This role is ideal for someone overqualified for a traditional assistant job and eager to gain cross-functional experience in real estate, FinTech, Proptech, or adjacent sectors. Every entry-level role in the company is built as a pathway to Director-level leadership.
Job Description

Coordinate workflows between acquisitions, renovations, and lease-up phases
Manage vendor and partner databases, track compliance, and performance metrics
Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in operations within real estate, FinTech, Proptech, or a related field
Proven ability to create or refine operational processes (not just follow them)
