- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: To create the best experience for this employee and meet business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA region.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting time to join Oyster. The Netherlands is one of our most important markets—this role will give you real ownership over how payroll runs, with the scope to help us achieve best-in-class payroll standards at scale.
You'll be a valued member of our in-house payroll team: someone we trust to accurately produce your assigned stream of Dutch payroll each cycle, follow our AFAS processes closely, and flag anything that doesn't look right. If you have hands-on native Dutch payroll experience, are comfortable executing structured processes with care, and want to build your skills within a payroll function that's still taking shape, this role is for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process payroll accurately. Produce your assigned stream of the native Dutch payroll cycle in-house each period; accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Master data accuracy. Process and check employee payroll master data — new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences, and garnishments (loonbeslag) — following defined procedures and flagging anything unclear or that looks off.
- Payroll controls & quality. Run pre- and post-payroll validations each cycle; check your own work carefully, and flag anything that doesn't look right before issues reach team members, customers, or Finance.
- Handle all statutory filings & accesses. monthly loonaangifte filings to the Belastingdienst, UWV wage declarations, and the annual jaarloonopgaaf, filing of Ziektewet and WAZO reimbursement claims with UWV, owning the retrieval and maintenance of employee loonheffingskorting data: you follow established procedures for these activities and flag anything that looks off. You'll support the setup and maintenance of required government accesses as directed.
- Follow the payroll system procedures. Follow defined steps to help maintain the in-house payroll system, test legislative updates before they go live as directed, and flag issues or ideas to your team lead or our Product team.
- Build your subject matter knowledge. Learn and follow Loonheffingenrecht, Socialezekerheidsrecht, Arbeidsrecht, and CAO (Collectieve Arbeidsovereenkomst) as they apply to your work, and ask questions when something is unclear.
- Check your numbers. Check payroll journals and GL mappings against your outputs, and flag any data integrity issues you notice.
- Handle assigned tickets. Handle assigned client payroll tickets well, and escalate anything that exceeds your frame to senior team members. Pair careful, accurate work with a customer-first mindset.
- Reporting. Help prepare statutory and ad-hoc reports to meet regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive obligations, Ondernemingsraad (OR)-facing pay assessment documentation, and AVG/GDPR compliance across payroll data.
- Audits. Provide structured data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Support the team. Follow SOPs closely and flag gaps when you spot them. Share knowledge when asked and support your peers informally, helping keep our living knowledge base — playbooks and SOPs — documented and shared.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years running native (in-house) payroll processes for the Netherlands, comfortable independently handling a defined volume of payslips per month.
- Hands-on AFAS and / or Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl processing experience.
- Completed the Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) and/or NIRPA Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) registration.
- Working knowledge of Dutch wage tax, social insurance, and labor law, with a willingness to build deeper expertise over time.
- Dutch at C1/C2 for interaction with local authorities and fluent English for collaborating with our async global team.
- Comfortable handling assigned client queries and escalating anything beyond your scope with clear context; balancing careful, accurate work with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- A careful, detail-oriented mindset. You check your own work thoroughly and flag patterns or issues as you notice them.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity within your own workstream, and know when to escalate something that falls outside your frame.
- You're happy to share knowledge when asked and support your peers informally.
- Comfortable working largely asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A broader accounting background or qualification (e.g. RA/AA accountancy qualification); particularly useful for the GL mapping and reconciliation side of the role.
- Proven experience working on and delivering cross-functional HR/Payroll projects.
- Hands-on capability working with AI tools to optimize payroll or operations workflows.
- Strong data transformation skills and practical experience with data analytics platforms.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance team is where numbers become decisions. We partner closely with business leaders across the company to make sure Wealthsimple is allocating resources wisely, hitting its targets, and building toward long-term sustainability. Within Finance, the Tax team is responsible for managing Wealthsimple's tax profiles across a growing number of legal entities and products — balancing tax law compliance while enabling business strategy. We're a small, high-trust team embedded in the business, and we hold ourselves to a high bar for both rigour and clarity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Manager, Transfer Pricing & International Tax to join our growing Tax team and take ownership of the company’s transfer pricing framework.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining technical tax expertise with practical business partnership. You will lead transfer pricing policy, documentation, compliance audit and advisory work across the group, while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, FP&A and business teams.
The role is primarily focused on transfer pricing, with an opportunity to support broader international tax matters if/when the company expands into new markets in future.
You will have the opportunity to help build a scalable transfer pricing function in a fast-growing fintech environment, including establishing processes, controls and documentation that support continued growth and future IPO readiness.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own, update and maintain the group’s transfer pricing framework, policies and governance processes, including the contemporaneous documentation. Ensure they remain aligned with the group’s actual functions, assets and risks.
- Lead the preparation and review of Canadian and international transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files and supporting analyses, as applicable.
- Develop scalable transfer pricing processes, controls and governance appropriate for a growing organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate transfer pricing calculations, data collection and reporting.
- Lead transfer pricing analysis for intercompany services, technology and IP arrangements, financing, guarantees, cost allocations and other related-party transactions.
- Assess appropriate transfer pricing methodologies and oversee benchmarking and economic analyses.
- Manage transfer pricing calculations, data requirements and processes
- Monitor intercompany transactions and identify gaps between transfer pricing policies, agreements and actual activity.
- Review and/or design intercompany agreements and supporting documentation.
