About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building AI systems that will shape the trajectory of one of the most consequential technologies in human history. That work requires physical infrastructure at significant scale, and building that infrastructure the right way means being a real, long-term partner to the communities where we operate.
We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager in New York to join our Public Policy team and serve as Anthropic's on-the-ground presence in the communities where our data centers are sited, built, and operated. This is not a communications role or a government affairs role, though you will do elements of both. It is a relationship role: your job is to make Anthropic a trusted, visible, and valued neighbor, from the earliest stages of site selection through construction and long-term operations.
You will be the connective tissue between Anthropic's Policy and Infrastructure teams and the local officials, community organizations, economic development partners, and residents who have a stake in what we build. You will surface concerns before they escalate, translate our technical and operational plans into clear local benefits, and build the coalitions that allow us to move quickly and responsibly. Because Anthropic's infrastructure footprint is still early in its growth, you will also help write the playbook: the processes you build in your first markets are the ones we will use as we expand.
You will travel regularly across New York State, including upstate communities, up to 50% of the time, and occasionally to other Anthropic data center markets.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with town, village, city, and county elected officials and administrators, planning and zoning boards, local industrial development agencies, state agencies, economic development organizations, community groups, civic leaders, labor and building trades organizations, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the New York data center markets you cover
Develop and execute a community engagement strategy for each of your markets, spanning site selection, pre-development, construction, and ongoing operations
Build external coalitions, host education and listening sessions, and design local solutions that deliver real benefits to the communities where we operate
Represent Anthropic in public forums, town halls, planning hearings, community events, and local media
Monitor community sentiment and local political dynamics, and advise internal teams on risks, opportunities, and the right pace and posture for engagement
Partner with the Real Estate and Infrastructure team to bring community input into how projects are planned, communicated, and delivered, not just how they are announced, including public comment and environmental review processes
Work with the Communications team to develop proactive, locally relevant messaging
Coordinate charitable giving, community investment, and economic development commitments in your markets, including managing nonprofit partner relationships
Partner with the Energy and Sustainability team to explain our approach to environmental stewardship and respond to questions about power, water, and land use, including how New York's energy and climate policies and grid conditions shape our plans
Build a community engagement playbook and repeatable processes that scale as Anthropic's infrastructure footprint grows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, local or state government, or a closely related field
Direct experience working for or engaging with local governments and a broad set of community stakeholders on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out
A skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who maintains relationships through difficult conversations
The ability to represent a company credibly in public settings, including town halls, hearings, and press interviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn a complex operational plan into plain language that a local official or reporter can understand and respond to
The ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues, and manage multiple concurrent engagements across different markets without losing track of any of them
Based in New York or willing to relocate there, and prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in community engagement specifically on data center, utility, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, or in local government
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and permitting processes at the local and regional level in New York, including environmental review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and local incentive approvals through industrial development agencies
Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
Established relationships with economic development, workforce, labor, or civic organizations in the markets this role covers
Experience working with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams at the same time
Experience engaging with Native nations in New York, including familiarity with consultation processes and Tribal sovereignty
A genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects you are managing
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

SENIOR DATA ENGINEER
ABOUT KEYROCK
Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.
Today, we partner with over 250 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from self-taught DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, and Singapore, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.
We are trading on more than 80 trading venues, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks.
But we’re more than a service provider. We’re an initiator. We're pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading, and champions of its use in the industry. We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program. We upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.
At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.
ABOUT THE TEAM AND WHY THE ROLE EXISTS
The Central Data Team (CDT) is only a few months old, but data has been Keyrock's lifeblood since day one. We're now building the Keyrock Data Platform to give Keyrockers, and the AI agents working alongside them, the data and context they need to act fast and autonomously within agreed boundaries and aligned with our shared goals. Doing that means taking data from across the company and making sense of it in real time for all the functions that depend on it: trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research to name a few.
You'd be one of the early hires in CDT and we expect you to contribute to most of the bigger decisions and build work. The standards we settle on and the way the team ends up working are still open.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build streaming and batch pipelines that ingest, normalise, and distribute market, trading, and portfolio data, resilient to feed and exchange failures.
