We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence. Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world. ABOUT THE ROLE Teleport Cloud takes our traditionally open-source and enterprise access plane and provides a SaaS option for our customers to adopt. As such, our team is building our production and software as a service infrastructure from scratch. We tackle the hard problems that allow our customers to trust us for secure and reliable access to their infrastructure. Excellent security is table stakes; a security breach can compromise our customers' infrastructure. HOW WE HIRE Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do. For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout. 1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements. 2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager or a Lead Engineer. They will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions. 3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager or Lead Engineer, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution. 4. Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, APAC From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven. About Us Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites. About the Role Field operations is where strategy meets execution at Fivetran + dbt Labs. This senior role sits at the heart of how our APJ go-to-market engine is planned, measured, and improved, partnering directly with regional sales leadership to shape where we play, how we allocate capacity, and how we turn pipeline into revenue. You will own the operating cadence that keeps the region on plan and the analysis that turns performance data into the decisions leadership acts on. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how a high-growth business is run, not just report on it. You will operate with real autonomy: bringing rigour to how we plan, sharpening the weekly rhythm of the business, and building the processes that let APJ scale. If you think commercially, act like an owner, and want a seat close to where the decisions get made, this is for you. This is a full-time position based out of either Singapore or Sydney office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. Technologies You'll Use Clari, Salesforce, Omni, Looker (or similar BI tools such as Tableau, Hex), SQL/SOQL, advanced spreadsheet modelling and presentation skills (Google suite), Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other market leading ai tools What You'll Do Strategy and go-to-market planning Contribute to and, over time, own core GTM planning cycles across quota setting, territory design, and financial / capacity planning, in partnership with sales leadership and finance. Translate top-down targets into workable, bottoms-up plans that reps and managers trust. Business reviews and insight Prepare and drive QBRs and other business reviews, turning data into a clear narrative of what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next. Go beyond reporting: surface the “so what” and translate insight into concrete, owned actions. Running the day-to-day Lead the weekly operating rhythm: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and inspection of deal health and hygiene. Keep the leadership team on top of the number with accurate, timely, decision-ready analysis. Process and systems Improve the machine, not just run it. Build scalable, repeatable processes where none exist and remove manual, error-prone work. Act as a power user of our core stack (Salesforce, Omni, Looker) and raise the bar on data quality and pipeline hygiene across the region. Put AI to work in the operation: find practical ways to automate analysis, accelerate reporting, and sharpen decision-making, and help the wider team adopt what works. Skills We're Looking For Proven experience in a sales, revenue, or field operations role in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology business, with comfort building the first version of something where no process exists in a fast-moving environment. Hands-on command of GTM planning components (quota, territory, and financial / capacity planning), even if you haven’t yet owned all three end-to-end. Strong analytical toolkit: advanced spreadsheet modelling, fluency in a BI tool (Omni, Looker, Tableau or similar), and comfort working directly in a CRM (Salesforce). SQL is a strong plus. A track record of turning data into insight into action: you tell the story, not just build the report Genuine commercial and SaaS acumen: pipeline coverage, conversion and win rates, forecasting, ARR and retention are second nature Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority: you can move sales leaders, finance and marketing and other cross functional partners without managing any of them. A clear point of view on the role AI can play in a modern GTM engine, backed by practical examples of how you have already built skills and applied it to your own work, not just theory Bonus Skills SQL/SOQL and experience working with a modern data stack (dbt itself a plus). Experience supporting a multi-country region across markets and segments. Perks and Benefits 100% employer-paid medical insurance * Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off. Location: San Francisco, CA Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do. Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. WHAT YOU'LL DO - As Sierra's first Physical Security Lead, you will build and own our global physical security program from the ground up, protecting our people, offices, events, and information as we grow across North America, Europe, and Asia. You'll partner closely with Workplace Technology, IT Engineering, Workplace, Security Engineering, People, and Legal, and set the strategy, standards, and operating model for the function as it scales. - Program strategy and standards: Assess risk across every Sierra site and set a global baseline for physical security, including policies, standards, and site-tier requirements, prioritized into a practical roadmap with a budget and clear metrics. - Access control and security systems: Own the strategy and governance for badge access, video, intrusion detection, and visitor management, in partnership with Workplace Technology, who operate our office access and network systems. Make sure access follows least privilege, is reviewed regularly, and is removed promptly when people leave. Make sure these systems are monitored and have backup power. - Office openings and build-outs: Define security requirements for new offices and build-outs as we open new sites, and partner with Workplace, landlords, architects, and integrators from design through commissioning. - Sensitive spaces, insider risk, and threat assessment: Secure executive areas, boardrooms, and conference rooms where confidential customer and company discussions happen, including technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) sweeps, recording-device policies, and controls for hosting visitors and guests. Build a workplace violence prevention and behavioral threat assessment program with People and Legal, and partner with Security Engineering and IT Engineering on insider risk so that physical and digital signals are reviewed together. - Policy, compliance, and customer trust: Own Sierra's Physical Security Policy and the physical controls behind our compliance programs. Represent physical security in customer security assessments and audits, and drive findings to closure. - Incident response and emergency preparedness: Own physical security incident response, investigations, and emergency plans for every office. Run drills and tabletop exercises, and set up monitoring and escalation through an in-house function or a GSOC partner. Issue safety advisories and coordinate with building security and local authorities when employees are at risk near our offices. - Events, executives, and travel: Plan security for all-hands meetings, customer events, and off-sites. Coordinate executive protection and travel risk management with trusted vendors, and own guard and security services contracts across our sites, including post orders, staffing, and performance. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Experience: 8+ years in corporate physical security, global security, or security operations, including building or substantially scaling a program at a fast-growing technology company. Law enforcement, military, or government experience is valued alongside corporate experience. - Program building: A track record of standing up a physical security function at an early stage, including policies, vendors, budget, metrics, and team, with sound judgment about what to tackle first. - Security systems: Hands-on experience with modern, cloud-based access control, video, and visitor management platforms (for example Verkada, Brivo, Avigilon Alta, Genetec, or Envoy), and how they integrate with identity systems such as Okta. - Risk and threat assessment: Experience conducting site risk assessments, threat assessments, and investigations, and handling sensitive matters with discretion alongside People and Legal teams. - Incident leadership: Calm, decisive leadership during incidents and emergencies, including serving as incident lead and running after-action reviews. - Multi-site and international: Experience securing offices across multiple regions, including Europe and Asia, and managing guard, integrator, and executive protection vendors. - Partnership and communication: Able to build security programs that employees welcome rather than work around, and to explain risk clearly to executives, engineers, and building partners. - Work model: This role is based in our San Francisco office, with regular travel to our other offices. EVEN BETTER… - Professional certifications such as ASIS PSP or CPP. - Experience running TSCM programs or protecting sensitive R&D or AI research environments. - Experience with GSOC operations, mass notification, or travel risk management platforms. OUR VALUES - Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work. - Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it. - Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve. - Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time. - Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements. WHAT WE OFFER We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees: - Flexible (unlimited) paid time off - Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family - Life insurance and disability benefits - Retirement plan dependent on country of employment - Parental leave - Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot - Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized - Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most - Free alphorn lessons These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Location: Remote, New York, United States, AMER From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. About the Role We’re looking for a Principal Partner Solutions Architect (GSI) to be Fivetran + dbt Labs' global technical advisor to our priority Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) — comfortable operating at executive level, leading the conversation, and directing execution of the joint business plan by combining technical depth with business insight. You are the ecosystem peer to the GSI's lead architects and delivery leads. You will own the technical capability, overarching solution architecture, and multi-year bets of the GSI partnership you support. This role partners closely with the global alliance leads for these GSIs to articulate the true total value of each technical solution and execute impactful engagements across regions and countries. Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, and partnerships. Your closest counterparts are the GSI's practice and delivery leadership, the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships teams who run the day-to-day motion, and product managers across both Fivetran and dbt Labs. Operating at the Principal level, you will report directly to the Global Head of Partner Solutions Architecture. This is a full-time position based in the US. What You’ll Do Build a trusted advisory relationship with priority GSIs and engage with their senior technical stakeholders and practice leads to secure multi-year technology bets with Fivetran and dbt Labs. Own the joint technical narrative and capability messaging for the combined Fivetran + dbt Labs platform as it applies to this GSI's delivery practice — reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story their consultants use with mutual customers. Provide domain expertise around modern data platforms and enterprise technology, and effectively promote Fivetran + dbt Labs with partners, at conferences, and online. Make recommendations on integration strategies, partner-side enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement complete solutions for complex GSI mega-agreements. Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps, and opportunities across the combined platform (ingestion, transformation, semantic layer, catalog/metadata, agent and MCP interfaces) as it affects this GSI's delivery methodology, and collaborate with Product to drive the right outcomes. Co-develop intellectual property with GSI partners — enterprise-grade, replicable joint solutions and accelerators built with product management and technical teams — and evangelize that IP with partners, customers, and the field to drive adoption. Run the standing technical cadence with the GSI's practice and delivery leadership as their primary technical counterpart. Drive and influence GSI audiences, identify expansion engagements within partner accounts, and ensure accelerated agreement velocity with zero partner-delivery escalations on GSI-led mega-agreements. Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so the global GSI relationship turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room. Travel to partner and customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed. Skills We’re Looking For Direct experience with technology and/or systems integrator alliances, or having sat on the delivery/practice side of a GSI or similar consulting organization — with a track record of shaping and scalingtechnical partner GTM. 10+ years of experience as an enterprise/solutions architect or in an equivalent customer- and partner-facing role. Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses/lakehouses, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the agent/MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit for a systems integrator's delivery practice. A demonstrable understanding of how GSIs operate, build, deploy and monetise Intellectual Property with technology partners. Experience engaging with, and presenting to, senior technical stakeholders and executive leaders, with the business acumen to translate technical solutions into partner and customer value. Experience with modern AI paradigms, generative AI, and data technologies, including experience evaluating and reviewing technical solutions. Ability to drive and influence GSI audiences, identify expansion engagements within partner accounts, and ensure accelerated agreement velocity with zero partner-delivery escalations on GSI-led mega-agreements. Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally to position and orchestrate joint solutions spanning multiple products Bonus Skills Verticalized knowledge of data and analytics technology solutions, with the ability to learn and work with new and emerging tools, methodologies, and platforms. Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration roadmaps. Ability to influence product roadmap: gathering requirements from a partner, building a prioritization case, and getting it accepted by product leadership. Hands-on experience with dbt and with Fivetran.
