ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

The Products Team at Docker is looking for a Principal Product Manager for our core Sandbox platform. You will own and drive an investment and product area from high-level concept design to delivery and operation. You will help shape the future of a key area of Docker. You will work closely with developers inside and outside of Docker, our customers, as well as our partners to expand our open ecosystem offering and provide value. - You are comfortable with ambiguity and will guide product definition, feature prioritization, and scope, in concert with cross functional teams.
- You’re a fan of iterative development, working with our customers as well as cross-functional teams to hypothesize, measure impact, and learn from previous releases to iterate on future roadmap plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have deep empathy for the needs of developers and are obsessed with talking to your users.
- You have created and deployed AI agents at scale and dealt with all the challenges and pain points of such tasks
- You are comfortable interacting with a command-line interface.
- You have experience building B2B, SaaS or have a background in Public Cloud
- You have experience working with tools in the software supply chain and/or software security
- You can break down complex technical problems into small, release-able, user valuable features.
- You can explain complex ideas simply and communicate across diverse stakeholders.
- You have effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- You can analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform decision making.
- You have a collaborative approach and ability to work with fast moving, distributed, cross-functional teams.
- You have experience running products at various stages of maturity, from legacy to greenfield.
- You are a doer as well as a strategist. We are small and need all hands on deck.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We're hiring a Product Counsel to be a core member of Sierra's growing legal team. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel, Product and Privacy, as part of our growing product legal function. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in product counseling for AI or other emerging technologies. You will be a legal partner for Sierra’s product and engineering teams, and help shape how our products go to market responsibly, ensuring privacy, compliance, and risk considerations are embedded throughout the product lifecycle. You will thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy tackling challenges beyond your comfort zone, and be excited to contribute across the business. In return, we'll provide the support and opportunities you need to grow and excel as a lawyer. You'll be part of a legal team that is highly respected within the company — committed to excellence, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
Product
- End-to-end responsibility for product legal support: counsel Product and Engineering teams from concept through launch across Sierra's agent platform and new products.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to integrate compliance and privacy-by-design principles and AI transparency measures into product development.
- Advise the customer-facing Agent Development teams on legal requirements of product features, including consumer protection, telecommunications (e.g., voice and messaging), and industry-specific requirements for regulated customers.
- Develop scalable product review processes, launch checklists, and self-serve guidance that let product teams move quickly.
Regulatory (with focus on AI)
- Advise on emerging AI-specific regulations and their applicability to Sierra's products.
- Partner with the privacy team to implement AI governance policies and frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Monitor legal developments affecting AI products, advising product leadership on risks, trends, and design implications.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years of legal experience, with a combination of large international law firm and in-house experience at a tech company.
- Experience advising product and engineering teams on new product development, ideally involving AI/ML, communications, or platform products.
- Working knowledge of the legal domains that touch product development, including privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework), consumer protection, and IP.
- Ability to partner with technical teams to understand all aspects of Sierra's product offering.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance legal risks and business objectives in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to partner with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic with an eye for detail. You will strive for perfection, and expect that of others.
- Be a team player first and foremost. Sierra is a unique place to work, with a strong sense of togetherness, and the legal team is no exception. You will look out for your colleagues, be accustomed to sharing and helping the team succeed.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience with voice/telephony products and related regulatory regimes (e.g., TCPA, state call recording laws).
- Experience counseling on products sold into regulated industries (healthcare, financial services).
- Familiarity with machine learning models and their associated risks.
- Previous experience developing trust and safety or responsible AI programs.
- Startup experience and comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave

These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Workplace: Hybrid
ClickHouse has a lot worth saying. The database has become a platform for real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads. Many of the most interesting AI and software companies of the last few years run on it. Our founders and leaders hold clear, well-formed views on where data and AI are heading. And every week the customer base produces proof points most companies would build a campaign around. What we have not yet built is the function whose job it is to turn all of that into one story the market hears consistently, and from us.
