adjoe is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end. You come from a senior event marketing background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have owned a full regional program, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes, rather than executing against someone else's plan. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, US, you will build the US event strategy together with leadership and lead its hands-on execution, ensuring events drive business growth and strengthen adjoe's brand positioning in the market.
- Events are a pipeline engine, and you own that outcome. This role is pivotal in driving meaningful pipeline across both of adjoe's lines of business: supply, where app publishers monetize and scale with Playtime and Arcade, and demand, where advertisers grow with adjoe Ads. You align regularly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure events ladder up to strategic priorities, and you track performance and follow up with internal teams so that pipeline and lead goals are genuinely owned and delivered rather than assumed.
- You lead execution across a range of event types and audiences. You build and evolve the US event roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, choosing the right formats, audiences, and channels to drive measurable results. That spans industry trade shows and conferences where adjoe needs presence and share of voice, owned events that put our brand and perspective at the center, and executive hospitality events built to move specific accounts and relationships forward. You ensure flawless execution across all of them, from logistics and branding to experience design and post-event impact reporting, and you are as comfortable running the floor plan as you are presenting the roadmap to leadership.
- You negotiate and build partnerships with confidence. You serve as the primary point of contact for key conference and co-marketing partnerships, managing negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and long-term opportunities as the owner of those relationships. You manage and optimize the US events budget, making high-impact decisions on where and how to invest for maximum ROI. Externally, you act as a senior voice for the brand, building lasting relationships with conference organizers, local networks, and industry peers that compound in value year over year.
- You are metrics-driven and turn data into action. You set success criteria before an event and track ROI across the full lifecycle, evaluating performance rather than activity. You use what the numbers tell you to reallocate spend, retire formats that don't return, and independently optimize processes and results without waiting to be asked.
- You think in systems. You build scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows that improve event quality, efficiency, and attendee experience across teams and regions. You manage complex projects and relationships calmly when timelines are tight or priorities shift, you communicate strategy and expectations clearly across functions, and you lead with ownership and clarity, making things happen and keeping stakeholders informed as you go.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
At adjoe, we’re designing the organization behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. The initiatives you build, the talent you develop, and the culture you shape will directly influence how adjoe scales globally.
- Go Big. Own programs that have real impact on how 250+ people across 7 offices join, grow, and perform.
- Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where you design, test, and iterate on people programs with the same mindset as a product team.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and your ideas get heard.
- Thrive Together. Grow alongside a diverse, global team of 250+ people from over 40 countries — and help make that experience better for everyone.
- Have Fun. Build meaningful programs, celebrate the people behind the product, and bring your energy to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world. At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
THE ROLE & TEAM
Product Data Science & Engineering is a portfolio team within Product & Technology. Partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial leadership, we set Xero’s data science strategy across broad product areas and operate in an AI-native way—using AI to transform how we work, not just what we ship.
The team co-own Xero's metrics stack, experimentation strategy, and enterprise data architecture and builds AI-powered customer experiences including the Jax chatbot and agentic workflows—in partnership with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. They also lead AI measurement and productionisation. We work in an AI-native way. That means AI changes how data science itself gets done here, not just what we ship.
This is a new strategic leadership role created to scale Xero's data science and AI capabilities. You will take full ownership of the data science, analytics, ML, and AI strategy and execution across Accounting & Bookkeeping, Small Business, and AI products.
This role combines strategic product vision (including Jax, agentic workflows, and AI-powered features) with platform thinking across the metrics stack, experimentation, data quality, and governance, driving enterprise-level impact across every product team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will translate company-level objectives into strategic sub-objectives across analytics, ML, AI products, and experimentation, elevating both the quality of decisions and the leverage Xero gains from its data and AI investments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, ML engineers, and managers, scaling the function from ~12 to ~30.
- Design team structures and operating models that preserve high throughput across multiple locations and time zones.
- Operate as an AI-native leader, driving how AI changes how data science operates and ships value across Xero.
