Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Site Development Associate to support data center development activities in and around Waco, Texas. This role is responsible for advancing sites through entitlement and permitting, building and maintaining relationships with municipal and county officials, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with utilities — all in support of the company's data center development pipeline. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who has been through at least one real estate development from land acquisition to entitlement and is excited to apply that experience to the data center industry.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support site entitlement efforts, including zoning, platting, land use approvals, and other local governmental approvals required to advance data center sites.
Serve as the company's primary point of contact with municipalities, counties, city councils, county commissioners, and other public officials on assigned projects.
Build and maintain working relationships with mayors, city managers, county judges, and municipal/county staff.
Prepare and deliver presentations to city councils, commissioners' courts, planning and zoning boards, and other public bodies.
Identify, evaluate, and help acquire permits required for site development, including building permits and entrance/access permits, and coordinate with public works and TxDOT/county road authorities as needed.
Coordinate with utility providers (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom/fiber) to confirm capacity, service availability, and extension requirements for prospective sites.
Support land acquisition efforts, including sourcing prospective sites, negotiating with landowners, and structuring purchase and option agreements.
Apply working knowledge of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights to identify and help resolve mineral, surface, and lease issues affecting site control.
Understand and help manage the basics of real estate contracts, title work, and the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel, title companies, and surveyors as needed.
Understand the basics of handling claims that may arise during due diligence, construction, or site development (e.g., title, boundary, or contractor-related claims), and know when and how to escalate them internally.
Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders — leadership, legal, engineering, and construction teams — on project status, risks, and timelines.
Develop working knowledge of data center development requirements (power, fiber, water, site criteria) and apply that knowledge to site selection and entitlement strategy.
Travel within the Lubbock region and broader Texas market as needed to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in at least one completed development project from acquisition through entitlement (commercial or residential); OR equivalent experience as a landman.
Demonstrated experience entitling property and working directly with municipalities, city councils, county commissioners, or other public officials.
Comfortable and experienced presenting to public bodies, boards, and internal leadership.
Working understanding of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they can affect a real estate transaction or site.
Basic understanding of real estate purchase contracts, title, and the closing process.
Experience negotiating with landowners and/or sellers in a land acquisition context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external officials and internal stakeholders alike.
Willingness and genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of data center development.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Bonus Points:
Commercial real estate development experience strongly preferred over residential.
Prior experience acquiring or coordinating utility, building, or entrance permits.
Existing relationships with officials or staff in Waco and surrounding municipalities/counties.
Familiarity with the basics of handling title, boundary, or construction-related claims.
Background in energy, land, or infrastructure-related real estate (landman, oil & gas land experience, utility right-of-way, etc.).

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:

Help design, build, and operate services and automations that support Kubernetes clusters at scale, under the guidance of senior engineers. Work with product management and technical leadership to turn well-scoped tasks into working code.
BE AN OWNER (CODE QUALITY):
Participate in code reviews and follow established patterns and testing standards (unit and integration testing) across the team and platform.
BE AN OWNER (INFRASTRUCTURE & OBSERVABILITY):
Support cloud configurations across AWS and Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Help maintain observability coverage, including metrics, alerts, and basic distributed tracing, across core data pipelines.
CHAMPION ENGINEERING HEALTH:
Build awareness of clean architectural practices. Flag technical debt, bugs, and small-scale system issues to your team as you encounter them.
GROW AND COLLABORATE:

Qualifications

If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Experience:
1-2+ years of professional software engineering experience, including some exposure to building or operating backend services using Kubernetes. Familiarity with basic Kubernetes operations (deployments, pods, services) is expected; deep production-scale cluster-upgrade experience is not required.
Modern Development Workflow:
Practical experience with, or strong desire to learn, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to help write code, automate testing, and support debugging workflows.
Deployment Orchestration:
Some exposure to GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness or an equivalent platform); willingness to learn our specific tooling on the job.
Language Proficiency:
Working knowledge of at least one of Shell, Terraform, YAML, or Go (Golang), with a willingness to build proficiency across the rest.
Cloud Infrastructure:
Some experience with cloud environments, ideally basic exposure to AWS core services (such as EC2, S3, EKS) or their Microsoft Azure equivalents (such as Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, AKS). General familiarity with networking concepts (VPC/VNet basics) is a plus.
Infrastructure as Code:
Basic familiarity with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
Distributed Systems:
Foundational understanding of distributed datastores, caching layers, or asynchronous event streaming (e.g., Kafka or similar queuing systems), through coursework, projects, or professional experience.
Systems Mindset:
Solid computer science fundamentals and data structures knowledge, with an eagerness to learn how to build self-healing cloud architectures.
Desired:
Some exposure to containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) in coursework, internships, or professional projects.
Curiosity about advanced deployment strategies (canary, blue/green); prior hands-on experience not required.
Interest in policy-as-code tools such as OPA/Gatekeeper.
Interest in OpenTelemetry or distributed tracing concepts.
Any exposure to network topology, proxy layers, or mail transfer agent (MTA) protocols.
Coursework or personal projects involving distributed datastores, caching, or event streaming (e.g., Kafka).