We are looking for a Head of Story & Communications to build that function from the ground up. You'll own the company narrative: what ClickHouse should be known for, how the platform story gets told above the level of features, and how the proof we generate adds up to a thesis. And you'll build the machine that carries it into the world: the announcement calendar, press and media relationships across technology and business media, and executive platforms for our founders and leaders. This is a build role and a player-coach role. You won't inherit a team; you'll hire one as the function grows, directing our agency partners in the meantime and staying in the work yourself. You'll report to the VP of Global Marketing and work closely with the executive team, product marketing, and the people closest to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define what ClickHouse should be known for and turn it into a rolling narrative and communications strategy that the marketing and executive teams work from
- Build the communications machine: announcement calendar and tiering, press materials, holding statements, a reporter cadence, and launch amplification, directing agency partners and holding them to outcomes
- Own press and media relations across technology and business media, taking the ClickHouse story beyond the tech press and re-educating the market on the full platform
- Build executive platforms for our founders and leaders: the themes each owns, the moments and formats worth their time, and a clear way to evaluate inbound podcast, mainstage, and sponsored event opportunities
- Shape quarterly release moments and major launches so they earn attention and show up consistently across press, social, community, and the field
- Set the standard for how ClickHouse sounds in public: voice, quality bar, and the discipline that every published claim, number, and proof point is approved, current, and consistent
- Hire and lead the team as the function grows, and build the planning and review rhythm that keeps narrative, communications, and social aligned
What You Bring Along
- Experience building or rebuilding a communications function at a growth-stage infrastructure, developer, or data company
- A record of landing stories in tier-one business media as well as technology press, with the relationships and news judgment to do it again
- Experience working directly with a CEO and executive team: shaping their points of view, preparing them, and declining opportunities not worth their time
- Media-company operator instincts: you think in themes, arcs, and audiences
- Player-coach approach: you write and edit yourself, give useful feedback, and set the bar by example
- Comfort with a technical product and a technical audience, including credibility with engineers and developers
- Experience directing agencies to outcomes, with judgment about what belongs in-house
- Analytical grounding: you track what is landing, form a view on why, and use it to decide where to focus
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & PRIVACY

POWER A WORLD OF TRUST
Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn ($2 B valuation) rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast.
The Impact You’ll Make
Growth at Incode owns the top of funnel - the pipeline that feeds every region's revenue number. This role exists to build the systems that generate it.
You'll ship AI agents, automations, and workflows across the full top-of-funnel surface: outbound, inbound, lead qualification and routing, event and conference motions, account and competitive research. The work is grounded in live Salesforce, Supabase, and Outreach data and supports revenue teams across NAM, LATAM, and EMEA. The Growth AI Office - our multi-agent GTM operating system - is where it lives, and a fleet of these agents is already in daily production use.
Today that fleet is built and maintained by a single engineer. You are the second builder.
You'll design and ship new agents, harden the ones already running, and own the integration layer that connects them to the systems revenue actually runs on. This is not an internal-tools ticket queue and it is not research. It is applied engineering where the output is measured in qualified pipeline, meetings held, and hours returned to a 24-person revenue team.
A note on the title:
"Growth Engineer" means different things at different companies. Here it does not mean product-led growth or experimentation infrastructure - Incode sells to banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments, and there is no self-serve funnel to optimize. It means engineering applied to pipeline generation. You will write and deploy production Python and Node services, stand up MCP servers, and own your own CI/CD - not configure a no-code platform. If your strongest work is A/B test infrastructure and activation metrics, or enrichment waterfalls inside a vendor UI, this is the wrong role. If you are an engineer who chose revenue systems as your problem space, keep reading.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Top-of-Funnel Agent Development
- Design, build, and ship production LLM agents that generate and qualify pipeline: scoped skills, explicit guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and clean multi-agent handoffs. Take agents from concept to daily use by non-technical operators across outbound, inbound, and event motions.
MCP & Integration Infrastructure
- Build and operate the Model Context Protocol servers and clients that connect agents to Salesforce, Outreach, Supabase, ZoomInfo, Notion, and Slack. Own authentication, token scoping, pagination, rate limiting, and graceful failure - including for systems with no native integration path.
Grounding & Evaluation
- Keep agent output tied to real records, not plausible-sounding invention. Build schema-aware retrieval, reconciliation checks, eval harnesses, and regression tests so a prompt change never silently degrades a production agent.
Workflow & Decision Automation
- Implement routing, scoring, and trigger logic across automation platforms (n8n, Tines-class) and custom services: webhooks, scheduled jobs, event-driven pipelines.
Internal Tooling & Reporting
- Build the web apps, dashboards, and interactive reporting that put agent output in front of BDRs and leadership in a form they'll actually use.
