Provide equipment cost, lead-time, and escalation inputs to the estimates, budgets, and forecasts used by construction and Finance.
Where liquid cooling equipment is tenant-furnished, define and document the facility/tenant demarcation, interface requirements, and acceptance criteria. Where it is Galaxy-furnished, manage it like all other OFCI equipment.
Incorporate Operations feedback on maintainability, spares, and lifecycle cost into specifications and award recommendations.
3. Submittals, Production Tracking, and Expediting
Coordinate submittal and shop drawing review with the EOR and Galaxy engineering, and track approvals against release-for-production dates.
Own the mechanical and plumbing OFCI master tracker covering purchase order, submittal, production slot, factory testing, shipment, and required-on-site (ROS) dates.
Verify production progress directly with OEMs, escalate slips early, and present recovery options.
Coordinate shipping and logistics and confirm delivery windows with Construction.
4. Factory Witness Testing, First-of-Kind, and Quality
Define and lead factory witness testing (FWT/FAT) and first-of-kind and first-article testing (Commissioning Level 1) for chillers, dry coolers, CDUs, CRAHs and fan walls, air handlers, pumps and skids, and modular plants.
Align test scope and acceptance criteria with the commissioning agent and Galaxy's Construction and Commissioning teams.
Document results, track nonconformances to closure, and approve units for shipment within delegated authority.
5. Vendor Research and New Technology
Engage OEM product roadmaps, evaluate and qualify new products and suppliers, including modular and prefabricated mechanical plants and liquid cooling equipment, and run pilots and first-of-kind tests.
Recommend standard product families and approved alternates that enable dual-sourcing and faster, repeatable campus delivery.
Track regulatory and market drivers, such as low-GWP refrigerant transitions, tariffs, and lead-time shifts, and assess their impact on specifications and budgets.
6. Cross-Department Coordination, Turnover, and Process Building
Serve as the mechanical and plumbing OFCI point of contact for Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations, design teams, commissioning agents, and tenant technical teams.
Provide Finance with committed cost, forecast, and payment-milestone data for OFCI purchase orders.
Deliver a complete turnover package to Construction with each delivery, including a commercial terms summary, warranty terms and start conditions, OEM storage and maintenance requirements, factory test reports, serial numbers, approved submittals, O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and vendor startup contacts.
Build the team's foundational tools and processes, including the OFCI tracker, bid leveling templates, factory test protocols, vendor qualification criteria, and a commercial terms checklist, and capture lessons learned across sites.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience in mechanical equipment engineering, procurement engineering, MEP construction, OEM application or project engineering, or owner-side capital delivery, with at least 5 years supporting data centers or other mission-critical facilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent equipment packages across multiple sites and schedules.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience building trackers, bid leveling models, and cost forecasts.
Experience reviewing mechanical drawings, equipment submittals, sequence-of-operations documents, commissioning scripts, test reports, O&M manuals, and maintenance documentation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to site operations, leadership, vendors, design teams, construction teams, and commissioning partners.
Bonus Points:
10+ years of experience, including multi-site hyperscale, AI/HPC, or wholesale colocation programs that use an OFCI delivery model.
Professional Engineer license or Engineer-in-Training certification.
Liquid cooling experience, including CDUs, FWS/TCS design, fluid quality, wetted materials, and leak detection, and familiarity with ASHRAE TC 9.9 and OCP liquid cooling guidance.
Experience at a chiller, heat rejection system, CRAH/fan wall, or CDU manufacturer.
Experience with modular or prefabricated mechanical plants and first-of-kind product qualification.
Experience with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or Power BI, and ERP or procurement systems.
PMP, CSCP, or an equivalent project management or supply chain industry recognized credential.
Experience building processes, templates, and tools as an early member of a new team.
Key Competencies:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering to act as a senior technical and commercial partner for Checkout.com’s most strategic customers. This is an individual contributor role focused on the top 50 accounts and highest-complexity opportunities.
