About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. Design systems is a growing team working on products that millions of people use daily, and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.
Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.
We care deeply about the details that make something feel polished, trustworthy and human. We ship fast and learn in the open. We'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than wait for perfection.
The Design Systems team exists to define and elevate the language of our UI and core interactions. Every Claude product, from claude.ai to Claude Code, shares one system, including the guidance Claude itself follows when it generates UI.
You would be joining an early-stage team, working with design engineers and product designers across the company.
You may be a good fit if you:
Are as comfortable designing on canvas tools as you are building and prototyping within the product, and prefer to ship in days, not months.
Have worked on design systems that balance simplicity with creative flair to produce beautiful products out of the box.
Care about the smallest details as much as the big picture, from a pixel to how the whole app fits together.
Make the people around you better through sharp, kind feedback and low ego.
Get up to speed quickly and can make an impact on projects already in motion.
Key responsibilities
Design and evolve the system, from foundations (colour, type, spacing, icons, tokens, theming) to components like menus, dialogs, sidebars and the chat composer.
Design the expressive layer as a system, not one-offs: motion, illustration and icons that are brand and system at once.
Make the system legible to Claude as well as people: the guidance, metadata and evals that show whether Claude uses it correctly.
Partner with product teams: help designers and engineers apply the system well, and feed recurring gaps back into the system.
Prototype in code and ship: land changes in the design-system package alongside engineers, using Claude Code in your own practice.
Minimum qualifications
Strong visual and interaction craft.
Experience building or working on a design system.
Experience with design tokens, theming and accessibility standards.
Fluency in whichever tool gets an idea across fastest, from Figma to code.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building products at the highest level of craft.
Has shipped voice or other beyond-the-screen work, with native mobile instincts.
Has designed an icon set, illustration style or motion system used across products.
Experience defining evals, lint rules or automated checks for UI quality.
8+ years of product design experience.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Alvys is building modern infrastructure for the logistics industry. Our cloud-based TMS (Transportation Management System) powers freight operations with intuitive workflows, real-time visibility, and deep automation—helping carriers and brokers scale faster and operate smarter. We’re a fast-growing startup backed by top investors and are passionate about solving real-world problems for an essential industry. We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on
Accounting Manager.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for establishing scalable processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and enabling operational excellence as we grow.
Role overview
Alvys builds the transportation management platform that carriers and brokers use to run their businesses. As we scale, we’re building a finance function that is rigorous, hands-on and increasingly automated. We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting engine behind that growth and work closely with the Head of Finance as the senior accounting lead on the team.
You’ll own the full accounting cycle — month-end close, general ledger, revenue, AP, payroll, tax and audit readiness — with responsibility for producing a clean, accurate and defensible set of books. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the ledger deeply enough to explain what changed, why it changed and what needs attention.
You’ll run the close end to end, review the work prepared by the team, own the areas that require judgment, and step into the details when needed. You’ll also help develop the team, strengthen our processes and continue building the automation layer behind the finance function.
Key responsibilities
Month-end close and general ledger
Own the close calendar end to end — task assignment, deadlines, review, and the close results package delivered to the Head of Finance.
Review and post the journal entries prepared by the team, and prepare the entries that carry judgment — commission and bonus accruals, payroll true-ups, and period-end reclasses.
Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations covering cash, AR, deferred revenue, prepaids and accruals.
Run flux analysis (MoM, YoY) across the P&L and balance sheet, and write variance commentary that explains the movement.
Maintain the chart of accounts and product master lists, and keep reporting mappings current.
Revenue reporting and billing oversight
Review and approve the monthly revenue close prepared by the billing analyst — the reconciliation of subscription and non-subscription revenue across Stripe, Salesforce and QuickBooks Online, and the entries that come out of it.
Own revenue recognition policy under ASC 606 and make the judgment calls: usage overages, multi-element contracts, contract modifications, concessions and early terminations.
Own annual recurring revenue reporting (ARR and CARR) — the monthly build, the roll-forward of new, expansion, contraction and churn, and the tie-out of that roll-forward back to booked revenue in the general ledger.
Connect recurring revenue reporting to Salesforce pipeline and contract reporting, reconciling bookings, billings and recognized revenue with the billing analyst.
Oversee invoicing, collections and the dunning cycle. Approve concessions, credit memos and refunds, and review the deferred revenue schedule against the billing system.
