WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 8–15+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you an experienced customer experience professional with leadership skills and a strong passion for being strategic and using insights to deliver exceptional service?
Does leading support within one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies sound like your next adventure? If the answers to the questions are "yes" then keep reading!
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we're best known for our delivery platform. On our mobile apps or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners. We launched in Georgia in April 2018 and have since then started conquering the food delivery scene in Tbilisi, Batumi, Rustavi and Kutaisi and other cities in Georgia.
As our team is growing, we're looking for a Support Manager to join our Shared Service Center team in Georgia! In our Support team there is no typical day. To be successful in this role you will need to be independent, customer-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to provide best support to our Customers, Restaurants and Courier Partners. We are looking for someone who takes ownership beyond the obvious and who can take that extra step to support the team.
As our Support Manager you will lead our Shared Service Center team and inspire the high-quality standard of service that we provide to our customers and partners. With their excellent management skills, our Support Managers ensure that our Support Leads are running the operations between customers, restaurant partners and courier partners smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
Work together with the Head of Support and take full ownership of the experience and satisfaction of the customers and partners
Contribute to strategic initiatives and their execution in order to constantly improve the service proposition
Guide and coach the team in order to improve the associate’s performance, personal development and happiness
Implement new work procedures and features and encourage feedback around these
Analyze and optimize customer and partner touchpoints and look for patterns in incoming requests and workforce management to then put them into actions and improvements.
Together with the Content, Training and Quality team, develop the quality and content processes within the Support operations in line with the training operations
Collaborate closely with other teams to meet the needs of the customers and improve overall level of service.
Lead by example and show what customer-obsessed means: At Wolt, the Support Team knows that customer interactions serve a larger purpose than simply fixing problems. The Support Manager will lead by example and raise the bar for the way support is provided at Wolt.
Our humble expectations
You can formulate yourself very well, both verbally as well as in written form in English and Georgian.
You are customer obsessed and have experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
You have 3-5 years of experience in leading a team, preferably leading a leadership team or other more senior team
You enjoy working together and leading a growing team, and making sure your colleagues always understand the purpose of what they do and what defines a great performance.
Multitasking is your strong suit and you’re prepared to manage multiple incoming interactions simultaneously, and effortlessly determine which to prioritise.
You are able to translate data into actions and make the rest of the core team understand how Customer Support is progressing, so you need to have good Excel skills.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for a deeply technical product leader to lead the four teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.
This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform
Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma
Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability
Guide the development of the code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code
Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the team's open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft
Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's product suite
Establish a strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
We are scaling rapidly. Our customers have created hundreds of thousands of services on our platform, and the numbers continue to accelerate. Our customers trust us to deliver a secure, reliable and performant cloud — this is our top priority as a company.
By joining us at an early stage, you will design and build the cloud platform you've always wanted for yourself, and make decisions that will shape our product and company, directly impacting developers around the globe.
Render builds and operates our own networking stack end-to-end. We leverage open source and industry-standard technologies, modifying and extending the core components to meet the unique reliability, performance, and scaling demands of our platform.
We are looking for engineers with deep specialization in network infrastructure, particularly with experience in edge/ingress networking and Kubernetes networking internals.
Areas of focus include scaling and evolving our traffic routing and load balancing systems; advancing Kubernetes and Linux networking components to support large-scale, zero-downtime operation; and exploring networking for Render’s next-generation compute platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Render's core network infrastructure across multiple data centers and cloud providers. Shape how networking evolves as Render rapidly scales.
- Design and build customer-facing networking capabilities that give users greater flexibility in how their services connect, communicate, and how traffic is routed.
- Investigate complex networking issues across the stack, from the kernel and data plane to distributed systems and edge networking.
- Drive performance and reliability improvements through systematic profiling and tuning.
- Partner with engineers across the company to build a platform that is stable, predictable, and secure.
- Participate in our on-call rotation. Help continuously improve how we detect, respond to, and learn from incidents.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 6 years of experience building and operating large-scale networking or infrastructure systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes networking internals (e.g. kube-proxy, CNI plugins, service routing) or similar container networking technology.
- Experience with Linux networking internals (e.g. routing, netfilter/iptables/nftables, conntrack) in production environments.
- Experience building and operating traffic routing systems (e.g. load balancers, ingress, proxies) at scale.
- Strong experience designing, debugging, and operating distributed systems.
- Experience planning and executing high-risk changes with minimal downtime.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with eBPF or advanced Linux kernel networking.
- Experience developing systems in Go or similar languages that interact with low-level OS and networking primitives.

