Workplace: onsite
About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven
Field Marketing Manager
to lead and execute field marketing initiatives across our portfolio of brands, including Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl.
In this role, you'll own the planning and execution of high-impact events and field marketing programs, including major cybersecurity conferences, industry summits, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, and regional experiences. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners to create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, build brand awareness, and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.
We're looking for someone who combines
strong event management expertise with a strategic, business-minded approach to field marketing
. You should be comfortable managing every aspect of an event, from initial planning and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, while understanding how each initiative supports broader marketing and revenue objectives.
This is a role with real ownership and autonomy. We value people who bring fresh ideas, take initiative, work independently, and find smarter ways to get things done.
What You'll Do:
Run a full annual calendar of 35+ events across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM, ranging from major flagship conferences and regional shows to community meetups, executive dinners, and partner sessions, while stretching the budget by running events remotely through local partners and vendors.
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, including conferences, trade shows, industry summits, executive roundtables, regional events, and customer experiences.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, sponsorships, vendors, contracts, budgets, registration, booth design, collateral, promotional materials, and onsite execution.
Collaborate with Sales teams on target accounts, pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Work with Marketing to align field marketing initiatives with integrated campaigns, messaging, promotional strategies, and broader GTM priorities.
Coordinate event marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partner communications, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, industry partners, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, meetings generated, qualified opportunities, pipeline influence, and return on investment.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, optimize spending, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify new and creative opportunities to engage cybersecurity and technology audiences through meaningful, differentiated experiences.
Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to streamline event planning, research, reporting, data analysis, vendor management, and operational processes.
Continuously evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and apply learnings to improve future programs.
Experience We're Looking For:
10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years owning B2B events end to end, from strategy, budget, and vendor selection through onsite execution and post-event pipeline follow-up, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Hands-on experience setting up international events (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), including successfully running and supporting events remotely when you can’t be there in person, by working through local vendors, partners, and in-region teams across time zones.
Proven success with innovative, out-of-the-box approaches that drive outsized results from modest budgets. You know how to make a scrappy activation, a creative partnership, or a small, well-targeted event punch well above its weight, and you have the numbers to show it.
AI-first in how you work, not just AI-curious. You already use AI as a major multiplier on your own productivity, going well beyond chatting in a browser to building AI projects, custom workflows, and automations (e.g., Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) that handle research, planning, content, reporting, and follow-up. Be ready to walk us through how you’ve set it up.
Proven experience managing conferences, trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and other B2B field marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
Strong understanding of how field marketing supports brand awareness, customer engagement, sales enablement, demand generation, and pipeline development.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams, marketing leadership, executive stakeholders, and external partners.
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing onsite execution.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate event performance, report on results, and make data-informed recommendations.
AI-native proficiency, with demonstrated experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and other AI-enabled platforms to improve productivity, research, analysis, and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and onsite execution, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but a strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and the ability to learn quickly are equally valuable.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role means delivering exceptional events that contribute to meaningful business outcomes. You'll be responsible for building a field marketing program that strengthens our presence in the cybersecurity market, creates valuable customer and prospect experiences, and supports revenue growth.
We'll measure success through event execution and attendee experience, qualified meetings and opportunities generated, target-account engagement, event-sourced and influenced pipeline, budget efficiency, event ROI, and strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Just as importantly, success means continuously improving how we operate: identifying better opportunities, streamlining processes, applying new technologies, and creating repeatable, scalable field marketing programs across our brands.
How We Work:
You have a startup mindset.
You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take an objective, build a plan, coordinate the right people, and make it happen. You're resourceful, curious, organized, and a fast learner.
We trust your expertise.
We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you see a better way to approach an event, improve a process, or create an opportunity, we genuinely want to hear it. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership, and execute in the way you believe will deliver the strongest results.
You're collaborative and dynamic.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners. You're comfortable working across teams, bringing new ideas to the table, and building strong relationships. You value feedback, communicate openly, and understand that the best results come from working together.
You move fast.
We're a fast-moving company in an even faster-moving industry. You know how to prioritize, solve problems, adapt to changes, and keep things moving. If something doesn't work, you learn from it, adjust, and try again.
You're a team player.
We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, support your colleagues, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others.
You're adaptable.
Technology changes, priorities shift, and the cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving. You're comfortable with change and excited by the opportunity to learn, grow, and improve.
You care about outcomes.
A successful event isn't just one that runs smoothly. It's one that creates value for our customers, prospects, partners, and business. You take pride in understanding the impact of your work and continuously finding ways to improve it.
And we genuinely enjoy working together.
Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we believe great work and a great life should go hand in hand. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while doing it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here.