Documentation & Durability
- Write the runbooks, skill specifications, and architecture docs that make the agent fleet maintainable by more than one person. Enable GTM operators to extend what you build without filing a ticket.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
Agent-Native Builder
- You've shipped LLM-powered systems that real people depend on, and you know the difference between a demo and something that survives contact with messy production data.
Integration Instinct
- You default to connecting systems rather than replacing them, and you're comfortable building the middleware that vendors didn't.
Evaluation Discipline
- You treat prompts and agent skills as code: versioned, tested, measured. You can tell someone whether a change made an agent better, with evidence.
Data Integrity First
- Before you automate on top of a number, you check whether the number is trustworthy. You've been burned by a bad join and you don't intend to be again.
GTM Fluency
- You can read a pipeline report, hold a conversation about conversion rates, and design for how a seller actually behaves rather than how the org chart says they should.
Ownership Under Ambiguity
- You scope your own work from a business problem, ship something usable fast, and iterate. You operate like a founder with a unicorn's resources behind you.
Handoff Mindset
- You write so that the next person can run it. You measure success partly by how little you're needed for maintenance.
Your Background
Engineering foundation
4+ years professional software engineering
1+ year building and shipping LLM-powered applications or agents to production - used daily by people who are not engineers
Strong Python and Node.js/TypeScript in production; React sufficient to build internal UI end to end
At least one internal application you built start to finish: data model, backend, interface, auth, deployment, and the maintenance afterward
CRM and revenue systems - required
Hands-on experience with both Salesforce and HubSpot. We run both, and this role writes against both. We are not asking for admin certification - we are asking for working fluency: standard and custom objects, field-level behavior and validation, record ownership and sharing, REST and bulk APIs, and a clear sense of what breaks downstream when you change something upstream
Sales engagement platform experience - Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo: sequence and step models, prospect and mailing data structures, and API access patterns
A realistic view of how revenue data degrades in practice: duplicates, stale ownership, unenforced picklists, half-migrated fields - and what that means for anything automated on top of it
Bonus: enrichment and contact data providers (ZoomInfo, Clay, Lusha-class) at the API level rather than the UI level
Databases and data work
Production experience with Postgres or Supabase: schema design, migrations, indexing, query tuning, row-level security
SQL fluency against a warehouse - Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery-class - including window functions and incremental models
You have reconciled the same metric across two systems, found the delta, and explained it to a non-technical stakeholder
Automation, end to end
You have designed, built, deployed, monitored, and maintained automations in production - not just built them. You own the alerting and the failure modes for your own work
Webhooks, queues, scheduled jobs, retries, idempotency, and backfills. You have debugged a job that silently stopped firing
Automation platform experience (n8n, Tines, Zapier-class) and the judgment to know when to abandon the platform and write the service instead. We care more about the second half of that sentence
Routing, scoring, and decision logic implemented as code with test coverage, not as a chain of conditional blocks nobody can read
AI and agents
Hands-on with MCP - servers, clients, custom endpoints - or an equivalent tool-calling and agent framework
Production LLM API integration (Anthropic-class): structured output, tool definitions, context management, cost and latency tradeoffs
Prompt and skill design treated as versioned artifacts, with some method for evaluating whether a change helped
Deployment, integration, and security
Cloud deployment ownership: AWS, containerized hosting, CI/CD (GitHub Actions); Terraform or another IaC tool a plus
OAuth flows, token lifecycle and refresh, credential vaults, header auth, and least-privilege scope review on the integrations you build
Nice to have
Experience supporting a multi-region revenue team (NAM, LATAM, EMEA) and the data-residency questions that come with it
Event and conference lead-capture tooling
Notion and Slack API work
Experience enabling non-technical teams on AI tooling - documentation, training, internal adoption
The Work You've Done Before
Come ready to walk us through two or three things you have built. The strongest candidates we have seen have shipped work like:
An internal application a non-technical team now uses every day, where you owned it from data model to deployment
A two-way integration between two systems that had no native connector, including how you handled auth, rate limits, and partial failure
An agent or automation that replaced a recurring manual process, with a before-and-after number attached to it
A data reconciliation between a CRM and a warehouse where the two disagreed and you determined which one was right
Something you built, documented, and handed off - that someone else now runs without you
We care more about what you shipped and what broke than about which tools were on the sticker. If your strongest work used a stack we did not list, tell us about it anyway.
Why Incode?

Join the team as Twilio’s next Fraud Specialist, Supplier Operations & Governance (P4).