- Act as the primary data partner to Product & Technology, advising C-suite and SLT on data utilization, retention strategy, new data domains, and AI investment decisions.
- Represent data science in executive forums and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Privacy and Risk on strategy, prioritisation and governance.
- Own AI governance, model risk, data quality, privacy posture, and experimentation integrity across the portfolio, ensuring company-wide compliance and integrity.
- Drive behavioral, technical, and cultural standards across the vertical. Own and improve global hiring practices, build talent maps, and coach senior leaders and individual contributors to raise the bar across Xero.
- Proactively identify delivery and strategic risks, designing robust organizational processes that yield consistent, high-quality outcomes for Xero.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
We welcome candidates from analyst, scientist, engineer, or AI/ML-focused backgrounds—a linear data science career is not required. What matters most is that you have operated, shipped, and led at scale within a fast-paced technology environment. As a self-starter and executive partner, you will shape and lead strategic agendas alongside C-suite and senior leadership, driving throughput across multi-location, global teams. You excel at bringing structure to complex cross-functional challenges, managing ambiguity, and maintaining a strong "Xero-first" mindset focused on delivering strategic value and accountable execution.
- Ability to act as a proactive self-starter and executive partner, shaping strategic agendas with C-suite and SLT, presenting to board-level leadership, and influencing key investment decisions.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, bring structure to complex cross-functional challenges, sustain throughput across multi-timezone teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to a "Xero-first" standard.
- Skilled in leading managers, coaching leaders into senior roles, developing high-performing teams, and constructively escalating strategic risks when necessary.
- Experienced in navigating teams through significant scale-ups, operating model transformations, and continuous evolution in fast-paced environments.
- Practical experience leveraging frontier-model platforms (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to build agentic workflows, chatbots, and AI-powered products, as well as transforming team operating models using AI workflows.
- Substantial experience leading data science, ML, or analytics functions, with a proven track record of managing other people leaders across multi-team structures.
- Extensive experience building and running enterprise-scale data science functions, AI/ML productionisation, AI governance, model risk frameworks, and experimentation integrity.
- Deep technical fluency across applied ML, analytics engineering, instrumentation, eventing, and schema governance, with a strong engineering mindset focused on building scalable platforms and reusable architectures.
- Prior exposure to SaaS or small business segments, with a track record of driving scale, data quality, and privacy compliance.
- Technical bachelor's or master's degree (PhDs welcome for applied, high-impact organizational challenges), supported by public thought leadership or open-source contributions in data or AI.
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with a flexible hybrid working setup, spending 1 to 2 days per week in the local office to connect and collaborate.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is working on frontier AI systems that handle sensitive information at enormous scale. How we protect that data, and how we build privacy into our systems rather than bolting it on afterward, is central to our mission of building AI that is safe and beneficial.
We’re looking for an experienced Incident Response Manager to own and evolve incident management within the privacy team. This is a senior-level specialization on the Technical Program Manager ladder, focused on how we detect, respond to, and learn from privacy incidents. These incidents involve personal data subject to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and similar laws, and to the contractual commitments Anthropic makes to its customers.
You’ll be the driving force behind maturing and scaling our incident response lifecycle, from detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review. Critically, some of the highest-impact work in this role happens after the immediate response: gathering data on incident trends, reporting on patterns and root causes, and working cross-functionally across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure that broad fixes and systemic improvements are actually implemented. You will partner closely with Privacy Legal on notifiability and communications, and with the Privacy Program team on executive and board reporting; this role owns the engineering-side programme, its metrics and its follow-through.
You won’t just manage incidents: you’ll make sure we get meaningfully better after each one.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end privacy incident management program: detection workflows, response processes, escalation paths, communication standards, and remediation tracking.
Serve as incident commander for privacy incidents, driving clear coordination across executive, engineering, security, legal, and other appropriate stakeholders.
Establish and run incident commander rotations within privacy, ensuring clear ownership and effective coordination during incidents of varying severity.
