BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Market Surveillance function is responsible for detecting, investigating and reporting market abuse across our regulated trading venues, spanning spot crypto markets, crypto futures, tokenised equities, OTC markets and consumer trading. As our licensing footprint and product range grow, so does the scale and complexity of the surveillance programme behind them.
We are hiring several Senior Compliance Associates to carry out day to day surveillance across our markets, investigate what that surveillance uncovers, and help us build the programme out as the business grows.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Review and disposition surveillance alerts across our regulated markets, and record the reasoning behind each decision clearly enough that someone else can follow it.
- Carry out analytical reviews that begin with trade and order data rather than with a system-generated alert.
- Investigate escalated behaviour end to end: gather the data, reconstruct what happened, and write it up for presentation to senior compliance stakeholders.
- Assess referrals raised from across the business and externally, and take forward the ones that warrant it.
- Draft suspicious transaction and order reports and suspicious activity reports.
- Produce management information and regulatory reporting for the entities we cover.
- Contribute to surveillance platform and tooling work, including bringing new products and data sources into scope and testing that detection behaves as intended.
- Use AI and automation tools to speed up evidence-gathering and case reconstruction, with human judgement over the final call.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years experience in trade surveillance, market abuse investigation or trading conduct inside a regulated firm, such as an exchange, broker-dealer, trading venue, bank or comparable regulated trading business.
- Working knowledge of the core market abuse typologies, for example spoofing, layering, wash trading, insider dealing, front running and ramping.
- Experience reviewing and dispositioning surveillance alerts, and writing up what you found to a standard others can rely on.
- Clear, evidence-first written communication. Your case files and escalations will sometimes be read by auditors and regulators without you in the room to explain them.
- Comfort using generative AI and other automation tools to improve the speed and quality of investigative work, while maintaining the oversight that regulated casework requires.
- Based in the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Romania or Canada, with fluency in English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Exposure to crypto-asset markets is welcomed but not required.
- Hands-on use of a surveillance platform such as Scila, Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus or NICE Actimize.
- SQL or a similar query tool for evidence-gathering.
- Experience drafting suspicious transaction and order reports or suspicious activity reports.
- Electronic communications surveillance experience.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Business fluency in English and Polish
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions condsultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, we create marketing that moves people to choose our products, builds a brand where great marketers want to work, and fuels the growth of our business.
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join Marketing and help transform how we work internally. You’ll design and build AI-assisted workflows, agents and integrations that reduce manual effort, improve how information moves across the team and give marketers more time to focus on high-value work.
Marketing Operations Team owns our marketing technology and tools, and the automation that supports go-to-market execution across our channels. This role works alongside Marketing Operations, with a different starting focus: improving the internal processes, workflows and systems that help Marketing plan and deliver its work. The aim is to 10x our impact.
This is a hands-on technical role in a marketing team. You’ll spend around 70% of your time building: understanding how work gets done, finding where it is manual or breaking down, and shipping practical solutions. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations to make sure what you build fits our existing tools and standards.
You’ll work across Marketing, in close partnerships across Marketing Operations, Commercial AI Transformation and the AI Centre of Excellence. You’ll bring a clear technical point of view on what is scalable and reliable, while making sure the systems you build are useful to the people who need them.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
FIND THE PROBLEMS WORTH SOLVING
Work with teams across Marketing to understand their processes and the work behind their requests. Map workflows, identify manual effort, duplicated work, missing context and avoidable errors, then prioritise opportunities based on their potential value. You’ll use your creativity and judgement rather than simply build to a ticket.
BUILD AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOWS AND INTEGRATIONS
Create and ship agents, automations, skills and integrations that make internal marketing work easier. You might use Claude Enterprise, Copilot Studio, Clay, MCP connectors, coding agents or other tools across our marketing stack. Work with Marketing Operations when a solution involves our marketing technology or channel tools.
MAKE INTERNAL MARKETING WORK MORE EFFICIENT
Build workflows that help teams do the work behind marketing more efficiently, from briefing, research and insight gathering to planning, content development and hand-offs. Connect information and tools so people spend less time on repetitive coordination and more time on work that needs their expertise. Partner with Marketing Operations where workflows touch marketing technology or channel execution.
BUILD SYSTEMS PEOPLE CAN RELY ON
Design beyond the individual task. Consider the data, context, tools, users, hand-offs, controls and feedback loops a workflow needs to work well. Identify where information is missing, where an agent needs better direction or where teams need support to use and improve the system.