- Monitor changes in the business and proactively identify transfer pricing implications of new products, entities, jurisdictions and changes to operating models.
- For any special projects, manage external advisors and ensure deliverables are technically sound and commercially practical.
- Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority inquiries and controversy matters.
- Build relationships across the organization and proactively identify tax considerations before business decisions are finalized.
- Support the Tax team with international tax matters as the company expands its footprint.
- Monitor developments in international tax rules, including bilateral tax treaties and OECD initiatives, and assess potential impacts on the business.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, international tax or tax advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian transfer pricing rules and OECD transfer pricing principles.
- Experience with Canadian transfer pricing documentation, T106 and T1134 reporting.
- Experience with intercompany transactions and multinational or cross-border operating models.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing methodologies and economic benchmarking.
- Experience managing transfer pricing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex transactions and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tax matters to non-tax stakeholders, and translate complex transfer pricing concepts into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA, CA, LL.M. or another relevant professional designation is an asset.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology or another rapidly growing industry.
- U.S. tax or other international transfer pricing experience.
- Experience with intercompany financing and guarantee arrangements.
- Experience with technology, intellectual property or centralized service arrangements.
- Experience with transfer pricing audits or tax controversy.
- Experience with tax technology, automation or data analytics.
WHY JOIN US?
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth fintech at an exciting stage of its evolution and help build the transfer pricing function rather than simply maintain an established model.
You’ll work on cross-border transactions, innovative financial products and evolving business models while partnering with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Treasury and the broader organization.
The role offers significant opportunity to grow with the company, with the potential to take on broader international tax responsibilities as the business expands internationally.
If you’re a transfer pricing professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable processes and partnering with the business, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping

Help Us Build The Future of Travel
At Airalo, we're making it easier for people to stay connected wherever they travel. As the world's first eSIM store, we help millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries and regions around the world.
Today, we're a team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used by travelers every day. We've grown quickly, but we've worked hard to keep what matters: trust, ownership, and the freedom for people to do great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
We're fully remote by design, genuinely global, and united by a shared mission to make travel simpler for everyone.
Your Next Destination
Location: Remote.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link - https://airalo-public.notion.site/Benefits-25396a97ffca81fb9bc1f0be479f1be3?pvs=74
Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Pricing to build the analytical and machine learning capability that pricing runs on, from demand modelling through to the systems that recommend price.
You won't be starting from zero. We've invested in the foundational data and infrastructure that pricing decisions depend on. What's missing is the capability on top: models the business trusts, experiments that settle pricing questions with evidence, and economics defined once so they hold consistently across Commercial, Product and the customer experience.
The arc of the role runs from measurement to prediction to prescription - understanding how demand responds to price, forecasting how it will respond, and ultimately building the models that recommend the price itself.
What You'll Do:
Build and own the demand and elasticity modelling capability, quantifying how price affects volume across destination, duration, data tier, and customer segment.
Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting and willingness-to-pay, and take them from exploration through to production with the monitoring and retraining that keeps them honest.
Move us from predictive to prescriptive by building the optimisation layer that turns forecasts and elasticities into recommended prices under margin, competitive and partner constraints.
Design and analyse pricing experiments with statistical rigour, and apply causal methods where clean randomisation isn't possible.
Define pricing within our data ecosystem, owning the governed definitions of price, cost and package economics that reporting, analysis and product surfaces all read from.
Partner with Commercial and Finance to connect pricing decisions to margin and revenue, and to size opportunities before we commit.
Set the analytical standard for pricing at Airalo, from what counts as evidence through to how a model or recommendation gets validated before it influences live pricing.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years in data science, quantitative economics, or applied research, including pricing, monetisation, or marketplace economics work that demonstrably changed decisions.
Experience with dynamic or algorithmic pricing systems in production.
An advanced degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research or similar, or equivalent applied depth in demand estimation and the identification problems that make naive price-quantity regressions wrong.
Hands-on machine learning experience across the full lifecycle, from feature engineering and model selection through to deployment
Familiarity with optimisation and decision-science methods that turn predictions into recommended actions, whether through constrained optimisation, bandits, or reinforcement learning approaches.
Proven experimentation expertise, having designed and defended experiments with a clear view on decision frameworks and common failure modes.
Experience building analytical capability where none existed before, turning raw data and a business question into something a commercial team uses repeatedly.
Strong data modelling instincts, thinking in reusable definitions and single sources of truth rather than standalone analyses.
The ability to move comfortably between financial, product and operational data and connect the analysis to a financial outcome.
Genuine partnership instincts, translating between analytical rigour and commercial reality so that Commercial and Product come to you early rather than after the decision.
Fluency in the Python ML stack alongside strong SQL, with the engineering hygiene to hand over code that others can run and maintain.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make a methodological argument to people who won't check your standard errors.
A self-starter mindset that thrives in ambiguity and brings structure without waiting for permission.
Comfort using AI tools to augment analytical work, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
Nice to have:
Experience in marketplace, telecom, travel, or subscription/usage-based businesses.
Bayesian or hierarchical modelling for sparse segments and long-tail SKUs.
Competitive price response modelling, or working with scraped competitor pricing data.
Familiarity with dbt, LightDash, or similar semantic/BI layers.
Experience designing semantic or metric layers consumed by both analytics and production systems.
Experience working in cross-functional teams spanning commercial, finance and product disciplines.
If you are interested in this position, please apply via the link.
