🌍 Remote | UTC+8 | Core collaboration hours: 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia’s fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
Salmon’s content (marketing, product, and support) is written in English first. Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya) versions still depend on ad hoc help. We want to change it, and we're looking for a person who will help us.
You can change that. You will write for our users in their own language: the app, push notifications, ads, and the website. Furthermore, you will own the work from brief to publication and become the team’s authority on how Salmon sounds in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya).
This is a senior role. You set the quality bar, build the glossary and your own part of our style guide, and make the calls yourself rather than follow someone else’s rulebook.
Done well, it could grow into its own small team.
What you’ll do:
- Write marketing, website, product, and in-app copy in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya): the app, push notifications, ads, and the website. You decide when to translate, when to rewrite from scratch, and what stays in English.
- Adapt tone and register for audiences in different regions. Cebuano work grows as the product expands into new regions.
- Work with Marketing, Content, and Product: take briefs, challenge them, and deliver on schedule.
What you’ll own:
- Own the quality bar for all Filipino-language content, including improving what is already published.
- Review Filipino-language content before it ships, including as a backup reviewer for other authors.
- Build and own the Filipino-language glossary and your part of the style guide, aligned with brand voice.
- Define how Salmon sounds in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya), and become the team’s authority on regional-audience nuance.
- Own the work from brief to publication and make the language calls yourself, rather than follow someone else’s rulebook.
- Lay the foundation for a Filipino-language function that could grow into its own small team.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya). You write in both, not only translate. Cebuano is required from day one.
- Strong English: you read our English briefs and spot what won’t work in Filipino.
- 3+ years of professional writing in Tagalog or Cebuano as part of a company team (marketing, content, product, media, or communications), with published work you can walk us through: what you decided and why.
- Strong editorial judgment: you evaluate quality, decide on your own, and give authors clear feedback.
- Understanding of how Filipinos use financial products and apps. We value product intuition as much as language skill.
- Experience building or contributing to glossaries, style guides, or tone-of-voice guidelines, and working experience with localization tools (Lokalise, Phrase, Smartling, or Crowdin) and Figma.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of Ministries, Agencies, and defence organisations across Europe. In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government and defence engagements.
Location: Germany
Eligibility: This individual must be a German citizen living in Germany and fluent in German, enabling immediate engagement with critical defense and national security customers.
Security Clearance: German security clearance is not required, but is a strong nice-to-have.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for Germany and broader European public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex public sector and defence requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate complex procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, pubic sector and defence leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders including departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for public sector and defence timelines, security review processes, and approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government and defence deployments: privacy compliance, security, political and regulatory, technology and infrastructure.
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific customer requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government and defence deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government and defence organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with European government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain a German security clearance
Nice to Have:
- Active German security clearance
- Bilingual (English/German) proficiency
- Background in or strong familiarity with European defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role strongly prefers eligibility for German government security clearance.
We are looking for candidates eligible for German government clearance, meaning that they require German citizenship. In addition, this individual is required to be based in Germany and be fluent in German as this will enable immediate engagement with critical defence and national security customers.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management - it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of Canada's most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how Canada leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.

Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE 💭
We're looking for a frontend-leaning Product Engineer with strong product sense, judgment, and taste to help shape and build Passport https://workos.com/passport. With Passport, accessing your work apps is as simple as unlocking your device, instead of battling one sign-in prompt after another. You’ll build the experiences that make that seamless, while giving administrators clear control over access.
You'll help decide what gets built and carry it through to production. Working directly with customers, you'll turn complex identity and device workflows into clear employee and administrator experiences, with hands-on engineering across the stack.
You’ll work in an AI-native engineering environment, using AI tools to prototype, build, and iterate while maintaining a high bar for product quality and technical correctness.
RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️
- Work directly with customers, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teammates to understand their identity and device setups, identify friction, and prioritize focused improvements.
- Build onboarding and access-management experiences that help employees get started and administrators confidently manage access.
- Own features from implementation through release and iteration, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs that balance maintainability with momentum.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and security engineers to make complex access workflows simple and secure.
- Help shape how AI agents access company tools, working with adjacent product teams to make connections and configuration understandable.
QUALIFICATIONS 🌟
- 5+ years of industry software development experience, including shipping user-facing products.
- Strong frontend engineering: accessible interfaces, well-structured application state, fast interactions, and thoughtful loading, empty, error, and recovery states.
- Full-stack capability: design useful APIs, reason about data models and queries, implement authorization behavior, and debug production issues. Your deepest expertise may be frontend; you can own work across layers and collaborate with specialists when needed.
- Strong product sense and judgment: understand customer needs, identify the right problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs about priorities, scope, quality, and speed, including knowing what not to build.
- Strong product taste: you shape how a product works, not just how it looks. You can rethink complex workflows, choose sensible defaults, and make the right actions feel obvious.
- Clear communication and independent judgment through ambiguity, with the curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate across disciplines.
- Bonus: Identity, authentication, authorization, or enterprise integrations, including SAML, OIDC, or SCIM.
- Bonus: Experience building desktop applications or device-management workflows.
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, developer tools, or employee and administrator products, especially experience building an early-stage product with its first customers.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.

- Healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life

- 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave
- 12 weeks fully paid parental leave

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole acquisition process on Paid Social acquisition channels: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has already run Paid Social Ads at scale, who knows how to grow profitably in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, FTD, ROAS, payback, player LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of acquisition across all paid social ad networks (TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Snapchat, and more): planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Scale spend profitably in the US market while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and player-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across acquisition channels and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional channels.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, deposit / purchase optimization, attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run in the US within each platform's rules. Keep ads and handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of 1Password’s Developer Relations team, you’ll grow our presence where developers learn, share, and connect—especially on X, Reddit, and other relevant online communities. You’ll create technically accurate content, build relationships with technical creators, support product launches and events, and turn developer conversations into measurable audience growth and product interest. Your work will help advance 1Password’s mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director of Developer Relations, this role is remote within the United States, with the San Francisco Bay Area preferred.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in developer marketing, technical social media, community growth, or developer relations.
• A track record of growing a developer or technical audience, with a clear understanding of your contribution and results.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to follow developer documentation, try tools or integrations, and collaborate comfortably with engineers.
• Experience coordinating creator partnerships or marketing campaigns involving multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Preferred: Experience marketing developer tools, security products, infrastructure, or artificial intelligence (AI) tools; an existing network of developer creators and community builders; or experience with employee advocacy, paid social experiments, or campaign attribution.
What you can expect:
• Grow 1Password’s developer audience through campaigns and ongoing engagement across X, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
• Create posts, threads, and short-form content about developer workflows, product capabilities, security, and AI agents, partnering with engineers and developer advocates to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and build relationships with technical creators, coordinate campaign briefs and deliverables, manage approved budgets, and track performance.
• Support product launches with creator partnerships and social content that help developers understand new capabilities and get started.
• Build an employee ambassador program that helps engineers share technical insights, projects, and lessons learned in their own voices.
• Participate in developer communities by contributing useful answers, identifying relevant conversations, and bringing developer feedback back to the team.
• Amplify developer events, experiment with new formats and messaging, and use engagement, qualified traffic, and attributable signups to improve the program and connect campaigns to product adoption.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 USD and $186,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
Strategic Finance is a high-visibility, high-impact role embedded in the decision-making core of the company. - Act as the analytical engine for the executive team by leading cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and scale business processes.
- Translate operational plans into financial models, identify risks and opportunities, and hold teams accountable to KPIs.
- Own the KPI infrastructure that connects product and revenue metrics to financial outcomes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a consistent narrative across all reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience, including foundational analyst experience in investment banking or financial services, and high-impact operating experience in Strategic Finance, BizOps, or Corporate Finance at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience building and leveraging AI tools for yourself and for cross-functional use.
- A track record of operating through rapid scale: building and evolving financial models, planning processes, and reporting as a company’s complexity grows.
- Strong fundamentals in financial modeling with a rigorous and quantitative approach to measuring operational success.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple, digestible narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
- You have a high bar for operational excellence and a keen sense of how to translate complex, ambiguous business questions to a clear plan of action.
- A genuine interest in AI and its implications for industry and society

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.
