About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE MISSION
Payments are the infrastructure behind how modern businesses grow. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, our Account Management team helps established digital merchants turn that infrastructure into an advantage.
Based in Amsterdam, this 12-month fixed-term role will see you manage a focused portfolio of direct merchants across the EEA. You’ll work with online businesses across sectors such as retail, money transfer and fashion, with relationships spanning key markets including Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.
You’ll be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for your merchants, helping them navigate product and platform questions, shape stronger payments strategies and unlock new opportunities for growth. This is a post-sales growth role: you’ll protect and deepen existing partnerships while identifying where Checkout.com http://Checkout.com can create more value through product adoption, payment performance, commercial insight and expansion.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the customer, is comfortable with numbers and commercial conversations, and can build credibility across different markets and cultures.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own high-touch relationships with a focused portfolio of established merchants mostly across the EEA region, primarily supporting online businesses across markets such as Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.
- Act as the main point of contact for merchant queries across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s products and platform, bringing clarity, pace and strong relationship management to day-to-day partnership.
- Understand each merchant’s business model, revenue drivers and priorities, then turn that knowledge into clear account development plans.
- Identify and lead cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s products, value-added services and partner network.
- Act as a payments consultant, helping merchants improve performance and shape a comprehensive payments strategy across their markets.
- Use data, forecasting and commercial modelling to diagnose performance, identify risks, uncover growth opportunities and build credible recommendations.
- Lead commercially thoughtful pricing and negotiation conversations that balance merchant value with sustainable outcomes for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.
- Coordinate merchant projects and internal workstreams, working closely with teams such as Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Integration, Risk, Legal and Support to keep commitments moving.
- Bring the voice of the merchant into internal discussions, build strong rapport across cultures and help improve how we manage, grow and support our merchants.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
- Join a company growing at real scale: Checkout.com http://Checkout.com processed more than 300bn in total payment volume last year, compared with 183bn in 2024.
- Work with established direct merchants and globally recognised digital businesses, helping them solve complex payment challenges across the UK and their wider markets.
- Be rewarded for both account growth and broader business impact through a competitive base salary, a meaningful base-to-variable incentive mix and generous commission upside.
- Make a visible difference in a high-performance, collaborative team where ownership, learning and commercial impact are valued.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or a similar commercial role, ideally within FinTech OR payments.
- Strong written and verbal English is essential. German, Spanish or Italian language skills are a plus.
- A strong commercial mindset, with evidence of identifying growth opportunities, expanding existing relationships and delivering measurable customer or revenue impact.
- Experience managing strategic or complex accounts, building trusted relationships and navigating multiple stakeholders across different markets.
- Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to understand revenue drivers, discuss pricing and identify where value can be created.
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data, forecasting and commercial modelling.
- Payments or FinTech experience is a strong advantage, but not essential; experience in a high-growth start-up or adjacent technology environment is also relevant.
- Clear, adaptable communication, strong collaboration skills and the ability to build rapport across cultures.
- The ability to prioritise across multiple accounts, manage risk and keep important work moving in a fast-paced environment.
HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER
You’ll join a team that takes a practical, customer-first approach to account growth. We care about the quality of the relationships we build, the rigour behind our recommendations and our ability to follow through. We challenge assumptions, share knowledge and work across boundaries to solve problems for our merchants.
If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands on execution and want to help digital businesses get more from their payments infrastructure this is an opportunity to make a visible difference at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Lauren, Senior Manager of Customer Success at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market, APAC or EMEA team.
You'll own the success of a dedicated portfolio of roughly 40-60 Mid-Market customers — acting as their strategic advisor from onboarding through long-term adoption, and driving commercial outcomes across your book of business. You'll partner closely with Account Management, Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to help customers realize real value throughout their lifecycle.
We don't need you to be a marketing expert or a deeply technical one. We need someone who's an expert at asking the right questions — someone who digs until they find the real problem, not just the reported one, and who can influence a customer to make progress and move through blockers. You'll be curious and eager to understand our app well enough to take a customer's use case and turn our features into outcomes that matter to them.
What we value
Curiosity about the business behind the customer:
You're genuinely interested in how companies operate and enjoy learning your customers' industries and goals. You ask about the
why
behind a request before recommending a solution.
