The Product Innovation & Research Analyst is responsible for deep-diving into the iGaming product ecosystem — evaluating competitor features, identifying innovation opportunities, and translating market insights into structured product intelligence that drives Digitain's roadmap and competitive positioning.
This role sits at the crossroads of product thinking and competitive intelligence. You will work closely with Digitain's cross-functional product teams — Platform, Sportsbook, Live Casino, Relum, and Paydrom — to evaluate what competitors are building, what operators need, and where the greatest opportunities for differentiation lie.
Responsibilities

Analyze product innovations, features, and technologies identified through both independent research and insights from the Market Intelligence Expert
Identify product features and capabilities with proven or potential business impact: revenue uplift, player engagement, retention, or market differentiation
Initiate proposals for new product sets or market-specific solutions when research identifies them as critical to competitive success or regional growth
Evaluate potential impact, scalability, and strategic value of identified features — including quantitative assessments of revenue growth, user engagement, technical complexity, and time-to-market
Conduct market- and region-specific product gap analyses, including local player preferences, regulatory requirements, and localization complexity assessments
Assess Digitain's platform readiness for localization in specific countries; prepare initial resource estimations to support full market entry
Identify and document operator pain points via social media, conference content, podcasts, and industry news; translate findings into structured insights for the Sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to validate research, gather expert input, and present detailed analyses
Track adoption and performance of competitor product features post-launch to validate impact assumptions and refine future recommendations
Prepare comprehensive documentation of research outcomes to support BRD, PRD, and strategic planning processes
Stay current on emerging product and technology trends (AI personalization, gamification, new betting formats, alternative payments) and proactively surface high-potential opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product research, product management, business analysis, or competitive intelligence — ideally within iGaming (platforms, sportsbook, live casino, payments); experience in fintech, SaaS, or gaming related industries also considered
Demonstrated experience conducting deep-dive product research and translating findings into structured, actionable recommendations
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess product features for scalability, technical complexity, and time-to-market
Experience evaluating product features for business impact (revenue, engagement, retention) and presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders

Ability to prepare clear documentation to support BRD/PRD and strategic planning processes
Ability to work closely with cross-functional product teams to validate research and gather expert input

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Opportunity
We are building a scalable financial operations platform to support the accurate movement, recording, reconciliation and reporting of fiat and digital assets. The Head of Financial Operations Platform will define and deliver the architecture that connects our trading, payment, banking, custody, blockchain, wallet and finance systems.
This is a senior, hands-on platform leadership role. The successful candidate will establish trusted books and records, automate settlement and reconciliation, create effective exception workflows and give Operations and Finance the tools required to maintain accurate client and corporate asset records on a daily and, where feasible, near-real-time basis.
The role owns platform capability and delivery. Client Asset Operations and Finance retain responsibility for executing, reviewing and signing off the underlying operational and accounting controls.
What You Will Own
Product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the financial operations platform.
The canonical transaction and financial-event model across fiat and digital assets.
Client and corporate asset subledgers, balances, positions, journals and transaction histories.
Settlement and asset-movement workflows across banks, payment providers, custodians, wallets, blockchains and trading venues.
Multi-way transaction- and balance-level reconciliation across operational sources, internal records and the finance system.
Exception management, operational dashboards, control evidence, audit trails and management reporting.
Build-versus-buy assessments, strategic vendors, migration, backfilling, parallel runs and legacy-process retirement.
First Year Outcomes
Document the end-to-end transaction, asset and accounting architecture.
Establish an approved platform roadmap and target operating model.
Define the canonical financial-event, subledger and reconciliation data model.
Deliver systematic reconciliation for the highest-risk fiat and digital asset flows.
Introduce centralized exception ownership, ageing, escalation and evidence.
Reduce spreadsheet dependency and engineering-dependent investigations.
Improve alignment between operational records, customer liabilities, external asset records and the finance system.
