportunity, and chart a path from first enablement session to first co-sourced deal without waiting to be told what to do.
- You translate deep technical knowledge into assets that scale: reference architectures partners hand to their customers, enablement modules partners consume on their own, and GTM playbooks partner sellers run without PDE involvement.
- You are as invested in the pattern behind the engagement as you are in the engagement itself. Every bespoke partner interaction produces a reusable artifact. Every field insight feeds back to product. You codify by instinct.
- You make the ecosystem and the product better: your field experience shapes how Coder builds integrations, how partners deliver, and how the EMEA market understands AI Development Infrastructure as a category.

Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Site Development Associate to support data center development activities in and around Waco, Texas. This role is responsible for advancing sites through entitlement and permitting, building and maintaining relationships with municipal and county officials, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with utilities — all in support of the company's data center development pipeline. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who has been through at least one real estate development from land acquisition to entitlement and is excited to apply that experience to the data center industry.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support site entitlement efforts, including zoning, platting, land use approvals, and other local governmental approvals required to advance data center sites.
Serve as the company's primary point of contact with municipalities, counties, city councils, county commissioners, and other public officials on assigned projects.
Build and maintain working relationships with mayors, city managers, county judges, and municipal/county staff.
Prepare and deliver presentations to city councils, commissioners' courts, planning and zoning boards, and other public bodies.
Identify, evaluate, and help acquire permits required for site development, including building permits and entrance/access permits, and coordinate with public works and TxDOT/county road authorities as needed.
Coordinate with utility providers (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom/fiber) to confirm capacity, service availability, and extension requirements for prospective sites.
Support land acquisition efforts, including sourcing prospective sites, negotiating with landowners, and structuring purchase and option agreements.
Apply working knowledge of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights to identify and help resolve mineral, surface, and lease issues affecting site control.
Understand and help manage the basics of real estate contracts, title work, and the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel, title companies, and surveyors as needed.
Understand the basics of handling claims that may arise during due diligence, construction, or site development (e.g., title, boundary, or contractor-related claims), and know when and how to escalate them internally.
Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders — leadership, legal, engineering, and construction teams — on project status, risks, and timelines.
Develop working knowledge of data center development requirements (power, fiber, water, site criteria) and apply that knowledge to site selection and entitlement strategy.
Travel within the Lubbock region and broader Texas market as needed to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in at least one completed development project from acquisition through entitlement (commercial or residential); OR equivalent experience as a landman.
Demonstrated experience entitling property and working directly with municipalities, city councils, county commissioners, or other public officials.
Comfortable and experienced presenting to public bodies, boards, and internal leadership.
Working understanding of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they can affect a real estate transaction or site.
Basic understanding of real estate purchase contracts, title, and the closing process.
Experience negotiating with landowners and/or sellers in a land acquisition context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external officials and internal stakeholders alike.
Willingness and genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of data center development.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Bonus Points:
Commercial real estate development experience strongly preferred over residential.
Prior experience acquiring or coordinating utility, building, or entrance permits.
Existing relationships with officials or staff in Waco and surrounding municipalities/counties.
Familiarity with the basics of handling title, boundary, or construction-related claims.
Background in energy, land, or infrastructure-related real estate (landman, oil & gas land experience, utility right-of-way, etc.).
NOTE:
This position is based in Waco, Texas, with regular local travel and periodic travel elsewhere in Texas to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We Offer (Remote):
