What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Field Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Experiential Marketing. In this role, you will own and scale Garner's field marketing strategy across the western region of the US, designing and executing the in-person programs that build the sales pipeline and accelerate revenue with the audiences who shape where companies send their healthcare dollars: benefits consultants and brokers, HR Benefits leaders, and our strategic partners.
This is a high-ownership role for a self-starter. You will run the full program lifecycle, from strategy and sales alignment through execution and pipeline attribution, and you will be accountable for the pipeline those programs generate. Through your efforts, you will directly influence Garner's growth in priority markets and accounts, and help define a repeatable field marketing engine that scales with the company.
Where you will work:
This role is fully remote and does not require relocation to our NYC headquarters. Because of the significant travel this role requires, you must be based in the
Mountain or Pacific time zone and live near a major airport
. You should expect
up to 50% travel
to run events and programs.
What you will do:
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western region of the US, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, and roadshows that engage benefits consultants, brokers, and HR Benefits leaders
Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in close partnership with sales leadership and demand generation, prioritizing the markets, accounts, and formats that will most move pipeline and accelerate deals
Own pipeline targets tied to field marketing, and design pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies that maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and sales follow-through
Partner hand-in-hand with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists and drive strong attendance from priority accounts and partners
Manage sponsorships, venue and vendor relationships, speakers, and third-party event investments end to end, with a bias toward efficiency and measurable outcomes
Track and report on program ROI, pipeline sourced and influenced, and engagement metrics, and bring field insights back to the broader marketing team to sharpen campaigns and messaging
Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs that can be replicated across regions, segments, and partners
Bring an AI-first mindset to everything you do, using AI to build efficiency, consistency, and collaboration into how field programs are planned and run; Garner is enabling our teams on Claude Code, and you will be expected to put it to work
The ideal candidate has:
5-7 years of field marketing experience, including prior field marketing experience at a technology company, with a proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs.; you think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just attendance (Healthcare, benefits, or HR-tech audience experience is a plus)
A highly self-directed, execution-oriented mindset; you consistently deliver quality results on complex programs, create the workflows, standards, and tools the function runs on, and move fast without waiting to be told what to do
Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to optimize across speed, cost, and quality and juggle multiple programs, regions, and stakeholders at once without losing the objective
Excellent stakeholder skills; you build strong relationships and communicate concisely and compellingly, equally effective influencing sales leaders and collaborating with marketing peers, vendors, and external partners
A solid command of the data; you interpret program metrics and pipeline KPIs, extract the signal from the noise, and use it to prioritize the markets and accounts that matter most
Comfort with the event and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Swoogo, or similar), and a continuous drive to improve ROI through better tools, automation, and process
Experience using AI to work smarter is strongly preferred; you look for ways to automate the repetitive, raise quality, and scale your impact, and you are eager to grow these skills with us; comfort with Claude Code specifically is a significant plus
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $127,000 - $140,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs' public sector business across Europe. The Public Sector Partnerships Lead will identify and build relationships with government institutions across Europe, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs' products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions — including at the EU institutional level — as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across Europe — from healthcare and education to defence, transport, and other state-owned enterprises — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs' products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across European government institutions — spanning national ministries, agencies, EU institutions, and public sector bodies — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups — at both the national and EU level.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company's public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across Europe, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company — with particular attention to EU-level legislation (AI Act, GDPR, DSA/DMA) and its implementation across member states.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
Who you are:
- You're genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You're comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
What you bring:
Primary requirements
- 10+ years' experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts spanning multiple European markets — across national ministries, agencies, and public sector bodies — as well as EU institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, Council). Depth in at least two major European markets is strongly preferred.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience navigating the multi-stakeholder landscape of EU policymaking — member state governments, EU institutions, and Brussels-based coalitions — is a significant plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the European AI policy landscape, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, DSA/DMA, and broader themes of AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, and competition.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across Europe.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is building the collaborative AI workspace teams use to think, plan, and execute. Our partner ecosystem is a key multiplier for our global revenue engine. As our founding Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build the co-marketing motion with our partners—designing campaigns that show the combined value of Notion + our ecosystem and turning partner enablement into measurable, partner-driven pipeline. You’ll work in lockstep with Partnerships, Product Marketing, and regional sales leaders to ensure partners can tell the Notion story consistently across channels.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set and run Notion’s partner co-marketing strategy across resellers, services partners, and strategic technology/AI partners.
