We’re looking for a
Senior Android Engineer
to join our SDUI team. In this role, you’ll help us build and scale our server-driven UI (
SDUI
) platform, enabling teams to build a UI once and have it deploy seamlessly to iOS, Android, and Web without redeploying a new app — performantly and consistently. This role is based in our London office with a hybrid setup, typically three days in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the SDUI team. We own the Android rendering layer of our server-driven UI platform, and the backend services that drive it, ensuring every consumer surface built on it is fast, correct, and visually indistinguishable from native.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive technical execution
by designing, building, and evolving the Android SDUI renderer — and the backend services (Kotlin, Golang, Protobuf) that feed it — to handle complex, real-time UI updates at scale.
Lead architectural improvements
and code reviews, ensuring the maintainability, visibility, and operational health of the renderer as more teams build on top of it.
Partner with cross-functional disciplines
(iOS and Web renderer engineers, product and design teams) to plan rollouts, align on platform decisions, and influence the roadmap.
Own large-scale initiatives
from design to delivery — including the push to bring SDUI motion and interaction quality to native-equivalent, and the ongoing migration off legacy rendering systems.
Support the growth of others
by mentoring colleagues and taking an active role in our engineering hiring process.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
5+ years building Android applications at scale
, with a deep understanding of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Backend development experience
, specifically with Golang, Kotlin, and Protobuf, and the comfort to move between client and server code as the work demands.
Experience building or maintaining a server-driven / declarative UI system
, with a keen interest in pushing what's possible with declarative rendering — bonus points if that included Litho or another DSL-based renderer.
A product mindset
, and the instinct to apply it to how you design platform services for the teams that build on top of them.
Demonstrated ownership of technical delivery
within cross-functional teams, guiding implementation choices and technical design for a platform other teams build on.
Strong communication skills
, working across time zones with iOS, Web, and Backend counterparts, plus PMs and multiple product teams.
A pride in software craft
, with a commitment to writing readable, well-designed, and thoroughly tested mobile code.
Bonus points for exposure to Figma-to-code tooling, design-token/theming systems, or accessibility work in mobile rendering.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters — solving real problems for a platform that every consumer-facing team builds on. We’re renderer engineers, systems thinkers, and platform builders, brought together by a shared drive to make shipping UI changes fast and safe. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale
— Work on a rendering platform that every consumer surface depends on, used by millions of customers every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast
— Ship, test and improve the renderer quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.

