Main Responsibilities — Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to GCC, focusing on client acquisition and retention — Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in GCC — Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty — Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns — Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events — Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends — Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes Requirements — Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field — At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC markets — Excellent command of Arabic and English language — Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCC — Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations — Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Benefits — 21 working days of annual leave — Work remotely whilst being part of a global team — Udemy Business unlimited membership — Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment Libertex Group is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
