Develop and improve form agreements and negotiation playbooks to drive consistency and scalability.
Contribute to the development of workflows and processes that enable the legal team to scale effectively, including contract negotiation, execution, and tracking of contractual obligations.
Support global expansion efforts, including go-to-market initiatives, privacy-by-design, and security-by-design programs.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer’s needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion

We’re looking for a Senior Developer Educator to help us create best-in-class video, written, and hands-on education content for Webflow customers, and those who want to define the next phases of the web. You’ll present on camera as a developer educator, and, to keep your skills fresh, you’ll build production grade sites using Webflow that we use in our education videos and courses. You’ll also keep your skills fresh by learning how to integrate Webflow with other services and technologies and then develop content demonstrating how.

- Location: San Francisco HQ or Remote (United States)
- Travel required to SF - 1 week per month
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. - Zone B: $121,500 - $146,000
- Zone C: $113,000 - $136,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Director, Education Video
As a Senior Developer Educator you’ll …
- Build the reference websites that anchor Webflow University courses, tutorials, and live training — real, production-quality sites and components that hold up to scrutiny from developers and designers, not just demos that survive a screen recording (see examples in our videos at Webflow University https://university.webflow.com/videos)
- Shape technical curriculum in partnership with instructional designers and video producers, scoping what each lesson needs to demonstrate and why, before anything gets built or shot
- Present technical content on camera for tutorials, course lessons, and live sessions — walking through code and craft with the clarity of someone who actually built the thing
- Work alongside video producers and instructional designers through pre-production, shooting, and review, so what's on screen empowers learners to do the thing
- Serve as the education team's technical subject matter expert, reviewing content for accuracy and pressure-testing it against how people really work and build
- Keep the technical library current as the platform ships, deciding what's gone stale, what needs rebuilding, and what's newly worth teaching
- Partner with product and engineering to understand what's coming, so education is ready when it launches rather than catching up after
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and/or design
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write, review, and explain code - leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and refine quality.
- Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts to a mixed audience through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work
- Willingness and ability to present on camera - from an outline or word-for-word script, in studio or from your own home setup
You’ll thrive as a Senior Technical Educator if you:
- Build things because you need to understand them, not just to ship them
- Can address multiple audiences — the visual developer who's never opened a code editor, the engineer evaluating how Webflow can help them build better, and the marketer who’s been handed off components and templates to build with
- Take feedback on your on-camera work as craft input rather than personal critique
- Enjoy collaborating with technical and less technical education teammates alike, recognizing the unique role each person plays in the success of a project
- Are passionate about learning, education, and helping others succeed
- Are equally confident showing the messy middle of a build or the polished result
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.

- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

What the Role Is
Babylist Health is scaling past DME into insurance-covered classes and lactation consulting, and we need a seasoned operations leader who can build the rigorous operational and compliance foundation that enables the business to scale safely and effectively. The Payer and Clinical Operations Associate Director owns that foundation — making sure new payers go live smoothly, existing payer operations run without disruption, and every license and credential tied to our clinical services is valid, current, and audit-ready.
You’ll manage a high performance team that delivers both quality and operational excellence. You're the first call when an audit, site inspection, or major payer transition lands, and the person tracking payer-level performance closely enough to catch operational problems before they become incidents. This role reports to the GM of Babylist Health and leads a team of two.
This role works closely with our billing/claims (RCM), product, and customer support functions— you own the operational compliance side of payer and clinical work, and partner closely with these teams day to day.
Who You Are
You've run payer operations at scale, across more than one contract type or service line
— bringing new payers live on schedule, managing transitions, and keeping existing contracts in good standing.
You know healthcare licensing and credentialing well enough to own it without doing it yourself
— state licensure, site inspections, payer-level credentialing. You've built or bought the capacity to execute, and stayed accountable for it being right.
You've owned the operational relationship with payers directly
— you've been in the room when something urgent lands, not briefed on it afterward.
You've worked in multi-state regulatory compliance
and can translate rule changes into process, documentation, and record-keeping that people actually follow.
You've managed both commercial and Medicaid payer work
, including Medicaid expansion into new states.
