ABOUT THE CAPITAL MARKETS TEAM
Capital Markets is responsible for the company’s financial markets facing businesses including daily trading operations, opportunity identification and growing those business lines. As Wealthsimple’s interface to the markets we are ultimately responsible for the execution of all the firm’s orders both on behalf of our clients and the company’s own trading activities. In order to accomplish this we work closely with and partner with functions across the company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Quantitative Trader at Wealthsimple, you’ll be conducting research and building models that describe how the markets behave, turn that research into algorithms and business insights to produce an edge for our clients and the company. You will also manage the daily trading operations of those systems. In this role you will have the opportunity to apply the theoretical, coming up with ideas, simulating to prove a thesis, validating with real world results and dynamically responding to changing conditions. We’re looking for self-starters who are excited about the prospect of building a new function, defining new tools and pipelines and ultimately owning the outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build quantitative models that describe and predict how markets move; this will involve conducting research and understanding liquidity profiles, price movement and market microstructure.
- Model the characteristics of order flow, including flow toxicity, classification of activity, to inform and optimize routing, execution and risk decisions.
- Develop trading algorithms to programmatically decide how orders are generated and routed, and work alongside engineers to deploy those systems into production.
- Manage the daily trading operations of our algorithmic trading systems.
- Respond to changing market conditions to ensure algorithms are placing orders optimally.
- Design and maintain simulation frameworks to validate algorithm performance against historical data.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations and product teams.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative trading, quantitative research, algorithmic trading development, or a closely related capital markets role
- STEM degree from a leading institution
- Excellent Python scripting
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability, stochastic processes, and quantitative methods
- Understanding of Canadian equity market structure
- Familiarity with low-latency trading technologies and methodologies
- CIRO-registered as a trader is an asset
WHO YOU ARE
- You take ownership, and want to directly drive outcomes. You will come up with the ideas, prove those ideas out, get them implemented and be responsible for how they run day in and day out. Holding yourself accountable for the results.
- You are data driven and methodical. You are comfortable working with statistics and will follow the numbers, not force them to conform to a thesis.
- You like to understand the full system, if something does not align with your mental model you will ask questions and dig in.
- You have a passion for financial markets, including news-moving items, financial engineering, various assets, market microstructure and the technology that enables markets.
- You can communicate complex concepts clearly, and are adept at adjusting based on your audience.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
You will run the external audit calendar for our SOX 404 program as we scale toward an IPO. That means coordinating with our external auditors across the year, aligning testing windows with control owners, educating our control owners, and keeping requests and deliverables on schedule. You will also own SOX scoping and risk assessment cycles, deficiency tracking, and status reporting, and help roll out our GRC platform so the program runs from one system of record instead of spreadsheets. You will scale the program through AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and speed up our SOX program.
This role reports to the Head of Business Controls and works closely with everyone on the SOX and Internal Audit team. This is an individual contributor role for someone who keeps a complex program on schedule, writes clearly, and makes the program simpler each cycle.
Key responsibilities
Own the annual SOX audit calendar, including interim and year-end testing windows, walkthrough schedules, and key deliverable dates agreed with external auditors.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external auditor requests. Triage, route, and track each request to closure, including PBC (provided-by-client) lists and evidence deliveries.
Coordinate auditor walkthroughs and fieldwork with process owners, control owners, and the SOX Testing team, so each control owner is asked for the same evidence once.
Track auditor findings, management responses, and deficiency follow-ups, and report status to Internal Audit leadership.
Prepare control owners and process owners for auditor sessions, and get evidence delivered on time without direct authority over them.
Lead the annual SOX scoping and risk assessment, including quarterly refreshes, and support the annual Fraud Risk Assessment, so the program has appropriate scope and coverage under COSO.
Monitor BP and IT SOX testing and report status to leadership and share status with external auditors
Lead work with the business to improve control documentation, including education of templates and SOX guidance.
Find optimization and automation opportunities across the SOX lifecycle through the use of AI.
Support the rollout of the GRC tool for SOX, including control libraries, workflows, evidence requests, and testing templates.
Define the data and reporting requirements the platform must meet, and test that it produces what the program needs.
Run the quarterly sub-certification process and report results to leadership
Own SOX program status reporting: dashboards and metrics for leadership, audit calendar progress, and deficiency and remediation status.
Own status reporting for the full SOX lifecycle: scoping and risk assessment, testing, deficiencies and remediation, segregation of duties (SOD), SOC 1 report reviews, the fraud risk assessment, and audit calendar progress.
Minimum qualifications
Big 4 audit firm experience on SOX 404 or ICFR engagements, including managing audit calendars, PBC requests, and fieldwork with external audit teams.
Experience working directly with external auditor teams on requests, testing schedules, and findings, from the company side.
Several years of hands-on SOX 404 experience, including scoping, risk assessment, control documentation, testing, and deficiency evaluation.