You will operate at executive and senior technical levels, shaping solution strategy for enterprise merchants and helping them understand how Checkout.com can support their payments, growth, and customer experience goals. You will bring deep payments and architecture expertise to complex sales cycles, strategic account planning, integration programs, and cross-functional decision-making.
In the US, Solutions Engineers bring together responsibilities that are often split across Sales Engineering and Implementation Engineering. - Engage with C-level, executive, product, engineering, architecture, security, and payments stakeholders to shape consensus around complex solutions.
- Define the technical strategy for enterprise opportunities, including discovery, solution architecture, integration approach, proof-of-concept design, technical validation, and go-live readiness.
- Translate sophisticated merchant requirements into scalable Checkout.com solutions, clearly articulating architecture choices, trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and expected business outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership on payment performance, authorization and settlement flows, fraud and risk, tokenization, 3DS, alternative payment methods, and other payments capabilities.
- Lead or advise on strategic RFPs, RFIs, security and architecture reviews, executive workshops, board-level materials, and high-stakes technical negotiations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Merchant Care, Risk, and other partners to remove blockers and deliver outcomes.
- Influence product strategy, technical enablement, operating models, and reusable assets through direct insight from strategic merchants and the market.
- Mentor and raise the technical standard of Solutions Engineering through coaching, deal reviews, knowledge sharing, and role modeling; this role does not have direct people-management responsibility.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Significant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Implementation Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a related customer-facing technical leadership role.
- Experience working with large enterprise or strategic accounts in payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or another complex technology environment.
- Deep understanding of payments architecture, API-based integrations, distributed systems, security considerations, and enterprise implementation patterns.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, ambiguous requirements, and material commercial value.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-level leaders, senior architects, developers, product teams, commercial leaders, and delivery partners.
- Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to connect technical recommendations to customer outcomes and business value.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and create alignment across internal teams and customer organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex subjects without losing important technical nuance.
- Comfortable operating hands-on when needed, including reviewing API behavior, logs, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and proof-of-concept results.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep experience with payment performance, payment methods, fraud and risk, 3DS, network tokenization, wallets, or other modern payment capabilities.

- Experience with JavaScript, React, Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Go, C#, or another relevant development ecosystem.

The team and its impact
Accounting Core builds the foundations behind Xero’s accounting records, helping ensure that when a business records invoices, payments and other activity, its accounting stays accurate and dependable. You’ll help evolve a mature platform by decoupling key accounting capabilities from the mature architecture and creating safer, more scalable paths for change across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how accounting capabilities can be separated from the monolith and evolved safely. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where accounting-data integrity and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with partner teams to ensure changes to the accounting engine support other Xero teams built on Accounting Core. You’ll also help raise engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Accounting Core team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- Decoupling a mature accounting platform: Help separate accounting capabilities from a monolith, creating clearer domain ownership and safer paths for change without compromising the integrity of the accounting record.
- Accounting correctness at scale: Design and evolve reliable services for critical financial data across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
- Shared foundations for product teams: Build capabilities and outputs that other Xero teams can rely on confidently, so they can deliver customer experiences without rebuilding core accounting foundations.
- Modernisation alongside delivery: Make incremental architectural improvements while continuing to deliver value for small businesses and their advisors.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed systems and high-throughput services on cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant work, from design through to rollout and production validation, including the technical decisions that come with it.
- You think carefully about architecture and trade-offs, from API design to choosing the right data store, and you balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack, such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Ruby or C++, and you are keen to learn C# and .NET, where existing experience is a bonus.
- Passion for staying hands-on, contributing to production code and technical deep dives, and using AI tools with good judgement to move faster and raise the quality bar.

The role and its impact
Payments Platform is one of Xero’s biggest areas of investment and growth - directly affecting how small businesses pay their people, buy supplies and take on their next opportunity. Here, we build the foundations for collecting and paying money through Xero, helping make payments simple, accurate and secure for customers while supporting multiple products, payment methods, providers and regions. You’ll help evolve a growing platform by building reusable, provider-agnostic capabilities across areas such as payment orchestration, provider integrations, onboarding, risk and compliance, reconciliation and bill payments.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how payment capabilities are designed, integrated and operated as the platform scales. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where customer simplicity, financial control, reliability and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to deliver payment experiences that are secure, trusted and easy to use. You’ll also help shape engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Payments Platform team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- A shared payments platform: Own a capability within the platform, such as orchestration, risk and fraud, or multi-provider support, and deliver it end-to-end. You'll be helping teams launch new payment products faster without rebuilding the same foundations.