You set direction and write requirements, rather than waiting for someone else to define the roadmap.
You're a strong people manager who can coach and performance manage, and you stay close enough to the work to catch problems early.
You build process rather than follow it — you bring order to ambiguous, fast-changing operational work, and leaders can tell at a glance where things stand.
You operate comfortably across a large, matrixed organization — partnering daily with billing and RCM, legal, product, and customer support without owning any of those functions.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own the onboarding of every new payer — a smooth go-live is your responsibility, you own the process, the timeline and the cross functional collaboration to ensure the business is ready to service new payers on time and in full
Keep existing payer operations running clean, catching and fixing friction before it becomes a pattern. Examples include ensuring payers have efficient AR processes (EFT set up, payment schedules), ensuring we are servicing all eligible sub-plans, staying on top of changing allowable amounts and perpetuating these through our systems etc.
Own licensing and credentialing for our clinical services, including IBCLC credentialing, as we expand into classes and lactation consulting — every license current, every credential valid, every renewal ahead of deadline.
Lead the response when an audit, site inspection, or license renewal lands — you're the point of contact, and leading the response
Lead identification and implementation of compliance best practices across the Babylist Health org
Manage payer transitions end-to-end, including major payer changes, with a clear plan and clear communication to stakeholders.
Build and maintain visibility into payer-level performance — where things are working, where they're not, and what needs attention next.
Program-manage both day to day reporting and monitoring of the business as well as the operational side of new launches, such as launching new DME types, new lines of business etc.
Manage and develop two direct reports, building a team that scales with the business.
Partner cross-functionally with billing/RCM, legal, product and the payer contracting team — you own operations and compliance to facilitate their work
Why This Role
Babylist Health is scaling into classes and lactation consulting right now — you're building the operational and compliance playbook while it still doesn't exist, not maintaining one someone else wrote.
You'll lead a team from day one, with a direct line to the GM of Babylist Health.
The scope is broad and real: licensing, credentialing, audits, payer transitions, and program management for new lines of business all sit with you — not split across five different roles.
This is one of the moments that determines whether growth actually happens — the business can't scale into Medicaid and new clinical services without operations that hold up.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT MODAL TALENT:
Modal is growing fast, and the programs that bring people in and set them up to succeed are still being built. You’ll join the Talent team as one of its first hires focused on early-career hiring, working closely with recruiting and leadership to build the internship and campus presence that shape how the best people discover and experience Modal for the first time.
THE ROLE:
As Emerging Talent Recruiter, you will own Modal’s intern program and run full-cycle recruiting for our early-career and internship roles. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role for someone who wants full ownership rather than an existing playbook to execute. You’ll find talent before everyone else does, partner directly with hiring managers to close it, and make sure candidates’ and interns’ first experience of Modal is a great one. Where it makes sense, you’ll also own our career fair presence and talent events, and make sure every program ladders up to real hiring outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Modal’s emerging talent roles, from sourcing through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering and other teams to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate on early-career talent
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates through universities, student communities, technical networks, referrals, events, and other emerging-talent channels
- Design and run the intern program end to end: recruiting timeline, project scoping with hiring managers, mentorship matching, and conversion to full-time
- Lead offer and closing conversations, building strong candidate relationships and helping exceptional people understand the opportunity to build their careers at Modal
- Represent Modal at career fairs and campus events, and recruit and prep employee brand ambassadors to join you
- Build and maintain relationships with university programs, bootcamps, and community organizations that feed our pipeline
- Plan and run talent events (meetups, recruiting mixers, tech talks), managing budgets and vendors along the way
- Track and report on pipeline health and program metrics: event pipeline conversion, intern conversion rate, and cost per hire from programs
- Create a candidate experience that is thoughtful, transparent, and high-touch at every stage
- Experiment with new ways to find, engage, and hire great talent early, and turn what works into repeatable practices
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of identifying and engaging exceptional talent and strong instincts for candidate quality
- You’ve run recruiting or talent programs, events, or university relations, ideally owning a program end to end, including budget and vendors
- You learn new talent markets quickly, calibrate to a high hiring bar, and can recruit across different roles and functions
- You’re a strong project manager: you juggle multiple pipelines, events, and timelines without dropping details or sacrificing candidate quality
- You’re high influence, low ego: you build relationships easily across recruiting, hiring managers, and marketing, and share credit freely
- You communicate well, in writing and in person, and you’re comfortable representing Modal externally
- You take ownership seriously: you drive programs to completion and build structures that let them scale
- You have an experimental mindset and like trying new approaches
- You’re based in or willing to relocate to NYC, in-office
Location: Singapore
OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

Own the hunt. Open doors. Win the business.
