We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a full-time remote opportunity. We are considering candidates from US and Canada only (EST time zone).
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Cloud Observability department is focused on enabling developers to understand the health and performance of their applications and infrastructure in any environment by providing tools to instrument their code, ingest observability data into Grafana Cloud and visualize and explore it.
In this role, you will be part of the Cloud Integrations team. We develop
our portfolio of integrations
that allow customers to collect, visualize and act on telemetry from various systems and applications.
The software you will create is a core building block for the users of Grafana Cloud, and has direct impact on Grafana Cloud’s out of the box experience.
Our work is built on Open Source technologies such as Prometheus and OpenTelemetry, which you will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will bring your software engineering expertise to develop the tooling that powers our portfolio of cloud integrations and observability apps; working to develop, maintain and scale our infrastructure observability features in Grafana Cloud.
We’re looking for someone who can work across the full stack:
Frontend - written in Typescript / React
Backend - written in Golang
Monitoring Mixins
- written in Jsonnet
Day to day, that looks like:
Ship features end to end, from the UI a user clicks through to the backend services behind it and the dashboards and alerts that ship with each integration
Move between parts of the stack as the work demands. Some weeks are a React panel, some weeks a Go service, some weeks a Jsonnet mixin
Own projects from problem statement to production, including talking to users and checking whether what you shipped actually worked
Represent the team's work outside the team: write the design proposals, run the demos, and make the case for our roadmap in cross-team discussions
Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and Grafana Alloy where our work touches them
Join the on-call rotation for the services you own
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
As we have embraced a remote-first approach and our engineering team is primarily remote, it is essential to possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. We provide support and hold regular meetings through video calls to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Interest in working across the full stack, with a product-focused mindset. You start from the user problem and are comfortable deciding what to build, not only how to build it
Experience on both the backend and the frontend. We use Go and TypeScript; solid experience with comparable languages translates well
Fluency with AI-assisted development. You use coding agents and LLM tooling as part of how you work, and you have a clear view of where they speed things up and where they get in the way
Comfort being visible. You raise concerns early, advocate for your team's work across the org, and turn quiet good work into decisions other people can see and act on
Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem: Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, alerting, and what it takes to run these systems in production
Strong written communication. Most of our decisions happen in docs, issues and pull requests across several time zones
Bonus Points For:
Experience contributing to or maintaining Open Source projects, with evidence of successful pull requests and community collaboration
Experience working on Developer Tooling with a large user base
Experience building Grafana plugins, apps or dashboards
Familiarity with Grafana Alloy, the OpenTelemetry Collector, or similar telemetry pipeline tooling
Experience writing Jsonnet, or another configuration-as-code language
You have been on-call for the systems you instrument, so you know what a useful alert looks like