In order to accomplish this we work closely with and partner with functions across the company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Quantitative Trader at Wealthsimple, you’ll be conducting research and building models that describe how the markets behave, turn that research into algorithms and business insights to produce an edge for our clients and the company. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build quantitative models that describe and predict how markets move; this will involve conducting research and understanding liquidity profiles, price movement and market microstructure.

- Develop trading algorithms to programmatically decide how orders are generated and routed, and work alongside engineers to deploy those systems into production.
- Manage the daily trading operations of our algorithmic trading systems.
- Respond to changing market conditions to ensure algorithms are placing orders optimally.
- Design and maintain simulation frameworks to validate algorithm performance against historical data.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations and product teams.

- You like to understand the full system, if something does not align with your mental model you will ask questions and dig in.
- You have a passion for financial markets, including news-moving items, financial engineering, various assets, market microstructure and the technology that enables markets.

These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. - Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, workflows, or conversational AI and customer experience platforms.
- Exposure to consultative selling, or experience responding to RFPs and security questionnaires.

Who You Are:
The Senior Project Manager, Mechanical sits on Galaxy's pre-construction team and provides mechanical engineering support across the data center portfolio, primarily focused on early equipment selection & procurement, site design, and construction planning.
As an early member of Galaxy's growing pre-construction team, you will own the mechanical and plumbing side of construction budget, design input, and equipment planning across Galaxy's multi-site AI/HPC data center portfolio. You will run owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) equipment packages from demand forecast through RFP, bid leveling, award recommendation, and purchase order, then manage submittals, production, expediting, and factory and first-of-kind witness testing through delivery to site.
This position partners closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations, design teams, commissioning agents, and OEMs, and you will lead vendor research and new-technology evaluation so each campus is faster, more standardized, and more cost-effective to deliver than the last. Responsibilities below are listed in priority order.
What You’ll Do:
You own mechanical and plumbing OFCI packages from demand forecast through RFP, bid leveling, award recommendation, purchase order, and delivery to site, and you support changes after award.
You provide mechanical and plumbing equipment, technical, and budget input to Galaxy's integrated construction estimates, schedules, and design process.
Once equipment arrives on site, Galaxy's Construction team owns receiving, storage, installation by our general contractors and trade partners, startup, and commissioning. You remain the technical and commercial resource for the terms you negotiated.
Finance owns billing, payment, and collections. You provide the committed cost, forecast, and payment-milestone data that supports them.
1. OFCI Sourcing, Bid Leveling, and Award
Build and maintain rolling mechanical and plumbing OFCI demand forecasts by site and phase, aligned to the portfolio schedule.
Recommend manufacturing slot reservations, capacity agreements, and framework agreements with OEMs in partnership with Procurement.
Develop technical scopes and RFP packages, and run technical and commercial bid leveling using standardized templates.
Prepare written award recommendations that weigh cost, lead time, total cost of ownership, technical compliance, supplier risk, and dual-sourcing.
Own purchase order issuance for awarded mechanical and plumbing packages in coordination with Procurement.
Partner with Procurement and Legal on key commercial terms, including warranty start and duration, delayed-start or extended warranty options, storage and maintenance obligations, vendor startup and commissioning support, spare parts, delivery terms, title and risk of loss, liquidated damages, and turnover documentation.
Support post-award change management by evaluating scope, cost, and schedule impacts and maintaining the change log through delivery.
2. Technical Input, Specifications, and Budget
Provide mechanical and plumbing technical and budget input during planning and design for HVAC and plumbing systems, heat rejection, liquid cooling (FWS/TCS and CDUs), fire protection, BMS and mechanical controls, water treatment, and generator fuel systems.
Translate tenant requirements and Engineer of Record (EOR) design intent into vendor-neutral OFCI equipment specifications, and maintain Galaxy's mechanical equipment standards.
Provide equipment cost, lead-time, and escalation inputs to the estimates, budgets, and forecasts used by construction and Finance.
Where liquid cooling equipment is tenant-furnished, define and document the facility/tenant demarcation, interface requirements, and acceptance criteria. Where it is Galaxy-furnished, manage it like all other OFCI equipment.
Incorporate Operations feedback on maintainability, spares, and lifecycle cost into specifications and award recommendations.
3. Submittals, Production Tracking, and Expediting
Coordinate submittal and shop drawing review with the EOR and Galaxy engineering, and track approvals against release-for-production dates.
Own the mechanical and plumbing OFCI master tracker covering purchase order, submittal, production slot, factory testing, shipment, and required-on-site (ROS) dates.
Verify production progress directly with OEMs, escalate slips early, and present recovery options.
Coordinate shipping and logistics and confirm delivery windows with Construction.
4. Factory Witness Testing, First-of-Kind, and Quality
Define and lead factory witness testing (FWT/FAT) and first-of-kind and first-article testing (Commissioning Level 1) for chillers, dry coolers, CDUs, CRAHs and fan walls, air handlers, pumps and skids, and modular plants.
Align test scope and acceptance criteria with the commissioning agent and Galaxy's Construction and Commissioning teams.
Document results, track nonconformances to closure, and approve units for shipment within delegated authority.
5. Vendor Research and New Technology
Engage OEM product roadmaps, evaluate and qualify new products and suppliers, including modular and prefabricated mechanical plants and liquid cooling equipment, and run pilots and first-of-kind tests.
Recommend standard product families and approved alternates that enable dual-sourcing and faster, repeatable campus delivery.
Track regulatory and market drivers, such as low-GWP refrigerant transitions, tariffs, and lead-time shifts, and assess their impact on specifications and budgets.
6. Cross-Department Coordination, Turnover, and Process Building