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven
Account Director
to join our growing sales team and help accelerate our expansion across ASEAN.
This is a
true hunting role
. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business across strategic target accounts, building relationships with senior decision-makers and taking opportunities through the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation and close.
You’ll need to be comfortable creating opportunities where none currently exist, navigating complex organisations and selling consultatively to senior marketing and business leaders.
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants significant ownership, autonomy and a direct impact on revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Own new business acquisition:
Identify, target and win new clients across ASEAN, with a strong focus on strategic and enterprise accounts.
Build your own pipeline:
Proactively prospect into target accounts using research, outbound engagement, networking, referrals and creative approaches to open new doors.
Penetrate strategic accounts:
Develop account strategies to identify multiple stakeholders, understand organisational priorities and create relationships across the buying committee.
Engage senior decision-makers:
Build credible relationships with Directors, VPs and C-level stakeholders across marketing, demand generation, sales and related functions.
Own the full sales cycle:
Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through solution development, commercial negotiation, procurement and close.
Sell consultatively:
Understand the client's business challenges, objectives and priorities and connect them to solutions that deliver measurable value.
Drive significant revenue:
Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline generation, opportunity management and deal execution.
Create strategic opportunities:
Identify whitespace within target accounts and develop new opportunities rather than relying on existing relationships or inbound demand.
Manage complex sales:
Navigate multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles and commercially complex negotiations while maintaining momentum and deal control.
Expand relationships:
Once new business is secured, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, expand into additional teams or markets and increase account value.
Maintain strong forecasting discipline:
Own your pipeline, accurately forecast revenue and maintain clear visibility across opportunities, next steps and close plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with marketing, campaign, delivery and client success teams to develop compelling solutions and ensure a strong transition from sale to execution.
Be a market advisor:
Stay close to developments across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing and the technology sector, bringing relevant insight into client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, SaaS, media, advertising, demand generation, marketing or a related environment.
A
proven track record of hunting and winning new business
, particularly within mid-market or enterprise organisations.
Demonstrated success
consistently meeting or exceeding significant revenue targets
.
Strong experience owning the
entire sales cycle
, including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiation and closing.
Proven ability to
open doors into net-new accounts
and build relationships from the ground up.
Comfortable selling to
senior marketing, sales and business stakeholders
, including VP and C-level decision-makers.
Strong strategic account planning skills and the ability to identify buying committees, business priorities and commercial opportunities.
Excellent consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.
A strong understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing or the technology ecosystem
is highly advantageous.
Commercially astute, resilient and persistent, with the ability to maintain momentum through complex sales cycles.
Highly self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over pipeline and revenue.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player who can operate independently while working effectively across a broader commercial organisation.
The Person We’re Looking For
You are a
hunter by nature
.
You don't wait for leads to be handed to you. You know how to identify the right accounts, find the right people, create a reason to engage and turn a cold prospect into a commercial conversation.
You are comfortable operating at senior levels and can hold your own in conversations with experienced marketing and business leaders. You understand that enterprise sales is rarely about one conversation or one contact — it's about building a compelling business case, navigating stakeholders and creating momentum towards a decision.
You're commercially ambitious, resilient and competitive, but you also know how to build genuine relationships.
Most importantly, you
take ownership
. You own your territory, your pipeline, your opportunities and your number.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with opportunities to progress within a regional sales environment.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives that reward strong commercial performance.
Autonomy & Ownership:
Significant responsibility for developing your territory, target accounts and new-business pipeline.
Regional Exposure:
Work with leading technology and B2B brands across ASEAN and APAC.
