About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Social Escalations Manager to be a founding member of a new pillar of our Operations organization: Community & Executive Escalations. This role is the front line of how Anthropic protects its reputation when high-stakes user issues surface on public social platforms. You'll help stand up the function from scratch and operate it day-to-day. You'll actively monitor brand and product conversations, triage emerging issues, and own social escalations end-to-end. During live escalations, you'll build real-time social reports that turn data into actionable recommendations to resolve issues quickly and reduce reputational risk. The ideal candidate pairs deep fluency in the social analytics landscape with calm judgment under pressure, sharp written communication, and a bias toward action.
Key responsibilities
Build the team's playbooks, escalation criteria, tooling solutions, and SOPs to successfully manage social escalations
Actively monitor public social channels for brand mentions, surfacing potential escalations and triaging them against defined criteria
Own social escalations end-to-end during your coverage hours
Communicate crisply with internal stakeholders: brief executives on live situations, give Comms partners the facts they need, and keep incident channels useful and current
Build social reports in real-time, using the data to drive actionable recommendations that quickly and effectively resolve live incidents and reduce reputational risk
Write clear post-escalation reports that capture what happened, what we did, and what should change—so the next escalation is easier than the last
Help iterate on the team's playbooks, response templates, escalation criteria, and SOPs based on what you learn running real cases
Minimum qualifications
6+ years of experience in social analytics, escalations management, customer support, or a related front-line operations role—ideally at a consumer or developer platform
Deep knowledge of the social landscape and hands-on experience using social listening tools (query writing, alert design, API pipelines, report building)
Excellent judgment under pressure and have a strong instinct for how issues spread across public social platforms
Sharp written communication—you can brief a senior leader in three sentences and document an incident so the next responder can pick it up cold
Comfort coordinating across functions in real time and influencing partners without positional authority
A pattern-detection mindset—you spot the second-order issue beneath the first-order complaint and surface it to the right people
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this team is brand new and you'll be helping define what good looks like as you operate
Excitement about protecting Anthropic's reputation and relationships at a moment when public attention on AI has never been higher
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$210,000
—
$260,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.

Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $215,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Sourcegraph is at the forefront of building AI tools to solve the biggest problems in the software industry, problems that only get bigger as codebases grow and as more of the work is done by agents. The
Code Understanding
team owns the surfaces where that intelligence meets the developer:
Deep Search
, our agentic, multi-step answer engine across an enterprise's entire lineup of codebases,
Query Assist
, turning natural language queries into Sourcegraph query syntax,
Smart Hovers
, concisely summarizing symbols right where devs need it, guided diff review, and the APIs that both humans and AI agents rely on every day.
Most of what makes those surfaces tick is
agent engineering
: a blend of software engineering, machine learning, and statistics. Agent engineering tells us which model to use and when, how to retrieve and pack context, how to measure answer quality, where to fine-tune or distill a smaller model to cut costs and latency, and how to expand a single LLM call into a reliable multi-step agent. As the
staff ML and agent engineer on Code Understanding
, you'll be the technical owner of it: setting the tam’s direction for models, evaluations, and agentic systems, making our products measurably better, faster, and cheaper, and raising the team's fluency in building with models.
This is a
staff-level role
: we're hiring a technical leader, not just a strong individual contributor. The primary need is a production ML and evaluation authority who also builds production agent systems. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous problems in this space, set standards others follow, and influence direction beyond your immediate team. You'll get the exhilarating chance to drive the vision on how we can provide the best code understanding experience on the market by combining our deterministic, large-scale systems and AI into experiences never seen before.
Concretely, you'll own work like:
Agentic systems.
You'll design and harden the multi-step, tool-using agent loops behind current and new agentic experiences, turning research and experiments into reliable, observable, and affordable products at enterprise scale.
Pragmatic use of evaluations.
Crafting agentic products means needing to tell when a change actually helped, which is hard when agents keep changing and the product keeps shifting. You'll bring judgment about where evaluations earn their keep, when to use targeted smoke tests and metrics, and how to avoid noise dressed up as rigor, so we can move fast with confidence.
Models: selection, upgrading, and training.
You'll decide which models we run where, drive upgrades, and fine-tune our own when that's the right call.
Retrieval and context engineering.
You'll push on how we ground models in a customer's code - retrieval, ranking, context windows, citations - to make answers more accurate and verifiable.
Cost and latency.
Every surface has a per-user economic budget. You'll treat cost and latency as product features, and profile, distill, cache, and right-size models so we can ship ambitious features sustainably.