- Launch end-to-end joint campaigns (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, case studies, digital events) that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Build partner enablement that travels (pitch decks, one-pagers, positioning/competitive guides) so external teams can sell Notion with confidence.
- Own a clear MDF operating model (intake, prioritization, budget allocation, approvals) and invest in the activations that produce the highest ROI.
- Track performance and report results using CRM + marketing analytics, tying programs to pipeline and revenue.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.
In Canada, the base compensation range for this role is CAD 101,000

*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

You’ll work closely with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, CapEx, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, both at WHOOP HQ and at production sites, to ensure our products are developed, validated, and launched on time, at scale, and at the right quality. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting complex consumer electronics or high-volume hardware programs through EVT, DVT, PVT, and ramp, and is comfortable driving decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving launch environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end manufacturing program execution for a hardware product from early development through mass production launch, serving as the primary manufacturing program lead.
- Lead manufacturing readiness across EVT, DVT, PVT, pre-production, and production ramp, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule and with high quality.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, build schedules, critical paths, risk registers, issue trackers, and validation milestones across internal teams and manufacturing partners.
- Drive manufacturing process development, documentation, optimization, and validation in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
- Coordinate build planning and execution, including build objectives, factory readiness, equipment deployment, process validation, test integration, issue resolution, post-build closure, and exit criteria for each build phase.
- Drive ramp readiness by ensuring yield, throughput, capacity, staffing, equipment, process documentation, and operational handoff criteria are understood, tracked, and achieved before mass production.
- Establish and drive the manufacturing NPI operating cadence during critical program phases, including build readiness reviews, cross-functional issue reviews, leadership updates, timely decisions, and accountability across a focused cross-functional team.
- Identify program risks early and drive cross-functional issue resolution with clear ownership, root cause analysis, corrective actions, escalation paths, and recovery plans while balancing schedule, quality, cost, and manufacturing readiness.
- Communicate clear program status, key decisions, risks, and recovery plans to engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure successful execution of manufacturing activities and production readiness.
- Contribute to improving manufacturing program management processes, documentation, and tools to enable more scalable and predictable NPI execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing development, hardware engineering, or a related field.
- Experience owning at least one complete hardware product development cycle from prototype through mass production launch, including EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp.
- Proven ability to independently lead manufacturing programs with cross-functional engineering teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Experience working directly with overseas manufacturing partners, particularly in Asia, within consumer electronics or other high-volume hardware industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including SMT, mechanical assembly, test, validation, and pack-out.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive decisions across engineering and operations teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical teams and leadership audiences.
- Proficiency with Excel, Jira, Confluence, Gantt/scheduling tools, Google Workspace, and PLM systems (Arena preferred).
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% to support supplier builds, validation activities, and production launches.

GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
The Role
GiveWell is hiring a Senior Philanthropy Advisor to manage and advise a portfolio of our largest donors. This role will help shape our relationship strategy with donors giving seven- to ten-figure gifts and will have significant influence over how GiveWell’s philanthropy function grows and evolves. You will manage and advise a portfolio of our largest donors, serve as a leader within our philanthropy team, and be a thought partner to our senior leadership team.
Why We’re Hiring Now
Many of our donors are analytical, quantitative thinkers, and their deep engagement with our research makes our work better. We've built a philanthropy team to match. We take the time to understand what our donors value, we treat their giving as a true partnership, and we invest in learning our own research deeply so we can help donors do the same. We measure our relationships in years, not quarters.
