What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.
We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.
Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Employer Experience team, the team responsible for building our employer-facing benefit experience. This role owns both the external-facing experience and internal systems and tools that support how Garner’s employer clients interact with and experience the Garner benefit. This includes our client and broker-facing Garner Portal, our invoicing and eligibility systems, and a suite of internal applications operated by the Implementations, Integrations and Finance teams. This role reports to the Head of Product.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases. Example projects include designing a broker-facing product enabling them to gain insight into the performance of their customers, or building a data warehouse product enabling innovative provider and plan analytics.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.
Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. You instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. You pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $222,000 - $245,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

About the Role
We are a Las Vegas based game studio born on the Roblox platform and built by people who genuinely love this community. As a community-first studio, we care as much about our worlds and players as we do about the people building them. That mindset has helped us grow into one of the most innovative teams on Roblox, pushing boundaries, shaping culture, and setting new standards across the platform. With over 8B game visits, 44M monthly players, and a 19M member community, our worlds have become a core part of the Roblox ecosystem. We’re a ten-time winner of the Roblox Innovation Awards and recognized as builders of the future of the platform. From Creatures of Sonaria and Dragon Adventures to World // Zero and Horse Life, we create experiences that players live in, not just visit.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a passionate, data-driven Product Manager to join our game teams. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for your game, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Art, Marketing, and Commerce to ship features that delight players and drive long-term growth. You'll sit at the intersection of player experience, game design, and live-ops, working within the unique constraints and opportunities of the Roblox platform, where your players are vocal, your community is enormous, and your updates ship in weeks, not quarters.
Responsibilities:
— Own and drive the product roadmap for your game, from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.
— Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and measure the impact of shipped features.
— Stay close to your game's community to understand what players love, what frustrates them, and what they're asking for next.
— Collaborate with creative leadership to plan seasonal content, events, and monetization updates that resonate with your players.
— Partner with design, engineering, and art teams to translate product vision into well-scoped, executable work.
— Define and prioritize features based on player feedback, data, and strategic goals
— Write clear product specs and briefs that give your team everything they need to build with confidence.
— Run sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and unblocked.
— Communicate progress, risks, and learnings to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
— Foster a culture of focus, momentum, and fun across your team.
Requirements:
— 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer in gaming.
— Strong analytical mindset. You are comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
— Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, scoping, and shipping.
— Familiarity with Roblox Studio. You don't need to write Lua, but you should be able to open a place in Roblox Studio, navigate a game hierarchy, understand how assets and scripts are organized, and speak credibly with developers about scope and feasibility.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can write a crisp spec and present a clear recommendation to leadership.
— Experience with live service products and the cadence of ongoing updates, events, and seasonal content.
— Collaborative by nature. You work well across disciplines and know how to build trust with creative and technical partners.
— Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Suite, Discord, or similar for roadmap management and documentation.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world. Las Vegas-based team members work in-office Tuesday through Friday (Monday optional). If Vegas sounds fun, we offer relocation support for candidates interested in moving here. In-office perks include daily DoorDash credits to keep you fed, commuter credits to cover your ride in, and a monthly game stipend because we think playing games is part of the job. We are actively building a UK talent hub in anticipation of a dedicated UK office. Candidates across the UK are warmly encouraged to apply.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

Nebius is looking for a
deeply technical Technical Product Manager – Storage
to join the team. In this role, the candidate will own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for storage services in

block storage, file and parallel file systems, object storage, and the storage capabilities that underpin AI/ML and HPC workloads
.
The candidate will be responsible for shaping and managing backlogs for storage service teams and leading company-wide initiatives related to storage. This is a hands-on, technically demanding role: the candidate is expected to reason about storage internals, data paths, and performance trade-offs directly with engineers. It requires strong technical depth combined with the ability to coordinate across engineering, development, product, technical support, and go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog
for storage service teams (block, file, parallel/HPC, and object storage)
Lead and coordinate cross-company initiatives involving storage, including
data durability, performance, capacity, and cost initiatives
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to
define product requirements at the level of data paths, consistency models, replication and erasure coding, and performance characteristics
, and deliver new storage features
Make
informed technical trade-offs
on durability, availability, latency, throughput, and cost, and defend them with data
Partner with product marketing and technical pre-sales/post-sales teams on technical publications, go-to-market activities, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention related to storage
Ensure the delivery of storage services that meet high standards for
durability, availability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
, including
storage for AI/ML training and inference and HPC
Requirements
Hands-on experience building storage products in the cloud
is the single most important requirement: the candidate must have designed, built, or operated cloud storage services (not just used or integrated them), in senior engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles at hyperscalers, cloud providers, storage vendors, or other advanced technology companies
Deep understanding of
storage systems internals
:
block, file, and object storage architectures, distributed storage, replication and erasure coding, consistency and durability models, and the read/write data path
Hands-on familiarity with technologies and interfaces such as
NVMe/NVMe-oF, iSCSI, POSIX and parallel file systems (e.g., Lustre, GPFS/Spectrum Scale, BeeGFS), Ceph, S3-compatible object storage, and RDMA-based data paths
Ability to reason quantitatively about
IOPS, throughput, latency (including tail latency), and cost per usable TB
, and to read and interpret benchmarks
Strong technical expertise in
at least two
of the following areas:
Block storage and virtualization (volumes, snapshots, replication, NVMe-oF)
File and parallel file systems for HPC/AI (Lustre, GPFS, BeeGFS, NFS)
Distributed storage internals (replication, erasure coding, consistency, repair)
Storage performance engineering and benchmarking
Object storage at scale (S3-compatible APIs, metadata, multipart, lifecycle)
Proven track record of delivering complex technical initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams or stakeholders
Technical leadership experience is a strong plus
Product management experience is
not required
, but a strong willingness to learn and grow into the role is essential
Nice to Have
Experience with
storage for AI/ML training pipelines and large-scale HPC
(checkpointing, data loading at scale, high-throughput sequential and random access patterns)
Experience creating
technical documentation, guides, tutorials, or reference architectures
for storage products
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a
technically strong professional with a background in cloud or cloud storage products
at
hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure), other public cloud providers, storage vendors, their partners, or highly digitalized enterprises
.
The candidate may come from a background in
storage engineering, distributed systems, architecture, SRE, or technical leadership
, with hands-on experience building
cloud storage services, distributed storage systems, or high-performance storage for ML and HPC
. Experience in technical product or platform ownership or technical leadership is highly valued, even if the candidate has not held a formal manager title.
Relevant experience in
ML and HPC environments
is strongly desirable given the storage demands of these workloads, though the candidate is expected to adapt quickly and learn new domains.