You'll do this on a small, senior-leaning team that ships quickly, owns a lot of product surface, and has streamlined product management: engineers here talk to customers, frame the problem, and own it end-to-end. You'll have real agency over technical direction and a direct line to the impact of your work.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Get the Code Understanding products and their model/agent pipelines running end-to-end locally, and land your first improvements to a model, prompt, retrieval path, or eval.
Build a clear picture of where the AI engineering pain is, and the product surfaces most constrained by them.
Get to know the team and our customers, and start forming your own opinions about where our agentic products should go next.
Join the team's on-call support rotation.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Own a meaningful agentic slice of the product end-to-end, driving it from problem-framing through rollout and measurement.
Establish how the team ships model and prompt changes responsibly: the evals, dashboards, and guardrails that make quality and cost regressions visible before customers feel them.
Begin up-leveling teammates in building with models by pairing with them, reviewing their code, and modeling good agent engineering instincts.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Be the recognized technical authority for agent engineering and agentic systems on Code Understanding. You will be the person teammates, and increasingly the wider department, defer to on model, eval, and agent-design decisions.
Have measurably moved the products: better answer quality, lower cost/latency, or new agentic capabilities that weren't feasible before.
Be setting the direction of the team's roadmap where it intersects agents, bringing conviction, backed by evidence, about which bets are worth making, and pulling other engineers up to execute on them.
About you
You are a
staff engineer and technical leader with hard-won skills across production machine learning, evaluation, and agent systems
. This high-leverage role relies on your ability to make sound model and evaluation decisions for a fast-moving product, build the production systems around them, steer technical direction, and be a force multiplier for a talented, product-minded team. You're equally comfortable reasoning about an eval harness, a fine-tuning run, a retrieval pipeline, and the multi-step agent loop that ties them together, and you make everyone around you better at all of it.
You operate at staff scope: you own the most ambiguous, highest-risk problems in your domain, go into whatever codebase a problem requires, set standards and patterns others adopt, and translate fluidly between engineering goals and business objectives. You influence direction beyond your immediate team. You lead through technical excellence and mentorship.
You have personally owned a production model lifecycle.
You have trained or fine-tuned at least one model and taken it from dataset construction through evaluation, production rollout, and monitoring. You can explain how you chose between training or fine-tuning and prompting or retrieval, how you chose baselines and metrics, what error analysis revealed, and how production evidence affected the next version.
You build agents, fluently and opinionatedly.
You've designed multi-step agentic systems and made them reliable, observable, and cost-bounded. You have a point of view on where agents shine and where deterministic code or human judgment is required.
You have strong evaluation judgment.
You build representative datasets, meaningful baselines, useful error taxonomies, and release criteria that connect offline measurements to production behavior. You know where rigorous evaluations earn their keep, where lightweight smoke tests or qualitative review are enough, and where a precise-looking metric is misleading.
You treat cost and latency as product constraints.
You make measured quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs and use the appropriate combination of model selection, prompting, retrieval, caching, distillation, and fine-tuning rather than reaching reflexively for a more complex model.
You operate autonomously on ambiguous problems.
Given a rough product idea, a few customer quotes, and a Slack thread, you come back with a plan, a prototype, milestones, and a point of view on tradeoffs, without it being pre-scoped. You own high-technical-risk projects end-to-end.
You contribute beyond your domain.
As a senior IC, you go into whatever part of the codebase a problem requires, recognize issues beyond your immediate area, and translate between engineering goals and business objectives.
You up-level the people around you.
You mentor by pairing on hard problems, providing substantive design and code reviews, and spreading agent engineering literacy across the team. You see investing in your teammates' growth as part of the job.
You're customer and product-driven.
You're comfortable on customer calls and in feedback threads, you turn raw signals into requirements, scopes, and milestones, and you push back when feedback would lead the product astray.
You're pragmatic, not a perfectionist.
You ship the smallest correct thing, prefer robust solutions over complicated ones, and keep a high-quality bar with simplicity.
On the engineering fundamentals:
You're a strong software engineer who can ship production services.
You're comfortable across our stack - Go on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, GraphQL, Postgres, Docker - or you're clearly able and eager to get there.
You're fluent with agentic coding tools, and you understand and own every line it submits.
You're comfortable in an async-first, multi-service, fast-paced remote environment.
Nice-to-haves:
You've shipped an LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing product you can speak about opinionatedly: what worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently.
You've fine-tuned, distilled, or trained models to meet cost, latency, or quality targets in production.
Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into a product.
Experience mentoring or up-leveling engineers, especially raising a team's agent engineering fluency.