Drive post-incident accountability by defining how action items are captured, assigned, tracked, and completed across teams, ensuring follow-through on both tactical fixes and strategic improvements.
Gather, analyze, and report on incident trends and patterns to surface systemic risks, recurring root causes, and areas where the organization is most vulnerable.
Translate trend analysis into actionable cross-functional initiatives: partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to prioritize and implement broad fixes and preventive improvements that address root causes rather than symptoms.
Lead incident review forums (post-mortems, retrospectives) and ensure learnings are captured, socialized, and acted upon across the organization.
Partner with Privacy Legal on breach and notifiability assessments against regulatory timelines, coordinate customer and regulator communications when required, and keep privileged and non-privileged records appropriately separated.
Develop and maintain privacy incident response documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and training materials; keep them current as our products, data flows and obligations evolve.
Partner with detection engineering to improve alert fidelity, reduce noise, and shorten time-to-detection for privacy events.
Define, develop, and track incident management KPIs and report regularly to leadership.
Support broad cross-functional training and initiatives to uplevel privacy awareness across the company (e.g. Tabletop exercises, training, talks).
Minimum qualifications
Have led or built incident response programs at a technology company, ideally in a high-growth or security-intensive environment.
Have a demonstrated track record of turning incident data into organizational improvements: not just writing post-mortems, but driving the cross-functional work to implement systemic fixes.
Are comfortable participating in on-call responsibilities and leading incident response during high-severity privacy events, including off-hours.
Have experience building and scaling operational processes from the ground up in environments where structure didn’t previously exist.
Excel at driving accountability and follow-through across multiple teams without direct authority—you know how to influence, track, and close the loop.
Have strong analytical skills and experience with incident trend analysis, metrics reporting, and data-driven prioritization.
Are highly organized with a knack for bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
Have excellent communication skills, especially under pressure and when coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you’re often working with incomplete information.
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, incident management, or security/privacy operations, with significant time spent in an incident response context.
Are familiar with privacy regulation and breach-notification obligations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA or similar) and comfortable working with legal counsel under privilege, or have a legal background.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting
Location: Remote Australia
Compensation Range: $150,000 to $170,000 AUD base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Members of the Huntress DE&TH team wake up every morning with the honor of impeding threat actors through a combination of detection engineering and threat hunting. This team sits alongside our 24x7 Security Operations Center, and our Adversary Tactics & Tactical Response function, and plays a pivotal role in detecting threats actors before they get a chance to impact our partner environments.
As a Senior Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting (DE&TH) Analyst you should be drawn to the hard problems: detecting stealthy intrusions, managing false positives and false negatives at scale, and uncovering clues that may expose an evolving campaign across Huntress partners. In this role you will turn threat intelligence, or a hypothesis, into detections that help the SOC find real intrusions faster. While the SOC is responding to alerts within minutes, this team is developing detections and reviewing more ambiguous signs of attacker activity on a daily & weekly basis.
On the Detection Engineering side of the role, you will play a part in designing, building, and maintaining a resilient, scalable, and high-fidelity detection portfolio that enables the SOC to rapidly identify and respond to adversary activity. This will involve working with engineering and other adjacent teams to achieve a shared goal across multiple domains which includes identities and endpoints.
On the Threat Hunting side of the role, you will get to research new attacker tradecraft, test new theories, and review hunting data at scale for millions of endpoints to proactively hunt for, and disrupt, stealthy threat actor techniques that evade initial defenses.
If you love Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting at scale, whilst in the environment and energy of a SOC, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Contribute to all parts of the detection lifecycle by creating new rules, testing them before deployment, monitoring efficacy, and tuning, promoting, or retiring rules based on their performance.
Develop rules across a variety of Huntress products and operating systems such as: Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
Manage any DE&TH requests raised internally or escalated from our partners.
Undertake hypothesis-driven hunts across Huntress telemetry, prioritising techniques and tradecraft that may evade high-fidelity detections and initial SOC review.
