At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth partner specializing in the global medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine industry. They empower MedSpas and premium clinics across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond to scale toward high-revenue milestones through a specialized growth framework. Rather than focusing on simple lead generation, the team implements high-level positioning and conversion systems that turn high-ticket treatments—such as advanced lasers, body sculpting, and facial balancing—into predictable revenue drivers.
The company operates at the intersection of performance marketing and business strategy, offering both specialized consulting and done-for-you implementation. They are committed to moving away from volume-heavy, discount-driven tactics to focus on high-value patient acquisition and long-term retention. Joining this team means working in a results-oriented, international environment where data-driven strategies help aesthetic practices worldwide achieve sustainable, effortless growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist to move beyond the "buttons" of media buying and take ownership of the entire conversion journey. In this role, you will be the diagnostic engine behind our client accounts, identifying exactly why campaigns succeed or fail and directing the creative and funnel improvements necessary to win. If you are a seasoned Meta Ads professional who understands customer psychology, data patterns, and the difference between a cheap lead and a high-quality appointment, this is your opportunity to lead strategy for a high-growth team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform deep-dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks and creative fatigue.
Develop comprehensive creative strategies and write detailed briefs for production teams, UGC creators, and editors.
Optimize lead generation funnels from the initial ad click through to the final booked appointment.
Build and manage structured testing roadmaps to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns in lead quality and conversion rates, moving beyond surface-level metrics like CPL.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page aesthetics and conversion architecture.
Proactively create recovery plans for underperforming accounts and scale winning campaigns through data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Extensive expertise in Meta Ads specifically focused on lead generation.
A strong portfolio of results demonstrating your ability to reduce CPA and increase revenue through creative and funnel optimization.
Deep understanding of direct response marketing, customer psychology, and hook/angle frameworks.
Experience writing creative briefs and directing the production of high-converting ad assets.
Proficiency in analyzing the entire customer journey, including landing pages and backend conversion steps.
Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to articulate complex strategic shifts to stakeholders.
A data-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of account performance.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the MedSpa, aesthetics, or high-ticket wellness industry.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience managing high-ticket lead generation or Business Opportunity (BizOpp) funnels.
Previous leadership experience in creative strategy or growth marketing.

About the Company
CertiK leads blockchain security by securing smart contracts and blockchains with cutting-edge Formal Verification technology. Founded by Computer Science professors of Yale University and Columbia University, CertiK has audited and secured over $500B in assets, including many of the world’s top blockchain projects.
About This Role
Singapore is where the institutional future of digital assets is being built.
As Business Development Manager for Singapore, you drive the commercial relationship with the institutions that need it — exchanges and DPT licensees, banks and financial institutions moving into tokenisation, protocols and Web3 native teams, and the funds and infrastructure providers around them. You will run the full cycle: build the pipeline, get in front of decision-makers, understand their security and compliance problem, and close.
You will work alongside a capital markets and policy team and a technical organisation whose auditors, forensics, and on-chain surveillance work sets the benchmark for the industry.
About You
You are a builder of relationships and a closer of deals, and you are comfortable doing both in a market where the buyer is sophisticated and the sale is technical. You can hold a conversation with a CTO about smart contract risk and, an hour later, hold one with a Chief Compliance Officer about transaction monitoring and licensing obligations — and be taken seriously in both. You are self-directed about pipeline: you find the opportunity rather than waiting for it to be routed to you.
Critically, you understand that in this market a regulatory shift is a commercial event, and you know how to move first when one lands.
Responsibilities
Pipeline generation
and prospecting.
Build and own the Singapore pipeline through outbound, inbound qualification, referrals, ecosystem relationships, and event presence — identifying and prioritising the accounts that matter across exchanges, financial institutions, VASPs, protocols, and infrastructure providers.
Full-cycle deal execution.
Run opportunities end to end: discovery, scoping with technical teams, proposal and commercial structuring, negotiation, and close.
Solution positioning.
Develop the depth to position CertiK’s portfolio credibly — audits and formal verification, penetration testing, on-chain surveillance and AML/compliance tooling, and incident response — and to map them to a specific client’s risk, regulatory, and commercial pressures.
Account management
and expansion.
Own relationships post-sale, drive renewals and expansion, and act as the client’s primary commercial point of contact.
Partnerships
and ecosystem.