Collaborative Culture:
Work alongside an experienced commercial team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
Real Impact:
Play a key role in shaping new business growth and expanding our presence across the region.
Ready to build something?
If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who knows how to
open doors, create demand, navigate senior stakeholders and close new business
, we'd love to hear from you.
Come and help us build the next stage of our growth across ASEAN.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? We’re looking for an
Account Manager
to join our growing sales team. This is a
hunter-focused role
for someone who is energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the ASEAN market, while also building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll need to be comfortable owning the
full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation, close and account growth.
If you’re ambitious, resilient and enjoy the thrill of winning, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business:
Identify, prospect and engage new clients across your target market, building a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
Own the full sales cycle:
Take opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals, negotiation and close.
Create your own opportunities:
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and develop creative approaches to open new conversations rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
Build senior relationships:
Develop trusted relationships with marketing, demand generation, sales and other senior stakeholders within target accounts.
Understand client challenges:
Uncover business objectives, pain points and priorities and translate these into relevant solutions.
Drive revenue growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Grow existing accounts:
Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients while continuing to prioritise new business acquisition.
Build and manage pipeline:
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline, with a strong focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue generation.
Partner with internal teams:
Work closely with campaign, marketing, delivery and client success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through execution.
Stay commercially curious:
Keep up to date with trends across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM and the broader technology landscape so you can bring value to client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, SaaS or a related environment.
A
proven hunter mentality
— you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
A track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
and consistently delivering revenue.
Experience managing the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting to closing.
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions against business challenges.
Confident engaging with
senior decision-makers
and navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation.
Resilient and persistent — comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while taking
full ownership of their number
.
Experience or understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM or digital marketing
is highly advantageous.
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re not someone who waits for an SDR to hand you a meeting.
You’re naturally curious about businesses, know how to identify an opportunity, and are confident picking up the phone, sending the message or finding the right person to start a conversation.
You’re competitive but collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by results. You take ownership of your pipeline, your clients and, most importantly,
your number
.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with genuine opportunities to develop your sales career.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to your success.
Autonomy & Ownership:
The opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop your territory and make a visible impact on revenue growth.
Collaborative Culture:
Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
Regional Exposure:
Work with leading technology and B2B brands across the ASEAN and APAC markets.
If you’re a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, winning new business and building something of your own, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Director of Americas Field Operations to own regional strategy and execution for the Americas. You will lead regional planning for the Americas, run the operating cadence with sales and marketing leadership, deploy territory and quota in-region, and own the analysis that tells the region where it stands and what to do about it. When the field hits friction in how we plan, sell, or get paid, you are the person who owns fixing it.
Scope covers the full Americas: North America and Latin America, across our strategic, enterprise, commercial, and public sector businesses. Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you will partner daily with the Americas sales leaders, and closely with the central planning, commercial, systems, data, and enablement teams.
This is a hands-on role. You will inherit a small team and do a great deal of the work yourself, adding capacity selectively as the region grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead annual and last-mile planning for the Americas end-to-end: define geo structure, headcount, territory design and quota allocation, while driving in-region deployment including account assignment, coverage checks, ramp tracking, and mid-year adjustments to ensure the plan lands effectively on the ground.
- Own the Americas operating cadence: forecast roll-ups and calls, pipeline and deal reviews, MBRs and QBRs. Set the standard for what a defensible commit looks like and hold the region to it.
- Partner with Americas sales and marketing leadership on execution to the number across the full funnel: demand and pipeline generation, progression and conversion, close, and expansion. Know where the region stands at every stage, where it is short, and what has to change to land the quarter.
- Own regional performance management and analytics: attainment by team and rep, productivity and pipeline generation, conversion and slippage, and the diagnosis of what is actually driving each. Work with the data and analytics team on the reporting and signal behind it.
- Be the operational owner for the Americas business. When something is broken, stuck, or unclear, whether it is a deal, a comp question, a systems gap, or a number nobody can explain, you own getting it resolved and you stay on it until it is. You pull in the central teams as needed, and the outcome stays yours.