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Hasbro, play is at the heart of everything we do, and so is making sure that play is safe.
We are looking for an experienced quality, regulatory and compliance leader to head our EMEA team, driving product safety and technical compliance across Hasbro and licensed product. You will lead a specialist QA team, act as Hasbro's technical voice in the industry bodies that shape toy regulation, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards in every market they reach.
You will join a global QA team that is every bit as passionate about safety as we are about having fun. If you want to make a measurable impact on an iconic brand portfolio, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Hasbro in industry and standardization bodies including TIE, TA, ATPA, BTHA, FJP, AFNOR, CEN and ISO, shaping proportionate regulation and standards for the company and the wider toy industry.
Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, setting technical direction and providing authoritative interpretation of regulatory and licensing requirements.
Monitor regulatory change across EMEA, assess business exposure, and lead engagement with industry associations to mitigate impact.
Own the Regulatory Change Management Process for the region, ensuring new requirements are implemented on time and verified.
Develop compliance strategies for complex markets, notably distributor territories and the GCC region including Saudi Arabia, and equip local teams to meet their national requirements.
Partner with global QA licensing and EMEA licensing leadership to define, communicate and operate licensing compliance processes.
Support global development teams on new product lines: research applicable requirements and translate them into product specifications and certification programs.
Act as escalation point for market surveillance authorities and consumer safety complaints, applying balanced, ethical judgment where compliance and commercial pressures meet.
What will you bring
8+ years in product regulatory or compliance, including experience leading or mentoring across multiple markets.
Deep working knowledge of toy safety standards and legislation worldwide.
Command of EMEA and global regulation affecting Hasbro and licensed product, including REACH, the General Product Safety Regulation and the wider framework.
Working knowledge of requirements beyond the toy scope, covering 14+ product, adult collectibles and games, where the General Product Safety Regulation and related standards apply rather than toy safety legislation.
Proven experience leading a Regulatory Change Management process end to end.
Practical grounding in consumer product safety testing requirements.
Understanding of children's play patterns and how they interact with toys and games.
Experience representing a business with trade associations, regulators and market surveillance authorities.
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a global, multicultural team.
Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.
Navigate tight deadlines, shifting regulation and ambiguity with a positive mindset, a focus on solutions and a sense of humor.
Thrive in an environment of continuous improvement and learning.

As a Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will help design our smart contract systems - not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly and safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design
: Contribute to the architecture of smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Help ensure contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Collaborative Execution:
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership on high-impact blockchain projects, contributing sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of software engineering experience.
1+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains.
Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana.
Demonstrated ability to design
systems
, not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams.
Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol.
Python and/or TypeScript experience preferred (for building tooling and automation).
Strong technical grasp and excellent judgment on task prioritization.
Strong emphasis on understanding the "why" behind requirements and a commitment to defining the "minimum scope."
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Purpose of Role
As Finance Director – APAC, you will serve as the senior finance leader and strategic co-pilot to Hasbro's APAC Commercial Leadership Team. This is a broad, high-impact role that combines Sales Finance (commercial business partnering, pricing, customer P&Ls, and investment strategy) with Regional Finance (A&P and overhead stewardship, planning and consolidation) across the region.
This is a key leadership role in Hasbro's International Commercial Markets. You will own the full finance agenda for APAC — from commercial deal-making and channel strategy through to regional planning, cost discipline, and consolidated reporting — giving you end-to-end visibility and influence over the region's financial performance.
This role is built for a bold, energetic leader who combines sharp financial acumen with commercial instincts, thrives in ambiguity and change, and is ready to build and lead a high-performing, multi-market team. Driving the region to sustainable profitability is the #1 challenge — and this role is central to achieving that.
What You'll Do:
Commercial Strategy & Decision Support (Sales Finance)
• Partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to drive business performance across key markets, channels, and franchises.
• Lead pricing strategy, channel investment, profitability analysis, and customer P&L decisions.
• Act as a strategic architect — identify revenue growth opportunities and unlock margin through smart trade-offs.
Investment Planning & Regional Finance
• Partner with the Regional Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Marketing to align investment and promotional strategy.
• Lead line plan pricing recommendations across the region, supporting commercial market decision-making.
• Drive disciplined oversight of A&P and overheads across APAC.
• Lead the regional planning rhythm: weekly sales tracking, monthly business reviews, and financial performance reporting.
• Manage in-year performance processes, ensuring accurate, timely visibility of risks, opportunities, and sufficiency.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the region.
• Own regional consolidation, ensuring accurate roll-up of market-level results into the APAC view and clean handoff to Corporate Finance.