The Render Startup Program is how we earn our place as the default cloud for the next generation of builders. The most important founders don't come to us through ads or big conferences, they come through trusted rooms, warm intros, and high-signal moments. This role exists to build and run those moments at scale.
As our Startup Marketing Associate, you'll be the operational engine and the on-the-ground face of the program. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day mechanics that keep the program humming, and you'll build our SF founder-dinner motion from the ground up, curating the right rooms, running flawless events, and turning relationships into momentum for Render. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Startup Program lead and our Developer Relations team to reach founders where they actually are.
This is a role for someone early in their career but already plugged into the San Francisco startup ecosystem, someone social and high-agency who can make a warm intro in their sleep, fill a room with the right people, and make every founder in it feel like their time was well spent. If you're looking to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth at a company moving fast to capture a generational market opening, this is a front-row seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the operational backbone of the Startup Program. Own application triage and review, credit issuance, partner UTM tracking, and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and Airtable, so the program scales cleanly and our lead can stay focused on strategy.
- Build and run the SF founder engine. Source and curate guest lists of high-quality founders, manage venues, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics end-to-end, and own flawless day-of execution so every event feels effortless and worth a founder's time.
- Drive light event marketing and promotion. Craft invitations, event landing pages, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurture that resonate with a founder and developer audience.
- Partner with Developer Relations to reach founders at scale and ensure the content, conversations, and programming land credibly with a technical crowd.
- Grow Render's footprint in the SF ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships across founders, operators, accelerators, and VC platform teams, and become a connective node in the community we're building.
- Close the loop on impact. Track attendance, attribution, and conversion from event to program to customer, so we know which rooms produce the best builders and can double down.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-6 years of experience across some mix of sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, recruiting/talent, or developer relations. This isn't a role for someone fresh out of school, but it is a great step for someone ready to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth.
- Deep roots in the SF startup ecosystem. You're genuinely social, a natural connector, and you can make a warm intro in your sleep.
- Fluency in the venture landscape and a real understanding of the AI transformation reshaping how startups build.
- An instinct for how developers adopt tools. You understand the technologies in the consideration set for technical teams and that developers hate being marketed to. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, you just need to get the landscape.
- High agency and strong organization. You find problems before they're assigned, you're comfortable owning logistics from invite to follow-up, and you're energized by being in the room.
- Based in San Francisco, including for evening events.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Existing relationships with founders, operators, accelerators, or VC platform/portfolio teams.
- Experience running events, community programs, or founder-facing initiatives.
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo, and similar).
- Hands-on familiarity with the developer-tools and cloud infrastructure landscape.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

The role:
At IDEO, we help clients move forward when the path isn’t clear — whether driven by ambition, responding to disruption, or breaking out of entrenched ways of working.
As a Senior Business Designer, you’ll help teams and organizations turn bold ideas into viable, real-world outcomes — shaping new products, services, and ventures while building the business models, strategies, and pathways to bring them to market. Working across the spectrum from insight to execution, you’ll use business tools, systems thinking, entrepreneurial creativity, and strategic analysis to drive competitive advantage and strategic growth for our clients.

They’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, working with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and building conviction for new ideas. They quickly understand how a business creates and captures value, connecting market insights, customer needs, and financial drivers into compelling strategies — moving work forward with the right balance of rigor and creativity to drive real impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Business Designers make the biggest impact by turning ambiguity into clarity and connecting insights to commercially viable opportunities. Their skillset is critical to our work because they bring together strategy, business decision making, market understanding and business model thinking to help clients create and capture value. We count on them to move work beyond ideas into action and provide clear, informed pathways for winning investments.
Once here you will:
Creatively problem-solve by generating new ideas, viable business models, value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and ventures, exploring unconventional or hidden solutions in a business context

Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to identify new and emerging opportunities, inform decisions, shape business cases, and build conviction for new ideas
Synthesize research, data, and insights into clear narratives that guide decision-making and align stakeholders
Translate complexity into action by developing and leading experiments or pilots that produce insights to help create innovation roadmaps to scale recommendations in real-world contexts
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers across all creative and technical disciplines (design research, interaction design, data science, communication design, etc.)
Facilitate client workshops and conversations that drive alignment, momentum, and strategic decisions
Continuously grow with, as well as upskill, the Business Design craft through knowledge sharing and bringing unique perspectives to the greater IDEO community

Strong business acumen; i.e., broad knowledge or exposure to strategy, marketing, finance, operations, product development, organizational design, etc — MBA beneficial but not required
Experience in business design, strategy, product management, venture building, or innovation roles
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a business context, i.e. generate multiple alternative ways to address feasibility, viability, and desirability, including ways that are not obvious
Comfort working in ambiguous situations with limited direction, independently shaping problem definitions and approaches
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through text, visual, and verbal communications
Experience working across stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organization
Track record in making ideas real and tangible, from concept to execution roadmap, as an entrepreneur and/or intrapreneur, and bringing others along with you
Strength in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, recommendations and narratives, supporting decision making across options and making potential impact clear
Strong storytelling and strategic narrative-building skills