- Build the self-serve tooling (SDKs, patterns, templates, AI agents) so other teams publish, consume, and build on data products without waiting on us.
- Own data contracts and schema evolution. Keep schema changes from turning into multi-team coordination events.
- Design the lakehouse and time-series layer around consumer query patterns.
- Build and evolve the Data Governance and Data Quality Framework: stale-feed detection, schema validation, range checks, idempotent writes, lineage, ownership, self-healing.
- Build the derived analytics the business runs on: cross-exchange spreads, VWAP at depth, order book microstructure for the desks; portfolio views, exposure, performance for wealth and asset management.
- Make observability, cost, and performance first-class from day one.
- Treat infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) alongside our Central Infrastructure Team.
- Work in the open: write things down, partner closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the rest of the teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Tools matter less to us than how you think about problems. That said, here's the shape of the person we have in mind.
Engineering Craft
- 8+ years of building production data systems that other people rely on.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL: not just being able to write a query, but being able to reason about what the engine is doing with it.
- Code that's easy for someone else to read, test, and delete later.
- Strong understanding of data modelling for both streaming and analytical workloads.
- Efficiency, quality, idempotency, and observability are taken seriously by default.
Systems Design
- You've designed and operated streaming systems on Kafka, Redpanda, MSK, or Kinesis, and you have opinions about partitioning, consumer groups, offsets, and schema registries.
- You've used a time-series store in production (ClickHouse ideally; TimescaleDB, QuestDB, or similar are fine too) and can talk about table design as a function of query patterns.
- You've worked with a lakehouse architecture and reason about table layout, partitioning, and compaction as design choices that shape query performance and storage cost.
- You build for self-healing and idempotency. Reprocessing is safe, retries don't double-write, and the system recovers without a human in the loop.
Operational Readiness
- Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD are how you work, not a separate "DevOps" thing.
- You think about cost and performance early.
- You instrument as you build: logs, metrics, and traces are part of the system from day one.
- You design for data quality and governance up front covering contracts, validation, lineage, and ownership
How You Think and Work
- You reason from first principles when a problem is new, stay pragmatic when it isn't, and update your view when you learn more.
- You treat the trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research as customers of what you build, and communicate with them that way.
- You optimise for outcomes over output. A smaller, simpler thing that ships and works beats a bigger thing that doesn't.
- You take ownership end-to-end: design, ship, operate, improve.
- You say what you think including when it's an unpopular take. You change your mind when the argument is better.
- You make the people around you better. Reviews are real, juniors grow from working with you, and peers want to work with you again.
- You're curious about how markets work. Data engineering on its own won't keep you interested here.
- You're honest about what you know and what you don't, and quick to close the gap.
- You understand financial market data: order books, trades, reference data, portfolios, exposures. Crypto, TradFi, or both are a strong plus.
NICE TO HAVE
- Lakehouse experience with Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
- Familiarity with DataHub or similar metadata/lineage platforms.
- Rust. Some of our performance-critical services are written in it. Interest is welcome; fluency isn't required.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- A from-scratch mandate. You'll be among the first hires in CDT, and the platform, the standards, and the team culture are yours to shape with us.
- Strong partners. Close working relationships with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the desks themselves. You won't be building data in a vacuum.
- Autonomy on how you work. Flexible hours, remote-first, business-hours on-call shared across the team.
- A competitive salary package, with various benefits.
- A team that likes each other. Regular online get-togethers and a yearly onsite where everyone's in the same room.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Run always-on nurture for the sales-led funnel, with segmented streams by persona, use case, and funnel stage that warm prospects for sales and accelerate open opportunities.
- Build and run a testing roadmap across subject lines, send cadence, content formats, and channel mix, using results to improve engagement and conversion.
- Report on lifecycle funnel metrics for PLG and SLG, analyze conversion at each stage, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new lifecycle opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years owning lifecycle, email, or growth marketing programs (onboarding, activation, nurture, retention). Years can be combined across roles.
- At least 3 years at a database, data infrastructure, developer tooling, or API company, or another technical product sold to developers or data practitioners.
- Proven track record of building behavior-triggered lifecycle programs that measurably improved activation, conversion, and pipeline at a PLG company with a free trial, free tier, or self-serve signup.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create engaging content for developers and to work closely with engineers and product partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preferred: experience at a company with an open-source product.

