In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Own the full end-to-end enterprise sales funnel, from prospecting to closing new business.
Identify and engage target enterprise and corporate customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Act as a trusted problem-solver for prospective clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to shape tailored solutions when needed.
Analyze sales and funnel data to generate insights and continuously optimize acquisition activities.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth handovers and long-term success for both clients and the business.
Work with Marketing to build acquisition pipelines through partnerships, events, and targeted initiatives.
Our humble expectations*
7+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
Strong ability to lead sales conversations end-to-end, including discovery, storytelling, demos, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different stakeholders.
A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, paired with a bias for action and execution.
Experience working with CRM tools and managing a well-organized sales pipeline.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to combine fieldwork with in-office work in our Tel Aviv office.
What we offer
A key role in a fast-growing B2B business within one of Wolt’s most exciting growth areas.
High ownership and real impact, with the opportunity to shape how Wolt for Work grows in the enterprise segment.
Close collaboration with experienced sales, marketing, and account management teams in a supportive and ambitious environment.
A dynamic, hands-on role that blends strategy, execution, and relationship-building.
The opportunity to grow alongside the business as Wolt for Work continues to scale locally and globally.

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Builder
who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
understand → shape → build → ship → measure → iterate
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won’t receive a perfectly specified backlog. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Merchant Experience team
🧩
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with
no dedicated Product Manager by design
.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on
what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it
.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Shadow a Champion, meet key stakeholders and start contributing.
Month 2
Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it.
Month 3
Act as Champion for an initiative: frame the problem, define the hypothesis and success criteria, ship a solution and check the outcome.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
7+ years of experience building production software.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience owning work beyond implementation.
Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Strong product and customer curiosity.
High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and other teams.
Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React.
Strong full-stack experience.
Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams.
Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics.
Spanish fluency.

In this role, you will become an expert in your own assigned area - geographically and/or functionally - managing a pipeline of small to medium retail and restaurant partners. You will apply strong commercial thinking to identify the right partners across verticals, and use your communication, negotiation and presentation skills to show the value Wolt can bring to the industry and to merchants. Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to Wolt's growth and market position, working collaboratively across Sales and other functions
Contribute to capability building in the team by mentoring and guiding junior sales colleagues
Our humble expectations
You have a strong track record in B2B new sales and field sales, ideally combined with knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
You can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have demonstrated experience setting direction for sales initiatives
You are a natural "hunter" with a drive to build and grow a merchant portfolio, and you get excited about overcoming bottlenecks and objections
You have strong consultative sales skills - you build relationships easily and tailor your approach to each partner's needs
You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You have good analytical skills and can translate sales metrics, commission levels and market potential into clear priorities
You allocate your time strategically, focusing on the best potential leads
You are a natural team player who enjoys helping more junior colleagues grow
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written Experience with CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
What’s in it for you
You will be part of an ambitious and supportive Sales team in a fast-growing company, with real ownership over your own area and the strategic projects you take on. Turn customers like the biggest QSR brands in America into case studies, video stories, and webinars, working hand-in-hand with our content and design team.
Ship With AI:
Use AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move at a pace that would have taken a full team a year ago. We expect it, and we'll teach you what we know.
Who You Are
3-10 years in product marketing or a mix of PMM and growth/content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS; what you've shipped matters more to us than your title history.
Founder energy:
you've built something from scratch (a company, a product, a channel) and you bias hard toward action; former founders welcome!
Commercially minded:
you judge your own work by pipeline influenced and deals won, and you actually enjoy talking to sales.
AI-native:
AI tools are already part of how you work every day.
Hungry:
you want more scope than your years "should" allow, and you're willing to earn it in person, in SF, with a team that works hard.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.

Day In The Life
Positioning & Narrative:
Own Workstream's positioning and messaging end to end, including the biggest open strategic question we have: leading with our restaurant dominance vs. the broader frontline-workforce story. You'll test it, not debate it.
Product Launches:
Run GTM launches for a portfolio that now ships AI products (like our AI assistant for frontline teams) alongside hiring, HR, and payroll. Messaging, pricing & packaging input, launch plans, and the enablement that makes Sales dangerous in the first week.

Lead our content and design team across the website, case studies, video, webinars, and social. Raise the bar on everything customer-facing, and use AI to produce at a pace a team twice our size couldn't match a year ago.
Working with Sales:
Arm AEs and partnerships with narratives, competitive teardowns, ROI stories, and customer proof. Sit in on deals. Talk to lost prospects. Change the message when the market tells you to.

Manage and grow a small, high-output team of product marketers, content marketers, and designers, and be the strongest IC on it when it matters.
Who You Are
Slope over pedigree:

you already use AI agents across your daily work and you'll push the team to do the same.
Commercially ruthless:
you measure marketing in pipeline and revenue, not impressions.
Hungry:
you outwork the market and you want the scope of a VP role earlier than a big company would ever give it to you.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world.
The Operations Associate, Courier Community acts as the heartbeat of the courier partner support ecosystem. Serving as the first line of human support beyond frontline Customer Support, this role is the critical bridge between Wolt and its courier partners.
In this role, you will balance deep empathy with efficient, high-volume problem-solving — handling complex escalations, localized communications, sensitive account situations, and workflow automations that keep courier partners informed, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Inbox Management & Advanced Support
Manage courier inbox channels to handle complex, partner-submitted requests.
Resolve escalated tickets transferred from Support that fall outside frontline scope, including complaints, bug reports, and sensitive account updates.
Maintain team SLAs by keeping inbox tasks within a target 72-hour reply rate and resolving open board tickets efficiently.
Content Ownership & Localization
Localize regional and global courier-facing communications for specific country languages and cultural contexts.
Maintain and continuously update localized courier platforms, including country FAQs, educational content, and operational resources.
Proactively maintain information accessibility so couriers can easily self-solve issues without contacting support.
Cross-Functional Communication & Enablement
Coordinate ad-hoc courier announcements (e.g., weather-related boosts) in alignment with Communications and Supply Activation teams.
Create macros, guidance documents, and tools for Customer Support to empower frontline agents to resolve cases independently.
Assist onboarding teams with document verification, profile activations, and country-specific onboarding tasks.
Community Engagement & Feedback Loops
Drive community engagement by supporting local feedback initiatives and courier events.
Capture operational insights from courier feedback and translate them into process, documentation, and tool improvements.
AI & Process Automation
Leverage AI tools day-to-day to generate clear, empathetic response templates and reduce manual workloads for routine inquiries.
Utilize AI and self-service tools to summarize ticket escalations, maintain up-to-date knowledge bases, and build smart routing workflows.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Impact
Courier Satisfaction: Measured through feedback scores, response quality, and communication empathy.
Time to Resolution (TTR): Fast, efficient, and accurate resolution for complex tickets passed from Support or directly from courier partners.
Inflow Reduction: Lower overall ticket volume achieved through scalable documentation, improved Support macros, and self-service automation.
Localization Quality: High accuracy and quick turnaround time for market-specific announcements and content updates.
Our humble expectations
Professional working experience in Customer Support, Operations or other similar roles.
Professional level in English and fluent (Austrian) German.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong capability to diagnose operational issues, identify root causes, and determine when and how to escalate.
Clear, empathetic, and professional written communication skills.
Ownership & Accountability: Taking full responsibility for tasks until completion and communicating early when blocked.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with workflows, deadlines, and sensitive partner details.
Multitasking & Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities dynamically adjust.