HELP MARKETERS BUILD WITH AI
Work alongside marketers to show what is possible and help them use AI with confidence. Create reusable patterns, skills, playbooks and guardrails so teams can solve more problems themselves and repeat good practice.
TEST, LEARN AND IMPROVE
Prototype and test workflows, learn from how people use them, and improve or retire them based on the results. Identify design, security, privacy, brand and scale risks early, and follow our AI governance and review processes.
KEEP UP WITH THE TOOLS
Stay curious about new models, coding tools, connectors and agent patterns. Be able to explain which tools are right for a particular job and why, whether you’re comparing Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents or emerging platforms.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
YOU BUILD THINGS
You’ve made working automations, prototypes, integrations, agents, internal tools or products, and enjoy taking a messy problem through to something people can use. Your job title matters less than what you’ve built and the value it creates.
YOU USE AI HANDS-ON
You use LLMs to get work done, not just to talk about what they could do. You’re comfortable prototyping with AI coding tools, testing different approaches, debugging and improving the result. You can show us something you’ve built with Claude, Codex, ChatGPT or another LLM platform, at work or in your own time.
YOU HAVE SOUND TECHNICAL JUDGEMENT
You can reason about systems, APIs, data flows, permissions and failure modes. You understand the difference between a promising demo and a dependable workflow. You don’t need a traditional software engineering background, but you do need to be comfortable working directly with technical tools and making sensible implementation choices.
YOU UNDERSTAND MARKETING AND GTM
You understand how demand generation, growth, customer marketing, marketing operations, sales and revenue processes connect. You’re familiar with concepts such as campaign briefs, segmentation, ABM, lead scoring, MQLs, MQAs, pipeline, attribution and lifecycle stages. You’re interested in the business outcomes behind the work.
YOU’VE WORKED ACROSS MARKETING OR REVOPS TOOLS
You’ve built or supported workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Clay or similar tools. You can think across a stack rather than optimise one tool in isolation, and you’re comfortable with connectors, APIs, webhooks or MCP-style integrations.
YOU KNOW HOW TO DESIGN USEFUL WORKFLOWS AND AGENTS
You can give a workflow the context it needs, choose the right tools, define hand-offs, involve people at the right points and make outputs easy to review. You understand that an agent’s performance depends on its data and operating environment as well as the model.
YOU PRIORITISE FOR VALUE
You can judge which problems are worth solving, which should remain manual and where a simpler answer will work better. You balance speed, quality, risk, maintainability and commercial impact, and can make a clear case for what to build next.
YOU MEASURE AND IMPROVE YOUR WORK
You’re comfortable defining success measures, tracking usage and output, and deciding what to improve, stop or scale. You care about measurable gains in productivity, quality, speed or business impact.
YOU THINK IN SYSTEMS
You look for the process behind the immediate pain point. When a spreadsheet is difficult to use, for example, you’re curious about the data, decisions and hand-offs that created it, and what would make the process work better. You can hold the bigger picture while working through the details needed to ship.
YOU COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND BRING PEOPLE WITH YOU
You can explain technical ideas to marketers, commercial leaders, Product, Engineering, Security, IT and Operations in a way that helps them make decisions. You listen well, communicate simply and influence through your work and judgement.
YOU’RE CURIOUS AND SELF-STARTING
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to learn. You’ve taught yourself new tools, built something outside your formal remit or pursued a technical interest in your own time. A personal project, prototype, automation, community contribution or other example could show us how you learn.
YOU USE AI RESPONSIBLY
You understand that marketing systems need to be accurate, secure, explainable and aligned with our brand and company standards. You know when people need to review an output, when data should not be used and when an experiment is not ready to scale.
You might come from marketing technology, marketing operations, growth engineering, RevOps, automation engineering, product, full-stack engineering or another technical role close to commercial teams. What matters most is your curiosity about marketing, your judgement about what is worth improving and your ability to build practical solutions.

Who Is Wrike and Our Culture
We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
Hybrid work mode
Wrike is our people, not a place. With 1,000+ employees collaborating across nearly every time zone, we support talent through 10 global hubs — Australia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, India, Ireland, Japan, and the United States — offering flexible ways of working that include remote work, hybrid environments, and co-working spaces across many locations.
While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.