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
AI agents don't run in browsers. They run in sandboxes — and you will build ours.
We build secure, isolated, network-controlled environments with snapshotting primitives, designed for AI agents and reinforcement-learning workloads. An RL training run doesn't need one environment; it needs thousands, created and destroyed every second. An agent needs to be sandboxed from the world while still feeling fast enough to be useful. That tension — airtight isolation, at fleet scale, at low latency — is the product.
Your customers are the people building the next generation of AI software on our infrastructure; the primitives you ship become the runtime their agents live in.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the isolation layer: microVMs or containers, namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, snapshot and restore.
- Own the security boundary. Customers run code they didn't write and can't fully trust — your systems make that safe.
- Scale to fleets: creation latency, density, and lifecycle management for thousands of concurrent environments.
- Write Go and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions.
- Partner with Product Managers to turn frontier research needs into shippable primitives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep Linux internals: namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, virtualization — ideally microVMs of the Firecracker class.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You understand network isolation at the packet level — not just firewall rules.
- Performance instincts: you know what a syscall costs, and you have the profiles to prove you've cared.
- 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.

European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
You will build storage on our cloud.
Block, filesystem, and object storage for training runs, sandboxed workloads, and general compute: you help decide what we build, what we buy, and how it adds up to storage our customers can bet a business on. Some layers we deploy and harden from best-in-class vendors. The ones that matter most we write ourselves in Go — S3-compatible object storage, tiering, backup and recovery, caching layers that put cold data on cheap spinning disks.
Storage is a strategic bet for this org: the systems you build will define how a gigawatt of European compute stores its data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the storage stack — block, file, object — for training, sandbox, and general compute workloads.
- Design and write our own services in Go: S3-compatible APIs, tiering, backup and recovery, caching layers.
- Own the data plane: allocation, duplication, tiering, backup and recovery.
- Plan capacity across datacenters and across failure domains — petabytes, not terabytes.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the storage roadmap and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have built storage systems — object, block, or distributed filesystems — not just operated them. You know what happens when a disk dies mid-write and when a rebalance collides with a backup window.
- Deep distributed-systems fundamentals: durability, consistency, replication, erasure coding, failure domains.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Systems engineers coming from C++ or Rust who are ready to write Go daily should still talk to us.
- You are comfortable with hardware reality: HDD, SSD, and NVMe tiers, and the economics of each.
- 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.