Leadership & Team Building
• Lead a combined Sales Finance and Regional Finance organization of 11 across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Australia, through 4 direct reports: Senior Finance Manager – Regional Finance, Senior Finance Manager – Sales Finance (Asia Markets), Finance Manager – Sales Finance (PAC & GEM), and a Finance Analyst – PAC & GEM who reports directly to the FD rather than through the PAC & GEM Finance Manager, by design.
• Build a culture of accountability, insight, and ownership — finance as co-pilot, not just scorekeeper.
• Actively coach and stretch team members; foster internal mobility and talent succession across a geographically dispersed team.
Strategic Alignment
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Franchise Teams, and Supply Chain to ensure strategic alignment.
• Bring best-practice commercial and regional finance discipline into APAC, drawing on global standards.
Reporting & Analytics
• Deliver impactful financial dashboards and management reporting to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with BI and systems teams to modernize tools and enhance forecast accuracy.
Financial Stewardship
• Drive compliance with financial policies and controls in partnership with Controllership and Corporate Finance.
• Protect the integrity of the financials while accelerating business momentum.
What We Are Looking For:
• 10–12+ years in Finance with a strong track record spanning Commercial Finance, FP&A, and business partnering.
• Experience in CPG, retail, consumer tech, or fast-paced, brand-led industries.
• Clear success leading high-performing, multi-market finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, pricing, customer P&Ls, A&P/overhead management, and consolidation.
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the detail.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at Senior Leadership level.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.
• Energy. Edge. Integrity. A growth mindset.

The Product Compliance team is responsible for embedding compliance into the product lifecycle and supporting the compliant development, launch and ongoing operation of OKX products and features globally across all markets in which our products and services are offered. We work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to identify regulatory and compliance requirements, assess product risks and develop practical solutions that support responsible commercial growth.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on and commercially minded Senior Compliance Manager to join our Product Compliance team.
This is a senior individual-contributor role focused primarily on the day-to-day review of new products, material product changes and existing product enhancements. The emphasis is on delivering timely, well-reasoned product compliance assessments using a risk-based approach, ensuring that material compliance risks are sufficiently mitigated and the firm’s regulatory positioning protected.
You will act as a trusted compliance partner throughout the product development lifecycle, helping Product and Engineering teams navigate complex regulatory requirements while enabling commercially viable outcomes. You will be expected to distinguish between legal or regulatory constraints that cannot be crossed, risks that can be addressed through proportionate controls, and residual risks that require documented escalation or risk acceptance.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct and document product compliance risk assessments covering areas such as regulatory perimeter and licensing, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions, trading and market conduct, asset safeguarding, data privacy and third-party risk.
Produce clear, concise and evidence-based and solutions-based compliance recommendations setting out identified risks, required mitigants, residual exposure and the proposed approval or escalation route.
Work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to develop practical and scalable solutions to identified compliance requirements.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation and audit trails for product reviews, decisions, conditions, exceptions, approvals and subsequent changes.
Support post-launch monitoring, control testing and assurance in partnership with Audit, Product and other Compliance teams, and drive remediation of identified issues.
Promote a compliance-by-design culture within the product lifecycle; communicate the Product Compliance framework and program requirements to relevant stakeholders and deliver targeted training or guidance to Product, Engineering and business teams as required.
Support special projects and priority product launches in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.
What We Look For In You
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal or Risk within financial services, fintech, payments or the cryptocurrency industry.
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, economics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Significant hands-on experience in product compliance, regulatory advisory or product risk assessment, including advising on new products and material product changes.
Strong understanding of the digital-asset industry and the products offered by crypto platforms, including trading, custody, payments, staking or earn products, lending, structured products, wallets or DeFi.
Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including licensing and regulatory-perimeter considerations, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions and trading or market-conduct requirements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze products or initiatives involving significant complexity and risk and translate regulatory requirements into practical product requirements and controls.
Experience in and demonstrated success in leveraging AI-enabled technology to maintain risk assessment standards, including ongoing tuning of agentic skills aligned with the Company’s risk appetite.
Excellent risk judgment and the ability to balance compliance rigor with a pragmatic, risk-based approach that supports responsible commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to develop and deliver repeatable product compliance solutions, controls and review processes aligned with broader group requirements.
Strong project-management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews, maintain accurate documentation and meet product-launch deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations and lead discussions with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, senior management and other Compliance stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence product decisions and constructively challenge proposals without compromising Compliance rigor.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced, globally dispersed team.
High personal integrity and sound professional judgment, including the ability to identify when an issue requires escalation.
