Data Science
Build a structured, high-impact data science capability spanning ML for business use cases, forecasting, experimentation support, AI-powered product features, and research for new learning experiences.
Metric Governance & Data Foundation
Drive clearer KPI ownership, stronger documentation, and a trusted semantic layer across Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Finance — reducing ambiguity and conflicting interpretations.

Hands-on SQL fluency and solid understanding of analytics engineering principles
Experience leading or reshaping embedded analyst teams
Practical, hands-on experience applying AI in analytics at scale
Experience building or rebuilding a data science function spanning business support and product features

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
This is a high-growth seat for an early-career sales professional looking to build a career in institutional digital assets. You will work alongside our VPs across the Hex Safe client portfolio, while also owning a book of smaller and mid-sized accounts directly.
The role is hands-on from day one: pipeline support, client coverage, deal execution, and event-driven origination. You will get exposure to the full institutional crypto stack: custody, WaaS, staking, tokenization and the senior relationships that come with it.
We expect the person in this seat to grow quickly into a quota-carrying Institutional Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support VPs and Senior Institutional sales members across the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, deal managing, onboarding coordination, and day to day ongoing client coverage.
Own a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients directly to drive trading/client activation, retention, and grow wallet share.
Prepare client-facing materials: pitch decks, commercial proposals, RFP responses, account plans, and follow-up notes.
Maintain pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy; produce weekly pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting for the team.
Coordinate cross-functionally with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to move deals through onboarding.
Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build a personal network and source new opportunities.
Track market intelligence, competitor moves, and client signal; feed insights back to product, marketing, and leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, client coverage, or a comparable client-facing role at a financial institution, crypto firm, or fintech. No fresh graduates.
Solid grounding in crypto and traditional finance concepts. Comfortable discussing custody, wallets, staking, tokenization, and institutional workflows with clients.
Highly comfortable with AI tools (Claude or similar) and Google Workspace; able to use both to move faster on administrative tasks, outreach, and deliverables.
Strong written and verbal communication in English. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Willing and motivated to attend conferences, industry events, and networking functions to build relationships and generate pipeline.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven; thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with senior stakeholders.
Hong Kong-based; full-time position.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Solve for the customer: We serve multiple stakeholders – People looking for help from our Agents via chat & voice, CX managers using our tools to monitor and improve the process, and Developers looking to build on and extend our platform. Each of these has a unique set of needs and product challenges.
- Innovate: AI Agents represent a new frontier. Discovering new tools and processes for building agents will be among the defining characteristics of the next generation of companies.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire design process from concept to execution to iteration, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely engineering, product, leadership, and the entire company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience.
- Gather Feedback: Get your hand dirty with customer feedback and usability testing to gather insights and iterate to ensure we solve user problems effectively.
- Build Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience in UI/UX design, with background leading design projects from ideation to launch.
- Curiosity: Passion for deeply understanding user needs and finding the right solutions from first principles.
- Full-Stack Design: Visual design is the baseline. You should be fluent in creating beautiful, high-quality designs—working end-to-end from shaping product direction to defining the right interactions and ensuring every pixel is crafted with care.
- Great Collaboration: Design is a team sport, and building great products means working closely with product, engineering, and leadership to help bring ideas to life.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems, design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders.
- Research Skills: Experience gathering customer feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Figma and comfortable picking up new tools quickly, especially AI tools. You use them every day to explore more ideas, prototype faster, and push your work further, and you know when your own judgment needs to take over.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity with grace.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces.
- Experience working on developer-driven products, including SDKs, APIs, and technical tooling.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
