About Us

We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across the Nordic's largest enterprises, with a specific focus on Retail & Consumer. Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major retail and consumer brands in the Nordics — and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology.
In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
In this role you will:
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across the Nordics, with a primary focus on Retail and Consumer brands, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for retail organizations.
3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to Swedish retail and consumer brand organizations.
5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Nordics retail sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Well-connected in the Nordics retail landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Nordics, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
- A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish or Danish; strong English for internal collaboration.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
This role will be based in Poland, and you need to be residing in the country already.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead software engineers building and scaling critical platforms that power the OLX engineering ecosystem. You'll combine strong people leadership with enough technical depth to guide major projects, shape technical direction, and help the team solve complex platform challenges.
This is not a generalist Engineering Manager role. Previous experience leading an engineering team in a Platform environment is mandatory. We need someone who understands what it means to build platforms for other engineers and the unique challenges that come with balancing developer experience, reliability, scalability, standardisation, and team autonomy.
You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is hiring a Field Marketing Lead dedicated to the Public Sector Industry — one of the fastest-growing customer segments we serve, and one we believe will define how the next generation of AI-native companies adopts and builds with Claude. You will own the field marketing strategy and end-to-end execution for Public Sector audiences in the US, partnering closely with our Public Sector Sales teams.
This is a builder role. Field Marketing at Anthropic is a small, scrappy team and the Public Sector is an area of growth for the business — there is no existing playbook for you to inherit. You will design the event calendar, build the integrated digital programs, develop the necessary partnerships, and create the playbooks that scale across our Public Sector motion.
Responsibilities
Develop and activate the US Public Sector field marketing strategy end-to-end — planning, calendar, execution, and measurement.
Design and run public-sector-appropriate event formats — agency roundtables, mission-focused briefings, tech demo days, industry days, and executive breakfasts — that comply with government ethics and gift rules while building trusted relationships with program and procurement stakeholders
Plan the field calendar around the government fiscal year — building demand programs that peak ahead of federal year-end (September 30) and state budget cycles, and capitalize on use-it-or-lose-it spending windows
Own presence at anchor public sector events — from sponsorship strategy to speaker placement and on-site execution
Build co-marketing programs with the public sector channel ecosystem — distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and contract-vehicle holders — including joint events, teaming-oriented content, and partner-sourced pipeline
Partner closely with Public Sector Sales and BDRs on pre-event targeting, during-event engagement, and post-event follow-up to convert attention into pipeline
Build operational playbooks (Demo Day activation kit, hackathon kit) that the Field Marketing team can scale across regions and segments
Establish baseline metrics, dashboards, and ROI reporting for all Public Sector field programs
Be the face of Anthropic in the Public Sector ecosystem — credible with strategic partners and agencies
Minimum qualifications
Direct Public Sector-segment experience — you have built and run programs targeting the Public Sector as your primary audience, not as an enterprise field marketer who occasionally touches Public Sector
End-to-end ownership of field marketing events and programs, hands on in both strategy and execution - this is a 0-1 building role with very little foundation in place
Repeat success across multiple companies — we are looking for a pattern of impact, scaling field or demand generation programs in different environments, not a single-company tour (however strong the brand)
0-to-1 builder DNA — you've built a field marketing motion from scratch (or rebuilt one), and you also have scaled-company tenure that grounds you operationally
Tight sales alignment — you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with AEs and BDRs on account targeting, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up
Operational rigor — you can stand up vendor management, registration, follow-up workflows, and ROI dashboards without being asked
Technical credibility — you can review technical event content, brief technical speakers, and hold your own with founder/CTO audiences
Preferred qualifications
10+ years across Field Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, and Events at B2B technology companies
Experience working inside of a Public Sector organization that went through a rapid growth phase, or a blend of Public Sectors and scaled technology companies.
AI/ML field marketing experience
Existing relationships with public sector associations and research institutions
Visible thought leadership in the Public Sector ecosystem or developer ecosystem

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