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
ROLE
We're looking for a Legal Counsel, AdTech Transactions to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll own the contracts and legal questions across Voodoo's advertising activity: selling ad inventory in our apps, buying user acquisition at scale, and the ad network we are now launching to connect third-party publishers and advertisers.
This position sits at the intersection of ad tech, commercial contracting, and data and privacy law, in a market where platform policies, ATT, GDPR, and consent frameworks change several times a year. Your work will directly shape how Voodoo monetizes its inventory, buys and measures user acquisition, grows its advertising network, and handles player data, while keeping us within legal and platform requirements and player expectations.
Your main responsibilities :
- Own ad tech transactions end-to-end for Voodoo's games and apps portfolio: draft, negotiate and close agreements with mediation platforms, ad networks, exchanges and SSPs on the sell side, and with ad networks, DSPs, direct advertisers and rewarded platforms on the buy side, including the incentive and rebate agreements (bonuses, UA credits, payment terms), that drive the commercial terms..
- Negotiate agreements with mobile measurement partners, attribution and analytics vendors, data providers and other partners
- Advise on SDK integrations and data flows together with the Privacy team, so contracts match what the tech actually does
- Build our advertising network's contract framework and advertising policies for third-party publishers, advertisers and programmatic partners; negotiate its infrastructure agreements and structure its commercial offers on the legal side
- Manage partner disputes with networks, mediation platforms and other ad tech partners, including reporting discrepancies, invalid traffic (IVT) and compensation claims, from first analysis through negotiated resolution.
- Track and apply platform policy changes and translate them into contract positions and business guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, UA, Ad Network, Publishing and other product teams, serving as a trusted legal partner who helps the business move with speed and confidence
- Build scalable legal infrastructure-templates, playbooks, fallback positions, contract tooling - that allows the business to operate efficiently as volume grows
PROFILE
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful time spent on ad tech and mobile/programmatic advertising, ideally in-house
- Substantive familiarity with ad tech: you understand how mediation, in-app bidding, SDK-based data collection, attribution and device identifiers work at a technical level - not just a conceptual one - and you know who does what along the supply chain
- Transactional experience: you've negotiated agreements with companies across the advertising ecosystem, ideally on both the publisher and advertiser side
- Privacy law fluency: you handle the privacy side of a deal as comfortably as the commercial side
- Industry standards: you know IAB terms and the TCF inside out
- Risk tolerance and business judgment: you're comfortable making calls in the absence of perfect information, offering clear and concise risk framing that avoids unnecessary stalling of the business. You operate like a business partner, not outside counsel
- Strong communication skills: you translate complex legal requirements into plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you're comfortable presenting your views succinctly and with confidence
- Autonomy and initiative: you take ownership of your portfolio, identify problems before they escalate, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be directed
- Master 2 in business law, IT/digital law or IP law from a French university or equivalent; avocat or in-house juriste profiles are equally welcome; an LL.M. or study abroad experience is a plus
- Full professional English required
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
No Visa sponsorship
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.

About NRS
National Retail Solutions (NRS) is a leading provider of point-of-sale, payment, and digital solutions to tens of thousands of independent retailers across the United States and Canada. As a major player in the retail technology industry, NRS is expanding into next-generation cloud platforms, high-throughput retail ecosystems, and advanced analytics solutions.
We are building modern, highly scalable systems designed specifically for high-volume retail operations and real-time reporting. This project represents one of the most significant technical initiatives in NRS’s history and offers a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a major strategic expansion.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
based in Minsk, Belarus to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will help architect and build core components of NRS’s next-generation retail platform. You will focus heavily on robust backend services written in Golang, high-throughput query performance, and leveraging ClickHouse for real-time reporting and large-scale data modeling, alongside modern front-end architectures using Vue.js and micro-frontends
Experience with columnar/OLAP databases like
ClickHouse
is highly desired to support our analytical engine, but deep, hands-on mastery of SQL, data indexing, and database performance profiling is the primary requirement.
You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and architects across Israel, Belarus, and the U.S., contributing meaningfully to the technical direction, data architecture, and scalability of our products.