Deliver a credible path from daily controls to near-real-time monitoring for material flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Architecture
- Establish the target vision, operating principles and roadmap for ledger, settlement, reconciliation and client asset controls.
- Map end-to-end funds and asset flows across deposits, withdrawals, trades, fees, transfers, financing, staking and other relevant products.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define scalable services, APIs, event schemas, data contracts, system boundaries and resilience requirements.
- Make evidence-based build-versus-buy decisions and prevent fragmented point solutions from becoming the operating model.
Ledger and Books and Records
- Define requirements for double-entry ledgering, journals, balances, positions and transaction traceability.
- Establish clear lineage from the originating operational event through the subledger and financial reporting environment.
- Ensure the platform handles reversals, corrections, fees, foreign exchange, internal transfers, failed transactions, duplicated events and delayed events.
- Work with Finance to maintain controlled alignment between operational books and records and the ERP or general ledger.
Settlement and Reconciliation
- Design workflows for fiat and digital asset settlement, including cut-offs, confirmations, status management, retries and failure handling.
- Build automated multi-way reconciliation across trading engines, payment systems, banks, custodians, wallets, blockchain records, subledgers and ERP systems.
- Define configurable matching rules, tolerances, materiality levels, frequencies and escalation thresholds.
- Create near-real-time detection for missing, duplicated, delayed or incorrectly recorded transactions where feasible and proportionate.
Operational Tooling and Controls
- Build operator interfaces that support investigation and resolution without routine dependence on engineering queries or spreadsheets.
- Incorporate maker-checker approvals, role-based access, segregation of duties, evidence retention and complete audit histories.
- Define monitoring and alerting for data completeness, balance integrity, settlement failures, reconciliation breaks and control execution.
- Support audit, regulatory examination and financial-reporting requirements with reproducible system evidence.
Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, testing, rollout and post-launch improvement.
- Write clear product requirements, workflow diagrams, data definitions, control requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate operational readiness across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Custody, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead data migration, backfilling and parallel-run validation before replacing existing controls or processes.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes to senior management.
What We Look For In You
Eight or more years in fintech, financial services, digital assets, brokerage, custody, payments or capital-markets technology.
Five or more years of product-management, platform leadership, technical program leadership or comparable engineering experience.
Demonstrated delivery of a ledger, reconciliation platform, settlement system, payments infrastructure, brokerage books-and-records platform or digital asset back office.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, balances, positions, journal entries, reconciliation and financial controls.
Technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, data schemas, batch and streaming pipelines, integrations, idempotency and failure handling.
Ability to work directly with transaction-level data; practical SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Track record of delivering mission-critical systems in regulated or control-intensive environments.
Strong written communication, structured problem-solving and senior stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Haves
Experience with both fiat and digital asset transaction flows.
Knowledge of blockchain transactions, wallets, custodians and on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with client asset segregation, safeguarding, books and records or comparable regulatory requirements.
Experience with high-volume, continuously operating financial platforms.
Knowledge of double-entry accounting and financial-close processes.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer to own ICT security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities at different stages of maturity, from established licensed operations to new markets launching under frameworks. This is not a support function. You will be the named security officer for your entities, accountable to their boards and their regulators.
This is a high visibility, high trust role for a security governance professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services, and who is energised by applying established group frameworks to the local needs of a growing regulated entity.
Payward is one of the world's most trusted and secure digital asset platforms, operating across a growing network of regulated entities spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As we expand into new markets and deepen our regulatory footprint, the demand for embedded, senior-level ICT security leadership at the entity level has never been higher.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Prepare, contribute and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings, highlighting control status, risk exposure, and readiness
- Execute risk assessments and control testing across UAE operations in line with VARA cybersecurity guidelines and security best practices
- Maintain and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA), integrating findings into global resilience planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, testing, and updates, including entity-specific scenarios
- Collaborate with Group Security and IT to:
- Align UAE-specific regulatory controls with global policies and control frameworks
- Contribute to the development of security policies to meet international and UAE compliance requirements
- Conduct security control validation and document evidence for internal/external audits
- Participate in remediation planning for audit findings and track progress to closure
- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators
- Prepare and present security and resilience reports for internal governance committees and local entity management
- Assist in responses to regulatory examinations, including due diligence and compliance queries
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory changes and propose control adaptations
- Participate in the regional incident response process, assist with post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE) secures Anthropic's data center footprint; this role covers how the sites are designed and built to be secure. Much of that footprint is designed and built with partners, so a site's security is decided early: in what Anthropic hands the people who build it, and in how rigorously the delivered systems are tested against it.
