BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. And right now, our social presence doesn't reflect how good the product actually is.
You're going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Cohere has a strong AI narrative, the most deployable product, and a CEO who co-authored the foundational paper of modern AI. The company is positioned to become the transatlantic leader in sovereign AI for enterprise and government, and needs a storytelling engine to deliver that story at scale. This role sits within the team that is building that engine.
We're looking for an Executive Producer, Executive Communications to own and evolve Cohere’s narrative globally as we grow to become the transatlantic leader in sovereign AI. This is a rare opportunity to use video as the primary medium to share voices and tell stories of executives at one of the fastest growing companies in the most dynamic space in technology.
In this cross functional role, you will partner directly with C-Suite and VP executives, helping to determine how we talk to customers, partners, and employees. The role takes Cohere's narrative—the through-line that connects sovereign AI, transatlantic growth, and the product story—and turns it into the content the world sees and shares.
You will execute Cohere's strategic narrative through various forms of content including video, podcast, and in-house production. While the role flexes across formats, we see video as the primary and most effective medium. The Executive Producer has dual aims: to grow the personal thought leadership profiles of Cohere's senior voices on their own channels and to deliver Cohere's narrative to the market through company channels.
As Executive Producer, Executive Communications you will:

- Audit and gap analyses across Cohere's senior voices including the co-founding team, CFO, Chief AI Officer, SVP Government Affairs, and various VPs supporting the business
- Develop content playbooks for predictable inflection moments (regulatory milestones, product launches, customer wins, IPO milestones) to be launched on executive and company pages
- Partner with Marketing to create content for company accounts
- Stand up the production function including stage capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks
- Build AI-enabled workflows using Cohere's own products (Command, North, Embed, Rerank) for transcript-to-asset pipelines, executive prep automation, and narrative consistency
- Initiate executive stage content capture and distribution at major events with lean, scalable production
- Conduct executive content audits and gap analyses across senior voices
- Refine and systematize content production workflows with predictable cadences
- Develop flagship thought leadership pieces and corporate storytelling output
- Scale successful surfaces based on impact analysis and team capacity
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 8-10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives from ideation through execution, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment
- Are adept are creating production workflows from scratch (stage capture systems, content atomization pipelines)
- Have experience in the high-paced broadcast television environment
- Have experience building trust and rapport with executives and senior leaders naturally
- Are scrappy. You thrive in thinking “outside the box” and find joy in marrying a problem to its solution
- Are highly organized and process-driven, with strong project management skills and a bias for action
- Bring high levels of creativity to communications – in format, channel, and storytelling
- Are comfortable navigating organizational dynamics and building strong relationships across all levels
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and know how to ruthlessly prioritize
Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have experience in strategic communications, content production, and executive storytelling, with the ability to build scalable systems and leverage AI tools. They should be comfortable navigating executive relationships, managing production workflows, and adapting content strategies based on performance data. Experience in tech/AI environments and familiarity with Cohere's product suite would be valuable assets.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).

Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).

Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Задачи:
— создание текстов для сайта: описания курсов, вебинаров, акций и новостей.
Требования:
— любовь к литературе и понимание, кто и о чем сегодня пишет (а также кто и что издает);
— умение писать просто о сложном, работать со структурой, смыслами и большим объемом информации;
— умение писать точно, без канцелярита и шума, отличить фантазию искусственного интеллекта от реальности и проверять факты;
— готовность работать в команде.
Условия:
— частичная занятость, удаленная работа, гибкий график;
— четкие дедлайны;
— онлайн-планерка — один раз в неделю (10:00 пн);
— зарплата по итогам собеседования.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design and produce the training and enablement content that powers our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing (PMM), Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts — including our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team — and GTM leaders to identify content needs, build clear requirements, and produce field-ready content — documents, videos, Mindtickle courses, quizzes, and certifications — that fuels GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy.
This role takes real technical understanding: you’ll need to get comfortable with how Docker’s product works — including newer, more technical areas like AI Governance — and translate that technical depth into simple, sales-ready value positioning the field can use with confidence. This isn’t a fully technical role, but it does require the curiosity and aptitude to learn technical features well enough to explain them simply.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves translating complex technical ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences, and who cares just as much about keeping content easy to find as they do about making it great. If you enjoy partnering across teams, building a single source of truth for enablement content, and making sure the field can always find what they need, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Needs & Requirements
- Partner with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to identify content needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Turn input from Sales and cross-functional stakeholders into structured content briefs and production plans.
- Prioritize content requests based on business impact, GTM execution needs, and field urgency.
Content Production
- Write, design, and produce enablement content across formats: documents, playbooks, one-pagers, and decks.
- Build and maintain courses, quizzes, and certifications for onboarding and ongoing training within Mindtickle.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and recordings for training and demo videos in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Partner with our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team to produce enablement content — feature walkthroughs, FAQs, talk tracks, and battle cards — that translates technical AI Governance capabilities into clear, sales-ready value positioning.
- Build content that reinforces and extends Docker’s Command of the Message sales methodology, ensuring messaging, positioning, and value language stay consistent across all enablement materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PMM, Product, Marketing, and technical subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned to launches and positioning.
- Partner with GTM leaders to make sure training collateral supports GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy in the field.
- Build a working technical understanding of Docker’s product — including AI Governance and other technical capabilities — directly from teams like AIG, then translate that understanding into content the field can use with confidence.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product, Marketing, and PMM to keep content grounded in what the field actually needs.
Content Governance & Findability
- Own a single source of truth for enablement content, retiring duplicates and outdated material as new content ships.
- Organize and tag content so it’s easy to search and find within Mindtickle and other systems, for both Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Maintain a consistent voice, structure, and visual standard across all enablement content.
- Use completion data, quiz results, and field feedback to identify what’s working and what needs to be reworked.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of experience creating content in a sales enablement, marketing, instructional design, or training role, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity — comfortable building a working understanding of Docker’s product and features (including more technical areas like AI Governance) and translating that understanding into simple, sales-ready value positioning. This role does not require deep engineering expertise, but does require the ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience producing video content, from scripting through basic editing.
- Comfort building courses, assessments, or certifications in an LMS (Mindtickle experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple content projects at once and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you can work with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience organizing content so it’s easy to search, find, and trust as a single source of truth.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and brand consistency overall.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience creating enablement content for technical, platform, or security/governance-related features (e.g., access controls, compliance, or AI governance).
- Hands-on experience with Mindtickle or a similar sales enablement/LMS platform.
- Experience with video recording/editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vidyard, Loom).
- Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Experience organizing content libraries or knowledge bases — tagging, taxonomy, and search — in a CMS or LMS.
- Background in graphic design or presentation design.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:

- Meet with PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders to understand current content gaps.
- Get up to speed on Mindtickle and the team’s other content and enablement tools.
First 90 Days — Take Ownership
- Own production of at least one major piece of enablement content, start to finish, in partnership with PMM, Product, or Marketing.
- Ship enablement content for at least one technical feature or launch — potentially in partnership with the AIG overlay team — translating it into clear value positioning.
- Begin organizing the content library so it’s easier to search and find.
First Year — Drive Impact
- Be the go-to owner for enablement content production, trusted by PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders.
- Maintain a single source of truth for content that’s current, easy to navigate, and consistently used by Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Use engagement and feedback data to continuously raise the bar on content quality and findability.
