ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Account Executive — Gaming/Adtech Sales who is relationship-driven, commercially sharp, and deeply immersed in China's gaming and digital advertising ecosystem to join our Revenue & Partnerships team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through to close — across a diverse book of gaming advertisers and publishers across China and the broader APAC market.
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills are essential, along with experience in digital advertising sales, performance marketing, or gaming monetization within the Chinese market. The ability to build enduring client relationships grounded in trust, navigate China's complex and fast-moving digital advertising landscape, and manage multi-stakeholder deal structures will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about the intersection of gaming and advertising technology and love building innovative ad solutions that help game developers grow their player base and revenue across the world's largest gaming market, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts across China and the APAC region — from prospecting and outreach through pitch, negotiation, and close, with a strong focus on relationship cultivation consistent with Chinese business practices
Build and maintain strong, trust-based, long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies, acting as the primary point of contact for Xsolla's ad monetization solutions in the Chinese market
Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks, attending industry events, and proactively targeting key accounts within China's gaming and advertising ecosystem
Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials that align client goals with Xsolla's product offerings, including offerwall, rewarded ads, and performance-based monetization tools, localized appropriately for the Chinese market
Collaborate cross-functionally with global product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure client campaigns are delivered effectively and meet performance targets
Monitor campaign performance, provide clients with regular reporting and insights in both Mandarin and English, and proactively recommend optimizations to maximize results and retention
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and account details in CRM (Salesforce)
Represent Xsolla at key gaming and ad tech conferences and trade events across China and APAC (e.g., China Joy, Game Connection Asia, Pocket Gamer Connects, WePlay Expo)
Provide market intelligence on advertiser trends, competitor activity, platform developments, and emerging opportunities across China's gaming and digital advertising markets
Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field within the Chinese market
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle, including experience navigating China's relationship-driven (guanxi-based) enterprise sales environment
Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem, with familiarity with China's major publishers and platforms (Tencent, NetEase, miHoYo, ByteDance/TikTok, Bilibili, Kuaishou, Baidu)
Native or business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with strong working proficiency in English — the ability to operate fluently across both languages in client-facing and internal communications is essential
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong understanding of Chinese business culture, including relationship-building norms, hierarchy, and enterprise decision-making dynamics
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tooling, as well as familiarity with Chinese business communication platforms (WeChat, DingTalk)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and adapt quickly to China's rapidly evolving regulatory and platform environment
Based in or willing to relocate to Beijing, China; eligible to work in China without visa sponsorship
Nice to Have:
Experience working with offerwall, rewarded video, or user acquisition advertising products within the Chinese mobile gaming space
Established network within China's games industry — publishers, studios, ad agencies, or platform partners (WeChat Mini Games, Douyin, Kuaishou, Huawei AppGallery, TapTap)
Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics (ARPU, LTV, ROAS, D7/D30 retention) and China-specific monetization trends such as gacha mechanics, battle pass models, and live-service content strategies

About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX)
owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes
Designed and shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader who has chosen to return to individual contribution
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust)
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible
Location: United Kingdom, London

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly experienced Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) who has lived and breathed insurance operations and is
ready to help transform the industry through technology
. They think in systems, challenge the status quo, and are excited to translate years of operational expertise into
intelligent product features, automation logic, and scalable workflows
.
This person brings
deep health insurance domain knowledge
and the drive to change the industry. This is a hands-on, embedded role working closely with CoverGo's product and engineering teams to ensure what is built is accurate, compliant, and truly reflects how health insurance works in the real world.
1. Domain Expertise & Product Collaboration
Support the product team throughout the feature development lifecycle with deep health insurance expertise and operational insight.
Translate end-to-end health insurance processes — underwriting, policy administration, claims, renewals, billing — into clear product requirements and functional documentation.
Validate and define business rules, decision engines, and workflow logic to ensure all outputs are accurate, compliant, and usable in real-world scenarios.
Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality, workflows, and business logic.
2. STP, Automation & Workflow Design
Design for maximum Straight-Through Processing (STP) across product flows — minimising manual intervention through intelligent system design.

