The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own and help build a scalable renewal motion for our Scaled Customer Success segment: protecting revenue and ensuring contracts reach a signed outcome ahead of expiry.
As our first dedicated Renewals Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers, typically €20k–50k ARR, with around 60 renewals per quarter. You’ll work closely with our Scaled CSMs while helping us build the processes, operating rhythms, and automation that will allow renewals to scale as n8n grows. You'll usually work with billing/procurement contacts and the n8n champion on the account (often a technical user or engineer).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own renewals end-to-end. Prepare and send renewal quotes, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth, create order forms, coordinate signatures, and ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in our CRM and billing systems.
- Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline. Keep around 60 renewals per quarter progressing with clear next steps, accurate renewal dates, and enough lead time to avoid preventable last-minute slippage.
- Partner with CSMs on renewal risk. Work closely with Scaled CSMs to understand customer health, identify potential churn or commercial risk early, and determine the right path to renewal.
- Keep the forecast accurate. Maintain reliable renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene so we have a clear view of upcoming renewals and revenue retention.
- Build a more scalable renewal motion. Identify where processes break down or create unnecessary manual work, and improve the workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation behind them.
- Navigate the business independently. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve commercial or contractual blockers and keep renewals moving.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔄 B2B SaaS renewals experience: You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused Customer Success portfolio in B2B SaaS, including negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers.
- 📚 High-volume portfolio management: You’ve managed a sizeable book of customers and are comfortable keeping dozens of commercial conversations moving simultaneously. Experience with smaller Enterprise accounts and roughly €20k–50k ARR contracts is particularly relevant.
- 🤝 Commercial & contractual confidence: You’re comfortable negotiating pricing and terms and navigating the practical mechanics of SaaS renewals — quotes, order forms, procurement, legal review, approvals, and signatures.
- 📈 Operational rigor: You manage your renewal pipeline with discipline. Forecasts, dates, next steps, and CRM data stay accurate, and you take ownership of getting contracts closed on time.
- 🚀 High-growth startup experience: You’ve worked in a fast-growing environment where processes change quickly, ownership is high, and the answer isn't always already documented.
- 🛠️ Builder mindset: You don't just execute a process — you notice where it isn't working and help improve it. You’re comfortable creating structure while doing the work at the same time.
- 🤖 Automation mindset: You’re interested in using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive work and make high-volume processes more scalable.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ⚡ Scaled Customer Success experience: You’ve worked in a high-volume or scaled CS/renewals model before.
- 🏢 Exposure to a mature renewals function: You’ve seen what strong renewal processes look like at a larger SaaS company and can bring some of those learnings into an earlier-stage environment.
- 🛠️ Relevant tooling: Experience with CRM, CS, or renewals tooling such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar.
- 🤖 n8n experience: You’ve used n8n or another workflow automation platform and are excited about what automation can do.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully established renewal function - you’ll help create it.
Our Scaled Customer Success team is still relatively new, while the number of customers and renewals we manage is growing quickly. As our first dedicated renewals hire for this segment, you’ll have real influence over how we structure the renewal process, what we automate, and how we manage retention efficiently as we scale.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on commercial ownership with building something from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and you'll be able to see the direct impact of your work on our customers and revenue.
We’re particularly interested in using AI and automation to scale the function without simply adding more headcount, so if you enjoy finding smarter ways to eliminate repetitive work and improve processes, you’ll have plenty of room to experiment.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on? Apply now and help us build the renewal motion that will support n8n’s next stage of growth.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Welcome to OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design System team, working across our Real Estate products. You'll play a key role in evolving our design system, helping designers and engineers across the business design and build with greater consistency, quality and pace.
You'll work day to day within a small, dedicated pod, spanning web and app. But the system serves designers across multiple tribes, each shipping their own product work. You'll work within our contribution model, helping teams outside the pod propose, adopt and evolve components without fragmenting the system.
We're looking for someone with strong craft, attention to detail, and curiosity about systems thinking and AI-assisted workflows. You'll help create a coherent product experience across our brands while developing your own design systems practice.
Key responsabilities:
Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within our design system, reducing duplication and improving consistency across tribes
Define component behaviour, states and variants, working directly with engineering to ship them
Run and improve the contribution model: the process and standards that let designers outside the core pod propose and ship components without breaking system coherence
Support design work from problem framing through to documentation and handover, using research and feedback from teams to inform decisions
Create clear documentation and specifications covering variants, edge cases and usage guidance
Collaborate closely with engineers on token strategy and the practical link between Figma and production code
Resolve conflicts between a tribe's local need and the system's long-term coherence
Work with product design teams to identify gaps and embed stronger systems thinking across products
AI-enabled Design Systems:
Use AI-assisted tooling as part of your daily workflow, from research through to prototyping and component definition
Contribute to making the system well-structured for AI-assisted workflows, including tokens, documentation and reusable patterns
Know when to override AI output with your own design judgment, and be able to explain why
What we're looking for:
Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale, not just documenting one
Experience running or contributing to a contribution model, or a clear point of view on how you'd build one
Strong technical fluency: you understand how your decisions translate into code, and work with engineers as a peer, not a handoff
Sharp judgment on trade-offs: when to enforce consistency, when to allow exceptions
Strong communicator, able to justify design system decisions to stakeholders who don't share your priorities, and bring other designers along rather than dictate to them
Comfortable with AI-assisted tools, with an interest in applying them in practical ways to improve speed, quality and consistency
Required experience
A portfolio demonstrating strong product and systems thinking, with evidence of shipped impact, not just documented patterns
Experience working in Figma, including component libraries, variables and tokens, alongside experience with built or coded prototypes
Experience working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes
Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted design or development workflows