- Carry field signal back to the center. Translate what reps and managers experience into structured input the central teams can build against, and advocate for the region when the case is sound.
- Drive adoption of the GTM system in-region: CRM hygiene, methodology and stage discipline, and the tooling the field is expected to run on. Partner with Enablement so process change actually sticks..
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 10+ years in sales operations, field operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM finance, including time supporting a multi-segment field organization at scale. Team leadership experience is preferred, and a genuine willingness to be hands-on is required.
- Deep pipeline and forecast discipline. You have stood alongside sales leadership on delivering a regional number, you know the difference between a forecast process and a forecast meeting, and you can point to what you changed to close a gap.
- Fluency with the deployment toolkit: territory design, quota allocation, coverage and capacity modeling, and ramp assumptions. Ability to pressure-test it and defend planning assumptions and how it lands on a specific team.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat regional operations as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces, not by activity.
- Credible partner and challenger to field leadership. You bring data, a point of view, and the willingness to disagree well. You earn trust by being right, not by being agreeable.
- Comfortable operating in a federated model. You are accountable to the company and embedded with the region, and you hold both well: close enough to the field to have the real picture, and independent enough to say what it shows.
- Strong analytical skills. SQL fluency required. Hands-on familiarity with ClickHouse, Hex, or a comparable modern analytics stack expected, along with comfort building your own analysis rather than filing a request for it.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, and enough systems depth to design a process change and specify what needs to be built, not just describe the problem.
- Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based business models is strongly preferred. You understand that in a consumption business the sale is the beginning of the revenue, not the end of it.
- Experience across more than one Americas motion: strategic, enterprise and commercial, Latin America, or public sector. Familiarity with public sector procurement and partner-led transaction paths is valuable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to executives and running a room full of sales leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
The Account Executive will be instrumental in growing Clipboard's footprint by bringing new dental offices onto the platform. Dental offices are core to the Clipboard Dental marketplace — the Account Executive is responsible for identifying prospective dental offices, initiating contact, and guiding them through the full sales cycle from cold outreach to activation. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, handling objections, negotiating, and closing. There's no ceiling to what you can achieve in this role — if you're highly motivated, fearless on the phone, and a strong communicator, Clipboard is the place for you to excel.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling dental offices that have not yet posted shifts to introduce them to Clipboard's staffing services
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of the platform and overcoming objections to drive new office activations
- Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through onboarding — ensuring a smooth transition for new offices onto the platform
- Leading price negotiation conversations with dental office decision-makers
- Building and managing your own pipeline, consistently following up with leads and maintaining organized records of outreach activity
- Persisting through longer sales cycles and re-engaging offices over time to convert them into active customers
Qualifications
- Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
- Fluency in English speaking and writing with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
- Proven experience in a sales role where you were responsible for generating your own leads
- Demonstrated experience managing your own pipeline and following through on a full sales cycle
Requirements
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- Internationally located (not in US, CA, UK, NZ, or AU)
- Availability to work US Pacific Time working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT)
Beyond the Basics — What Will Make You Successful
- Noticing & Curiosity — You pick up on things others miss and ask "why" more than once because the first answer is rarely the whole story. You dig to understand the root of a problem or situation rather than accepting things at face value, and you're constantly updating your understanding of the customers you serve.
- Initiative & Persistence — You have a bias for action. You know that our customers are dealing with real problems today, and you don't wait for perfect information before making a move. You're scrappy and self-reliant, you find ways through obstacles rather than around them, and you bring solutions instead of asking "what should I do?"
- Ownership — The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You take full responsibility for your results, fix problems when you see them — even outside your immediate area — and put processes in place to make sure those problems don't happen again.
- Customer-Centric — You feel your customers' situations genuinely and care about improving their lives, not just hitting a number. Talking to customers and solving their problems isn't a task on your list — it's the job.
- Humble — You're low ego and care about getting to the best outcome, not about being right. You readily admit when you don't know something, you actively seek out feedback, and you're always looking to become a better version of yourself.
Benefits
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully Remote
Estimated annual compensation: $12,000–$15,600 USD. Each candidate's compensation offer within this range will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