Contribute to product roadmap discussions and prioritisation from a health insurance perspective.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and insurers, to gather feedback and validate product direction.
Support GTM, sales, and pre-sales efforts with deep functional expertise when needed.
What We Need
12+ years of experience in the insurance industry
, with strong exposure to end-to-end insurance operations.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in health insurance
with deep understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle, with domain expertise inside and out.
Experience across 2 or more health insurance functions: product setup, underwriting, pricing, policy administration, endorsements, billing, claims, or renewals.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on, results-oriented, and passionate about translating domain knowledge into real product features.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Role
We're looking for a technical lead who can own the frontend across OKX's core crypto business verticals. You'll be deeply involved in the full frontend delivery lifecycle across Trading, Web3, Payment, and beyond — not just writing code, but helping teams and products find the right direction, make the right calls, and execute with speed and precision.
This role demands the rigor of an engineer, the strategic thinking of a product manager, and the market instincts of a crypto practitioner. You don't need to carry a full-stack title, but you must genuinely understand frontend, have enough backend fluency to hold your own in architecture discussions, and — above all — understand the business.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Team Leadership
Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building. Partner effectively with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance — driving cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment, not just execution.
Product Delivery & Technical Execution
Lead technical design and delivery for core business features including trading system frontend experience, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation. Stay deeply sensitive to business metrics and user experience, making sound trade-offs between speed and quality.
Product & Engineering Thinking in the AI Era
Demonstrate deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product paradigms — changing user expectations, product form factors, and R&D efficiency. Integrate AI into product decisions and design, not merely as a productivity tool.
Technical Judgment & Standard-Setting
Drive tech stack alignment and evolution. Proactively identify and address technical risk. Establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts — private key security, frontend attack prevention, compliance auditing, and more.
Cross-Team Influence
Build dual technical and business influence at the company level. Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership alike. Participate in industry engagements to attract high-potential talent who are genuinely passionate about crypto.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth
Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, cross-platform solutions), with enough backend and API fluency to drive substantive technical discussions
Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption through technical influence rather than organizational authority
Industry Background (Partial Core)
(Core)
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for crypto — familiar with CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallet and signing mechanisms, and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems
Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products; comfortable navigating the tensions between compliance, security, and user experience
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (ethers.js / wagmi / viem, WalletConnect, EVM contract interactions, etc.)
Global product experience — understands the complexity of multi-language, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
Engineering Competencies for the AI Era (Core)
Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product design; can integrate AI into product decisions rather than treating it purely as a development accelerator
Strong ability to model and frame complex problems; defines the right problem boundaries and system abstractions before reaching for solutions
Proven ability to constrain, guide, and evaluate AI outputs — decomposing complex engineering requirements into AI-executable task sequences
Experience establishing team-level AI working patterns; familiar with and having practiced AI Spec-Driven Development
Maintains high standards for code quality and system design integrity alongside — not despite — AI-assisted development
Soft Skills (Core)
Strong ownership: treats team goals as personal goals — proactive, accountable, clears obstacles without being asked
Sound judgment: makes high-quality decisions under incomplete information — decisive and accountable
Execution muscle: makes things actually land, not just live in decks and proposals
Fast learner: thrives in a fast-moving industry; rapidly absorbs new technologies, business dynamics, and regulatory shifts and converts them into team action
Bilingual: fluent English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration (written and verbal at working proficiency)

The Opportunity
Flosum is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape the future of how the world's largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce.
This is not a maintenance role. You will own the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global brands like Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products that create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are at an inflection point. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who sees around corners, understands where this space is heading, and has the conviction and execution chops to get us there first.
About Flosum
Flosum is the only enterprise-grade DevOps, Data Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding platform built 100% native on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, we operate within the Salesforce trust boundary, which means zero data exposure, no third-party cloud processing, and full compliance with Salesforce security standards.
Our customers are among the most demanding in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) who require SOX compliance, zero-trust architecture, and audit-grade governance. We compete against Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto, and we win because our native architecture delivers security, speed, and extensibility that external tools simply cannot match.
We recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce into our platform, making Flosum the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution. This is just the beginning of what we plan to build.
What You Will Own
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.
AI & Innovation
Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
Customer & Market Insight
Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.
Execution & Delivery
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
Requirements
Who You Are
We are looking for a missionary, not a mercenary. Someone who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thinks independently, and is driven by a need to build something that matters, not just advance their career.
7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You know where each is strong and where they are vulnerable.
Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.
What Will Make You Exceptional in This Role
You have experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
You have worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
You have led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
You have a point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and can articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change how enterprises build on Salesforce.
You have experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority rather than just marketing spend.
What We Expect in the First 12 Months
First 90 Days: Learn and Diagnose
Achieve deep fluency in Flosum's five product lines and their technical architecture.
Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews to build a firsthand understanding of enterprise pain points.
Complete a competitive audit with specific, actionable recommendations on where Flosum should invest to win.
Deliver your first product roadmap refresh with clear prioritization rationale.
Months 3-6: Ship and Win
Own and deliver at least one major product release that directly addresses a competitive gap or customer-requested capability.
Establish a product-led feedback loop between Sales, CS, and Engineering that accelerates deal velocity and reduces churn.
Define the next generation of Flosum's AI capabilities and present a detailed execution plan.
Months 6-12: Scale and Lead
Drive measurable improvement in competitive win rates against Copado and Gearset.
Launch at least one net-new product capability that opens a new revenue stream or market segment.
Establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement.