Working knowledge of the COSO framework, ICFR, and PCAOB standards.
Experience developing or maintaining Risk and Control Matrices and process documentation or flowcharts.
Experience implementing or administering a GRC systems
Experience reporting program status, metrics, and issues to senior leadership.
Ability to get control owners to deliver on time without authority over them.
Clear writing and calm coordination under deadline pressure.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
In-house SOX experience at a pre-IPO or newly public company.
Experience running a fraud risk assessment.
CPA, CISA, or similar certification.
Comfort with SQL or data tools for reporting, and experience building lightweight automations, including with Claude.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSIONS
As Alan’s Corporate Paralegal, you will own the corporate governance of a fast-growing international group (six jurisdictions and a dozen entities today, more in the coming months) and rebuild how that work gets done with AI. The role has three parts:
Own Alan’s corporate governance with full ownership.
- Prepare Boards, General Meetings and committees documentation across the group, with internal teams and auditors;
- Keep entity records, registers and filings accurate and up to date;
- Run the annual accounts approval and filings for each entity, with Finance and auditors;
- Be the go-to contact for shareholder and Board questions;
- Support cross-border projects with research and drafting.
Build the governance playbook as Alan expands.
- Set up governance for each new entity, in a way the next one can reuse;
- Write the playbooks, templates and guidance local teams need to follow our processes;
- Adapt equity frameworks and documentation to new countries and local rules.
Automate the repetitive work with AI.
- Build workflows that run in the background with light human review, using no-code tools and Alan’s internal AI, with support from our tooling team;
- Start with recurring events such as meeting minutes, equity movements and the filings calendar.
You will join the Corporate Governance Area, led by Anne-Lise Delfanne https://www.linkedin.com/in/anne-lise-d-4a454bb/, and work alongside a team of legal and corporate operations experts. Our collaboration model encourages growth and curiosity, so you will never feel cornered in your role.
KEY OUTCOMES AFTER SIX MONTHS
After six months, you will have:
- Taken ownership of the recurring governance work for our French entities;
- Built AI agents and workflows that take a large share of manual work off you and the team;
- Improved our templates and documentation;
- Reviewed or drafted legal documents in several areas;
- Supported our international expansion, for example by opening an entity or onboarding a local team on our processes;
- Built strong working relationships with the Corporate Governance Area, Finance, People and local advisors.
From then onwards, the role grows with you: M&A, fundraising, reorganisations and more.
PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES
SKILLS
This role sits at the intersection of legal knowledge, corporate operations, and AI tooling. We don't expect anyone to arrive fully skilled across all three dimensions. What matters most is your ownership mindset and genuine appetite to build. For the rest, we'll grow together.
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years owning corporate secretarial work, as a paralegal in a law firm, in legal or corporate ops in-house, or as a company secretary.
- Legal knowledge: a law degree or paralegal qualification, and/or hands-on experience with several of the following: board and shareholder documentation, entity management, corporate filings, equity documentation, due diligence or transaction coordination;
- (Bonus) AI and tooling appetite: you already use no-code or AI tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, Notion automations) to save time, or you are keen to learn fast;
- Language: excellent written and spoken English (working language at Alan) and French.
We encourage applications from career changers who do not have all the above qualifications, if you have a strong interest in working at the heart of corporate operations and willingness to learn fast.
BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS
- Highly organised and rigorous, with exceptional attention to detail;
- Hands-on and self-starter: not scared of getting your hands dirty;
- Automation mindset: sees repetitive work as an opportunity to build something better, not just a task to complete;
- Intellectual curiosity: you enjoy learning, and new jurisdictions, equity mechanics, areas of law and AI tools are puzzles to solve, not constraints.
Location: We welcome applications that meet the above criteria from France, Belgium, Spain and Canada.
Level: For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B0-C0 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Document results, track nonconformances to closure, and approve units for shipment within delegated authority.
5. Vendor Research and New Technology
Engage OEM product roadmaps, evaluate and qualify new products and suppliers, including modular and prefabricated mechanical plants and liquid cooling equipment, and run pilots and first-of-kind tests.
Recommend standard product families and approved alternates that enable dual-sourcing and faster, repeatable campus delivery.
Track regulatory and market drivers, such as low-GWP refrigerant transitions, tariffs, and lead-time shifts, and assess their impact on specifications and budgets.
6. Cross-Department Coordination, Turnover, and Process Building
Serve as the mechanical and plumbing OFCI point of contact for Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations, design teams, commissioning agents, and tenant technical teams.
Provide Finance with committed cost, forecast, and payment-milestone data for OFCI purchase orders.
Deliver a complete turnover package to Construction with each delivery, including a commercial terms summary, warranty terms and start conditions, OEM storage and maintenance requirements, factory test reports, serial numbers, approved submittals, O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and vendor startup contacts.
Build the team's foundational tools and processes, including the OFCI tracker, bid leveling templates, factory test protocols, vendor qualification criteria, and a commercial terms checklist, and capture lessons learned across sites.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Translate GSO and Studio Enablement’s long-term strategy into clear execution roadmaps, working across engineering, product, and operations teams to drive delivery of mission-critical initiatives.