This position requires
3 days a week in-office work
at our office in Minsk to collaborate in person with local engineering peers, along with regular remote collaboration across our global teams
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Architect, build, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications—ranging from real-time analytics dashboards to reporting pipelines—with a strong focus on
Golang
for backend microservices and
Vue.js
on the front end.
Design, model, and optimize high-speed relational and analytical data stores—writing advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, and indexing strategies to power real-time reporting dashboards.
Leverage analytical data stores (ideally
ClickHouse
) to build ultra-efficient reporting engines and handle high-throughput data ingestion.
Design and implement modular micro-frontend architectures to support scalable, independently deployable UI components across team boundaries.
Take end-to-end ownership of core system components, high-throughput backend APIs, and event-driven microservices.
Drive architectural design, technical planning, query optimization, and engineering best practices across the team.
Ensure platform scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and secure service design.
Execution & Delivery
Write clean, maintainable, highly efficient, and well-tested Go and JavaScript/TypeScript code.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the U.S. and locally to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Uphold code quality through thorough code reviews; we use AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as part of our workflow.
Debug, profile, and optimize complex SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed backend microservices.
Collaboration & Culture
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery.
Communicate effectively across time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global engineering leadership.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of full-stack development experience
, with at least
2 years in a senior or lead capacity
.
Solid Backend Expertise in Go:
Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling Go-based microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs.
Deep SQL Mastery & Data Modeling:
Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including writing complex joins, subqueries, query execution plan analysis (EXPLAIN), indexing strategies, schema normalization/denormalization, and performance profiling for large-scale reporting datasets.
Modern Frontend & Micro-Frontend Mastery:
Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks—specifically
Vue.js
(Vue 3 / Composition API).
Demonstrated experience designing or working within micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, component isolation).
Experience building end-to-end SaaS products, microservices, or complex distributed web platforms.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, Git, and CI/CD automation workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
Excellent English communication skills with experience collaborating with remote/U.S.-based stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse / OLAP Experience:
Direct hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a
strong plus
.
Working knowledge of
PHP
(legacy service integration/migration).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (ideally
AWS
).
Knowledge of real-time communication technologies (
WebSockets, gRPC, Kafka, or NATS
).

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
People Programs at Ramp builds the programs that shape how employees experience the company day to day; from someone's first week to the moments that define Ramp's culture company-wide. As Ramp scales, we need someone dedicated to building that function and taking our foundations to the next level.
In this role, you'll own programs like onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the company-wide culture and recognition programs that shape how Ramp works, to name a few. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Comms to make these programs land and thrive.
This work is high impact and high visibility. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone with strong judgment who owns things fully.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build your own roadmap by pulling signal from engagement survey results, PBP and manager input, and People Ops, then make the call on what to build, improve, delegate, or stop.
- Own onboarding effectiveness — from pre-start through the first week — so every new hire's first experience of Ramp reflects how we work and our culture, partnering with People Ops and IT on day-to-day logistics
- Own the performance review cycle's program design — timeline, tools, and the manager/employee experience — partnering with PBPs on calibration and outcomes
- Build and own manager enablement as a standalone program: design the content, frameworks, and moments that help managers lead well, in partnership with PBPs on delivery
- Conceive, build, and run company-wide culture-building programs, fully owning logistics and content end-to-end
- Own recognition programming: how we surface and celebrate what's worth celebrating across the company and the rituals/milestones that make Ramp's culture tangible day to day
- Own the biannual engagement survey: design, run, and work with People Business Partners to translate results into action
- Be the trusted voice on what we should build in-house versus buy (tools, vendors, platforms) for people programs, grounded in judgment about what's worth the investment, not a default toward either
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years owning people/culture programs end-to-end at a high-growth company - from ideation through hands-on execution
- A builder's track record: you've created programming that didn't exist before, not adapted someone else's playbook
- Strong facilitation and executive presence. You’re comfortable being the face of a program in front of the whole company, not just behind the scenes
- Comfortable with data: you can read engagement survey results and program metrics and turn them into a point of view, not just a report
- Proven ability to partner across functions (PBPs, Comms, Enablement, leadership)
- First-principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into a scalable framework: you don't need a rule book, but you can build one when it's missing
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