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we're constantly looking for ways to make our Support organization smarter, more efficient, and more scalable. As part of our SSC (Shared Service Center) Support Development team, you'll play a key role in shaping how Support operates across multiple countries by leading strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, operational performance, and the way our teams work.
You'll partner with stakeholders across local and global teams to turn ideas into action — using data, structured project management, and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful impact at scale. Whether you're an experienced specialist or a seasoned lead, you'll have the opportunity to influence how Support evolves across our organization.
What you'll be doing
As an Operational Excellence Team Manager, you'll own initiatives from concept through implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and improve the way we support our customers.
In this role you will…
Lead multiple strategic projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
Define project scope, build work plans, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery across teams.
Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
Analyze operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Design, test, and validate new processes and ways of working through pilots before wider rollout.
Drive implementation of new initiatives while ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate impact and identify further improvement opportunities.
Help standardize processes, improve operational efficiency, and share best practices across markets.
Review post launch performance of initiatives - identifying opportunities to improve further and course correcting in a timely manner.
Facilitate customer feedback on projects following launch - ensuring feedback loops are developed to pass information back to relevant teams.
Own deep dives on specific topics and leading updates with executive and senior stakeholders on specific issues (e.g. performance gaps, project updates).
Our humble expectations
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and gets excited about turning ideas into measurable improvements.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience managing projects, programs, or change initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment, with
hands-on experience in contact center operations
.
At least manager-level leadership experience
, including leading teams and driving operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions, with (preferable) experience building dashboards and working with Cursor, Looker, and Snowflake.
Confidence using KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvement.
A structured approach to planning, prioritization, and execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Right to work in the country.
The following expertise is a big plus:
Experience working with AI-enabled solutions, tooling, automation, or platform implementations.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
Ownership of technology-driven or operational transformation initiatives.
Exposure to global or multinational organizations.
What we offer
This is an opportunity to work on initiatives that have a real impact across Wolt's Support organization. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across multiple functions and countries, help shape how Support operates at scale, and see your ideas translated into meaningful improvements for both our teams and customers.
You'll join a collaborative environment where data, experimentation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work—and where you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow your skills, expand your scope, and influence the future of Support operations.
Next steps
If qualified, our recruitment process begins with an initial screening conversation conducted by the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a role-specific interview to assess your experience and problem-solving approach.
If you progress to the next stage, you will receive a take-home assignment. You will then present your assignment in a follow-up meeting with the Hiring Manager and a Subject Matter Expert, where we’ll discuss your approach, reasoning, and recommendations in more detail. We aim to keep the process transparent, structured, and focused on giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and thinking.
If you are service-minded, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in an environment where you proactively identify solutions rather than wait for direction — we’d love to hear from you! 💙
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Singapore. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who has already led high-stakes pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll also be shaping playbooks and best practices, and acting as an escalation point for the team's most technically or politically complex situations.
Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
Some examples of our projects:
Turning pre-sales command plans into measurable customer success plans that align technical adoption with business outcomes
Leading and driving the technical strategy behind a large-scale DevSecOps platform consolidation for a regulated Enterprise account or Government, including guiding enterprise customers on GitLab best practices across CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, TCO, applying compliance and architecture as well as business case presentations to customer executives
Owning end-to-end resolution of a critical, multi-team escalation for a flagship account — driving root cause analysis, coordinating Engineering/Product/Support, and personally briefing customer executives on remediation
What you’ll do
Owns a book of Enterprise and Government customers and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction through ongoing strategic, business and technical engagement.
Serves as the senior post-sales strategic, business and technical advisor for a portfolio of GitLab's most complex, highest-value enterprise and Government accounts, shaping multi-year platform and DevSecOps strategy in partnership with customer executives, coordinating responses to questions, issues, and escalations across Support, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services.
Translates ambiguous, high-stakes business outcomes into rigorous Customer Success Plans that are regularly reviewed with customer stakeholders. The Customer Success Plans contain clearly defined business outcome related goals, quantifiable benefits, realistic adoption milestones and remediation actions.

Provides deep technical guidance on enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture, DevSecOps maturity models, platform consolidation strategy, including advising on complex trade-offs (e.g., multi-cloud vs. hybrid, self-managed vs. GitLab Dedicated, etc).
Owns the full lifecycle of your account portfolio's adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes, with direct accountability for the commercial and technical health of flagship relationships.
Leads end-to-end resolution of critical, cross-functional account escalations, ensuring root causes are identified, follow-up actions are owned, holding internal teams accountable to timelines, driving the root cause analysis and personally managing executive communication and risk.

