Our team is developing a payment gateway for accepting funds from users on behalf of merchants, as well as sending funds from merchants to users. The system involves storing user payment data and is subject to PCI DSS compliance. We are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead the company’s Sales and Marketing organisation and build the commercial engine for our next stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will own commercial strategy, GTM, pipeline, enterprise sales, marketing and revenue performance. Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Lead to drive growth for Unlimit’s global payment gateway business. This role will focus on acquiring and managing large enterprise merchants, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
— Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for domestic market to enable global payment solutions for enterprises.
— Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise merchants across key sectors (e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, healthcare, etc.).
— Drive enterprise conversions and onboardings, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
— Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
— Leverage existing CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships to drive new business.
— Ability to position Unlimit against competitors in both domestic and cross-border segments.
— Work closely with product, integration, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and go-live.
Required Skills & Qualifications
— 9+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within payments / fintech / banking.
— Strong network and proven experience in selling to large enterprise merchants.
— Deep understanding of the payment gateway operations in India.
— Strong understanding of global payment methods and operations is a plus.
— Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals and managing long sales cycles.
