Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will guide client executives through complex business transformations, leveraging cutting-edge Wrike AI Agents, Wrike Copilot, and visual collaboration tools to map, optimize, and scale business workflows. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery:
Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. As a senior member of this team, you will play a key role in running internal enablement sessions and shaping best practices.

This is not a conventional enablement role. As AI changes how products are sold, how reps learn, and how work gets done, you'll define the right balance of human and AI effort across our go-to-market teams and design the team and workflows to match.
What will I be doing?
Building the future of revenue execution
Build a next-generation enablement function for an AI-native company, shifting from reactive training to intelligent systems that improve execution, productivity, and customer outcomes
Design scalable operating models that keep pace with fast product and GTM cycles
Embedding AI across the revenue lifecycle

Work with RevOps, Product, and Engineering to deploy AI-native tools, and drive adoption across Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, and Customer Success
Connecting product to field readiness
Integrate launch cycles, positioning, competitive intelligence, and field readiness so revenue teams can pivot quickly as products and customer needs evolve
Leading organizational change
Shape how team structures, roles, workflows, and processes evolve as we move to AI-first ways of working
Lead change management, and advise executive leadership on the long-term strategy for revenue execution
What skills do I need?
15+ overall years of experience, 5+ years of leading enablement teams at a technology company.
Track record building or evolving enablement, GTM operations, or revenue systems functions in high-velocity SaaS or AI-native environments
Mastery of strategic revenue systems, including:
Complex revenue workflows
High-velocity product launch cycles
Next-generation GTM execution
Precision sales productivity systems
Hands-on experience operationalizing AI-powered tools and workflows across the revenue lifecycle
Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, and RevOps
Ability to combine systems thinking with fast execution
Experience leading complex organizational change
We're intentionally looking beyond traditional enablement backgrounds. Strong candidates may come from GTM strategy and operations, commercialization, product operations, AI workflow design, or product-led GTM.
You might be a fit if you:
Think in systems and adapt quickly
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building where no playbook exists
Believe AI will fundamentally reshape how revenue organizations operate

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.
- A track record of establishing data-modeling architecture, principles, or standards that guide how other engineers build and maintain models.
- Strong business judgment: you focus on why data is needed and what problem it solves, not only how models are built.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing data in executive-level and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to form clear, evidence-based opinions, challenge existing approaches, and lead change under sustained pressure including recommending that work be stopped or rebuilt when needed.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization with low approval layers, where data supports many business functions. Scale-up experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, hands-on experience with DBT, and familiarity with at least one BI or dashboarding tool.
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English
- To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases
Push the cost and latency frontier of GPU inference — turning batch jobs that took days into hours and cutting inference cost by multiples — while giving product teams a clean choice across open-weight and closed-source models with reliability, fallback, observability, and cost controls built in.
Build platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards for latency, scale, monitoring, SLOs, playbooks, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with — and raise the technical bar for — ML engineers, product engineers, data scientists, and platform teams across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to turn emerging GenAI capabilities into durable platform primitives.
Set technical direction for the future of the company's centralised GenAI platform — including emerging directions such as reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLVR), agent optimisation, and other post-training and agentic techniques — enabling the next generation of AI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation.
We’re excited about you because…
BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Deep backend engineering fundamentals, especially in Python and distributed systems.
Track record of designing and owning production services, APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure at scale.
Experience operating systems in production, including observability, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance/cost optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or fine-tuning of open-weight models in production — serving (latency, throughput, batching, autoscaling, GPU utilization) and/or fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA).
Demonstrated technical leadership: leading design across ambiguous, fast-moving technical areas, mentoring engineers, and turning customer use cases into reusable platform capabilities
Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software
Nice To Haves
Experience with LLM inference engines and serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) in production
Experience with distributed/multi-node fine-tuning and training pipelines (SFT, DPO/RLHF, LoRA), including data preparation and evaluation
GPU performance work — multi-node/distributed inference, KV-cache/memory optimisation, quantisation (FP8/INT8/AWQ/GPTQ), or cold-start/throughput tuning
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), GPUs, serverless/elastic GPU platforms (e.g., Modal), or high-throughput batch systems
Experience with LLM gateways, model routing, vendor abstraction, or cost attribution
Experience building developer platforms, internal platforms, or self-serve infrastructure
Experience building and deploying AI agents or MCP servers in production
Experience with eval systems, LLM observability, tracing, RAG, search, or vector databases

