About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
You’ll lead the team responsible for Vercel’s CDN, proxy, and edge caching systems—the core infrastructure that powers performance, reliability, and cost efficiency for every customer request at Vercel. Your mandate is twofold: Operate critical systems exceptionally (latency, reliability, COGS), and align the team to product and business goals, translating strategy into a clear roadmap.
You will set direction, grow people, and create the conditions for high trust, high autonomy, and high output—balancing technical depth with strong people leadership. This is a manager role, not a principal IC role. You’ll code when it’s the highest leverage (e.g., prototypes/unblocking), but your default is delegation, coaching, and alignment.
What you need
8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems
3+ years managing engineers (managing managers is a plus)
Demonstrated success leading CDN/proxy/caching/edge or similar high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure
Proven ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and drive cross-org alignment
Track record establishing trust, psychological safety, and clear expectations; skilled at timely, candid feedback
Strong facilitator in technical conflict—you listen, synthesize, decide, and bring the team with you
Competence across HTTP, TLS, caching strategies, load shedding, capacity planning, observability, and cost optimization
Bonus if you
Have experience with
Go, Lua, or Node at the edge; running high-signal hiring pipelines
Collaborating with product/PMM on customer-facing narratives.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $196,000.00 - $336,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll be at the front lines of safely delivering AI to the world, providing high-touch support to the businesses building on Claude. You’ll take the cases that need more than a help article: understanding how a customer has built on our platform (their integrations, their authentication and identity setup, their use of the models) and then investigating, diagnosing, and resolving their most complex technical needs. You’ll partner with engineers to get to the bottom of things, and with account teams to keep the customer’s trust while you do.
Additionally, you’ll help us identify and close gaps in our team’s technical knowledge, turning what you learn from each case into documentation, tooling, and product feedback so the whole team gets sharper. This is a role for someone who wants their technical depth to matter to real businesses, and who cares as much about how we systematically support customers at scale as about the case in front of them.
Responsibilities
Provide high-touch support to our most strategic customers, communicating clearly and empathetically with a wide range of user personas, context-switching between guiding an executive through an incident and providing critical product knowledge to an admin in need of help within the same hour
Serve as an escalation point for our most complex technical issues: reproducing customer issues, utilizing logs and traces, and providing solutions alongside engineers
Troubleshoot SSO, SAML, and OAuth authentication flows, and the integration surface where our products meet a customer’s infrastructure
Partner with engineers, teammates, and other internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve user issues, both individually and at scale
Manage on-call tasks for high-urgency user issues with extreme ownership
Respond to user support cases with a variety of complexity, from questions from individuals to complex API debugging for large businesses
Become an expert in all Anthropic products, and delight in the hunt when something doesn’t behave as expected
Uplevel our team’s technical knowledge by scoping gaps, working with cross-functional partners to deeply understand relevant nuances, and building resources that grow with our products
Suggest and drive improvements to increase user satisfaction through support processes, as well as own initiatives that increase efficiency and drive down contact rates
Operate in ambiguity, making informed decisions even in never-before-seen situations
Prioritize critically and comfortably adapt to an ever-evolving product landscape
Minimum qualifications
Several years of technical product support experience at a high-growth tech company, including hands-on API debugging, ideally on a tier-two, escalated, or priority support team
Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts: exec-level communication, escalation management, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with account and engineering teams
Fluency with APIs and technical SaaS products; you read technical docs with ease and can reason about someone else’s architecture from a handful of clues
Experience troubleshooting SSO, SAML, and OAuth authentication flows
A demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, reactive situations while hitting core support metrics (CSAT, SLA, and the like)
Strong user empathy and mastery of the support case lifecycle; you read between the lines, get to the heart of the need, and resolve it fast
Crisp but kind written communication and a deep care for detail
Persistence and curiosity: you’re energized by tracking down a bug, and more energized by fixing it for every similar user going forward
A deep sense of ownership, genuine interest in Anthropic’s products, and enthusiasm for helping build the team
Preferred qualifications
While not required, we're particularly excited about candidates with one or more of these specializations:
Comfort with command line interfaces and basic scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript)
SQL proficiency for querying logs and investigating issues
Understanding of LLM capabilities, practical applications, and current limitations
Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts and IT infrastructure
Familiarity with Git workflows and version control concepts
Experience supporting government or public sector customers, including compliance requirements and security frameworks
Background in team lead roles or managing contract/vendor support teams
We’re hiring across a range of experience levels to build depth in both technical capabilities and enterprise support.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$131,040
—
$210,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the role
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join the Business Development team at Aave Labs, sitting at the intersection of engineering and business development. This role is critical to helping partners successfully integrate with and build on top of Aave’s infrastructure – translating commercial opportunities into clear, scalable technical solutions.
You'll work across Product, Engineering, and Business Development to develop, package, and document solutions built around Aave's earn and borrow products. This is a hands-on role focused on building reference architectures, prototypes, and integration materials that enable partners to adopt Aave's infrastructure quickly and confidently, ensuring Business Development has the technical assets they need to present clear, scalable solutions to partners.
How you can make an impact:
Collaborate with Business Development and Product during pre-sales engagements to architect and present tailored integration solutions
Develop and package solution materials around Aave's earn and borrow products that help partners visualise how Aave fits into their existing stack and broader product strategy
Equip Business Development with the technical assets, documentation, and prototypes needed to present solutions to partners effectively
Design and document reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns that reduce friction and accelerate partner adoption
Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations that showcase best practices and unlock partner momentum
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integration, ensuring smooth launches and strong post-deployment performance
Work closely with Engineering and Product to relay partner needs, surface technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities
Keep internal stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent partner integrations
Let's connect if you have:
4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, or Web3
Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand and read Solidity, Typescript, and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus)
Proven ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously, operating autonomously, and maintaining momentum across projects
A strong curiosity for DeFi and a genuine enthusiasm for how open financial infrastructure is evolving
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