Accounts payable, expenses and payroll
Oversee vendor bills, payment runs and employee reimbursements in Ramp, in partnership with People Operations.
Partner with People Operations on domestic and international payroll — review the runs, journalize them, and reconcile the clearing and benefits-payable accounts.
Review commission calculations and book the corresponding accruals and true-ups.
Financial reporting and expense forecasting
Update the monthly expense forecast off closed actuals — run rate by department and GL account, vendor and contract commitments, headcount and compensation roll-forward.
Maintain the amortization and accrual schedules that drive forward-looking operating expense, and carry the changes into the forecast as they’re booked.
Explain spend variance against budget at the account and department level, and keep the supporting detail current for leadership reporting.
Tax, compliance and audit
Coordinate with our external advisors on federal, state and franchise tax filings.
Own sales tax, 1099 and entity registration compliance.
Run audit readiness and execution: PBC lists, supporting schedules, and auditor questions.
Team and process
Manage and develop a small analyst team covering AP and expense operations, and billing and AR.
Serve as backup across the team’s work, and as the Head of Finance’s delegate on accounting matters.
Own the accounting SOP library, the close checklist and the task repository, and keep all three current.
Find manual and inefficient processes and eliminate them as we target an “autonomous close.” Our close, billing and reconciliation processes already run on a growing set of automations, and this role is expected to extend them.
Minimum qualifications
Experience
6+ years
of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of a full close cycle and hands-on balance sheet reconciliation.
Solid full general ledger background — you’ve prepared and reviewed entries across payroll, accruals and revenue, can defend a balance, and understand how accounting activity flows through the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Revenue recognition experience under
ASC 606
in a subscription business.
Experience managing, reviewing and developing other accountants.
Systems
QuickBooks Online — required.
Daily hands-on experience: chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation, reporting.
Stripe — required.
Subscriptions, invoices, credit memos, disputes, payouts, and reconciling subscription billing activity into the general ledger.
Advanced Google Sheets. Pivots, lookups, nested logic, data validation.
Salesforce
is a significant plus.
AI fluency and automation — required
Demonstrated, current use of AI in your accounting work. Be ready to tell us what you’ve automated, what it replaced, and how much time it gave back.
Comfort writing prompts, iterating on output, and knowing when not to trust it. Everything AI produces is reviewed before it touches the ledger.
Our finance function runs on a library of custom AI workflows built in-house. You’ll use them daily and be expected to build on them.
Preferred
CPA or active CPA candidate — someone committed to a career in accounting and finance.
SaaS or technology industry experience.
Prior exposure to a modern expense, HRIS or close-management platform.
Personal attributes
Hands-on by instinct. You review the work, and you prepare it yourself when the cycle calls for it — working a reconciliation, chasing a variance or covering a teammate’s queue during close week.
Comfortable operating on a small team where the person who owns the number also understands and builds the schedule behind it.
Growth mindset. This role is deliberately scoped to expand, and we’re looking for someone who wants that.
Clear written communication. A large share of this job is explaining a variance or accounting issue to someone who does not work in finance.
Why Alvys
Ownership.
You’ll run the close and monthly financial reporting, with direct review from and partnership with the Head of Finance.
Modern stack.
A cloud-native finance stack — QuickBooks Online, Stripe and Salesforce at the core — with an AI tooling layer we build ourselves.
Proximity to decisions.
You’ll work directly with leadership and have real influence on how the accounting function is built as the company scales.
Growth.
This role is designed to expand in scope, with a path toward Controller as the business and finance organization mature.
Collaborative culture.
Mission-driven people building the future of logistics technology, grounded in trust and transparency.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
We're hiring a Senior Support Engineer to help customers run Qdrant's vector search engine reliably in production. You'll work Kubernetes-heavy, cloud-native environments every day, investigate hard technical issues, and turn what you learn into tools and workflows that make the whole support function faster. This is a chance to help shape a growing support team at an early-stage AI infrastructure company.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Provide direct technical support to customers running Qdrant, mostly asynchronous rather than face to face.
- Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and the database layer.
- Lead incident investigations and turn recurring problems into documented diagnostics and repeatable fixes, using AI-assisted tooling to speed up triage where it helps.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to resolve customer issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Build and maintain internal tools that make support workflows faster and more observable.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for both customers and the internal team.
