Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners trust other restaurant owners. They listen to the chef down the street, their wine supplier and their accountant long before they listen to an ad. That's why our events work. When we launched in Berlin, we hosted a four-hands dinner with two local merchants and a well-known food creator. We believe that’s what builds credibility, trust, and ultimately a warm prospect list.
We’re hiring an Events & Community Manager to turn that into a program that runs in several markets at the same time. You’ll plan and run our partner and owned events, and find new ways to grow Tebi through the hospitality community in each city, neighbourhood and market. You’ll work closely with our local sales teams so every event and partnership turns into real conversations.
This is a hands-on role. One week you'll be hosting a merchant dinner in Milan, the next you'll be setting up a distributor breakfast in Amsterdam. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Marketing team to extend these programs to our channel ecosystem, plus align closely with the General Managers and Account Managers in each market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Run events across markets: Plan and deliver partner and owned events in 2–3 markets at a time, from intimate merchant dinners and industry breakfasts to city launches. You own the calendar, budget, venues, suppliers, guest lists and the plan for the night.
- Build the playbook as you go: Turn each event into templates, checklists and supplier lists, so we can launch a city campaign in weeks, not months. Improve them after every event.
- Build local partner networks: Find the people operators already trust: drinks distributors, wholesalers, food creators, hospitality associations, accountants and the advisers who help new venues open. Build partnerships that bring us introductions and referrals, not just logos.
- Put our merchants front and center: Work with our best merchants as hosts and anchors, so prospects hear about Tebi from the people they respect.
- Turn connections into pipeline: Agree with local Sales and Account Management who to involve, how to follow up and who owns what conversations. Track every event in HubSpot from invite to demo to signed merchant.
- Grow Tebi through the community: Find new ways to reach operators through the people and places they already trust, in each city, neighborhood and across borders. Keep guests and partners engaged after events, so one introduction leads to the next.
- Open new community channels: Test new ways to grow through our close-knit industry, such as an affiliate or referral program for partners, sharing useful insights from our merchants, and showing up in the forums and groups where operators talk shop.
- Capture the stories: Work with our creative team and relevant freelancers to turn events and partner moments into social content, case studies and sales material.
How we'll measure success:
- Events delivered each quarter across markets, on time and on budget
- Demos, pipeline and new merchants from each event and partnership
- Introductions, referrals and leads from partners, affiliates and community channels
- Cost per demo compared with our other channels
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Have built something people show up for: an event series, a supper club, a community, a program. You can point to what it led to, not just how many people came
- Feel at home in hospitality. You've worked in or around restaurants, bars or food and drink brands, and you're comfortable leading a room full of operators
- Are high agency. You own your calendar, your relationships and your results, and you don't wait to be told what to do
- Build your own playbook when there isn't one, and you enjoy doing the work as much as planning it
- Know the difference between a real community and a guest list
- See growth opportunities beyond events, and are curious enough to test them
- Can run several markets at once without dropping details, and are happy to travel regularly
- Track what you do: comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot a plus), UTMs and simple reporting
- Speak fluent English. Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish or a Nordic language is a plus
Typically this means 3–5 years in events, community, field marketing or partnerships, but we care more about what you've built than how long you've been doing it.
This role isn't for you if:
- You'd rather plan the program than run it
- You need a fixed playbook and a clear org chart to get going
- You're not willing to roll up your sleeves on the night
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter -you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. If you love:
- creating content as much as helping plan it
- mixing strategy with execution
- testing ideas
- improving funnels
- making pretty things convert
…and you've played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.
- Keep track of what's performing and flag what's working (and what's not).
- Checking Loox reviews (if needed)
- Managing influencer ad comments
🧠 Marketing Support
- Help put marketing plans into action.
- Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.
- Pull together performance data and share it with the team.
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.
- Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.
✍️ Creative & Content Magic
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Work with the design team on ad creative production.
🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.
🤝 Team Glue
- Help connect marketing, design, and development.
- Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Keep track of project progress and update the team.
🔍 Customer Research & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback and data.
- Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.
🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution
- Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.
- Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.

We like:
- smart ideas
- quirky personality
- strong execution