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

Grow With Us
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Robotics Data Collections team. This role will keep the footage flowing, from a stuck upload at a capture site to the dashboard screen the operations team reads every morning.
Your users are real people a few metres away: the operators and contributors recording every day. When something breaks, it's their hours, their pay, and their patience on the line, and this role exists to care about that deeply. You'll see your users face to face at capture sites, hear them in the support channels, and build with them in mind.
Every day, capture sites record hours of footage that must land safely in the cloud. When it doesn't (a stuck upload, an unreadable card, an app refusing to finish, hours that don't add up), you are the engineer who finds out why, unblocks it without losing data, and then improves the software so it explains itself next time. The work spans every surface the operation touches: a desktop app site staff use to offload and upload footage, a phone app contributors record with, web dashboards and reports, and the physical devices themselves. You'll build on some of these surfaces and debug on all of them.
You are also the engineering voice site staff hear every day. Our operations run on Slack, across time zones. Operators post a screenshot of an error and ask what it means and what to press next. The core engineering team wakes up hours later and reads what you wrote to understand what happened in the field. This role lives in that conversation, translating between confused screenshots and root causes, in both directions.
This is an AI-first job. The operation is scaling faster than any team could answer tickets one at a time, so we don't. You'll use AI agents as a daily multiplier: to write diagnostics while you're still reading the error, to investigate many stuck uploads at once, to draft the guide while you fix the cause.
This role will start as a contractor position, with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time role after three months, depending on business needs and performance.
What it's like
Small, fast-moving team; your work shows up in the operation the same week.
A mix of support conversations, focused software days, and field days at capture sites.
AI agents are a first-class part of how the whole team works. You'll work directly with the

