At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform team. This is an individual contributor role with outsized technical scope: you'll be the technical anchor for how Xsolla builds secure, high-scale auth infrastructure — setting direction, making hard architectural calls, and raising the bar across the org.
You will own the strategy behind authentication, authorization, and session management at scale, and evolve our OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows and token lifecycle to meet both product and compliance needs. You operate with significant autonomy, but your decisions ripple across teams — so you'll spend real time building buy-in with engineering and security stakeholders, not just designing in isolation.
You are technically deep, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the escalation point when production IAM issues get hard. You write the RFCs and design docs that people actually read, and you create leverage for the broader engineering org through documentation, tooling, and mentorship — without needing a management title to do it.
HOW WE WORK
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones, and the IAM platform underpins authentication and authorization for every product we ship. Strong written communication is essential — your architectural decisions and designs need to stand on their own and be actionable without you in the room.
We value directness, technical depth, and follow-through. If a design or production issue has real security or reliability implications, we expect you to say so clearly, defend your position with evidence, and stay engaged until it's resolved.

Our Risk & Compliance team is hiring a Senior AML Analyst who will improve the effectiveness, resilience, and scalability of our financial monitoring program. You will own Lithic's AML and financial crime monitoring program at the SOP and monitoring-engine level, and you will be the person who turns our agentic monitoring and investigation tooling into realized, defensible capacity. This is an ownership role, not purely a queue-based execution role: you’ll certainly handle escalations, exceptions, and perform population sampling, but the goal is routine, documented volume is increasingly absorbed by automation, and you own the design, tuning, and exception handling that sit around it.
What You’ll Do:
Own and continuously improve the AML and financial crime transaction monitoring SOPs, keeping them aligned to current regulatory requirements, evolving typologies, and operational reality
Own the feedback loop into Lithic's monitoring engine: partner with your Analytics, Engineering, and Product peers to evaluate alert logic, assess rule and scenario effectiveness, and tune thresholds to reduce false positives while preserving coverage
Lead the testing, deployment, and tuning of agentic transaction monitoring and investigation solutions, including documenting the investigative context the tooling needs to produce repeatable, examiner-ready output
Investigate complex suspicious activity independently and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs; own escalations and the judgment-heavy cases automation cannot close unattended
Supervise and quality-check alert review and investigative output, including AI-assisted output, so decisions hold up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries (and have since expanded into several other assets). We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs’s Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote with team members across the US.
About the role
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineering professional to help grow Ondo Finance’s developer ecosystem in the United States. This role will focus on supporting developers, crypto exchanges, and wallet providers working with Ondo’s APIs for minting and redeeming tokenized assets.
You will be a bridge between our engineering, product, GTM teams and external developers, helping partners succeed in building on Ondo while advocating for their needs internally. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work independently across cultures and time zones, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.
Provide hands-on support to partners on minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and RWAs.
Create developer-facing resources such as documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides.
Foster and grow Ondo’s developer presence in the US
Gather feedback from partners and developers; relay insights to product and engineering teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business development, and operations to ensure seamless partner experience.
Represent Ondo at regional hackathons, conferences, and community events when needed.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related experience (Developer Relations, Developer Support). Web3 experience preferred.
Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, especially self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed, multicultural team spanning multiple time zones.
Technical proficiency (software engineering background preferred) — capable of understanding code, debugging integration issues, and communicating with engineers.
Familiarity with tokenized assets, RWAs, or DeFi protocols is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience working directly with crypto exchanges or wallets on API integrations.
Familiarity with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or L1/L2 ecosystems.
EVM smart contract debugging experience is a strong plus
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity—designed to reward outstanding talent and contributions.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and a flexible vacation policy (PTO), recognizing work-life integration.
A small, remote-first team distributed globally—this is a chance to shape our culture and contribute at a pivotal moment in the company’s trajectory.
Work alongside A+ colleagues, including alumni from Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, and Uniswap.
Backed by best-in-class investors, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.