We face a historic opportunity to scale giving to high-impact causes and to save and improve lives around the world. To meet this moment, we are engaging a new generation of major philanthropists, while strengthening the partnerships model that has made our existing donor relationships so productive. We believe that deepening our philanthropic partnerships with our current and future major donors is one of the highest-leverage actions GiveWell can take to ensure significantly more funding for some of the world’s most cost-effective programs.
What You’ll Do
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with major donors that deepen donors’ understanding of GiveWell’s work.
Proactively identify the insights, data points, and narratives from GiveWell’s research that are most relevant to major donor decision-making.
Drive and lead team-wide initiatives and significant projects to make our work accessible, from learning journey design, playbooks, and systems to donor events and donor communications.
Translate GiveWell’s research into original donor-facing content that makes our work accessible to analytically sophisticated, time-poor major donors.
Serve as a strategic advisor to GiveWell’s leadership.
Drive improvements to our philanthropy culture, systems, and processes to improve how our philanthropy function operates and scales.
About You
You understand how people translate their values into action. You're comfortable connecting with a wide range of people, from the donor who wants to deeply understand every assumption in our model to the donor who wants a high-trust, low-friction recommendation they can act on quickly, and everyone in between.
Your background includes significant experience earning trust with discerning, analytic people, where you are a partner in somebody else's high-stakes decisions. You've experienced navigating this, not by telling them what to do, but by helping them think clearly and get the right information to support what they're trying to accomplish. You know how to help people navigate doubt and complexity. You are comfortable both bringing a clear point of view (for example, by saying, "Here's what I would do") and helping people strengthen their own judgment over time.
You are excited by intellectually demanding work. You are ready to engage with complex global health topics, including our cost-effectiveness models, program evaluation, and evidence quality. You are driven to get up to speed and be ready to explain them clearly to audiences who will push back on our thinking. You are excited to engage with hard follow-up questions and people who will expect rigorous answers. While you don't need prior global health experience, you will need to demonstrate you can get up to speed quickly on complex quantitative subject matter and translate it rigorously and credibly.
You bring high emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a clear sense of mission to your day-to-day work. You’re a collaborator who connects dots and builds relationships across teams.
You bring depth of leadership experience, and you are comfortable supporting strategic decisions and rolling up your sleeves to build and shape our work. You are ready to bring adaptive energy to this work while being comfortable deeply explaining your reasoning and taking time to reach high-quality decisions where it matters.
Strong candidates will have:
A track record of managing sophisticated, high-stakes relationships—whether with major donors, ultra-high-net-worth clients, foundation officers, board members, or similarly discerning stakeholders in another field entirely.
Exceptional relationship management skills, with high emotional intelligence, an advisory mindset, and the ability to hold a large amount of context about a person and synthesize it in real time.
Interest in global health and development, and the ability to engage in complex research and ideas even without prior experience in the sector.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal—clear, tailored, and credible messaging for discerning stakeholders, including comfort producing original written content.
Leadership skills to partner with senior staff and influence across teams collaboratively.
Strong operational expertise: leading cross-team projects, building scalable processes, and translating strategy into action.
Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, humility, and long-term trust-building.
Who Tends to do well:
People who enjoy building relationships and understanding what motivates the people they work with
People who can engage thoughtful, analytical audiences and handle nuanced conversations
Fast learners who can pick up complex, unfamiliar subject matter and enjoy translating it verbally and into written content
Self-starters who take ownership and work well in a collaborative, evolving team
People who are proactive and anticipatory—who reach out before the other person knows they need something
People who are comfortable sitting with complexity and helping others navigate uncertainty
People who are enthusiastic about GiveWell's mission and values
Key Questions
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
You prefer research or analysis over building relationships with people
You struggle with initiating challenging or direct conversations
You prefer highly structured environments with clear answers at all times
You prefer to share information and let others draw conclusions, rather than offering their own synthesis and point of view
What does this interview process entail?