Consume threat intelligence and translate IOCs, TTPs, and internal findings into new or refined detections through Git-based workflows.
Build and refine hunting dashboards or queries required to surface potential intrusions.
Review ambiguous signs of attacker activity across Huntress products, and surface likely intrusions that require deeper investigation.
Investigate or escalate likely intrusions identified to ensure partners receive clear incident reports with accurate advice.
Contribute findings to community-driven projects and create Huntress content such as blogs, social posts, videos, podcasts, and webinars.
Use AI-assisted workflows to prototype queries, enrich analysis, and develop a scaffolding for detection rules, ensuring you apply sound judgment to validate the AI output. We expect everyone at Huntress to be able to use AI as a real part of how they work, not occasionally, but genuinely embedded in core workflows.
What You Bring To The Team:
2+ years of experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, SOC, MDR, or incident response.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows internals.
Working knowledge of Linux, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
Experience developing, testing, tuning, and documenting detections or analytics from threat intelligence, IOCs, hypotheses, or real-world investigations.
Ability to communicate findings through clear written reports.
Strong familiarity with detection languages such as Sigma, Suricata, Snort, or YARA, and query languages such as KQL, EQL, ES|QL, or Splunk SPL.
A sound understanding of adversary tradecraft, including techniques used for persistence, privilege escalation, defense impairment, lateral movement, discovery, and collection on a system.
A sound understanding of the roles different threat actors play and their associated goals, such as: initial access brokers, ransomware affiliates, and state-sponsored entities.
Ability to orchestrate reusable AI workflows that improve threat hunting, detection development, or analysis, and can verify AI-generated outputs before they reach production environments.
Bonus points for:
Intermediate knowledge of Linux and MacOS internals.
Hands-on experience using tools to remotely discover evidence of compromise such as OSquery, Velociraptor, and EDR/MDR/XDR platforms.
Previous use of forensic tooling such as Eric Zimmerman's EZ Tools, RegRipper, Hayabusa, or Chainsaw to analyze endpoint artifacts.
Intermediate malware analysis skills.
What We Offer:
Fully remote work
At least one annual trip to the US for Summer Summit, with additional local events in Australia!
New starter home office set up reimbursement ($800 AUD)
12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers
Monthly digital allowance for personal phone and internet costs ($185 AUD)

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Avoca, you'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, for our largest and most strategic home services accounts. You'll work directly with operators, and home service business leaders at scale to understand their call flows, conversion challenges, and growth goals, and help them adopt Avoca as a mission-critical revenue engine across their organization.
This role is built for a hunter: someone who builds their own pipeline, thrives in founder-led sales environments, is comfortable selling a technical product into large, multi-stakeholder organizations, and wants to help define how Avoca sells as we scale upmarket. This role reports to Nick Hartley, General Manager, West Coast GTM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for our largest enterprise home services customers, from prospecting to close.
- Proactively build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise-fit accounts rather than waiting on inbound.
- Run discovery calls to deeply understand customer operations, call workflows, and revenue pain points across complex organizations.
- Deliver tailored demos and solution pitches that map Avoca's AI to enterprise outcomes and ROI.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression across long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with high accuracy.
- Navigate complex buying committees and drive consensus across founders, operators, procurement, and finance.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to structure and close complex, high-ACV deals.
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap, positioning, and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7-10 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (AI, vertical SaaS, or operational software preferred), with a track record of winning enterprise or high-ACV deals.
- A demonstrated hunter mentality, you generate and win deals rather than just manage what lands on your desk.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close high-ACV deals from first touch to signature.
- Strong discovery skills, you ask great questions and listen closely.
- Comfort selling to operators and executives at the enterprise level.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience carrying an enterprise or strategic accounts quota and winning outsized deals.
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts simply to varied stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working in early-stage startups is a plus.
- Experience selling to home services or operations-heavy businesses is a plus.
- Excited to work in-office with a high-ownership team in NYC.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $380,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
