Staff/Senior Java Engineer, OKX Wallet (Web3)
Who We Are
OKX Wallet is OKX's self-custody wallet, built for users worldwide to securely and conveniently store, manage, and use their on-chain assets. The wallet backend operates in a multi-chain, multi-asset, high-concurrency environment shaped by on-chain state uncertainty and strict fund-security requirements — combining the complex-systems challenges of traditional internet backends with the transaction, signing, and on-chain interaction problems unique to blockchain.
We're looking for a Senior Java Engineer with roughly 5–10 years of backend experience: someone with strong engineering fundamentals who can independently own core modules, exercise sound judgment on complex problems, and proactively coordinate across upstream and downstream teams to drive work to completion.
What You'll Do
Own core wallet backend modules.
Build and continuously improve address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas estimation, nonce management, and transaction-state tracking. Understand each module's role in the full wallet flow, and keep stability, performance, and maintainability front of mind. For complex requirements, break the problem down before choosing an implementation rather than stacking code or reusing old designs.
Build transaction and on-chain interaction scenarios.
Work on transfers, token approvals, contract interactions, cross-chain, swaps, DApp connections, and signature-request handling. Understand a transaction's full lifecycle — from initiation through construction, signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, and final state update — and diagnose issues like stuck transactions, duplicate submissions, state inconsistencies, and on-chain success that isn't reflected in the business system, using logs, on-chain data, and call traces.
Support multi-chain and new-chain integration.
We already support EVM, Tron, and Solana, and continuously onboard new public chains, Layer 2 networks, and asset standards. Contribute to technical research, integration design, and feature development, accounting for differences in address models, account systems, transaction structures, signing methods, fees, and confirmation mechanisms — as well as node stability, asset sync, exception compensation, monitoring, and security boundaries.
Ensure stable operation.
Contribute to day-to-day stability work — monitoring, alerting, rate limiting, graceful degradation, retries, compensation, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting. When incidents occur, help investigate, narrow scope, and fix root causes; for recurring issues, drive systemic fixes such as added monitoring, stronger fallbacks, or design improvements.
Drive your projects to delivery.
Take ownership of the modules and projects you're responsible for. On work spanning product, QA, frontend, infrastructure, or other backend teams, proactively sync information, surface dependencies and risks, and drive issues to resolution. When requirements are unclear or opinions diverge, lay out the context, offer your own judgment, and help build consensus.
Continuously raise engineering quality.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and system optimization. Spot unreasonable designs, duplicated logic, and latent risks, and propose actionable improvements. Document technical decisions, post-incident learnings, and best practices, and help less-experienced teammates.
Apply AI in daily development.
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to assist with code comprehension, scaffolding, unit tests, code review, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation — validating AI output for correctness, project conventions, performance, and security rather than using it unchecked.
What We're Looking For
Solid Java backend fundamentals.
~5–10 years of Java backend experience with a strong grasp of collections, concurrency, thread pools, the JVM, network communication, and common performance issues. Proficient with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, or comparable stacks, able to independently design and build medium-to-large backend modules and reason about the mechanics behind the frameworks you use.
Strong system design ability.
Experience with complex or high-concurrency systems; comfortable with idempotency, retries, compensation, caching, message queues, distributed locks, data consistency, rate limiting, and service degradation. Able to own module- or service-level design and clearly explain the core flow, failure scenarios, and key trade-offs.
Cognitive ability and judgment.
Able to understand context and goals on ambiguous problems, separate symptom from root cause, and choose a fitting solution based on business value, user experience, stability, cost, and security — rather than reflexively adding complexity.
Drive and ownership.
Able to independently own a module or project end to end, from design through development, testing, and launch. Proactively communicates and resolves dependencies, risks, and blockers, and follows through on launch outcomes rather than stopping at code merge.
Blockchain or wallet experience.
Experience with wallets, blockchain, trading platforms, on-chain data services, or related systems. Understands addresses, public/private keys, mnemonics, transaction signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas, and nonce; familiar with the transaction mechanics of at least one of EVM, Tron, or Solana, and with token standards such as ERC-20 and TRC-20. (Strong backend fundamentals and fast learning can offset gaps in blockchain coverage.)
High security awareness.
Sensitive to private-key, signing, permission, and user-asset security; familiar with replay protection, API authentication, tamper resistance, sensitive-data protection, and least-privilege principles. Actively considers malformed input, duplicate requests, privilege bypass, and data-leak risks when building transaction features.