Develop channel and referral relationships with law firms, consultancies, custodians, infrastructure providers, and industry associations that extend CertiK’s reach into the market.
Market intelligence
and feedback.
Track the competitive and pricing landscape, capture what you learn in the field, and feed it back into pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions.
Cross-functional coordination.
Work with policy, product, engineering, and marketing to build the proposals, materials, and campaigns that win business — and with the regional leadership team on territory strategy and forecasting.
Reporting
and CRM discipline.
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity records; report against clear quarterly targets.
Ad hoc requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of B2B business development, enterprise sales, or account management experience, with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Prior experience at a Web3 security, blockchain analytics, RegTech, or cybersecurity vendor is a plus.
Solid working knowledge of smart contract security, on-chain analytics, AML/CFT, or virtual asset compliance concepts. Understanding of the digital asset and blockchain landscape, and of the security and compliance problems institutions in this market face.
Established network in the Singapore or wider Southeast Asian digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.
Excellent written and verbal English, and the ability to present with confidence to senior and technical audiences. Proficiency in another Asian language is a plus.
Strong commercial instincts.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to run multiple opportunities and deadlines with limited supervision. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Existing right to work in Singapore, or eligibility to obtain one.
Location: Remote, United Kingdom

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Duo Chat team, focused on Chat Engine, you'll build the core AI capabilities behind GitLab Duo Chat, the natural-language and agentic interface to the GitLab DevSecOps platform. Much of your work will involve building flow components and agentic flows in the Flow Registry, the Python framework built on LangGraph within our Duo Workflow Service that powers agentic chat, and integrating them with the GitLab Rails monolith.
You'll own complex backend features from start to finish across both services. You'll integrate large language models and orchestrate multi-agent flows so customers can work faster and more securely across the software development lifecycle. This work sits where GitLab's core platform meets its AI strategy, and reliability, performance, and answer quality directly shape the customer experience.
What you’ll do
Design and build flow components and agentic flows in the Flow Registry using Python and LangGraph within the Duo Workflow Service. These reusable building blocks power agentic Duo Chat and, increasingly, other AI features across GitLab.
Develop, ship, and maintain backend features for GitLab Duo Chat across the Python Duo Workflow Service and the GitLab Rails monolith in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
Integrate new generative AI models, providers, tools, and multi-agent orchestration patterns into Duo Chat to expand its capabilities and improve answer quality.
Design, implement, and review GraphQL and Representational State Transfer (REST) application programming interfaces (APIs) and related monolith logic, including chat entry points, permissions, and foundational-flow registration. Keep contracts with frontend clients and host systems reliable and clear.
Improve debugging, observability, and test coverage using pytest, RSpec, and related frameworks; track and improve latency, error rates, and test coverage so AI-powered chat workflows stay reliable at scale.
Collaborate with Product, User Experience (UX), frontend, and AI specialists to refine requirements and deliver high-quality improvements through iteration.
Document standards, patterns, and learnings with other engineers, raising the bar for safe AI integration and evidence-driven engineering.
Participate in Tier 2 on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and strengthen resiliency.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience building and maintaining production Python backends, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous or long-running workloads.
Practical experience designing and shipping AI-powered, agentic backend features, including large language model integration, tool or function calling, and multi-agent orchestration. You use sound judgment about large language model limitations and safe use in production.
Working proficiency in Ruby on Rails, or a strong willingness to learn it. Duo Chat integrates deeply with the GitLab monolith for chat entry points, GraphQL, permissions, and flow registration, and most of GitLab's codebase is written in Ruby.
Proficiency designing or extending REST or GraphQL APIs with attention to scalability, maintainability, and backward compatibility.
Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) skills and familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including efficient queries and data modeling.
Ability to find, diagnose, and prevent performance and reliability problems at scale.
Experience solving technical problems of high scope and complexity and advocating for quality, security, and performance improvements across your team.
Openness to learning and collaborating in an async-first, distributed team, applying transferable skills from related technologies or domains. Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain is a strong plus.
About the team
We're part of GitLab's AI Engineering organization and own the AI-powered chat experience embedded across the GitLab platform. Chat Engine is the backend-focused team within the Duo Chat group.
