We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from USA in EST time zones
only
at this time.
Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend
The Opportunity:
Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem.
As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana.
You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise.
AI Notice: We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be accountable for the performance of
two
distributed engineering squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member, give timely feedback, address performance gaps and build a culture of trust and accountability.
Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
Lead discovery with your squads: engage directly with customers, community members and internal users, combine their feedback with research and usage evidence, and use those insights to shape roadmaps and priorities.
Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies and make trade-offs between customer needs, long-term investments and operational demands.
Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early and intervene when commitments are at risk.
Use AI regularly in your management work to synthesise research and feedback, inform roadmap and resourcing decisions, and streamline coordination, reporting and follow-through.
Improve how the squads plan, make decisions and deliver. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows, evaluating their impact on delivery speed, quality and time spent on repetitive work.
Set engineering direction with senior engineers for the frontend foundations owned by your squads, including developer experience, accessibility, architecture, tooling, reliability and multitenant capabilities.
Set engineering direction for navigation, search and resource organisation, including where AI-assisted discovery can help users find what they need.
Set and uphold engineering standards for quality, security and operability, including how teams evaluate and validate AI-assisted work.
Lead improvements across Grafana and R&D that increase engineering productivity and improve business outcomes.
Participate in the engineering management on-call rota, coordinate responses and drive improvements that reduce recurring disruption. Regularly use Grafana’s AI capabilities for observability, incident investigation and management, bringing that experience into product feedback and roadmap decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Significant experience managing senior engineers, building healthy teams and developing technical leaders. You give clear feedback and address performance gaps directly and fairly.
A strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems, enabling you to evaluate technical trade-offs and shape architectural and engineering-quality decisions with senior engineers.
A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear priorities and measurable results, managing delivery risks and operational demands.
Strong product and customer judgement, with the ability to connect engineering investments to user, developer and business outcomes.
Clear, concise written communication and the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation.
An appreciation for open-source development and the judgement to balance Cloud-first delivery with the needs of customers, community members and internal teams.
Practical experience using AI and automation in your own leadership work, and leading teams to adopt them effectively.
Bonus Points For
Experience with React, TypeScript or comparable large-scale frontend ecosystems.
Experience leading a developer platform team, including support for plugins or extensions.
Experience with navigation, search, information architecture or resource-management products.
Experience delivering multitenant SaaS or major platform migrations.
Experience working on a widely adopted open-source product.

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to own quality for our AI voice virtual agent. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable reasoning about a large language model's behavior and reading a SIP trace.
You should be interested in testing non-deterministic systems. A voice agent takes a live phone call, transcribes speech that may be accented or noisy, interprets intent, reasons over an LLM, generates a spoken reply, and decides whether to resolve the request or hand it to a human—all within a latency budget callers will notice. Nothing in that chain can be validated with a simple assertion of equality, so you will design the evaluation approach that makes it testable anyway.
You should also be interested in the underlying telephony. Testing this agent means placing real calls: provisioning SIP endpoints and softphones, driving calls programmatically, controlling media conditions, and distinguishing a model failure from a codec, jitter, or call-routing issue.
PLEASE SUBMIT CV IN ENGLISH.
ONLY ACCEPTING CANDIDATES FROM LATAM.
ADVANCED SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Embed fully within a Scrum team
, participating in all ceremonies and maintaining associated artifacts.
Own the end-to-end test strategy
for the AI voice virtual agent across the LLM, speech, and telephony layers.
Design test scenarios for complex conversational behavior
, including multi-turn dialogues, interruptions and barge-in, ambiguous or incomplete input, out-of-scope requests, human escalation/transfer, and failure recovery.
Build and maintain an evaluation framework for non-deterministic output
, leveraging golden datasets, semantic/rubric-based assertions, and automated regression detection for prompt, model, or retrieval changes.
Adversarially test the agent
against hallucinations, incorrect grounding, guardrail bypasses, prompt injections, and unauthorized disclosure of customer data.