Ship improvements to the desktop app site staff run every day (offloading cards, uploading, seeing what landed) and the phone app contributors record with: better flows, clearer states, fewer ways to get stuck.
Build the dashboards and reports the operation runs on.
Hours and progress reports, upload accounting, status screens: make the numbers trustworthy and the words on screen say what's actually happening.
Write software every week, with AI as your leverage,
across the desktop app (Electron), the phone app (React Native), web dashboards (React/TypeScript), and Python services and tooling. You'll routinely have AI agents write and iterate on diagnostics, tests, and features with you.
Field support & debugging (35%)
Run the daily support loop.
Be the first responder in our support channels when site staff hit upload, app, or device problems; answer in plain language, unblock them fast, and follow through until it's resolved, not just explained.
Diagnose and unblock the upload path.
When footage is stuck between a capture card and the cloud, trace where and why (device, card, app, network, cloud), get it moving again safely, and make sure nothing is lost or double-counted along the way.
Scaling the operation (15%)
Solve classes of problems, not instances.
Every question the ops team has to ask an engineer twice is a gap; turn recurring ones into self-serve screens, clearer error messages, AI-powered diagnostics, and guides operators reuse. Your goal is that the operation can grow without support growing with it.
Devices & hardware (10%)
Be hands-on with devices when the problem is physical.
Use AI-written tests to check why a camera or battery isn't behaving, open a device to inspect it, and swap parts like cameras and buttons. No soldering. You'll also help put beta hardware in operators' hands and report what breaks.
Who You Are
Deep care for the user.
The operators and contributors using what you build are people you'll know by name; their lost hour bothers you until it's found, and "works on my machine" isn't done.
Flexible, fast, and scrappy.
You'd rather ship a working fix today and improve it tomorrow than design the perfect one next week; you're comfortable when this month's job looks different from last month's.
A willing debugger and problem-solver.
You can follow data through a pipeline with many stages, form hypotheses, write quick tests (with AI's help), and follow the evidence rather than guessing, wherever the problem lives.
AI-leverage mindset.
You already use AI tools well and they multiply you; when problems repeat, your instinct is to build something that solves the whole class rather than working through them one by one. You treat the challenges of a scaling team and operation as the fun part, not the fine print.
Strong communicator, concretely.
With site operators and contributors, you answer "what does this error mean?" with what it means and what to press right now, in plain words, and you write step-by-step guides a non-technical person can follow on the first try. With the operations team and core engineers, you write down what you saw and tried, pick up a thread someone left overnight, ask good questions, and keep a problem moving across time zones until it's solved.
A collaborator across teams.
You stay patient on the fifth "it's still not working," and people finish a conversation with you knowing exactly what to do next.
Care for data integrity.
In our world, a lost or double-counted recording is someone's unpaid hours; you treat that seriously.
Self-directed.
You'll often be the only engineer on site, supported by a remote team in other time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid software fundamentals: working Python, comfort in Linux (services, logs, networking), and the ability to build app UIs
Strength in at least one of web (React/TypeScript), desktop (Electron), or mobile (React Native), and the willingness to become productive across all three and debug anything
Daily, effective use of AI coding tools and agents
Clear written English for remote, asynchronous work
Located in Metro Manila, and able to travel to capture locations regularly
Nice To Have
Experience shipping Electron or React Native apps to real users
Experience in a support-adjacent engineering role: field engineering, solutions engineering, IT for operations teams
Hardware tinkering: Raspberry Pi and single-board computers, cameras, taking devices apart; 3D printing for jigs and mounts
Familiarity with cloud storage, upload pipelines, SQL/Postgres, or fleet/IoT management

Administer and support managed endpoints through MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.

Partner closely with global Desktop Support and Helpdesk teams to align on standards, documentation, processes, tooling, and escalation paths.
Maintain clear local documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles so common issues can be resolved consistently and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and reduce repetitive work through scripting, automation, self-service, or better tooling.
Communicate clearly with local office leadership and key stakeholders during incidents, major changes, office initiatives, and recurring problem areas.
Participate in the global IT Support 24/7 emergency on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, responding to critical incidents and urgent support needs by phone or remote access as required, as well as planned maintenance or project work.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in technical support, including significant deskside support experience in a professional, financial services, trading, or similarly high-performance environment.
Demonstrated experience acting as a senior escalation point, local IT owner, team lead, or equivalent role with responsibility beyond individual ticket resolution.
