Senior Manager, Talent & Performance
San Mateo, CA or New York, NY
| Hybrid -
2 days per week in designated location
Reports to:
Director, Talent Management
Please note, this is a senior individual contributor role with enterprise-wide scope and no direct reports. Success will come through deep subject matter expertise, influence, and cross-functional leadership.
Your Mission:
Sony Interactive Entertainment is redefining the future of gaming, and we believe that future is powered by people. As
Senior Manager, Talent & Performance
, you will lead the continued evolution of Game Changers, SIE’s global performance management framework.
You’ll connect performance with our broader talent ecosystem, including succession planning, calibration, promotions, and career development, ensuring our people processes are tightly aligned to strategic business outcomes, leadership behaviors, and a culture of development.
You’ll bring deep Talent & Performance expertise, strategic judgment, and operational horsepower. You’ll independently assess what’s working, identify where we need to evolve, shape recommendations, and build alignment with senior stakeholders, while remaining close enough to the work to drive excellent execution.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at both levels: setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and continuously evolve Game Changers, SIE’s enterprise-wide performance program supporting 10,000+ employees globally, with a focus on clarity, fairness, differentiation, and business impact.
Act as a subject matter expert and accountable program owner for enterprise performance management, bringing informed recommendations and a clear point of view while remaining open to challenge, feedback, and iteration.
Design, evolve, and implement performance frameworks that enable meaningful differentiation, clear goal alignment, continuous feedback, and values-driven development.
Connect performance with the broader talent ecosystem, including calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, career development, 9-box, and internal mobility.
Assess organizational context, business needs, culture, maturity, and readiness for change before recommending how our Talent & Performance practices should evolve.
Translate strategy into execution, personally getting into the details required to successfully deliver enterprise programs, from program design and governance through communications, enablement, technology, adoption, and measurement.
Influence and challenge senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and create alignment across complex stakeholder groups without relying on formal authority.
Partner closely with HRBPs, Rewards, L&D, People Technology & Services, People Analytics, business leaders, and other People teams to develop scalable, integrated solutions.
Oversee the adoption and optimization of BetterWorks across performance, feedback, calibration, and talent review processes, including workflows, tools, reporting, and emerging AI-assisted capabilities.
Apply behavioral science, employee insights, and talent data to identify opportunities, inform recommendations, and improve performance transparency, manager effectiveness, and leadership capability.
Build scalable performance enablement resources - including manager tools, communications, training, and guidance - that translate our performance philosophy into meaningful day-to-day behaviors.
Partner with People Brand and Communications to ensure performance messaging is clear, consistent, and drives understanding and adoption.
Monitor performance health metrics, calibration patterns, adoption, and talent outcomes, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including the CHRO and executive leadership.
Continuously evaluate external practices, emerging technology, AI capabilities, and future-of-work trends to identify opportunities to strengthen SIE’s Talent & Performance ecosystem.
Who We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated depth in Talent Management and Performance, with experience owning complex, enterprise-wide programs in a large, global, matrixed organization. You’ve operated with the autonomy, judgment, and influence required to shape direction, not simply execute an established approach.
Proven experience owning, designing, evolving, and executing enterprise-wide performance management programs, with meaningful experience across calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and career development.
Experience navigating global complexity, including partnering across regions, functions, and senior stakeholder groups to drive enterprise-wide talent outcomes.
Deep Talent & Performance expertise with the ability to bring a clear point of view, diagnose opportunities, challenge existing approaches, and translate strategy into scalable execution.
Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and create alignment across complex stakeholder groups spanning levels, functions, and geographies.
Strong organizational and contextual judgment - you understand that the right solution depends on the business, culture, organizational maturity, and readiness for change rather than simply applying external best practices.
Experience leading through influence and successfully driving outcomes in environments where decision-making and accountability are distributed across multiple stakeholders.
Strong change leadership capabilities, with demonstrated success building stakeholder commitment and driving adoption of new or evolving Talent & Performance practices.
Data-literate and deeply curious - you use analytics, stakeholder feedback, employee insights, and external trends to form recommendations, test assumptions, and continuously improve outcomes.
Experience leveraging HR technology to enable enterprise Talent & Performance processes; experience with BetterWorks or comparable performance/talent platforms is valuable but not required.
Comfortable exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can improve manager effectiveness, employee experience, decision quality, and the scalability of Talent & Performance programs.
Executive presence and communication skills that allow you to translate complex talent concepts into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leaders.
A deep commitment to equity, transparency, employee growth, and creating talent practices that strengthen both individual and business performance.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
- Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
- Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
- Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
- Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
- Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.
- Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and CSAT targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
- Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
- Partner cross‑functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in consulting, CS operations, revenue or business operations, or strategy within high‑growth B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high‑performing CS or operations teams
- Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