Prepare and provision SIP devices
, endpoints, and call scenarios to automate call origination end-to-end.
Diagnose failures across the entire stack
, isolating issues down to the LLM, ASR (speech recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), media path, or call routing layer.
Extend automated coverage
and integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline to serve as release gates.
Define and track core quality metrics
, including task completion, containment, intent accuracy, transcription accuracy, response latency, and escalation correctness.
Maintain documented test coverage in the TMS
with full traceability to business requirements.
Communicate and escalate quality risks
to stakeholders backed by data and evidence.
Requirements:
5+ years in QA
, with recent hands-on ownership of a complex, integrated product.
Practical experience testing SIP/VoIP systems
, including call flows, SIP signaling, media handling, softphones, or SIP trunking, with the ability to troubleshoot using SIP traces or packet captures.
Demonstrated creativity in test design
(live scenario design will be a core part of the interview process and heavily weighted).
Proficiency in Python
, sufficient to independently build and maintain automation frameworks.
Experience testing non-deterministic or probabilistic systems
, with a clear approach to designing assertions for variable outputs.
Strong analytical skills
, including the ability to define quality metrics, justify their calculation, and use data to back release decisions.
Hands-on experience with formal TMS tools and Jira
.
Professional fluency in English
(spoken and written), with reliable overlap with US Eastern business hours.
We use the following technologies:
Python with pytest
for test automation.
Playwright
for browser and WebRTC-based call driving.
JsSIP / WebRTC
for programmatic call origination and media control.
SIP softphones and devices
for manual and exploratory testing.
Allure TestOps
as our TMS, linking automated runs to documented test cases.
Jira
for project management and issue tracking.
Jenkins & GitHub Actions
for CI/CD pipelines.
Grafana
for quality and delivery metrics.
LLM APIs and evaluation tooling
— currently in active development, and we are open to any effective approach.
Pluses:
Direct experience testing LLM-based or conversational AI products
, including evaluation frameworks and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
Familiarity with speech technologies
, including ASR/transcription accuracy measurement (WER), TTS quality assessment, endpointing, and silence detection.
Experience with RAG or retrieval-grounded systems
, specifically in evaluating grounding correctness and context retrieval.
WebRTC and media-layer testing experience
, including codec behavior and performance degradation under jitter or packet loss.
Background in testing IVR, contact center, or conversational IVR platforms.
Multilingual testing capabilities
, with emphasis on Spanish/English code-switching.
Literacy in prompt engineering
, sufficient to analyze system prompts and identify potential failure modes
We are pleased to offer:
Remote work opportunity!
B2B Employment ($, gross).
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program: get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
Creativity is a core requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have. The defects that matter here are found by someone who imagines the caller who interrupts mid-sentence, switches languages halfway through, gives a partial account number, answers a different question, or deliberately tries to jailbreak the agent. Scenario design is the primary skill we are hiring for.
Current State: We have automated call testing built on JsSIP/WebRTC with Python and Playwright, alongside a growing body of test scenarios. The evaluation layer—how we score responses consistently, catch regressions when a prompt or model changes, and report quality metrics leadership can act on—is where this role will have the most impact.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
to be embedded in
Growth Marketing
, the team at Garner that owns B2C member activation & engagement. You will report directly to the
Director of Marketing Operations
and serve as the dedicated data & analytics partner for our
Growth Marketing
team.
Growth Marketing is responsible for getting employees to sign up and use their Garner benefit — through email, SMS, direct mail, in-app, in-office materials, and employer-led communication channels. We're looking for an
exceptional, AI-native data & analytics manager
to own how member activation and engagement are operationalized and measured across channels. You'll own the
audience targeting & segmentation
(SQL queries in Snowflake for our email / sms / direct mail targeting, partnering closely with Engineering) and build the
Business Intelligence layer
that powers our member engagement campaigns, ranging from cross-system data pipelines, attribution modeling, experimentation frameworks, and funnel & lifecycle analysis through core reporting and dashboards. You'll define the metrics behind member growth and ensure those definitions hold consistently across systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine — helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and improve health outcomes at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Targeting & segmentation (campaign operations):
Own the audience targeting, segmentation (SQL queries of Snowflake data tables to be built into our Iterable system), and personalization data behind our email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot upstream Data issues that affect our marketing campaigns, as well as enhance and automate the data mechanics and pipelines so the program can scale.