About Semaphore:
Semaphore is a remote-first software company building continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) products for engineering teams. Their customers rely on Semaphore Cloud and self-hosted enterprise products to build, test, and deliver software securely and reliably. The company has extensive experience building developer infrastructure at scale and is now creating new products and capabilities for a world increasingly built by people working with AI coding agents.
About the role:
The Senior Product Engineer will take important ideas from early, ambiguous problems to useful products running in production. The role involves working across product and engineering boundaries: understanding users, shaping solutions, making technical decisions, building systems, and improving them based on real use. Responsibilities include extending mature Semaphore products and starting small experiments or new products. The focus is on achieving strong outcomes rather than completing predefined tickets. AI coding agents are integrated into daily workflows and expected to be used fluently to explore, build, test, and ship faster. The role requires accountability for choosing the right problems, setting direction, making trade-offs, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence, reliability, and maintainability. Strong ownership, initiative, taste, and judgment are essential, with comfort moving between product questions, system design, code, infrastructure, and user experience.
What you will own:
— Take product ideas from problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and iteration, including experiments that may grow into standalone products.
— Work directly with users and internal stakeholders to identify real problems, decide what is worth building, and make pragmatic scope and architecture decisions.
— Build across backend services, APIs, infrastructure-facing components, and focused frontend experiences, reusing proven Semaphore systems before introducing new infrastructure.
— Use AI coding agents effectively while maintaining high standards for correctness, security, clarity, and product quality.
— Own the production outcome, including reliability, observability, supportability, and compliance with Semaphore's security requirements.
— Communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly.
What we are looking for:
— Proven track record of independently shipping meaningful software products or major product capabilities.
— Strong product judgment to identify essential user problems, reduce unnecessary scope, and recognize when an experience is ready to ship.
— Strong engineering judgment in system design, implementation, reliability, and maintainability.
— Strong backend and systems fundamentals including APIs, asynchronous processing, service boundaries, state and lifecycle management, retries, idempotency, and failure recovery.
— Comfort with infrastructure concepts such as virtual machines, storage, networking, authentication, secrets, containers, and cloud platforms.
— Ability to navigate a polyglot environment; Semaphore systems include Go, Elixir, Ruby, React, and related technologies, though expertise in every language is not required.
— Enough frontend capability to build or extend focused product user experiences without relying on a separate team.
— Fluency with modern AI-assisted development including decomposing work for agents, supplying useful context, reviewing generated changes, and building verification into workflows.
— Initiative and persistence, ability to make progress with incomplete information, surface risks early, and involve others when needed.
— Strong written and spoken English and experience working independently in a remote, asynchronous team.
— Emphasis on quality and ownership over years of experience or exact stack match.
Nice to have:
— Experience building developer tools, CI/CD systems, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products.
— Hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
— Experience evolving a mature codebase while introducing new products or architectures.
— Experience in lean environments where senior engineers participate directly in product discovery and customer conversations.
What success looks like within first three months:
— Ownership of a meaningful product problem and shipping a useful capability to production.
— Demonstrated good product taste, clear technical decisions, and disciplined scope.
— Learning enough of Semaphore's platform to reuse strengths and avoid unnecessary reinvention.
— Using AI coding agents to increase output while maintaining understandable, tested, and reliable systems.
— Faster product and engineering decisions due to clear options, sound calls, and follow-through.
— Gaining team trust to drive ambiguous new products or features to strong results.
How you will work:
— Senior individual contributor role with broad ownership.
— Close collaboration with engineering, product, infrastructure, and company leadership.
— Small teams with direct communication and expectation of exercising judgment.
— Opportunity to shape both product and implementation.
— Responsibility for the whole outcome: what gets built, why it matters, how well it works, and post-shipment results.