We'll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We'll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan is:
Screen with our Manager, Talent Acquisition
Compensated 4-hour work trial (written)
Interviews with our VP, Philanthropy and Senior Manager, Philanthropy
Additional work trial (live interview) with our VP, Philanthropy and a Senior Philanthropy Advisor
Final Onsite in our Oakland, California headquarters, where you’ll interview with members of our executive leadership team in person (we will cover your travel expenses).

GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the UK market. As Regional Partner Manager for UK, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our London sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's UK partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the UK partner community.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in the UK, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the UK sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in the UK
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in London with existing knowledge of the UK technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with UK-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is £162,000 - £190,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

- Preferred: 2+ years experience applying advanced mathematical and statistical techniques.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$210,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Most providers make customers migrate their data to them. We're doing the opposite: bringing ClickHouse Cloud into the environments our customers already trust, so their data stays useful right where it lives.
Those environments come in a few shapes. Some are major cloud data platforms that run ClickHouse as a native service, so customers get it without leaving the tool they already use. Some are BI and visualization tools that need ClickHouse to show up as a fast, first-class data source behind their dashboards. And some are developer and data platforms we connect through marketplaces and identity federation with a couple of clicks or agentic calls. Every integration is unique, but the goal is the same every time: ClickHouse should feel like a first-class citizen in every environment.
The craft is finding the patterns underneath different integrations. As one of the first backend engineers, you'll help shape the technical defaults for this team. You'll have end-to-end ownership, but you'll also work inside the constraints of platforms you don't own: thin documentation, unfamiliar deployment topologies, and timelines governed by partner approval cycles. A lot of the challenge is engineering across trust boundaries you don't fully control.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll work closely with your engineering manager, the product manager, a growing team, and experienced engineers across the broader org. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, let's talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own an integration end to end: the design, the code, and the production system that keeps running after launch. The patterns you set there become defaults the rest of the team builds on.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Owning the architecture: auth and identity flows, multi-tenancy, how data moves and where it's allowed to live, performance, and what happens in production
- Running what you build. Which means owning the infrastructure, CI, deployment, observability behind it and on-call
- Working on top of external platforms you can't change, and being straight about which risks are yours to manage and which aren't
- Partnering closely with the internal teams whose services you depend on: iterating on product requirements, agreeing on interfaces and protocols, and proactively finding ways to keep moving
ABOUT YOU
These are the attributes of someone who will perform well in this role:
- 8+ years building software, with a good chunk of it on data-heavy or integration-flavored systems
- Preferably proficient in TypeScript or Go or comfortable contributing to each
- Solid backend and systems instincts. You can reason about deployment topology, multi-tenancy, and data movement, and you're comfortable owning architectural tradeoffs you'll have to live with later
- You've worked with modern auth protocols, service principals, and identity federation, and you know how to get it right across a trust boundary
- You've built on someone else's platform and know what that's actually like: incomplete docs, unintended breaking changes, etc.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity. You can ship before the spec is finished, make sensible calls under uncertainty, and flag the decisions that'll be hard to undo to your team before we bake them in.
- You're good with other engineers. Much of the work runs through teams you don't own, and you earn their trust by how you think, not just what you commit.
- You're mainly a backend engineer, but you're comfortable enough to touch a modern React app
- You use AI tools well and honestly. Reach for Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or whatever helps, and be clear about where you did and didn't
- You write well. Most of how we coordinate happens async in chats, design docs and RFCs
NICE TO HAVE
None of these are required, but any of them would be a bonus:
- Close familiarity with a major cloud data or analytics platform ecosystem
- Real depth in auth and identity federation, or experience building to a partner's security review, marketplace requirements or certification requirements
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms, or the isolation and deployment topology behind them
- Working knowledge of ClickHouse, or another columnar / OLAP engine
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.