You'll design and specify the physical security systems for a site: perimeter and vehicle barriers, intrusion detection, video, security lighting, and the site penetrations and utility entry points that bypass them. Design firms and integrators produce the site drawings and install; you specify, review, and verify. You'll write the performance requirement and verification method behind each control, review every site design against them at each stage with redlines a design team can act on, test in the field that what was built performs as specified, and re-verify post-acceptance changes.
This is a foundational role. You'll own Anthropic's physical security reference design package (typical details, reference drawings, schedules, and test procedures) in the form partners build from, and keep it current against each site's threat basis and the sites actually being built. You'll set the technical position for a site and decide what applies where; where a requirement can't be met as written, you'll engineer the compensating control and document the deviation. You'll work with the rest of DCSE, with Anthropic's design, construction, and real estate counterparts, and directly with the vendors who build to the package. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
The same seat covers the team's security operations control rooms. You'll set their design and operational requirements and accept delivered systems against them, working day to day alongside the team's platform engineers, who own the software and compute that run in them.
This role involves regular travel to data center sites. These are critical services, and this role participates in an on-call rotation for them.
Key responsibilities
Produce a vendor-ready design package
for perimeter barriers and hostile vehicle mitigation, intrusion detection and its zoning, video coverage, security lighting matched to camera performance, and penetration protection: performance specifications, typical details and reference drawings, and device and zone schedules, written so a design firm can build to them and a test can prove them
Define the per-site engineering basis:
which requirements apply to a site based on its risk profile and the threats it faces, with compensating controls and documented deviations
Write the acceptance criteria and test methods:
the verification method behind each requirement and the evidence a site must produce to pass acceptance
Set standoff, structural hardening, and site layout criteria
for new designs, tied to the threat basis they derive from
Run field verification:
commissioning and acceptance testing of perimeter, detection, video, and lighting against performance criteria (detection coverage tests, photometric measurements, video quality checks)
Write the operational and design requirements for security operations control rooms:
console layout, wall versus workstation content, supervisor placement; room network, power, backup, and resilient communications to the team's segmentation and hardening baseline
Own control room acceptance:
factory and site acceptance criteria written before the build, then accept or reject delivered systems (video wall, consoles, cabling, fit-out) against them
Minimum qualifications
Have designed or specified physical security systems (perimeter barriers, intrusion detection, video, security lighting) for campus-scale sites: multiple buildings, a secured perimeter, many detection zones
Read and produce construction documents (site plans, civil and electrical drawings, device schedules, submittals) using standard design and markup tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam, and find what is missing as readily as what is wrong
Write performance requirements that are testable: each states what must be true, how it will be verified, and what evidence shows it
Have run commissioning and acceptance tests against performance criteria and rejected work that did not meet them
Derive requirements from a threat basis rather than a product catalog: you can say which adversary a control stops and where the next weakest point is
Have owned an engineering domain where you set the approach, chose what applied to each site, worked directly with vendors, and answered for the result
Preferred qualifications
Experience carrying a physical security design from construction documents through construction to acceptance testing
Experience engineering the security scope of colocation or partner-delivered facilities
Working knowledge of published standards for standoff, hostile vehicle mitigation, and intrusion detection zoning
Photometric and video quality measurement experience
Control room, AV, or network design experience: console layouts, video wall systems, resilient communications
Experience using AI-assisted tooling for drafting and review as a core part of your workflow

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