Analytics & Reporting:
Own how member activation and engagement are measured end-to-end (e.g., Looker dashboards). Define, build, and maintain the KPIs, metric definitions, performance reports, and dashboards Growth Marketing runs on — funnel and lifecycle metrics, email/SMS campaign activity, channel efficiency, operational health, and KPI target setting.
Product & engagement analytics:
Bridge marketing activity to member behavior in the Garner app so the team can optimize communications over time.
Experimentation:
Develop and execute on the Growth Marketing team’s A/B testing program and performance reporting.
Data governance:
Build our data foundation alongside Data Management & Engineering, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Growth Product to ensure our data is analysis-ready and trustworthy. Build workflows, documentation, QA practices, and tooling that ensure our metrics are standardized across systems and campaigns.
Systems & technology stack:
Uplevel our data sophistication by designing and building at the systems level, leveraging AI in order to maximize scale and leverage.
What you will bring to the team:
4–6+ years in marketing & growth & analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar data-centric role.
Growth & marketing, B2C, B2B2C, and Product-led Growth subject matter expertise preferred but not required (e.g., customer funnel analytics, cohort and retention curves, channel attribution, lifecycle email/SMS/direct mail performance, targeting/segmentation, personalization)
Expertise in the modern data stack
.
Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and visualization tools
(e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with ESP/CRM event data (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar) is a strong plus.
Experience in experimentation & reporting
. Familiarity with A/B and incrementality test design, statistics, measurement, and optimization.
Analytical rigor and problem framing
. You turn a vague business question into the right analysis, define a defensible metric, and state your assumptions rather than jumping to a chart. You’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable using insight to drive decisions for a marketing audience and executives.
AI fluency
. Comfort with and excitement about harnessing AI agents to build analyses, design dashboards, and validate results.
Self-starter approach
with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, doing whatever is necessary to ensure company success. You thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic
startup environment.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source by Webflow https://webflow.com/blog/introducing-source-by-webflow, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. Source is where the hard work of web marketing happens: scaling what works, driving impact with every iteration, and keeping brand and content consistent as teams and agents move at speed.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and gets excited about making complex content infrastructure feel simple — so marketers can move fast, agents can operate reliably, and every experience a brand ships stays coherent and on point.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $191,700 - $230,000
- Zone B: $180,000 - $216,000
- Zone C: $168,300 - $202,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- 209,000 - 251,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based either within EMEA or Americas.
As a GTM Engineer you'll be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine. You'll build, connect, and automate the software systems that drive pipeline. Turning high-level commercial strategy into workflows that run reliably, without anyone even touching them.
Sitting in Revenue Operations, you'll work alongside GTM Teams. Our GTM stack spans a CRM, enrichment and data providers, outbound tooling, our marketing automation platform, the data warehouse, and Oyster's own product APIs. Your job is to make that a coherent system rather than a pile of disconnected tools: clean data flowing to the right place, leads scored and routed in seconds, and reps working from information they can trust.
AI is a key part of the toolkit - you'll use it across the end-to-end funnel to automate and boost workflows, for things like prospect research at volume, personalisation, and buying-signal detection. Where a traditional ops hire would build a rules-based scoring model, you'll build an agent that reads a prospect's careers page, funding history, and hiring footprint and hands a rep a research brief worth acting on.
The foundation is a strong combination of commercial processes, systems and data - that's where the work lives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, sync patterns between systems, and the contracts between them.
- Integrate systems end to end: CRM (Salesforce), enrichment providers (Clay, Zoominfo), outbound and sequencing platforms (Nooks, Salesloft), marketing automation (Hubspot), the data warehouse, and Oyster's product APIs (using APIs, webhooks, and scripts rather than waiting for a native connector)
- Ship AI-driven GTM workflows - prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines that automate prospect research, personalised outreach, and real-time buying-signal alerts and more.