About the job
We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position will be responsible for working constructively with our customers and partners to resolve billing issues and fraudulent misuse of services.
We are seeking a sharp, highly data-oriented, and tenacious Fraud Specialist to join our team. Unlike a traditional billing or collections role focused on routine outreach or simple invoice review, this position is a hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation. In this role, you will look for billing discrepancies, investigate Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) or IRSF (International Revenue Share Fraud), dig deep into messaging and call data, project manage high-value customer and vendor disputes, and build data-backed cases to resolve discrepancies. You will build dashboards to communicate key metrics and drive action. If you love solving complex data puzzles, negotiating with external parties, and finding win-win outcomes, this is the role for you.
You will be part of a company that is the category leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), an organization working with the largest customers and partners, and a team of operators and former consultants that have delivered exceptional impact. If you have an extreme owner / founder mindset and a desire to solve big challenges, you’ll find yourself at home.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Advise account managers, accounting, and management on best practices to handle billing disputes
Negotiate with customers and carriers with an understanding of resolution levers available as per contractual terms and industry norms
Identify, analyze, and handle fraudulent misuse (such as Artificially Inflated Traffic) and billing errors (such as rate differences) with both vendors and customers
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and vendor disputes from intake of disputes to initiating disputes, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, documented resolution
Uncover and resolve discrepancies, overcharges, and unpaid balances with carriers and customers due to quantities, rates, currency, and other root causes
Dig into call and messaging data to identify why bills don’t match or find evidence of fraud
Build dashboards that communicate key metrics related to the lifecycle of disputes
Read contracts and interpret what should be the invoice versus what it is
Act as the primary point of contact to negotiate dispute resolutions, settlements, and payment terms in accordance with company practices
Partner closely with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:

Sharp written and verbal communication skills.
Experience negotiating disputes constructively with customers or vendors.
Experience in collections, dispute resolution, or billing analysis.
Experience in project management.
Experience wrangling data with Excel / Google Sheets, Looker or SQL.
Desired:
Understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem, international traffic routing, international revenue share fraud (IRSF), artificially inflated traffic (AIT) and the ecosystem profit chains.
Understanding of industry standards with respect to AIT and fraud handling such as frameworks from i3forum, GSMA, MEF or ITW Global Leaders’ Forum.
Understanding of Call Detail Records (CDRs) and ability to build strong dispute case files.
Experience working with workflow platforms like Airtable or building dashboards.
Experience in telecom, technology, or consulting industries.
Experience with advanced data analysis like Python or scripting
Experience with AI and automation tools to accelerate productivity.

WHY SDK ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
YOUR WORK WILL HAVE AN OUTSIZED IMPACT.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month. When you ship a new integration or improve SDK performance, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they'll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels. Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible.
The SDK is often the very first thing a developer touches when they try Langfuse, so your work directly shapes their first impression.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM-applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers in the world and that leverage Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible SDK experience and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Owning our SDKs. We maintain SDKs in Python and TypeScript both built on OpenTelemetry. You'll be responsible for their reliability, performance, and developer experience. These SDKs run inside our users' production systems, which means they must never fail, must have minimal impact on CPU and memory, and must work flawlessly across every environment — from serverless functions to long-running agent loops. You'll think deeply about the exposed interfaces, error handling, batching, async flushing, and graceful degradation.
- Designing APIs that developers love. How are functions named, how are parameters structured, how are breaking changes communicated, how does the documentation read? Developer experience is a core differentiator for Langfuse and you'll own every detail of it. When we shipped the Python SDK v3 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-06-05-python-sdk-v3-generally-available and TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga, both were full rewrites on OpenTelemetry — that's the kind of thoughtful, high-impact SDK work you'll lead. Apart from tracing, we also support core workflows of engineers building with LLMs with our SDKs, see our Experiment Runner SDK https://langfuse.com/docs/evaluation/experiments/experiments-via-sdk#experiment-runner-sdk for example.
- Integrating with every major AI framework: Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You'll maintain these integrations, ensure new Langfuse features are supported across all of them, and add new integrations as the ecosystem evolves. When a new framework gains traction, you'll be among the first to instrument it.
- Maintaining our OpenTelemetry endpoint: some users send traces directly to our OTLP endpoint https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/otlp/ instead of using our SDKs. You'll ensure this path is robust, well-documented, and supports the full range of Langfuse features. This also extends our language support to Java, Go, and any language with an OpenTelemetry SDK. You can work with the OpenTelemetry community to steer the GenAI conventions.