European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
You will build our Kubernetes product end to end: a metal-to-on-demand platform built on in-house infrastructure, with GPU support for training, inference, and general-purpose compute.
Kubernetes is our product, not just our platform — we run it on infrastructure we own end to end. You will decide how the control plane scales, how GPUs get scheduled, and how quickly a rack of bare metal becomes an on-demand cluster a customer can use. The decisions you make here shape how our infrastructure scales from today's footprint to a gigawatt, and how we turn frontier AI research into production systems used by millions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and ship the control plane. You own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions — scheduling, operators, provisioning, node lifecycle.
- Own the reliability of the Kubernetes control plane. It is the team's headline KPI. You make the calls when it breaks at 3am.
- Shrink the distance from metal to on-demand. Provisioning a cluster should be minutes of automation, not weeks of tickets.
- Partner with Product Managers to set priorities, scope initiatives, and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
- Raise the engineering bar through code review and knowledge sharing across the Cloud Platform org.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have run Kubernetes in anger — and ideally built parts of it: operators, schedulers, controllers. You understand what happens underneath it, and you have worked on Linux directly, not just on managed services that sit on top of it.
- You have run GPU workloads on Kubernetes, or you are confident you can own that domain fast.
- You think like a developer who happens to build infrastructure, not an operator who manages it. You write code other engineers depend on.
- Extensive experience building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.

European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
A datacenter is not a cloud until software makes it one. You will build the software that turns arriving hardware into accepted clusters.
Cabling validation, burn-in, firmware, deployment validation, software stack install — all of it automated, none of it click-ops. Your KPI is time to acceptance: the hours between a rack being physically installed and it serving customer workloads. Across the industry that number is measured in weeks. You will drive it toward days, then hours, as we scale toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe.
This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of hardware and software. Most of your time in the code and the architecture, some of it on datacenter floors, because the automation has to survive contact with the machines it runs on.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the delivery pipeline in Go: provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, software stack install.
- Own time-to-acceptance and drive it down relentlessly — measure it, break it down, kill the slowest step first.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Hardware Design and Fleet Health — reliability starts at delivery.
- Handle GPU fleets at scale: H100 and GB200-class nodes, InfiniBand and RoCE fabrics, and the failure modes they bring.
- Partner with Product Managers and the datacenter org to plan delivery waves against capacity commitments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have automated bare-metal fleets — you have written the software that turns racks into clusters. If you have done it by hand, you resented it and scripted it.
- Hardware fluency: servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware — you can read a parts list and a topology diagram.
- 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
- Deep Linux: you are comfortable well below the application layer.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- Willing to travel to datacenter sites when the work demands it.

THE ROLE
You will build our serverless containers product: the way developers run AI apps, MCP servers, APIs, and managed workers on our cloud without thinking about servers. Push a container, get an endpoint, scale from zero to thousands of instances and back down — across CPU and GPU.
On a hyperscaler, the serverless layer is a product someone else built. Here you build it end to end: the scheduler that decides where a container lands, the routing path a request takes, the machinery that turns a scaled-to-zero service into a warm instance before a customer notices. All of it runs on metal, network, and datacenters we own.
That tension is the product: scale-to-zero economics with cold starts in milliseconds, autoscaling that absorbs a launch spike without a config change, GPUs scheduled onto containers the way other platforms schedule CPU. The customers betting on this layer are the developers building the next generation of AI software on European infrastructure.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the container platform end to end: image delivery, placement, request routing, scale-up, scale-to-zero — across CPU and GPU.
- Make cold starts a solved problem: snapshotting, prewarming, image-layer caching, whatever it takes for scale-from-zero to feel instant.
- Treat AI workloads as the normal case: GPU-backed containers, streaming responses, long-lived connections, MCP servers that cost almost nothing while idle.
- Write Go and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions.
- Partner with Product Managers to turn platform decisions into a product developers want to deploy on.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have built container or workload platforms — orchestration, scheduling, isolation, request routing — not just deployed onto someone else's serverless platform.
- Deep Linux: namespaces, cgroups, image layers, page cache — comfortable well below the application layer.
- Multi-tenancy instincts: density, isolation, and fairness when hundreds of customers share one fleet.
- Significant experience building complex backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.

