We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S. or Canada. Residents of Quebec are not eligible for this role.
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior-level Backend Engineer to help build the first production services for this context layer management system. You will design and ship the core backend architecture that powers ingestion, context storage, retrieval APIs, and agent-facing integrations. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build the core backend services: Design, implement, test, and operate the first services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and service interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve relevant context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Nice to have:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
Experience building tools for data engineering.

An Overview of this role
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to serve as an internal PM embedded within this team. This is not a traditional external-facing product role—it is an internal platform product leadership position. You will own the roadmap for our enterprise systems, act as the strategic voice of the business within engineering, and bring senior product craft to a team of Analysts and engineers who build and operate GitLab's revenue infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who has deep Quote-to-Cash or Finance domain knowledge, thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, and is energized by mentoring high-performing teams through complex, multi-program environments.
What You’ll Do
Internal Product Roadmap Ownership
Define, own, and maintain the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for QTC and Finance Systems, covering Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, and the CDot metering platform.
Translate business strategy from Finance, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Sales into sequenced, prioritized system capabilities with clear outcomes and success metrics.
Balance competing program demands—stabilization, net-new capability delivery, and technical debt reduction—with transparent trade-off frameworks.
Drive quarterly and annual planning ceremonies, partnering with Engineering Managers and Business Systems Analysts to align capacity with roadmap commitments.
Stakeholder Partnership & Requirements Translation
Serve as the primary internal product voice for all QTC and Finance Systems initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Legal.
Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and business process design sessions to translate complex financial and commercial requirements into actionable system specifications.
Own the decision layer between "what the business needs" and "what engineering builds," resolving ambiguity with structured frameworks and documented decisions.
Navigate cross-functional stakeholder dynamics including SOX compliance, audit controls, and revenue recognition governance (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
Team Mentorship & Capability Building
Act as a product craft mentor and senior thought partner for the BSA team, actively upskilling analysts in product thinking, requirements structuring, acceptance criteria definition, and roadmap communication.
Model and instill product management best practices—user story writing, prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW), sprint review discipline, and outcome tracking—across the team.
Partner with leadership to evolve the operating model of the team from project-execution-focused to product-thinking-led, raising the bar for how ETA delivers business value.
Provide structured feedback and growth coaching to BSAs on career development, helping analysts grow toward senior and lead levels.
Program Strategy & Delivery Oversight
Lead product strategy for major multi-quarter programs (e.g., consumption-based billing iterations, CLM/Order Forms, Zuora Product Catalog refactors, ERP optimization) from discovery through go-live.
Define and maintain program-level dependency maps across concurrent workstreams, surfacing risks early and driving cross-team resolution.
Own UAT strategy and acceptance criteria in collaboration with BSAs, ensuring system changes meet business requirements before production release.
Support post-launch stabilization and continuous improvement cycles, prioritizing defect resolution and incremental enhancements based on business impact.
Systems Architecture Collaboration
Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers to evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-configure decisions for new capabilities.
Bring informed opinions on QTC platform architecture trade-offs (e.g., billing model design, middleware integration patterns, revenue recognition rule configuration) based on deep domain knowledge.
Stay current on platform roadmaps for Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite, identifying opportunities to leverage native capabilities before custom builds.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in an internal platform PM, enterprise applications PM, or systems product leadership role.
Deep domain expertise in Quote-to-Cash systems: Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and NetSuite ERP are the core stack—hands-on configuration or implementation experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Strong command of revenue lifecycle processes: opportunity-to-quote, order management, billing and collections, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial close.
Experience operating in a SOX-controlled environment with an understanding of audit trails, approval workflows, and change management requirements for financial systems.
Track record of successfully running complex, multi-program delivery environments with competing priorities and shared engineering resources.
Sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering on API design, data model decisions, and integration trade-offs—without needing to write code.
Experience with consumption-based or usage-based billing models
About the team
You'll be joining the Revenue Lifecycle & Finance Systems team within GitLab's Enterprise Technology Architecture organization. Our team is responsible for the systems and processes that power GitLab's entire revenue lifecycle—from configure-price-quote through contract execution, billing, revenue recognition, and financial close.
We are in an exciting and demanding phase: transitioning GitLab's go-to-market from a pure subscription model toward consumption-based offerings while simultaneously modernizing our core platforms. This role will be central to shaping how that evolution happens—and how the team grows in capability and product maturity alongside it.