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!
If you want to see what we’ve been up to, please check out these
blog posts
and Honeycomb.io
press releases
.
Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
AI agents at Honeycomb investigate, reason, and act on real observability data. They live in Canvas: the agentic workspace where engineers go to understand their systems.
The Agentic Intelligence team has shipped Canvas, the Honeycomb MCP server, and the Canvas Agent and Canvas Skills surfaces. What we're looking for today is someone who brings deep agent expertise and uses it to expand what the team can build: new agents, new surface area in Canvas, memory, spatial awareness, improved performance on our Bedrock loop.
Honeycomb's data store is fast and accepts high cardinality data; that's what makes agents built on top of it different from anything built on a conventional observability backend. This role is about taking advantage of that building agents that can do things no other observability product can do because the underlying data makes it possible.
Some of this work will start as a prototype. The expectation is that the code makes it through the full arc, from the rough first version through to something that holds up in production.
What you'll do
Design and deliver production-grade agents.
Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas. These agents must be trustworthy to engineers in high pressure situations, including mid-incident. Take one from rough first version to something that holds up under production traffic.
Own the agent work; support the whole product.
Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals that tell you whether they got better or are just different. This role is agent-focused and also includes some fullstack development.
Build agents only Honeycomb can build.
Use a data store that returns high-cardinality queries in seconds to reason over signal a conventional backend can't serve at this fidelity correlating across services, drilling into a single trace, comparing before and after a deploy.
Extend the surface, and decide what's next.
Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills memory, spatial awareness, a faster Bedrock loop and make the case for what comes after with working code. Distinguish hype from signal in a field with plenty of both.
Define what "good" means for agents here.
Set the bar: measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest about their limits.
Example projects
Multiple agents collaborating on one shared Canvas investigation
each claiming a hypothesis, publishing findings, and narrowing the search space for the others so it resolves faster (blog).
Auto-investigation the moment an SLO burn alert fires
the agent forms hypotheses and prepares visualizations before a human looks, cutting mean-time-to-insight for on-call (o11ycon 2026).
Skills that encode a team's domain expertise
e.g. Kubernetes thresholds so agents and human colleagues can lean on them (o11ycon 2026).
What you'll bring:
AI and agent engineering experience.
You've shipped LLM-based systems people relied on in production not demos, not fine-tuned models in a research context. You know where agent systems break and how to design around it.
End-to-end ownership.
On a small team there's no handoff queue. You can take something from rough prototype to production-grade without needing someone behind you to do the durable engineering.
Current judgment, not just past experience.
You have informed opinions about what's shifted in agent design in the last six to twelve months that would change how you'd build today.
Agent architecture depth.
You understand how a fast, high-cardinality data store changes what an agent can reason about, and how to design for that.
Product judgment.
You can look at what the agent layer does today and see what it should do next and make that case with a prototype, not a deck.
Even better
Observability or developer-tools background.
Engineers are your users; you'll ramp faster with fluency in that world, and the work is better.
Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$183,340
—
$206,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Diep Nguyen, VP of Finance here at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Director, GTM Finance to own our go-to-market P&L end-to-end as we scale from $100M+ ARR today to $1B+ ARR in the future.
We're hiring for strategic finance horsepower first: someone who builds models from a blank page, challenges assumptions, and earns trust with senior executives. Deep GTM fluency matters just as much — but for a strong finance generalist, that business partnership often shows up in the work rather than the title. You'll own our GTM P&L spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and build the team behind it.
We're an AI-forward company: this role requires someone energized by using AI to reinvent how finance operates, not someone who merely tolerates the tools we hand them.
What we value
Financial rigor over title-matching
— we care more about how you've built and defended models than whether "GTM Finance" was ever your title.
AI as genuine practice, not a buzzword
— we want concrete stories of AI changing an outcome, not familiarity with the tools.
Ownership from day one
— you'll build and lead a team, not just execute analysis handed to you.
Directness with data
— you challenge top-down assumptions with account-level evidence, even in uncomfortable conversations.
What you’ll do
Own the GTM P&L end-to-end — revenue, gross margin, and opex across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — not just a spend-efficiency lens.
Drive unit economics and the growth funnel model — CAC, LTV/CAC, payback, magic number, and cohort/retention analysis across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
Own the ARR roll-forward, bookings, and revenue forecasting — auditable, reconcilable, and independently stress-tested against top-down assumptions.
Partner with Sales and RevOps on capacity planning, deal economics, and pricing — protecting margin and ARR quality without slowing deal velocity.
Build and own the monthly/quarterly GTM reporting package for the exec team and Board, with variance analysis that explains root cause.
Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and build the GTM finance team as
Customer.io
scales past $250M+ ARR.
What we're looking for
10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles at complex, scaled orgs; a first-principles modeler who builds from a blank page rather than inheriting assumptions

Comfortable with subscription/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) or able to get there fast
Concrete, demonstrated track record driving AI adoption in finance workflows — not just familiarity with the tools
Proven people leader — has managed and developed finance professionals
Strong Excel skills (with experience using Snowflake a plus) and experience with planning/GTM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Gong, Drivetrain)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE
Scaled Customer Activation owns the onboarding, activation, and early growth of Ramp’s self-service customers. We are placing a big bet on the belief that there is significant untapped potential in our self-service accounts. - Balance priorities and multiple tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach
- Partner closely with the Product team to ensure customer feedback and pain points are heard, reviewed, and prioritized when needed
- Identify areas of opportunity where we could automate and scale the onboarding process to cover more clients
- Help us maintain an industry-leading satisfaction rate with our customers
- Have the ability to grow, develop, and learn in a fast-paced, start-up environment
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in a B2B organization
- Exceptional project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire for ownership and growth in the role over time
- Proven track record of meeting weekly or monthly KPIs
- Experience owning a high-volume book of business of 100+ customers at a time