- Writing public documentation: you'll own the SDK docs, integration guides, and migration paths. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new SDK version or integration, the docs ship with it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong engineer who gets excited about developer experience, API design, and writing code that runs reliably in other people's production systems
- Experience building or maintaining SDKs, client libraries, or developer tools — ideally in Python and/or TypeScript
- Deep understanding of performance: you know how to profile, benchmark, and minimize CPU/memory overhead in hot paths
- Someone who can manage projects themselves — you know how to develop strong conviction about what to build and how to ship it
- Thoughtful about versioning, backwards compatibility, and migration paths
- Interest in open source software and genuine excitement about talking to developers about their integration challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Contributions to popular open source SDKs or developer tools
- ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Tennr’s Strategy and Operations team is a group of ambitious, high-agency generalists led by our VP of Strategy and Operations and working directly with our founders and executive team. The team owns strategic and operational priorities across Revenue, Product, and Services. Recent projects include rebuilding pricing and packaging, standing up our prior authorization product, and leading revenue and headcount planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Operations Lead to run the operating system for Tennr’s Product and Engineering team: how we plan and review work, how customer feedback reaches the roadmap, and how new functionality gets into customers’ hands.
You’ll work closely with our P&E leadership and sit between Product, Engineering, and the teams closest to our customers: CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services. You’ll run the planning and review rhythm, turn customer signal into clear roadmap inputs, own product rollouts, and develop the vendor and partner relationships our products depend on. You’ll also build the tools and lightweight processes that make our PMs faster and more effective.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, analytical, and highly cross-functional person to take direct ownership of how Tennr plans and ships product. We believe candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company, are best suited for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- P&E planning and review rhythm. Run the planning and review cadence with Product and Engineering leadership, from quarterly planning and goal setting to regular business and execution reviews. Bring together priorities, capacity, headcount needs, and dependencies so teams can make decisions and follow through, with reporting built from data that already exists.
- Voice of the customer. Own how customer signal from CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services reaches Product and Engineering. Build the muscle to capture and synthesize feedback into clear, prioritized inputs for the roadmap, and close the loop with the teams that raised it.
- Product rollout. Own the cross-functional work required to enable and roll out new functionality. Coordinate launch readiness, documentation, training, and customer enablement with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Deployment, and Customer Experience. Own the launch calendar, run go/no-go reviews with clear sign-offs, run betas or early access programs with defined exit criteria, and hold retros after each launch.
- Product partnerships. Identify and prioritize vendors and strategic partners required to deliver or improve Tennr’s products. Evaluate opportunities and coordinate the commercial, technical, and operational work to establish those relationships.
- Internal tooling. Build custom tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our PMs more efficient and effective, from feedback triage to planning dashboards.
- Stand up and refine process. Build the processes Product and Engineering need, keep them lightweight, and refine them as the team scales. Measure whether people actually use them.
- Performance and follow-through. Use data and feedback to understand whether plans and rollouts are working. Find gaps, make recommendations, and take responsibility for resolving them.
- Additional priorities. Own cross-functional projects as the business evolves, from defining the problem through execution and measurement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company.
- You’ve worked directly with Product and Engineering teams on planning, launches, or roadmap tradeoffs.
- You’re ambitious and want substantial ownership of how a product organization plans and ships.
- You learn quickly and can get deep into an unfamiliar product, workflow, or technical system.
- You can use data and customer feedback to understand whether plans and launches are working, then determine what action to take.
- You are collaborative by default and can align Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams without detailed instructions and keep the work moving.
- You’re a strong writer. You can turn a complex decision into a clear doc, launch pre-read, or update that people actually read.
- You take responsibility for outcomes and stay with problems until they’re resolved.
- You have a strong work ethic and a low ego. You’re willing to do detailed, repetitive, or messy work yourself when it needs doing.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for:
Multi-account cash flow management
Banking transactions and payments
Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control
AI-powered accounting automation
Build polished, responsive UIs using
Jetpack Compose
.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.

We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Who You Are
You're pragmatic and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and thrive in a cross-functional environment where everyone is solving the same customer problem together.
Your experience includes:
Strong knowledge of
Kotlin
(Java knowledge is a plus) and 5+ years of commercial Android development.
Deep understanding of
OOP
,
SOLID
, and
Clean Architecture
.