Trusted advisor, not ticket-taker:
You build relationships that turn you into a strategic partner rather than someone who simply answers questions. You have well-formed opinions about customer experience and aren't shy about sharing them.
Ownership of commercial outcomes:
You see CS as a value and growth engine. You take ownership of outcomes across your book and naturally look for opportunities to create more value, partnering with AM on retention and expansion.
Comfort in ambiguity:
You thrive on complex, open-ended customer challenges — bringing together business context, technical understanding, and creativity to solve them. You're calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to juggle competing priorities across a full portfolio.
AI-forward thinking:
You're comfortable using AI tools to improve your own productivity and your customers' outcomes, and you bring a growth mindset toward experimenting with new AI-powered ways of working.
What you'll do
Manage a dedicated portfolio of ~40-60 Mid-Market customers as their strategic partner across the full customer lifecycle
Lead onboarding — running kickoffs and milestone check-ins, and guiding customers to their first measurable outcomes
Build a deep understanding of each customer's goals and translate them into measurable, mutual success plans
Provide proactive, consultative guidance through regular strategic touchpoints and value-driven conversations
Monitor customer health, spot adoption trends, and address risks before they impact success
Partner with Account Management to support retention and expansion, and coordinate with Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering when deeper expertise is needed
Own escalations end to end — from identification through resolution — keeping customers informed and confident throughout
Advocate for your customers internally by sharing product feedback and influencing improvements to the customer experience
Drive AI adoption across your portfolio — coaching customers on AI-powered solutions and modeling what AI-native Customer Success looks like
Contribute to the broader CS organization by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, and participating in webinars and enablement initiatives
What we're looking for
2+ years as a Customer Success Manager for technical products, in a SaaS environment
Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity
Opinionated about customer experience — you should have well-formed views in order to give customers strategic advice
Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish (we are prioritizing multilingual candidates for this role)
Located in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or Ireland
Bonus: experience designing lifecycle messages
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The salary for this role is
$80,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Join the team as Twilio’s next Commercial Finance Manager, Carrier Relations
About the job
Join the Finance team supporting carrier supplier negotiations and wholesale trading transactions. In this role, you will lead the financial assessment of complex agreements, shape commercially sound deal structures, and deliver clear recommendations to executive decision-makers. While Carrier Relations leads the direct supplier negotiations, you will serve as their strategic Finance partner—owning the deal economics, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring approval quality.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Lead financial diligence for complex and high-value carrier agreements and relevant wholesale transactions across, including those with nonstandard commercial structures. Evaluate pricing, margin, regulatory pass-through fees, commitments, payment terms, cash flow impacts, and other sources of financial exposure.
Build and review deal models and scenarios that show how proposed terms perform under changes in volume, traffic mix, rates, and other key assumptions. Recommend structures and negotiation guardrails based on the analysis.
Partner with Carrier Relations, Routing Operations, and other stakeholders to drive resolution of financial deal decisions, document trade-offs, and move deals through the appropriate approval path. Escalate material exceptions to executive committees with a clear recommendation.
Own the design and continuous improvement of the Deal Desk Finance process, including required inputs, review steps, approval guardrails, exception handling, and handoffs. Establish standardized deal models and analysis practices, and define business requirements for Salesforce or other enterprise workflows. Partner with Systems and business teams on solution design, testing, and adoption.
Track key commitments and deal assumptions after signature, identify emerging exposure, and use actual performance to improve future deal decisions and guardrails.
Identify recurring deal themes, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into practical improvements to policy, process, and commercial strategy.
Coach senior analysts on modeling, financial judgment, and executive recommendations. Partner with the Finance Director to build and refine how the Carrier Deal Desk operates.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:

Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance and commercial teams, communicate financial trade-offs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions toward resolution.
Experience establishing analytical standards, financial guardrails, or approval processes and coaching other analysts as a senior individual contributor.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar workflow systems and enterprise financial systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
Desired:
Strongly preferred: Experience with telecommunications carriers, CPaaS, wholesale messaging or voice, or carrier relations, including familiarity with carrier pricing, routing economics, supplier agreements, and volume-based commercial structures.

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.