- Optimise our commercial processes. It’s not only about installing Tech & AI, it is also about taking ownership and evolving the ways we generate revenue.
- Build automated data waterfalls that pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM, so reps work from data they can trust.
- Work in a system that's already live. Reverse-engineer existing processes and the reasoning behind them, identify what to keep versus replace, and land changes through a migration plan that keeps pipeline, reporting, and day-to-day selling intact throughout.
- Instrument what you build: define the metric each workflow is supposed to move, measure it, and evaluate output quality so automations stay trustworthy as they scale.
- Keep the stack maintainable and compliant - sensible data handling, monitoring and alerting on the pipelines or agents you build, documented workflows, and no single points of failure that live only in your head.
- Partner with GTM to translate commercial goals into technical solutions, and be honest about which ideas are worth building.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales engineering role, or a software engineering background you've deliberately pointed at revenue problems.
- Clear, proven examples of solutions you've implemented that drove measurable pipeline impact. We'll ask you to walk us through them: what you built, why, and what moved as a result. Specifics matter more than scale
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack. You've architected a CRM rather than just administered one: navigating existing processes to own the re-configuration of objects and fields, lifecycle stages, routing and territory logic, and the sync patterns that keep multiple systems consistent. Salesforce or HubSpot, plus enrichment providers, outbound and sequencing tools, marketing automation, and platforms such as Clay.
- You build custom integrations, and can wire up a tool nobody at the company has used before from the docs alone.
- Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting.
- Working experience using AI/LLMs in a GTM or automation context - prompt and context engineering, and strong judgement to know where a model beats a rule and where it doesn't
- Commercial instinct. You understand funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics well enough to spot which automation is worth building and which is a distraction
- A bias toward shipping. You prototype quickly, put things in front of real users, and iterate rather than designing in the abstract.

To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA or AMER regions.
You’ll join Oyster as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer: Go-to-Market, reporting to the AI Director and partnering closely with GTM leadership.
Your mandate goes beyond automating individual tasks. You’ll help make Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations AI native. This means rethinking how people work with AI, where agents can take on operational work, and where human judgement creates the most value to build a more effective AI enabled GTM organization.
You’ll be part of a connected group of Senior AI Solutions Engineers transforming different departments across Oyster. Together, you’ll establish shared standards, reuse successful approaches, and ensure Oyster’s AI transformation is coordinated rather than siloed.
This is a senior, hands on role. You’ll independently identify high value opportunities, decide where AI should and should not be used, and lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make GTM AI native
Reimagine how GTM teams work with AI. Move teams from manually operating tools and workflows toward humans orchestrating AI powered ways of working, with human judgement where it matters.
Shape the AI roadmap
Partner with GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high impact transformation opportunities.
Lead solutions from start to finish
Own complex initiatives from an ambiguous problem through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Build best in class AI agents and solutions
Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
Apply sound judgement
Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight. Recognize when AI is not the right solution.
Drive AI adoption and self sufficiency
Partner with GTM leaders, managers, and champions to embed AI into everyday work. Help teams move beyond consuming AI outputs toward confidently creating reusable prompts, workflows, and AI powered ways of working.
Own solutions beyond launch
Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after release. Continuously improve solutions based on real usage and outcomes rather than treating launch as completion.
Connect the organization and raise capability
Build trust with GTM leadership, share reusable patterns with AI Solutions Engineers supporting other departments, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop the skills and confidence to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience, supported by broader experience delivering complex solutions in GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or a related field.
- A track record of redesigning workflows or operating models, rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Strong hands on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong judgement about where AI can create value, where processes need deeper redesign, and where automation should not be used.
- Ability to influence functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A track record of mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM platforms.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Location: London, England, United Kingdom; Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland; Limassol, Cyprus
Workplace: hybrid