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer in GitLab's Agent Foundations stage, you'll go beyond using AI tools. You'll help build the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences: the platform that lets AI agents work across the whole software delivery lifecycle, not just write code. That covers how agents are created, shared and connected to tools inside and outside GitLab, how they run, and how their work shows up and can be observed across GitLab.
In this role you'll work closely with engineers across the stage and other AI Engineering teams. This is a high-visibility area where GitLab's core platform meets its AI strategy.
What you'll do
Develop, ship and maintain features for the Duo Agent Platform in the GitLab monolith (Ruby) and, where needed, the AI Gateway (Python). Keep them secure, well-tested and performant.
Work with Product Management, UX, frontend, backend and AI specialists to refine requirements and ship improvements in small iterations.
Design, implement and review GraphQL and REST APIs and the backend logic behind them, with reliable, scalable and clear contracts for clients.
Improve and extend automated testing (RSpec and other frameworks) to strengthen quality and give developers faster feedback.
Share standards, patterns and learnings with other engineers to raise the bar for responsible AI integration and evidence-driven engineering.
Join Tier 2
on-call rotations
to troubleshoot production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and improve observability and resiliency.
Keep an eye on the competitive landscape to help keep GitLab's agent platform best-in-class.
What you'll bring
Experience building and maintaining production Ruby on Rails applications, including background jobs, APIs and data models.
Comfort working across the stack in a mature codebase. Familiarity with Python backends and/or Vue frontends is a plus.
Skill in designing or extending REST and/or GraphQL APIs with attention to scalability, maintainability and backward compatibility.
Real enthusiasm for AI and hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work. Experience designing and shipping AI-powered backend features or integrations is a plus.
Proven SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including writing efficient queries and data modeling.
Experience finding and fixing performance bottlenecks in applications.
Clear written and verbal communication, including technical proposals and documentation, in a remote, async, cross-functional team.
Openness to learning and to applying skills from related technologies or fields.
About the team
The
Agent Foundations stage
builds the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences. We provide the platform, catalog and execution features that help teams deliver resilient agents and flows to customers. The stage has three groups: Agent Developer, AI Catalog and Agent Execution, they provide the core harness for GitLab’s agents, the tools Agent’s need to interact with GitLab as well as ways to configure and execute Agents across GitLab.Our engineers work async-first across EMEA and AMER timezones. We work with teams across AI engineering and the rest of GitLab so the Duo Agent Platform can power many of GitLab's AI features.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.

An overview of this role
GitLab is building the most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platform, and this role will help shape how teams move from planning to code in an AI-native software development lifecycle.
As Senior Product Manager, Source Code, you'll shape how planning and managing source code will evolve in an AI-native software development lifecycle. This role is focused on bringing planning and code closer together, so teams can move from requirements and specifications to commits, merge requests, and customer value with speed and quality.
This area is evolving quickly. We're exploring how AI agents can use specifications, context, and human feedback to build the right thing, not just build the thing right. You'll define new product experiences for spec-driven, human-in-the loop development: how the link between planning intent and the code that implements it gets created, stays accurate as both change, and gets used at review time. The hard part is that this link decays. Code moves, specs might not follow, you will define how to make that connection self-maintaining.
This is an ambiguous, high-impact opportunity for a product manager who has strong software development lifecycle knowledge, is comfortable working with technical teams, and wants to help create something new in DevSecOps.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive product strategy for experiences that connect planning, source code management, and AI-assisted development.
Shape workflows where teams and agents move between intent and code in both directions, so a specification can be traced to the merges that implement it and a diff can be read and reviewed against the intent behind it.
Work with engineering, design, and other product teams to build product experiences that support human-in-the-loop and autonomous development workflows.
Partner with teams working on demos and prototypes, including near-term work around spec-driven planning and autonomous development modes, including which decisions stay with a human and why.
Use customer insights, product usage data, and market context to identify opportunities that can deliver customer value quickly.
Help teams ship fast with quality, balancing near-term execution with longer-term product direction.
Explore how planning can better account for reviewing code, reviewing test cases, and validating that work produced by agents matches the intended outcome.
Collaborate across Plan, Source Code Management, Code Review, and AI product areas to reduce friction across the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a product manager working on developer tools, DevOps tools, source code management, planning tools, AI-native products, or related software development lifecycle products.
Direct, hands-on experience with the source code lifecycle, including branches, merge requests, code review, CI/CD, and releases, whether as a product manager or as an engineer, along with a strong understanding of how software moves from ideas and requirements through planning, coding, review, testing, and delivery.
Experience working with technical product areas and engineering teams, with enough technical depth to understand developer workflows and tradeoffs.
A data-forward approach to product management, including experience using data to identify customer impact and guide prioritization.
Comfort operating in ambiguous spaces where there may not yet be a clear market pattern or established product category.
Experience building or shipping with AI tools and agents, not just using them, and a point of view of your own on where AI helps and where it does not across the software development lifecycle.
Ability to think creatively about how AI changes the software development lifecycle and how product experiences should adapt.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
A bias toward action and the ability to help teams ship meaningful customer value quickly.
About the team
This role sits within the Product organization and will work closely with teams across Plan, Source Code Management, Code Review, and AI. We are focused on helping GitLab customers plan, build, and deliver software in a faster, more connected way.
You'll join a group that is rethinking how planning and coding should work as AI changes the speed and shape of software development. Rather than treating planning, coding, and review as separate stages, we're exploring how to bring these workflows closer together so humans and agents can collaborate more effectively.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer’s needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
This role is focused on Commercial and Mid-Market customers, supporting high-growth companies with standardized financial workflows, core ERP integrations, and repeatable implementation patterns that drive fast time-to-value.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows. SAP S/4HANA or Sage Intacct expertise highly preferred.
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