Independent production troubleshooting.
Able to diagnose live issues via log analysis, metrics monitoring, distributed tracing, and thread/memory analysis; can form hypotheses and narrow scope even with incomplete information. Hands-on experience with performance degradation, timeouts, message backlogs, data inconsistencies, memory issues, or unstable third-party services.
Engineering in the AI era.
Willing to use AI coding tools to improve daily efficiency and able to judge whether AI output meets real business requirements before shipping it. Has a basic understanding of prompts, context management, RAG, AI agents, and MCP, or a genuine willingness to keep learning — treating AI as an engineering tool, not requiring an algorithm/model-training background.
Nice to Have
Integration work on new public chains, new asset standards, or cross-chain protocols
Familiarity with WalletConnect, DApp Browser, or signature-request handling
Knowledge of MPC, multisig, hardware wallets, or TEE-based key-security schemes
Experience with Swap, staking, cross-chain bridges, or DeFi aggregation
Address risk detection, allow/deny lists, anti-fraud, or wallet risk-control experience
High-concurrency transaction systems, blockchain node services, on-chain data indexing, or transaction-state-tracking systems
Familiarity with RPC calls, block scanning, chain reorgs, transaction compensation, and reconciliation mechanisms
JVM performance tuning, stability governance, or complex production-incident experience
Cross-team collaboration with a track record of driving projects to delivery
Real projects built with AI — e.g. AI code review, development agents, MCP servers, intelligent troubleshooting, or knowledge bases
Follows developments in AI coding assistants and LLM applications and shares practical takeaways with the team

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Optical Systems
- Reports to: Engineering Manager, Optical Systems
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Staff Mechanical Engineer, you will be a senior technical anchor for the mechanical design of ICEYE's next-generation optical satellite platform, driving the structural analysis, optimization, and material decisions that determine how the platform performs in space. Working hands-on in CAD, you will take designs from concept through manufacturing, testing, and qualification, working directly with component manufacturers and subcontractors to make sure every part meets the precision the mission demands. Alongside your own technical work, you will mentor other engineers on the team, raising the bar for how mechanical design gets done.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the mechanical design, structural analysis, and optimization of critical elements of the satellite platform, working hands-on in CAD from concept through manufacturing, testing, and qualification.
- Guide material selection and analysis for the space environment, accounting for outgassing, thermal cycling, and thermoelastic effects across the platform's components.
- Work directly with manufacturers and subcontractors to ensure the quality, alignment, and performance of delivered components and mechanisms, and mentor other engineers on the team as they do the same.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Expert knowledge and hands-on skills in mechanical CAD design, analysis, and optimisation, covering all phases of the project from concept up to material and structural analysis.
- First-principles thinking: able to break down complex problems into fundamentals and build solutions from the ground up.
- Familiarity with material science and engineering, able to guide material selection and analysis for the space environment (outgassing, thermal cycling, thermoelastic effects).
- Good knowledge of testing, especially TVAC and vibration testing, and pre-launch qualification campaigns.
- Experience working with optical component manufacturers to ensure the right selection and quality of components to meet system requirements.
- Embracing the challenge, with a mindset of owning problems and solving them, and the capability of taking risks and leaning forward when needed. R&D style of learning by doing and iterating on the parts that require improvement.
- Experience delivering design through suppliers, with a proven record of working directly with manufacturers and subcontractors to get designs delivered to production, verified and validated.
- Comfortable mentoring other engineers and raising the technical bar across the team, without formal people-management responsibility.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in QA for optical components and AIT for optical systems and/or precise mechanisms.
- Experience with large optical earth observation payloads.

About seQura
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.
We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
Finance at seQura runs on data: recurring calculations, regulatory processes, provisioning, reporting cycles, and profitability tracking. As a Senior Financial Product Data Analyst, you'll own the link between how Finance actually works, the KPIs it tracks, and the decisions those KPIs drive, turning that understanding into reliable, self-service data products.
This isn't a "receive a ticket, write a query" role. You'll work closely with Finance and Finance Tech teams to understand why a number matters before you model it, then build trusted data products that Finance teams can use independently.
Your work will directly improve how Finance operates, helping establish a single source of truth for revenue, enabling self-service reporting, and ensuring the business can make confident decisions based on reliable data.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Learn seQura's Finance domain deeply enough to understand which KPIs matter, why they matter, and the business decisions they support—from pricing and provisioning to servicer settlement and product profitability.