- Lead by example through strong technical work, initiative, and collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5 or more years in a customer-facing support or infrastructure role, ideally supporting production Kubernetes environments.
- Strong, hands-on Kubernetes skills. A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credential is a plus.
- Proficient in Python or a similar language for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed systems.
- Comfortable working in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of database internals and how they behave under production load.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You dig into ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked.
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with vector search or vector database technologies.
- Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. Security background is a plus.
- Experience with observability tools (for example, Prometheus or Grafana) and automating support workflows.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our enterprise deals, partnering with Account Executives as the technical authority rather than a supporting player.
You'll lead the scoping, pricing, and deployment of semantic search, image and video search, and on-premise and edge deployment solutions for our most complex enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone with real depth in solutions engineering who's ready to run high-stakes deals independently.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Own Technical-to-Commercial Strategy: Translate complex architectural requirements (multi-AZ, sharding, replication) into accurate pricing models and contract terms, independently protecting deal value in high-stakes negotiations.
- Drive Deal Execution End to End: Own the technical sales workflow across Support, Product, and Engineering to unblock POCs, resolving cross-functional bottlenecks without escalation.
- Identify and Mitigate Deployment Risk: Proactively spot noisy neighbor issues, latency bottlenecks, and resource contention before they threaten renewals or expansions, and advise customers on architectural fixes.
- Lead Architectural Reviews and Migration Assessments: Run discovery sessions solo, validate use cases, and design migration paths from legacy search engines like Elastic, Solr, and OpenSearch to Qdrant.
- Design Resilient, Production-Grade Architecture: Spec high-availability search clusters that meet demanding customer SLAs and throughput requirements, including for the most technically complex accounts.
- Own Client Trust at the Executive Level: Serve as the primary technical authority during evaluation, guiding customers to value quickly and acting as a long-term advisor beyond the initial sale.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-5 years of technical, customer-facing experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a track record of owning complex, high-value deals independently, including at least 2 years of direct, hands-on vector search experience (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Zilliz/Milvus, or similar). Background in data science, computer engineering, or a previous DevOps/SRE role, with demonstrated depth rather than surface exposure is preferred.
- Strong scripting ability in Python or Bash, used to build reusable tools and validate business value at scale, not just one-off scripts.
- Fluency in calculating total cost of ownership (TCO) and estimating hardware requirements (RAM, CPU, disk) for distributed systems, including for multi-region or highly regulated deployments.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with a clear point of view on how infrastructure choices affect cost and performance at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable running the room with engineers, VPs, and business stakeholders alike, and able to influence without authority across internal teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to enterprise procurement processes, infosec questionnaires, or MSA redlines.
WHY JOIN US

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Argentina lives and breathes streaming and gaming, yet most brands have barely scratched the surface of these platforms' advertising power. Millions of active, highly engaged users are waiting, and substantial media budgets are ripe for the taking.
We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to lead this charge, sit across from the country’s top media directors, C-level executives, and agencies, and claim full ownership of this market.
Your mission is not to maintain accounts; it is to win market share.
What you'll do
Capture ad spend:
Turn traditional and digital media budgets into high-impact advertising campaigns across both the Twitch and Roblox ecosystems.
Play in the big leagues:
Serve as the strategic face and primary commercial authority for two global powerhouses across Argentina’s leading media agencies and top advertisers.
High-level consultative selling:
Translate digital ad metrics (VTR, CPV, viewability, engagement) into ironclad media plans that deliver real ROI for FMCG, tech, retail, and entertainment brands.
Scale and sales focus:
Leverage cutting-edge automation and AI tools to eliminate operational busywork, keeping 100% of your energy focused on prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
This role is for you if:
You are a proven closer:
You bring 5+ years of digital ad sales (Ad Sales / Media Buying) experience within media agencies, AdTech, or digital platforms, backed by direct relationships with key decision-makers across Argentina.
You know the product inside out:
You understand how high-engagement digital media is bought and sold, and you can convincingly make the case for why brands must invest in gaming and live streaming over legacy channels.
You have a conqueror’s mindset:
You are not looking for the comfort of a passive portfolio; you thrive on unlocking market share from scratch, closing large-scale deals, and maximizing revenue.
Bilingual fluency:
Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English to seamlessly navigate local relationships and global internal stakeholders.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝
Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other.