About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What we look for
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What we offer
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

How we hire
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.
We’re real
A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to partner closely with APAC sales leadership, drive commercial planning and performance, and build a growing team focused on improving sales execution across the region.
Based in Singapore, you will support a 100+ person GTM organization across Southeast Asia, ANZ, India, South Korea, and Japan. You will navigate the needs of markets at different stages of growth, balancing regional priorities with the development of consistent, scalable operating practices.
As part of the global RevOps organization, you will work across analytics, systems, and operations to turn business insights and field feedback into improvements in sales execution and productivity. You will also help shape how we leverage AI and automation to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and enable our sales teams to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner with regional leadership on commercial strategy. Evaluate growth opportunities and business performance across APAC markets, translate regional objectives into quarterly priorities, and recommend where to focus sales resources and investments.
2. Own territory planning and execution. Lead territory design, rollout and ongoing management with Sales and global RevOps; align account allocation to market potential, seller capacity and ramp, and resolve coverage gaps.
3. Drive capacity and quota planning. Partner with Sales, Finance and RevOps on headcount, capacity and regional quotas; translate plans into territory targets and track attainment.
4. Shape regional pipeline targets. Partner with Sales and Marketing to establish pipeline creation and coverage targets, identify gaps across markets and segments, and develop targeted actions to improve pipeline health and conversion.
5. Run the regional operating cadence. Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews that produce decisions, owners and deadlines; track performance, escalate blockers and close out actions.
6. Strengthen forecast discipline. Challenge assumptions with sales leaders and managers, inspect changes and surface risks, slippage and upside early.
7. Improve productivity through AI and automation. Gather seller and leadership feedback, prioritize opportunities with GTM Systems, define requirements, pilot improvements and measure adoption, time saved and execution speed.
8. Deliver cross-functional change. Represent APAC in global initiatives, surface regional business needs to global teams, and coordinate implementation and adoption across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and GTM Systems.
MUST-HAVES
- Experience leading and developing sales operations, revenue operations or commercial business partnership teams across the APAC region
- A track record of translating analysis into action and measurable results.
- Credibility with senior sales leaders and the ability to influence decisions without formal authority.
- Strong commercial judgment across territories, capacity, quotas, pipeline, forecasting and seller productivity.
- Experience delivering cross-functional improvements in a growing B2B technology business.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize competing business needs, and drive execution in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting sales organizations across multiple APAC markets.
- Experience building and scaling commercial operations in a high-growth organization.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements through automation and AI.
FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS
- Analytical problem solving.
- Clear communication and constructive challenge.
- Prioritization, ownership and follow-through.
- Coaching and delegation.
- Process improvement and AI/automation judgment.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Regional leaders have clear priorities backed by evidence and practical action plans.
- Territories, capacity and quotas are aligned to regional opportunity and field realities.

The Data team builds and evolves the data platform that powers critical product features and helps every team make smarter, faster decisions. Our data ecosystem supports hundreds of pipelines, dashboards, and tools, providing the foundation for both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
What makes our team unique is our central role across the company: we sit at the intersection of Product, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering. As our first Analytics Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between our data platform and business teams by building trusted datasets, meaningful KPIs, and self-service analytics capabilities.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Data Analyst and Data Engineers to improve data models and documentation, strengthen the reliability and efficiency of our warehouse, and help teams become increasingly autonomous with Snowflake, Looker/Metabase, and AI-powered analytics. You’ll then contribute to our broader mission of making data more accessible and actionable across 360Learning.
Within 1 month, you will:
Discover 360Learning, its platform, teams, and culture
Get familiar with our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.) and our ways of working
Understand our data models, ways of working, and self-service analytics strategy
Within 3 months, you will:
Build reliable, well-documented datasets and KPIs that help teams answer their own business questions
Enable teams to access and leverage data through Snowflake MCP, empowering them to answer business questions more independently
Collaborate with our Senior Data Analyst to improve documentation, data models, and best practices to strengthen self-service adoption
Within 6 months, you will:
Partner with Data Engineering to improve warehouse performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Help teams become more autonomous on Snowflake and BI tools by guiding them toward the right datasets and sources of truth
Become a go-to partner for teams looking to monitor key metrics, explore data, and make data-driven decisions
The Skill Set:
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work confidently with data.
Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools, such as Looker, Metabase, or Omni.
Experience with modern data warehouses, such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
Good working knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
Experience with dbt is a strong advantage.
Strong interest in AI and emerging analytics tools, with a focus on their practical application to business and data-related challenges.
Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles, with an interest in building reliable, scalable, and efficient data solutions.
Curiosity and problem-solving mindset: able to break down ambiguous questions into clear, actionable steps
Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders, understanding their needs, and communicating technical concepts in a simple way.
