ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $165,000–$380,000 USD
Looking for a hands-on implementation role focused on custom delivery, bespoke integrations, and scoped consulting projects? Please check out the Deployed Engineer (Professional Services) roles.
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

- Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
WHAT YOU NEED

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America (west coast only) and the UK — we also have offices in San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
Japan has been one of Runway’s fastest-growing markets, even without a major commercial presence – it's our third-largest market among both enterprise and self-serve customers, and the fastest-growing self-serve market in Asia. As a user of Runway yourself and a content creator, you will handle pre and post-sale work, ensuring that customers are using Runway to it’s full potential, as well as any creative work in the product, inclusive of media content, presets, featured workflows, etc. You’ll also have a hand in any marketing sprints for model and feature releases. This role requires full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English.
Things are always moving quickly at Runway. We need team members with an agile and dynamic mentality who are comfortable with change and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a job is done optimally.

- Craft content and lead demonstrations to show Enterprise prospects and customers how to leverage and utilize Runway most strategically
- Partner with our Sales and Creative teams to provide guidance and training to Enterprise prospects and customers.
- Highlight and explain common use cases and workflows for Enterprise organizations
- Serve as the day-to-day product expert for both pre and post sales conversations; help businesses understand the potential of utilizing Runway in their creative pipeline
- Be a champion for our customers and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights; liaise between customers and our internal teams in order to provide the best support and experience possible
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience & expertise creating content from end to end
- Experience working with Japanese enterprises a plus
- Passion for experimentation when it comes to content creation and creative workflows- you care more about “how we get there” than “the destination”
- Comfort working with creative tools in addition to Runway (Adobe, DaVinci Resolve etc), as well as an understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
- You love sharing and presenting the things you’ve built
- Ability to deliver complex information to customers in a clear and concise way
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and growing environment
- Excitement about AI and motivation to continuously learn more about this new and exciting space!
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