We're growing our strategic partnerships team, and we're looking for someone who can do more than run a B2B sales pipeline. We want a person who can take a big partnership from the very first conversation all the way to launch. This isn't about sending hundreds of cold emails, and it isn't a classic account manager job. You'll figure out which companies are worth partnering with, find the people who actually make decisions there, and get to know how their business works. Then you'll shape an offer that makes sense for them and guide it through every stage: negotiations, a pilot, the contract, and the launch. We are looking for a hunter mindset: someone who is motivated by difficult markets, complex deals, and the challenge of opening doors that are not already open.
Задачи:
— Build new strategic partnerships with travel companies, agency networks, airlines, OTAs, travel platforms, loyalty programs, fintech companies, travel-tech players, and other distribution channels.
— Identify the right decision-makers and find ways to reach them through your network, LinkedIn, industry events, associations, mutual contacts, and other channels.
— Build a specific partnership hypothesis for each account rather than sending a generic company presentation.
— Lead discovery calls and meetings.
— Negotiate with senior decision-makers and functional leaders.
— Discuss and structure commercial models including commission, net rates, revenue share, white label, API integrations, and pilot programs.
— Manage long sales cycles and consistently move opportunities forward.
— Initiate and launch pilot partnerships.
— Attend travel industry events and conferences with a clear target list and pre-arranged meetings.
— Bring in Product and Development teams when an opportunity requires technical integration or product changes.
— Hand over signed partners into implementation and make sure partnerships actually go live and start generating business.
Требования:
— 4–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
— Experience in travel, mobility, OTA, airlines, hospitality, travel tech, TMC, tour operating, or a closely related industry.
— Experience with complex B2B deals and multi-month sales cycles.
— A proven track record of partnerships you personally initiated and helped take through signing or launch.
— Ability to independently identify decision-makers and create access to them.
— Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
— Ability to quickly understand the other side’s priorities and adapt the proposition accordingly.
— Experience creating tailored commercial proposals and business cases.
— Understanding of common B2B partnership models: commission, net rates, revenue share, affiliate etc.
— Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
— Comfortable discussing integrations, implementation timelines, constraints, and requirements with Product and Development teams.
— English at C1–C2 level, both spoken and written.
— Conversational Russian for communication.
— Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
— High level of independence and ownership.
— Strong pipeline discipline and follow-up skills.
— Ability to work through objections, existing supplier relationships, slow-moving deals, and long periods without immediate results.
— Preferably based in the European Union or Asia, with flexibility to travel internationally and obtain visas when needed.
Преимущества:
— An existing professional network in travel, mobility, airlines, OTA, hospitality, or travel tech.
— Experience working with agency networks, host agencies, consortia, cruise, loyalty.
— Experience launching API, white-label, or co-branded partnerships.
— Experience entering new markets or building a new B2B channel from scratch.
Не подходит, если:
— Most of your experience is in high-volume cold outreach;
— You are used to working mainly with inbound leads;
— Your background is primarily in managing existing accounts;
— You expect to receive a ready-made lead list and detailed instructions on whom to contact;
— You are uncomfortable starting from a blank page and figuring out how to create an opportunity yourself.
Условия:
— A high-impact role with significant growth potential.
— You will join at a stage where our strategic partnerships function is being actively reshaped, with the opportunity to grow together with it and take on broader responsibility over time.
— Work with international travel companies and strategic partners.
— The ability to influence not only sales, but also the B2B product itself.
— Participation in international travel industry events and conferences.
— Significant room for your own ideas, hypotheses, and initiatives.
— Remote format.
— A competitive fixed salary, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role, plus a performance-based bonus.

The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a lead product manager to own what we build next for these clients.

What you'll do
Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and work closely with the solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field
Build and run a discovery channel of your own: a panel of compliance, risk and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators for structured (including paid) interviews, so requirements never depend on a single client
Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, with the reason behind each request documented, and defend the ranking to leadership

Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East and other markets
Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering

5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution
Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function
Has led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
Directs discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda
Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
Bonus points
Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders
This role must be performed outside the United States. We are unable to consider candidates who will work from within the U.S.