We're backend, frontend, and AI specialists working asynchronously across time zones, using issues, merge requests, and documentation as our main collaboration tools. Our focus is to expand generative and agentic AI capabilities, improve the performance and reliability of chat workflows, and strengthen the debugging and testing foundations that let us run AI features safely at scale.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're hiring a Head of Professional Services to build and lead Vercel's global professional services organization, composed of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using Vercel's core platform, Next.js and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. You will define how this function operates: the engagement model, the delivery methodology, the commercial structure, and the team itself.
You will report directly to our Global Head of Field Engineering, and partner closely with GTM and Product Leadership to run a business function that turns our largest customers' complex implementations into production deployments, drives adoption and expansion, and feeds what you learn in the field back into our product roadmap.
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, Austin or New York, with 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) required in office.
What you'll do
Define the engagement model: how engagements are scoped, staffed, sequenced, and measured, and which accounts qualify for embedded support.
Own delivery excellence for strategic customer engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through production deployment and stabilization.
Establish the commercial model for professional services, including packaging, pricing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across competing customer priorities.
Stay hands-on where it matters: architecture reviews, system design, and unblocking critical engagements alongside your team.
Codify field learnings into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that scale beyond individual engagements
What you need
10+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting roles, with at least 5 years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in a high-growth environment.
Experience building a team, function, or service line from zero, including hiring, methodology, and operating model.
Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure) with the ability to review code and whiteboard architectures credibly.
Experience building or deploying LLM-powered applications and an understanding of how model behavior shapes product decisions.
Commercial acumen: you have scoped, priced, and delivered technical engagements for enterprise customers and understand utilization, margin, and capacity tradeoffs
Bonus if you
Have built with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0.
Have led forward deployed or embedded engineering teams at an AI-native or developer platform company.
Have owned a professional services P&L or defined services pricing and packaging from scratch.
Are comfortable representing the function externally at conferences, customer executive briefings, or large-scale events.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $300,000 - $370,000 plus annual bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team with a primary focus on KYC and KYB onboarding operations. This is a do-er role - you will be in the queue every day reviewing applications, making risk decisions, and working directly with partners and customers to move onboarding forward without sacrificing compliance quality. You will be expected to own your work end to end, exercise sound judgment on complex cases, and contribute to building and improving the processes that support our onboarding program.
This role sits at the intersection of compliance and operations. You are not here to advise - you are here to execute, and to do it well.
What You Will Do
- Review and disposition transaction monitoring alerts and KYC/KYB onboarding applications end to end - including customer profile review, document verification, beneficial ownership analysis, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media assessment, and transactional activity analysis
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on High Risk applicants - including source of funds and source of wealth assessment, business model review, and full beneficial ownership chain documentation
- Make well-reasoned SAR recommendations - clearly articulating why activity is or is not suspicious and documenting your analysis in a manner that is complete and defensible to a regulator
- Draft SAR narratives that meet FinCEN quality standards
- Send RFIs to customers or partners where additional information is needed to resolve an alert or application and follow through to receipt and documentation of the response
- Support periodic KYC refresh reviews on existing customers as part of the Company's ongoing due diligence program
- Contribute to onboarding and investigation policy development - if you see a gap, flag it and propose a solution
- Stay current on FinCEN advisories, FATF typologies, and emerging financial crime trends relevant to Rain's product set - including stablecoin, virtual asset, and agentic payment typologies
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance, KYC, AML Investigations or onboarding role at a FinTech, payments company, or crypto company
- Demonstrated experience reviewing KYB applications for business entities including beneficial ownership analysis, entity structure review, and corporate document verification
- Experience with OFAC, PEP, and adverse media screening tools - comfortable making independent screening determinations and documenting your reasoning
- Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end AML investigations and preparing SAR-quality case documentation
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML program requirements and FinCEN SAR filing rules
- Experience with transaction monitoring platforms
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and on-chain transaction analysis
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you manage multiple applications simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- A do-er mentality - you are self-directed, take ownership of your queue, and do not wait to be told what to do next
- CAMS certification or progress toward certification is a plus
What Success Looks Like
- Applications are reviewed thoroughly, dispositioned accurately, and documented completely - every time
- Your SLA compliance rate is consistently above 95%
- Escalations are well-supported - when you escalate, the reviewer has everything they need to make a decision without coming back to you for more information
- You are identifying process gaps and bringing solutions, not just flagging problems
