BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
PROOF OF WORK
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Agent Systems team is a 0→1 engineering group building internal AI-powered agents that interact directly with company systems. The mandate is to dramatically increase internal speed of execution through automation, intelligent inference, and workflow orchestration.
This team operates at the intersection of AI, backend systems, and applied product engineering. The work is pragmatic and fast-moving — prototypes are expected, but the bar for production reliability remains high. Engineers on this team move fluidly between experimentation and shipping, building systems that reason over user interactions and take meaningful action across internal tools.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, infrastructure, and internal operations to deploy agent-driven capabilities that compound leverage across the organization.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build and ship AI-powered agent systems that automate internal workflows and decision paths
- Design and implement inference pipelines that reason over user interactions across internal systems

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity, and we would be interested in applicants located in the US or Canada.
The Opportunity:
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior Software (Database) Engineer to help build the underlying storage system for our general purpose data platform. The database layer has both OLAP and OTLP capabilities to support classic analytics queries while also serving up freshly stored data. It embraces the separation of compute and storage and is designed to run on multiple cloud providers. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
What You'll Be Doing:
Take ownership over and build one or multiple parts of the database: Design, implement, test, and operate ingestion, query planning, distributed query execution, data formats, storage formats.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant database service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and database interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve data quickly.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument database services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the database solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Experience with distributed systems, catalogs and table formats, query engines.
Mastery of a programming language like golang, C++, or Rust
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Bonus Points for:
Experience building distributed query engines.
Experience building data warehouses and/or data lakes.
Experience building tools for data engineering.
How we work:
We are a remote-first team that meets regularly over video and does most of our work asynchronously, in writing. We value creativity, diverse perspectives, and clear communication. Tempo is relied upon by prominent global organizations to monitor critical applications and infrastructure, and we expect everyone on the team, including our Staff engineers, to contribute ideas that make it a more reliable, more useful, and more loved product.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is $
164,490 - $197,389.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:
100% Remote, Global Culture -

*We will comply with local legislation where applicable.

Grafana Labs is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from everyone regardless of race, colour, nationality, origin, caste, sex, gender reassignment identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, religion or belief, disability, veteran status, genetic information, pregnancy, maternity, marital, family or carer status, or any other characteristic which is protected by local law. 📍This open role is based in our tech hubs in
Helsinki
or
Berlin
.
Please note:

Own features from implementation through production and ongoing maintenance.
Contribute to technical design discussions and improve the quality, scalability, observability, and maintainability of our systems.

Be willing to work outside your primary area of expertise when needed to solve the problem end-to-end.
How We Work
Ownership:
Engineers take responsibility for the features and services they work on, from development to production.
Collaboration:
We work closely across engineering, product, design, data, and operations.

Go and Kotlin
, while our frontend applications use technologies such as
TypeScript and React
.
We also work with technologies including Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and modern cloud infrastructure.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who have:
An AI-first mindset, with a deep experience in leveraging modern AI tools and solid engineering principles to solve problems end-to-end, independently of any specific technology stack.
Proven experience building production software in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments end-to-end and at scale.
Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack, with a willingness to contribute outside that area when needed.
Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Kotlin, Java, or similar, and/or modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals.
The ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaborate effectively with others.
Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset.
You do
not
need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. We welcome different balances of experience. You might be primarily a backend engineer who is comfortable making frontend changes when needed, or a frontend-focused engineer who is happy to work with APIs and backend services.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Product Operations Manager (Design), you will sit within Mistral's Product Operations function, with a focus on streamlining the operations of the design team. You will own how the Design team operates as a system — its cadences, its rituals, its coordination, and the connective tissue that lets designers focus on design. This role exists because a design org at our scale needs someone whose full-time job is the operating system itself: defining it, holding it, and continuously tuning it so the team runs with a heartbeat rather than on ad-hoc heroics.
You will own the team's weekly and quarterly cadences — from leadership syncs to planning, retros, and share-outs — and establish how we track work, surface it outward, and make decisions. You'll design the forums where decisions get made and recorded, keep the rituals that create alignment, and aggressively cut the ones that are just overhead.
Equally, you are the bridge across the org. You will coordinate the interlocks between Brand and Marketing for upcoming launches, and between Product and Product Design for the build pipeline — so interdependencies are understood and planned for, not discovered at the last minute. You will partner closely with marketing, PMs, engineering, GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping before it ships.
This is a team-of-one role with a founding design-ops mentality. You will build the discipline from scratch, automate repetitive coordination with AI where it helps, and coordinate people where it matters. You report to the Head of Product Operations, working day-to-day with the Head of Design and the design team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define the operating system of the design team — the cadences, forums, rituals, and source-of-truth that keep the team aligned and moving forward.
- Own the weekly and quarterly cadences, from leadership syncs and critiques to planning, retros, and headcount-cycle inputs.
- Coordinate the Brand × Marketing and Product × Product Design interlocks so design work is surfaced with enough lead time and dependencies are planned, not discovered late.
- Establish how the team tracks and shares out work — a single source of truth for status, and the forums where design is made legible to the rest of the org.
- Design and hold decision-making forums so decisions get made, recorded, and not relitigated.
- Separate ritual from overhead — keep the cadences that create alignment and cut the ones that are just tax.
- Automate repetitive coordination, reporting, and tracking with AI so the team spends time on design, not admin.
- Bring the wider Product Operations toolkit to the design team — data and analytics for transparent reporting, structured feedback loops and early-access programmes, and launch coordination that aligns design work with product release cycles and go-to-market timing.
- Partner with marketing, PMs, engineering and GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience in design operations, product operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff role within a creative or product organization.
- A founding design-ops mindset — you've built operational disciplines from scratch, not just maintained inherited ones.
- Comfortable automating with AI tools to remove repetitive overhead, while equally skilled at coordinating people and building coalitions without authority.
- Strong systems thinking — you design repeatable rhythms and processes, not just run meetings.
- Design literacy — enough background to have felt the pain designers feel and to be credible with the team.
- A make-it-happen attitude: positive, bias to action, unblocks rather than escalates.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills — you turn scattered signals into a shared source of truth.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define your own scope in a role with no playbook and no team to delegate to.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity

⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:

Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Location: San Francisco; United States
Workplace: Remote
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
You can be fully remote, based in the United States, preferably in San Francisco.
We expect significant travel across the US, with occasional travel to other regions when the audience quality justifies it. The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job.
WHY THIS ROLE?
Langfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications.
However, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks.
We want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum.
The goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across the US.
- Run live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets.
- Organize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences.
- Partner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well.
- Turn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles.
- You have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events.
- You already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material.
- You should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company.
- You care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong plus:
- You are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers.
- You can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material.
- You are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools.
- You have original opinions that experienced developers value.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partners Solutions Architect on Anthropic's Applied AI team, you'll be a pre-sales architect focused on building technical relationships with our Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and cloud partners (AWS and GCP). You'll strengthen these relationships to accelerate indirect revenue, enable partners' AI practices, and execute our long-term go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Strategic technical partnership:
Act as a technical thought partner to the Anthropic GTM partnerships team. Bring technical expertise to help us understand the partner landscape, drive key strategic programs, and find ways to deepen partner technical capabilities. Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, and evangelize Anthropic in their developer communities. You'll also serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Joint solution development:
Work with partners to identify high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures and best practices that speed time to deployment.
Customer deal support:
Step in to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
Partner ecosystem and events:
Represent Anthropic at partner events such as GSI customer workshops, AWS summits, and industry conferences. Lead or support partner-specific developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions, especially for technically native communities.
Product feedback:
Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic's products and offerings, especially as they relate to partner use cases and deployment patterns. Deliver it to the relevant Anthropic teams to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles, such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
A track record of partnering successfully with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges, from initial solution design through customer delivery
Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering and IT teams
Strong presentation and technical communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science
Enthusiasm for cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities
A love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
A passion for using technology in ways that are safe and beneficial, and that advance the goal of safe AI systems
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£150,000
—
£190,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses.

Grow With Us
We are looking for a Senior Software Solutions Engineer in Professional Services (PS) to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the design, development, and delivery of complex technical integrations between our platform and enterprise client systems. You'll operate at the intersection of deep software engineering and customer partnership — leading integration architecture decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical standards across the PS organization.
The majority of your time is spent writing code, architecting scalable solutions, and solving genuinely hard technical problems. You'll bring an AI-native mindset to everything you build — leveraging LLMs, automation, and modern AI tooling to deliver faster, smarter outcomes for clients and the team. You'll work directly with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into production-grade software, with direct, visible impact on customer retention and satisfaction.
Day in the Life
Integration & Internal Engineering (50%)
Architect and build robust API integrations between our platform and client HR, payroll, and POS systems
Develop and maintain reusable integration frameworks and shared libraries that accelerate delivery across the team
Own the full software lifecycle — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support
Build data migration pipelines and CSV transformation solutions for enterprise onboarding
Develop two-way payroll integrations with complex business logic and error handling
Build and deploy custom internal tools that improve team efficiency, integration observability, and customer operations
Own infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and related CI/CD tooling — you ship to production, not just to staging
Apply AI-native development practices: using LLMs and AI tooling to accelerate development cycles, generate smarter automation, and build more intelligent solutions for clients and internal teams
Technical Leadership & Mentorship (20%)
Review code and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on the PS team
Establish and document engineering best practices, integration patterns, and internal tooling standards
Champion AI best practices across the team — helping others understand when and how to use AI tooling effectively and responsibly
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface recurring customer pain points and influence the platform roadmap
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)
Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define integration scope and requirements
Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear technical specifications
Serve as the senior technical voice in client conversations — able to communicate architecture decisions confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
Custom Solutions & Tooling (10%)
Build custom reporting tools, enterprise-grade career site implementations, and AI-assisted automation for customers
Develop internal tooling and dashboards to improve team efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale PS delivery
Who You Are
Engineering Depth:
You write clean, production-quality code and take ownership of what you ship. You think in systems, not just scripts.
AI-Native:
You don't just know AI exists — you actively use it. You're fluent with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows, and you have strong instincts around where AI adds genuine value vs. where it introduces risk
Integration Expertise:
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and workflow automation platforms (Workato or similar)
DevOps Fluency:
You're comfortable with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines — shipping and maintaining production infrastructure is part of your normal workflow, not an afterthought
Technical Leadership:
You've mentored engineers, led code reviews, and contributed to engineering standards — not just executed tickets
Problem Solving:
You enjoy ambiguous problems and bring structured thinking to novel technical challenges
Communication:
You can hold your own in a technical architecture conversation and turn around and explain the same concept clearly to a non-technical customer
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs at scale
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
Demonstrated AI-native development practices — active use of LLM APIs, AI tooling, or AI-assisted workflows in prior roles
Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows (GitHub)
Experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, or similar)
Must be willing to work during US business hours
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; comfortable owning backend services while being capable across the stack
Prior experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or a customer-facing engineering role
Exposure to HRIS, payroll, or POS system integrations
Experience building and maintaining shared internal developer tooling or libraries
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic AI frameworks