- Global bill payments: Make a complex financial process feel simple for small businesses while keeping it accurate, secure and connected to the accounting record.
- High throughput at scale: Design and deliver reliable, secure distributed services that remain dependable under real-world production constraints, with the monitoring and operational readiness to support them.
- Customer impact alongside architectural progress: Improve existing systems in steps, delivering customer value quickly while contributing to a coherent long-term architecture.
- AI capabilities customers can trust: Apply AI to challenging product problems while protecting customer trust, and help evaluate those capabilities with the same discipline as the rest of your work.
- A commitment to Go Together by mentoring peers, sharing technical knowledge and helping teammates grow through code reviews, pairing and documentation.

Location: London, United Kingdom
Role: VP Operations
Reports to: CEO / Founder
Working model: On-site, London
Working Hours 9am-6pm
Role snapshot
Mission: turn OneDome’s acquisition-led strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across platform, operations and partners.
Primary focus: operating-model design (post-acquisition), completion certainty, and operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
You are the ‘programme manager on steroids’: you hold the whole machine in your head, zoom in/out fast, and relentlessly drive delivery.
Key partners: CEO, Chief of Staff, Product/Tech/Data leaders, Commercial/Partnerships, Risk/Compliance, and heads of acquired businesses.
Success is measured in completions, time-to-complete, cost-to-serve, partner performance, and operational risk outcomes—not activity.
The opportunity
This is a pivotal hire - OneDome has scaled quickly through acquisition and now needs a VP of Operations who can industrialise execution: remove duplicated legacy ways of working, create clarity of ownership, and build an operating cadence that makes performance repeatable.
Key responsibilities
Build and run the operating model: forums, governance, decision rights, OKRs/KPIs and cross-functional rituals that connect strategy to day-to-day delivery.
Lead post-acquisition integration: align processes, tooling, handoffs and incentives across acquired entities and the ‘mothership’ while protecting business continuity.
Own end-to-end completion performance: reduce friction and time-to-complete across mortgage, conveyancing and ancillary services; improve customer certainty and unit economics.
Drive partner operations at scale: set standards, SLAs and performance management across lenders, brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and other third parties.
Partner with Product/Tech/Data to prioritise automation and workflow tooling that de-risks operations, increases transparency, and surfaces issues early.
Strengthen operational risk: embed controls and auditability into operational processes, working closely with specialist risk/compliance functions to protect brand trust.
Build a high-performing operations organisation: structure teams, hire/coach leaders, create playbooks, and establish a culture of pace, detail and accountability.
Create a continuous improvement engine: instrument processes, diagnose failure points with data, and run systematic improvement cycles.
What success looks like
First
90 days
Complete a diagnostic of the current operating model, integration backlog, operational metrics and partner performance.
Agree a clear 100-day plan with the CEO/Chief of Staff: integration priorities, quick wins, and the next operating cadence.
Implement a visible governance rhythm (weekly/bi-weekly) with clean OKRs/KPIs and owners; remove ambiguity on decision rights.
Deliver early improvements in at least one high-friction area of the completion journey to build momentum.
12 months
A repeatable integration playbook that reduces time-to-integrate and avoids ‘legacy sprawl’.
Material improvement in completion rate and time-to-completion, with clear attribution to operational changes.
A stable, scalable operating cadence with reliable forecasting of delivery, partner performance and operational risk hotspots.
An operations team with strong middle leadership and clear accountability across the group.
Person specification
Essential experience
3-5 years of demonstrable operations leadership (COO/VP Ops/Head of Operations) in a fintech start-up/scale-up; marketplace and regulated delivery experience strongly valued.