Design and build production-grade data products, not just queries: dbt models on Redshift, fully documented and tested to Single Source of Truth standards, together with the Metabase dashboards and self-service datasets that sit on top of them.
Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into robust, reliable, and auditable data models.
Validate and reconcile critical Finance outputs, including servicer reports, provisioning runs, and amortisation tables, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.
Chase data quality issues back to their source, working closely with Data Engineering to solve problems upstream instead of applying downstream workarounds.
Help close the existing revenue gap between operational systems and the data warehouse while improving Finance models for defaults and amortisation.
Present findings, recommendations, and new data products directly to Finance leadership, connecting the data back to the business decisions it's meant to support.
Contribute to broader Data & AI governance initiatives, including metadata, documentation, and data catalog work wherever it impacts Finance.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power business decisions, reporting, and AI across all domains.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains.
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics.
Semantic models that enable consistent reporting and analytics.
Data contracts and governance standards across domains.
Data lineage, documentation, and discoverability.
Data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted data products.
Team Structure
You'll join a team of four Analytics Engineers, working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
You'll collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Tech, Data Engineering, and the wider Data & AI team to ensure Finance data is accurate, governed, and easy to consume.
How we work
We treat data as a product, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
We build self-service data products rather than one-off reports.
We understand the business context before building data models—we care as much about why a metric exists as how it's calculated.
We work closely with domain experts to turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
We continuously improve data quality through governance, documentation, testing, and collaboration.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn seQura's core Finance processes and KPIs, including pricing, provisioning, servicer settlement, and product profitability. Meet stakeholders across Finance and Finance Tech, and become familiar with the existing dbt models and Metabase dashboards supporting Finance.
Month 2
Take ownership of your first data quality or reconciliation initiative end-to-end, tracing issues back to their source alongside Data Engineering while contributing to an active dbt model.
Month 3
Deliver your first self-service Finance data product—a documented dbt model together with a Metabase dashboard—that Finance stakeholders can use independently, and present your work and recommendations to Finance leadership.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
Our Finance Analytics stack is built around SQL, dbt, Redshift, and Metabase, enabling trusted, production-grade data products across Finance.
The team uses dbt for transformation and testing, Redshift as the analytical warehouse, and Metabase to deliver self-service reporting. OpenMetadata supports governance and discoverability, while Python and Airflow are used where automation or orchestration adds value.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
Strong hands-on SQL skills.
Practical experience with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation.
Experience building dashboards and self-service data products using Metabase (or an equivalent BI platform).
Demonstrated ability to understand Finance processes, not just execute against a specification, and translate that understanding into robust data logic.
Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect KPIs to the decisions they support.
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, lending, or BNPL environments.
Knowledge of provisioning, amortisation, EIR, or IFRS 9.
Python for analysis or lightweight automation.
Experience with data governance or catalog tools such as OpenMetadata.
Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Experience presenting data products directly to Finance or executive stakeholders.
What we offer 😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.

A personal budget for professional development.
Office workshops and meet-ups to encourage community participation and career growth.

About the Role
Trust Wallet is looking for a Design Engineer to sit at the intersection of design and engineering — someone who can move fluidly between Figma and code to build and ship polished, high-quality UI directly in our React Native app. You'll close the gap between design intent and shipped product, working hands-on with both the design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Build production-quality UI components and interactions directly in React Native, translating designs into pixel-accurate, performant code
- Partner with product designers to prototype ideas quickly, test interactions, and iterate before full engineering handoff
- Own and maintain the design system/component library, ensuring consistency and reusability across the app
- Bridge design and engineering — flag feasibility issues early, propose technical solutions to design problems, and vice versa
- Improve UI performance, animations, and micro-interactions across web, mobile, and browser extension
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions that affect UI flexibility, theming, and component scalability
- Help define and evolve design-to-dev workflows/tooling (Figma → code handoff, design tokens, etc.)
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in frontend/UI engineering, with strong hands-on React Native experience
- Strong eye for design craft — typography, spacing, motion, and interaction detail
- Comfortable working directly in Figma (or similar) to prototype and iterate on UI
- Experience building and maintaining component/design systems
- Track record of shipping polished, consumer-facing mobile products
- Strong communication skills — able to work fluidly across design and engineering teams and translate between the two
- Genuine interest in Web3/crypto products a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with design tokens, theming systems, or cross-platform component libraries
- Background as either a designer who learned to code or an engineer with strong design sensibility
- Familiarity with animation libraries (Reanimated, Lottie, etc.) in React Native
- Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer apps