— Take on big, ambiguous platform problems and accelerate your career with strong support.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Backend Engineer on GitLab's Core DevOps team, you'll provide technical leadership across your team and adjacent teams. You'll lead large backend initiatives, guide the modernization of a large monolith into modular, reusable, appropriately independent systems, and set standards that help teams move faster without compromising quality, security, reliability, or operability.
You'll work with Product, Frontend, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Engineering Managers, and engineers across product groups. You'll lead complex backend architecture, make product trade-offs, and influence technical direction without formal authority.
GitLab is an open core software company that develops an artificial intelligence-powered DevSecOps platform. Our mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment where you communicate decisions clearly in writing and work independently.
What you’ll do
Lead the technical design and delivery of backend initiatives that span teams, and identify and remove systemic bottlenecks across product and infrastructure groups.
Drive modular backend, service, data, and platform architecture, including modernization of the monolith and legacy backends while preventing fragmentation and service sprawl.
Define and improve standards for application programming interfaces, contracts, compatibility, schema evolution, testing, security, performance, observability, operability, and maintainability.
Establish patterns for dependency management, data ownership, eventing, failure isolation, service maturity, and operational documentation.
Establish Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices where they matter to the production estate, and guide Rust adoption where it addresses systems, security, performance, or supply-chain needs.
Take part in on-call and incident response for systems your teams own, serve as a technical escalation point during complex incidents, and turn lessons from incidents into lasting improvements.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform roadmap decisions and investment trade-offs.
Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers, reduce technical debt, build reusable patterns that improve team throughput, and lead adoption of artificial intelligence-assisted and agentic workflows with quality, security, privacy, and operational guardrails.
What you’ll bring
A record of leading technical work across more than one team or a broad product area.
Deep backend architecture and production experience with complex applications, services, or platforms, including application programming interfaces, service platforms, data systems, modular monoliths, or shared backend components.
Experience modernizing a monolith or legacy backend architecture in production and using modular approaches such as bounded contexts, package encapsulation, ports and adapters, service extraction, or event-driven boundaries.
Experience building alignment through clear written proposals and decision records so teams document, understand, and adopt technical decisions.
Experience making trade-offs among customer outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, reliability, and long-term platform investment.
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review, documentation, and practice.
Production experience with artificial intelligence-assisted or agentic engineering workflows, including improving how a team adopts them.
About the team
The Core DevOps team owns core repository capabilities, from Git command-line operations to web-based code exploration. We build features and platforms, improve existing capabilities, and improve maintainability, accessibility, performance, and workflows for teams using artificial intelligence-assisted development tools.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Mistral AI is building a new Compute Support team to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our GPU clusters in a Kubernetes environment. As one of the founding members of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its processes, standards, and culture.
In this hybrid L1/L2 support role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for compute-related inquiries. You’ll also serve as the escalation point for complex issues, leveraging your deep systems knowledge, Kubernetes expertise, and operational debugging skills to ensure our AI workloads run smoothly at scale.
This is a support-focused role that blends system administration, customer-facing communication, and compute infrastructure expertise. While coding is not the primary focus, familiarity with Go for debugging and automation is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FIRST CUSTOMER’S POINT OF CONTACT
- Act as the first interlocutor for customers and internal teams, providing timely and effective responses to compute-related inquiries.
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring SLAs are met for acknowledgment, first response, and resolution.
- Gather and analyze initial issue details (e.g., logs, error messages, system metrics) to diagnose problems efficiently.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to customers and internal users, including temporary workarounds where applicable.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Serve as the L2 escalation point for Linux, Kubernetes, and compute infrastructure issues, providing deep technical troubleshooting for:
- GPU/TPU workloads (e.g., CUDA errors, memory leaks, job failures).
- Kubernetes clusters (e.g., pod crashes, node failures, networking misconfigurations).
- Bare metal and cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, GCP VMs, HPC clusters).
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, hardware failures, and resource contention in distributed systems.
- Analyze system metrics, logs, and traces (e.g., dmesg, journalctl, nvidia-smi, Prometheus, Grafana) to identify root causes of issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical compute systems
- Nice to have: Optimize system configurations (e.g., kernel parameters, filesystem tuning, network settings) for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workloads.
KUBERNETES & CONTAINERIZATION
- Debug Kubernetes clusters with a focus on:
- Pod and node issues (e.g., CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, ImagePullBackOff).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes, StorageClasses).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes, node affinity).
- Troubleshoot container runtime issues (Docker, containerd) such as image pull failures, OCI compliance, or runtime errors.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to understand and improve existing IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and Go-based tooling.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation for common compute issues (e.g., GPU debugging, Kubernetes troubleshooting).
- Contribute to post-mortems with actionable follow-ups to prevent recurring incidents.
- Train internal teams on best practices for compute infrastructure and debugging.
- Help define and refine support processes as a founding member of the new Compute Support team.
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, technical support, or infrastructure operations, with a strong focus on compute-heavy environments (bare metal, cloud, HPC, or virtualization).
- Deep Linux/Unix expertise:
- Debugging kernel-level issues (e.g., OOM killer, I/O bottlenecks, CPU throttling).
- Performance tuning (e.g., sysctl, ulimit, filesystem optimizations).
- Networking troubleshooting (e.g., iptables, tcpdump, DNS, NFS, SSH).
- Storage management (e.g., LVM, RAID, NVMe, GPU-local storage).
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience is mandatory:
- Debugging pods, nodes, and clusters (e.g., kubectl describe, kubectl logs, crictl).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, containerd) and basic IaC awareness Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Basic scripting/automation skills (preferably Go, but Bash or Python are acceptable for ad-hoc tasks).
- Experience with bare metal, virtualization, or HPC environments (e.g., Fluidstack, Coreweave, Vast) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resolving issues efficiently and improving system reliability.
- Ability to work in on-call rotations and handle high-pressure situations with a structured, calm approach.
- Commitment to meeting tight SLAs for issue acknowledgment, triage, and first response.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:

to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.

Run Experiments and Product Research
Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
Turn Data into Product Insights
Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
Build Analytics for Scale
Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
Partner with Product Teams
Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
Use AI to Work Smarter
Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Role
Studio has been developed to help enterprises build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions. It provides the infrastructure enterprises need to scale their use cases, including comprehensive monitoring, reliable automation, and centralized tracking of AI assets.
We are seeking a strong product leader to own the strategy and shape the future of Studio redefining the AI builder experience in enterprises.
You will determine how enterprises observe AI behavior, run complex workflows, version and track assets, and deploy safely across hybrid and self-hosted environments.
What You Will do
- Strategy & Vision - Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy and annual goals for Studio. You will be accountable for its business impact.
- Team leadership - Build the Studio PM organization: hire PMs and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews…), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Delivery & Execution - Partner with engineering leadership on the roadmap to scope, sequence, and deliver value by balancing quick wins for our customers while advancing the long-term platform bets.
- Drive strategic customer discovery with the PMs under your responsibility.
- Go-to-market - Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally and with other product leaders to ensure we have a unified customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in product management, with deep experience building technical platform, infrastructure or developer products for enterprise customers and AI/ML fluency
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences
- Experience launching and scaling products
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ownership and pragmatism: low ego, high EQ, bias for action; equally comfortable crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, UX details, or a customer escalation
- Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and users.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift.
- Self-directed, taking initiative to navigate unknowns and own outcomes.