As a Frontend Engineer at Sensor Tower, you will not only build features, you will define how we build them. You will take ownership of major technical components, ensuring our applications are scalable, maintainable, and fast. In our lean and flat organization, your voice will shape the technical direction of our product, helping us deliver an intuitive, fluid user experience that helps our customers understand the digital ecosystem.
Fulfill your potential with us:
- Architect and deliver complex, scalable frontend systems that are simple and effective, removing unnecessary complexity from our codebase.
- You will partner with Product Managers to co-author requirements and shape the scope, ensuring engineering feasibility is considered during ideation, not just execution.
- Lead technical decision-making for medium-to-large scoped features, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of value to the customer, not just the completion of tickets.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and by instilling quality-first habits across the team.
- Take ownership of the frontend stack by proactively identifying bottlenecks, technical debt, or systemic issues and driving the initiatives to fix them.
- Advocate for and drive best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance optimization across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate deeply with Data Science and Backend Engineers to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end system reliability, and use these partnerships to progressively expand your expertise across the full stack.
What we are interested in:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a deep specialization in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven ability to architect complex state management. While our stack relies on TanStack Query, React Router and Zustand, we value engineers who understand the principles and can adapt expertise from other libraries like Redux, MobX, NextJS.
- You can design systems that handle complexity without becoming complicated, prioritizing long-term maintainability.
- Experience elevating the skills of peers. You don't just review their code; you teach patterns and best practices.
- Competence in writing robust and efficient unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Playwright.
- Deep understanding of web performance, browser internals, and optimization techniques for data-heavy applications.
- A "Product Owner" mindset. You care deeply about the "why" behind every feature, viewing code as a tool to solve real user problems. You are comfortable pushing back on requirements and proposing alternative solutions that drive better business outcomes and user experiences.
Extra Credit:
- Experience in data visualization and analytics (handling large datasets, heavy DOM manipulation with libraries like Highcharts).
- A portfolio, GitHub history, or technical writing that demonstrates clean code, an eye for design, and the ability to solve complex architectural challenges.
- Familiarity with back end frameworks Ruby on Rails/Angular and different types of DBs (Clickhouse, Mongo, Postgres)

adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.

We are a global algorithmic trading firm with an advanced technology stack, driving the full trading cycle — from market research and strategy design to algorithm development and software engineering. Our strength lies in deep market expertise and the continuous evolution of our infrastructure to stay ahead of the industry.

— Optimize latency, throughput, and stability based on measurements and load testing. Low latency, reliability, and determinism are hard requirements.
— Add observability to new components (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts, dashboards) so execution issues get caught early.
— Diagnose incidents in the trading loop, find the root cause, write up the analysis, and fix the problem so it does not recur.
— Ensure quality through automated (unit, integration, performance) and manual testing with QA, and maintain the test harnesses and integration suites that validate scenarios before production.
— Document modules, service contracts, integration rules, and operational runbooks.
— Help design and decompose features and epics, taking the product and trading side and operational risk into account.
Qualifications:
— 5+ years of relevant experience building low-latency, high-reliability systems.
— Extensive experience in Rust.
— Good understanding of computer systems and software architecture: Linux, networking, data structures and algorithms, concurrent and parallel programming, distributed computing, and performance optimization.

— Takes ownership of tasks through to production and works to clear blockers, including pushing peers when needed.
— Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience.

— Tech-driven environment: no bureaucracy, legacy systems, or tech debt.
— Growth & development: work with top talent in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture.