What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Planner
to run the day-to-day execution of merchandise planning for our growing e-commerce business. You'll own Open-to-Buy and inventory planning for your departments, making sure the right products are available at the right time to hit customer demand and business targets. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role: you'll spend most of your time working directly in our planning systems, managing forecasts, inventory flow, and vendor projections, while partnering closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain on the daily and weekly running of the business.
Who You Are
You've owned Open-to-Buy at the department or category level
and are comfortable managing day-to-day tradeoffs across sales, inventory, and margin.
You're proficient in retail math, forecasting, and inventory planning
concepts and best practices.
You're an Excel power user
who can analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
You understand vendor dynamics
and are comfortable owning vendor forecasts, projections, and ongoing communication.
You bring 6-8 years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
You're comfortable spending ~80% of your time working directly in planning systems, maintaining forecasts, inventory positions, and projections.
You're highly tactical and execution-focused, able to juggle multiple moving pieces and priorities at once.
You're a strong communicator who partners effectively with Merchandising and Supply Chain on day-to-day execution.
You're adaptable, organized, and proactive, able to pivot quickly as the business changes and to spot ways to improve existing processes.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy being close to the business.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own Open-to-Buy for your departments, managing sales, inventory, margin, and turn targets through disciplined execution.
Maintain and update forecasts in the planning system, keeping them accurate and aligned with current trends and business needs.
Execute replenishment and order writing for your categories, managing the end-to-end order pipeline so inventory flows in line with forecasts, targets, and capacity constraints.
Partner with Merchandising on day-to-day business decisions, supporting assortment execution and inventory strategies.
Own vendor forecasting and projections, leading regular planning meetings with vendors to review forecasts, flow, and risks.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain on inbound timing, inventory flow, and near-term execution needs.
Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance, flag risks and opportunities, and adjust plans as needed.
Support pre-season planning by building bottom-up forecasts aligned to assortment strategies and budget goals.
Prioritize top-volume and top-registered SKUs to maximize revenue, in-stock performance, and customer experience.
Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve forecast accuracy, streamline execution, and cut manual work across day-to-day planning.
Identify opportunities for process, system, or workflow improvements and bring recommendations to Planning leadership.
Why This Role
You'll own Open-to-Buy end-to-end for your departments. This is real decision-making authority over sales, inventory, and margin, not a support seat feeding someone else's plan.
This is a hands-on-the-business role. You'll live in the planning systems and see the direct line between your forecasts and what's actually in stock for customers.
Babylist is growing fast, and planning is where that growth gets managed in real time. You'll feel both the pace and the impact.
The planning function is leaning into AI-enabled tools, so you'll help shape how modern planning runs here rather than just executing a legacy process.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$115,400 to $153,965 + bonus and meaningful equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
Why You Will Love Working At Babylist
Our Culture
We work with focus and intention, then step away to recharge
We believe in exceptional management, and we invest in the tools and the time to connect with colleagues
We build products that positively impact millions of people's lives

Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for career advancement
We believe technology and data can solve hard problems
We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement
Benefits
Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
Retirement savings plan with company matching and flexible spending accounts
Generous paid parental leave and PTO
Winter Wonder Week: the whole company takes a paid week off at the end of the year, whether or not you celebrate anything, so everyone's out at once and comes back refreshed
Remote work stipend to set up your office
Perks for physical, mental, and emotional health, parenting, childcare, and financial planning

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.

THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong track record, a builder’s mindset, and a bias for action to join our in-person team in New York or SF.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll own the entire revenue operations function, from top-of-funnel lead routing through deal close and commission administration. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance & People Ops and sales leadership to build the systems, dashboards, and processes that scale our go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own the inbound lead routing process, partnering with Marketing to ensure proper attribution
- Run territory management and strategy for geo-based decision-making
- Support and strategize on every aspect of revenue operations in your territory
- Own capacity forecasting strategy, including inputs, throughputs, and outputs, and serve as the conduit back to Finance in the US for effective capacity forecasting
- Provide input and strategy on comp-based decisions and benchmarking
- Support leadership on overall regional operations and finance strategy across all functions, including sales, presales, and ecosystem
- Evaluate new tools on the market and be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Build and maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and pipeline reporting to give leadership real-time visibility
- Monitor deal progression and hold reps accountable for CRM hygiene and accuracy
- Support deal reviews at the pricing and negotiation stages, coordinating with outside counsel as needed
- Own the closed-won process from signature through handoff to post-sale
- Administer commission plans across the sales org, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and serving as the source of truth for comp-related questions
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3–7 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth, usage-based sales organization
- You’ve built core GTM infrastructure before: lead routing, CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, commission administration, and deal desk
- You have deep proficiency in CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and data hygiene
- You’ve owned commissions end-to-end: building the model, calculating payouts, fielding rep disputes, and keeping it reconciled with Finance
- You’ve run a deal desk, know what makes a contract clean, and catch errors before they become problems
- You’re strong in Excel or Google Sheets: you can build a pipeline coverage model and know which metrics actually matter
- You’ve earned trust with a sales team by making their lives easier while holding them accountable to process
- You have a builder’s mentality: you identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without being asked twice
- You can zoom out and think strategically while staying close enough to the work to get your hands on the keyboard
- You have an AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI in your work and are excited to pioneer its use in go-to-market operations
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and earn trust across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- You’re a player-coach: you’re not above the details, and you’re excited to own the work yourself