Proven post-acquisition integration leadership: simplifying multi-entity operating models, harmonising processes and improving execution metrics.
Deep experience running multi-party delivery models reliant on external partners, with rigorous performance management.
Strong data fluency: uses funnel, operational and financial metrics to prioritise work, diagnose issues and make trade-offs.
Demonstrated ability to build cadence, accountability and pace in fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environments.
Desirable
Formal programme delivery training (e.g., PRINCE2 / MSP / PgMP) or equivalent ‘battle-tested’ experience.
Experience in FCA-influenced or similarly regulated environments; comfort embedding controls without slowing the business to a crawl.
Exposure to mortgage, conveyancing, insurance, or other high-stakes customer journeys.
Behaviours and motivations
Structured and detail-obsessed: enjoys making messy, inherited processes clean and scalable.
High ownership, low ego: will get into the weeds, fix problems, then systematise and delegate.
Fast, clear thinker: can hold complexity and still communicate simply to drive decisions.
Bias for action with sound judgement: knows when to move fast and when to slow down for risk and reputation.

Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
We’re looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to produce the real-world experiences where traders, creators, partners, and builders meet MetaMask. You’ll lead production, help shape event strategy, and sharpen the creative execution.
What You’ll Do
You’ll join the Experiential & Global Events team within MetaMask’s Creative Studio and report to the Director of Experiential Marketing. We concept, design, and produce the ways people meet MetaMask in real life across global conferences, community events, VIP experiences, co-branded activations, and more. Our calendar runs across the world with priorities across APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
You’ll lead production, taking each event from brief to on-site to recap. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, rallying people from planning through production and on the ground. Your focus will be experiences for our most active users and co-branded work with brands and creators, alongside community events for the builders who create on MetaMask.
Our formats are expanding to include live trading competitions, viewing events, product launches, and private experiences for VIP traders and creator partners.
How You’ll Do It
Produce events and experiences end to end: venues, run of show, fabrication, AV, F&B, and staffing, working alongside our production agency partners.
Own timelines, workback plans, and budgets for multiple events running in parallel across regions.
Source, negotiate with, and manage agencies, venues, and vendors in APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
Run registration and guest management, from guest lists and approvals to VIP access and arrival.
Build programming for events and panels, including formats, session flow, and speaker coordination.
Keep the operational side tight: source-of-truth docs, trackers, internal team staffing, and on-the-ground comms during conference weeks. Build playbooks that make each event easier to run than the last, using AI tools to move faster.
Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business development and more to turn briefs into event plans with clear audiences, objectives, and success metrics tied to product and business goals.
Help develop and refine concepts with the creative team. Bring a point of view on formats, venues, and cultural trends, and work with designers and copywriters on decks and creative deliverables.
Work with content capture teams so every event produces strong stories and shareable content.
Track post-event results, including attendance, registration data, and social reach and sentiment, and write recaps that show what worked and what to change.
Over time, help source and manage co-hosts and sponsors for our owned franchises.
We’re looking for someone with
5+ years in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, esports, or entertainment.

A track record of delivering multi-city or international events on time and on budget.
Experience managing agencies and vendors and negotiating contracts under tight deadlines.
Experience producing premium or invite-only experiences for high-value guests.
Strong initiative. You spot what needs to happen and do it before anyone asks, and you stay steady when the plan changes.
Strategic and creative judgment. You connect an event to a product or business goal, and you bring ideas that sharpen a concept.
A systems mindset. You turn one-off events into repeatable processes.
Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership. Partners, vendors, and colleagues want to work with you again.
Based in the US or EU, and willing to travel internationally up to 20% of the year, typically 1 to 2 weeks per quarter across several markets.
Curiosity about money, markets, and how people trade, save, and spend. Finance experience isn’t required, but interest is.
It’s a bonus to have
Experience in crypto, whether producing events for digital asset audiences or at global conferences such as Token2049, Korea Blockchain Week, EthCC, or Devcon.
Experience sourcing or managing event co-hosts and sponsors.