Define success metrics and KPIs for our programs, producing data-driven insights that inform leadership decisions and drive accountability.
Establish operating frameworks that simplify decision-making and improve organizational agility across multiple stakeholders.

Leadership & Communication
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills; adept at tailoring messages for executive and technical audiences alike.
Experience guiding executive stakeholders through organizational change, re-org planning, and enterprise-scale transformation.
Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, balancing strategic insight with operational rigor.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture.
We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more. We are looking for a high-impact, proactive
Senior Data Engineer
to join our Data Engineering team in Berlin. In this role, you won't just build pipelines—you will architect the data foundation that powers our next generation of casual games and advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows. You will be in an environment where you can take full ownership of business outcomes, bridge technical execution with strategy, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize and scale our data transformation journey.
About the job
Data Architecture & Strategy:
Design and build resilient, scalable data infrastructure optimized for analytical workflows, feature stores, real-time context delivery, and AI-ready, well-documented data for agents and LLM applications.
Modern Pipeline Engineering:
Build, maintain, and optimize robust batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines using Scala, Python, SQL and dbt.
Data Warehousing & Lakehouse:
Architect clean, cost-efficient, and highly performance schemes across our cloud data warehouse platform on Snowflake.
AI-Enabled Engineering & Agentic Workflows:
Use AI as a daily force multiplier, not only for writing code but across the data lifecycle, from design and documentation to testing, debugging, and incident triage. Design, build, and operate agentic workflows (for example, agents that monitor pipelines, investigate data quality issues, generate and validate dbt models, or answer analysts’ questions against governed data), with proper guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
Quality, Reliability & Governance:
Implement automated testing, observability, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee high data reliability and low latency.
Engineering Excellence & Best Practices:
Follow rigorous CI/CD practices, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), version control, and clear documentation across all data assets.
Cross-Functional Enablement:
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, game teams, product managers, and data analysts to turn ambiguous business needs into high-impact data solutions.
About you
Relevant Experience:
In-depth professional experience as a software engineer or data engineer.
Data Engineering Expertise:
Strong background in senior data engineering roles with advanced proficiency in Python and complex SQL.
Strong Core Programming:
Deep professional experience in a strongly-typed language such as Scala, Java, or Go for building resilient data services.
Modern Stack Mastery:
Practical experience with cloud data platforms (favorable Snowflake), dbt and orchestration tools (we use Airflow).
AI & Agentic Experience:
Hands-on experience applying AI tools in your engineering work and building agentic workflows, including tool use or MCP integrations, orchestration, and evaluation. You know where agents add real value, where human review is essential, and how to keep them reliable, secure, and cost-aware.
Software Engineering Mindset:
Deep familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
Proactive & Impact-Driven:
Autonomous problem solver who evaluates technical decisions based on speed-to-market, business value, and ROI rather than theoretical complexity.
Collaborative Communicator:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical architecture to both engineering peers and business stakeholders.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.

We are seeking an experienced English into Bosnian (Cyrillic) Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.

- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support

What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.

-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level Bosnian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools

If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a core member of our Internal AI team, you will help Rain build leverage and become AI-native. This role sits at the intersection between building and enablement. You will work across teams to fix bottlenecks with AI agents, apps, and workflows and empower those teams with the capabilities to do the same.
This is a cross-disciplinary role for a high agency problem-solver. You will use your expertise in product, data, and vibecoding to drive improvements that will help us accelerate as we scale. Finally, you will support Rain’s foundational AI systems, tooling, and other primitives that will compound our growth over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & Prioritize: Proactively audit workflows across teams to identify the highest-impact automation and AI opportunities. Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI.
- Build & Ship: Design and deploy AI-powered agents, apps, and workflows using a mix of code/no-code tools. Own solutions end-to-end from prototype to production.
- Drive AI Adoption: Partner with teams to build an AI-first culture. Run enablement sessions, create documentation, and build internal champions who sustain long-term impact.
- Establish Operational Rigor: Define success metrics for every initiative. Track performance, measure adoption, and demonstrate business impact. Iterate based on data and feedback.
- Support Rain’s AI Foundations: Develop the core primitives — documentation, skill/agent libraries, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks — that enable Rain to build and deploy AI agents and tools easily and reliably.
WHO YOU ARE
- AI Native Builder. Deep and demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and accelerate work. You can take an ambiguous problem and ship a working solution without waiting for an engineering team.
- Strong technical fluency. You are fluent with low-code/no-code and development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.), SQL & BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations.
- Analytical and empathetic problem-solver. You can partner with teams to understand challenges, use data to prioritize opportunities, deliver results, and measure impact.
- Excellent communicator. You can manage expectations, maintain alignment, across competing priorities. You can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Systems builder. You naturally create clarity out of chaos — writing SOPs, building templates, defining standards, and structuring knowledge so that humans and agents can build on your work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift and you need to figure things out on the fly. You have high agency and don't wait to be told what to do.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or a similar role where you have solved problems with technical solutions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a Series A–C startup or high-growth startup company (or former founder)
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or payments workflows
- Experience with workflow orchestration and integration architecture (webhooks, auth flows, data pipelines)
- Background in change management or internal enablement programs
- Experience with data platforms (Google Cloud, DBT) or data modeling
- Track record of driving measurable adoption of internal tools or processes
- Experience building internal knowledge bases, technical SOPs, or developer-facing documentation