Our Risk & Compliance team is hiring a Senior AML Analyst who will improve the effectiveness, resilience, and scalability of our financial monitoring program. You will own Lithic's AML and financial crime monitoring program at the SOP and monitoring-engine level, and you will be the person who turns our agentic monitoring and investigation tooling into realized, defensible capacity. This is an ownership role, not purely a queue-based execution role: you’ll certainly handle escalations, exceptions, and perform population sampling, but the goal is routine, documented volume is increasingly absorbed by automation, and you own the design, tuning, and exception handling that sit around it.

Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AML programs or work streams with limited guidance, including authoring and maintaining SOPs and preparing governance materials
Deep knowledge of money laundering typologies and emerging financial crime trends, with the ability to investigate complex activity and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs independently
Hands-on experience evaluating alert logic and assessing or tuning transaction monitoring rules and scenarios for effectiveness
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate

You will be a bridge between our engineering, product, GTM teams and external developers, helping partners succeed in building on Ondo while advocating for their needs internally. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work independently across cultures and time zones, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.
Provide hands-on support to partners on minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and RWAs.
Create developer-facing resources such as documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides.

Gather feedback from partners and developers; relay insights to product and engineering teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed, multicultural team spanning multiple time zones.

We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products within the Ondo platform — spanning tokenized equities, fixed income, and investment strategies. You will own product lines end to end: setting direction, translating market and customer needs into clear product proposals, and driving execution across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — you will need to understand both the financial products you are building and the technical systems that power them. The ideal candidate brings genuine care for the product, deep familiarity with capital markets structure and participants, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
Own one or more product lines within the Ondo platform (e.g., tokenized equities, treasuries, or investment strategies), driving roadmap prioritization and delivery end to end
Lead customer and partner discovery to surface high-value opportunities across tokenized securities, structured products, and related asset classes
Translate ambiguous market and stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Assess feasibility and complexity of new features and product lines in collaboration with Engineering and Solutions Engineering
Build business cases rooted in ROI, risk, and strategic alignment, and secure cross-functional buy-in for go decisions
Represent Ondo credibly with external stakeholders — institutional partners, issuers, distributors — and serve as the product point of contact in those discussions
Define delivery milestones, manage execution to production, and instrument post-launch reviews to iterate based on results
Maintain a prioritized pipeline of product opportunities that continuously feeds the roadmap
Contribute to overall product strategy by bringing capital markets insight, competitive analysis, and ecosystem signal to internal discussions
Requirements
5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience, including end-to-end ownership of shipped products
Meaningful exposure to capital markets — equities, fixed income, funds, or structured products — whether through TradFi roles, fintech, or working closely with institutional clients and partners
Prior experience in a blockchain or crypto-native environment, or working on tokenization, digital assets, or DeFi products
Understanding of how financial products are structured, distributed, and regulated, and the ability to engage credibly with institutional counterparties
Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to turn insights into crisp product decisions
Proven track record turning ambiguous requirements into shipped products with measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences, including logical writing and executive-ready documentation
Solid analytical skills and comfort defining success metrics and using data to guide prioritization and iteration
High ownership, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
Nice to have
Experience working alongside Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales on product-adjacent initiatives
Familiarity with brokerage, exchange, or market-making operations and the systems that support them
Exposure to frontend or UX practices sufficient to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

We are looking for exceptional partner leaders who can build durable, mutually valuable relationships, develop joint solutions, drive global go-to-market programmes, and convert partner potential into measurable customer impact, revenue growth and market expansion for Canonical.
Opportunities are available for both people leaders and senior individual contributors. In these roles, you will lead, build or scale one or more strategic partner motions for Canonical, either by managing a team or by directly driving high-impact partner initiatives. You will work closely with partners throughout their sales, product, delivery and executive planning cycles to make Canonical their trusted partner for enterprise open source solutions. Depending on your experience and Canonical’s business priorities, your focus may include Channels, GSI, ISV, IHV/OEM, Silicon, Cloud or cross-ecosystem partnerships.
Our Alliances and Channels teams build trusted relationships with partners at executive level, increase Canonical market share and attach rate, evangelise the partnership, and lead business interactions from engineers to CxO level. This role will own strategy, sell-to, sell-through and sell-with motions across assigned partners or sectors, as well as promotion of partner-related activities, from campaigns, enablement and executive engagement, to strategic opportunities and partner events.

About Our Client
Our client builds and scales vertical market software companies. They partner with strong teams, invest in the long term, and run disciplined operating systems to drive sustainable growth across their portfolio.
About the Product
Our client is on a mission to transform the way customers operate. Their AI-powered agent is designed to connect to existing tools, resolve questions, book appointments, and close deals automatically, 24/7, through voice, text, and email. They are a fast-scaling, tech-driven startup backed by leading software investors.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Lead to drive new business growth for our client. This is a full-cycle sales role for an experienced seller who can personally close business, build a repeatable outbound motion, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for a high-growth AI product.
You’ll own the sales process from prospecting through close and customer handoff. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires, which means you’ll have real influence on positioning, pricing, sales process, and how the product is brought to market.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is designed for someone who thrives in builder environments, is energized by a product that sells itself once prospects see it, and wants ownership over outcomes, not just activity.
Requirements
Drive New Business Growth
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
Build and maintain a target account strategy by segment and customer profile.
Clearly articulate the ROI, efficiency gains, and revenue impact of AI-powered call handling and booking automation.
Seamlessly transition new customers to onboarding and Customer Success for activation and first value realization.
Build a Repeatable Outbound Motion
Lead outbound strategy and execution across calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Develop and iterate on talk tracks, competitive positioning, objection handling, and demo structure.
Establish pipeline creation targets and inspection routines that translate activity into predictable results.
Create repeatable playbooks covering segments, sequences, cadences, and qualification criteria.
Shape the Go-to-Market Strategy
Share structured customer insights and market feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions.
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot).
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs across outreach, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
Coordinate with Partnerships and Marketing to leverage partner channels and campaigns for pipeline generation.
What Success Looks Like
In the First 90 Days
You’ve built a clear target account list by segment and launched outbound motions that are producing qualified opportunities.
CRM pipeline and activity tracking are clean, reliable, and maintained.
You’ve delivered multiple demos, progressed deals through the pipeline, and closed your first customers.
In 6 to 12 Months
A predictable sales engine is running: outbound activity is converting to qualified pipeline, and pipeline is converting to closed revenue.
You’ve closed a meaningful book of new business and the customer base is growing steadily.
Sales playbooks, talk tracks, and demo flows are documented and repeatable.
You’re contributing to expansion beyond the initial vertical, identifying and testing new market segments.
Benefits
Required
3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales, with a strong track record of closing.
Strong hunter mentality: comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating your own pipeline, not reliant on inbound leads.
Experience managing a full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution.
Confident running discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
Experience building or materially improving a sales motion: process, messaging, cadence, and forecasting.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred
Experience selling in marine management, storage systems, dealership platforms, or adjacent verticals is a strong plus.
Experience selling AI, automation, or voice/conversational technology products.
Experience in vertical market software or operationally complex environments where the buyer is an operator, not a tech team.
Startup or early-stage SaaS experience where you had to build the motion, not just run it.
Why Join
Sell a product that prospects can see and hear in action from the first demo, in a market that is ready for it.
Ground-floor opportunity: be one of the first commercial hires as the business establishes its leadership team and revenue engine.
Direct influence on positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and product direction.
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and high OTE potential.
