Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for a deeply technical product leader to lead the four teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.
This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform
Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma
Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability
Guide the development of the code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code
Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the team's open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft
Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's product suite
Establish a strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready projects.
A signed agreement is only the beginning. You'll lead development planning, utility coordination, permitting, consultant management, and infrastructure planning to prepare projects for successful delivery.
Keep development ahead of construction.
Coordinate engineering, utilities, municipalities, and development partners so projects remain ready for execution while commercial negotiations conclude and infrastructure requirements evolve.
Build a repeatable development program.
Help establish the standards, development governance, readiness gates, and project controls that will support AI infrastructure development across the Americas.
About the Role
As a Development Manager, you'll lead the development of AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from executed agreement through construction readiness. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll partner with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the development standards, governance processes, readiness gates, and project controls you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping build the systems that make every future project faster, more predictable, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead the development of AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Own integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, milestones, and the pre-construction risk register.
Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key development milestones.
Deliver development-ready projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation and minimized risk.
Development Planning & Governance
Lead development activities from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
Own the development budget, schedule, assumptions, and risk register throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.
Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings, and recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key milestones.
Infrastructure & Utility Coordination
Coordinate infrastructure planning for electrical service, substations, fiber, water, sewer, stormwater, and transportation access.
Coordinate permitting, utility planning, entitlement activities, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Partner with utility providers, municipalities, engineering teams, and consultants to validate executable development plans.
Ensure infrastructure assumptions are fully integrated into project budgets and schedules.
Construction Readiness
Establish development readiness criteria and project handoff standards.
Verify permits, utility agreements, infrastructure planning, owner deliverables, and development obligations are complete before turnover.
Deliver projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation, defined scope, and minimized development risk.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
Coordinate architects, civil engineers, environmental consultants, surveyors, permitting specialists, and other external partners.
Align internal stakeholders and external consultants to prevent scope, schedule, and cost drift throughout development.
What Success Looks Like
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready development projects.
Deliver predictable development schedules, budgets, and readiness milestones.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Build trusted relationships with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and development partners.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping define how future projects should be executed.
8+ years of experience in data center development, industrial development, infrastructure development, land development, or mission-critical projects.
Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, consultant management, and development planning activities.
Strong understanding of infrastructure development, owner's budgeting, development scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction planning.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal, and construction.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
Experience with utility coordination, entitlement strategy, infrastructure planning, and owner's representation.
Experience with self-development or joint venture delivery models.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar professional certification.

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies ever experience, and talent is the surface where our biggest bets get won or lost. We're hiring a Program Manager to sit at the center of that motion, owning the mission-critical, cross-functional programs that shape how we plan, prioritize, and hire.
This is a uniquely visible seat, reserved for operators who thrive in ambiguity and have a track record of driving companywide initiatives to measurable outcomes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with recruiting leadership, executives, and cross-functional partners to architect the systems, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks that let the company move faster and with more clarity. When a complex, high-stakes program needs an owner, you're the person leadership turns to.
What You'll Do
- Own Perplexity's most consequential talent programs end-to-end, from ambiguous mandate to shipped outcome
- Partner directly with executives and recruiting leadership to turn strategy into programs with clear owners, milestones, and accountability
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership, aligning stakeholders and clearing blockers before they escalate
- Design the operating cadence of the org: planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, and executive updates that keep leadership decisive
- Build the systems, tooling, and workflows that let recruiting scale, automating the repetitive so human judgment goes to the highest-leverage work
- Stand up the metrics and dashboards that turn hiring data into faster, sharper decisions
- Anticipate risk on the highest-visibility programs, communicate crisply under pressure, and drive to resolution when priorities shift
- Set the bar for program excellence and codify repeatable playbooks the rest of the company can adopt
What You Bring
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of companywide, mission-critical initiatives
- Direct experience partnering with and presenting to executives on high-stakes, cross-functional work
- Track record of driving ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments
- Operational rigor. You build order out of chaos and design systems that outlast you
- Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to structure messy data into clear direction for leadership
- Sharp communication and stakeholder judgment, with the discretion to operate on sensitive, high-visibility work
- A builder's mindset and a bias for action, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what hasn't been built before
- Recruiting, talent, or People-org program experience is a plus, but we're optimizing for the best operators first

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our People Intelligence/Apps Technical Product Manager within the People Strategy & Insights team, you'll be a critical part of developing our agentic enablement platform and responsible for building and shipping the People applications that power how we hire, develop, and grow our team — from workforce planning tools to AI-augmented performance and org design solutions.
Reporting to our Director of People Strategy & Insights and collaborating closely with People Partners, Leaders, FP&A, IT, and AI and Platform Engineering, you'll translate complex People domain challenges into elegant, scalable products that make a real difference in how we operate. At Taxfix, we're building an AI-native company — and this role sits right at the heart of that mission.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of the employee as “Builder” concept, and map the requirements different parts of the organisation have to unlock the capability of Engineers and non-Engineers to ship agentic workflows.
- Design and implement AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns, experimenting with emerging techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible in People operations.
- Build, iterate, and continuously improve People applications using no-code and low-code platforms such as Claude Code, Notion, n8n, Google Cloud Apps, and other AI tools — owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimisation.
- Lead the continued adaption of Product mindset and ways of working across the People function, including the development and on going refinement of the People Products Roadmap.
- Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised People applications roadmap, balancing day-to-day operational demands with longer-term strategic initiatives and a clear build-vs-buy framework.
- Build and maintain integrations across the People tech stack — including HiBob, Ashby, Peakon, and Postgres — ensuring seamless data flows, strong data integrity, and reliable automation via n8n.
- Lead change management for new applications and features, creating documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions, then gathering feedback to iterate rapidly.
- Partner with PSI leadership, People Partners, Workforce Planners, and FP&A, while collaborating with IT and Engineering to ensure all solutions meet IT security and privacy standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role, with a proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end.
- You have hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio, and you think naturally about how to design effective human-AI collaboration patterns.
- You are a curious PM that is not afraid to challenge the status quo in a pragmatic and constructive way.
- You are thinking in systems, understanding the economical aspect of internal processes and products and how those can create value.
- You are technically fluent, comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows, and you know when to bring in Engineering versus when to build it yourself.
- You have a product mindset: you manage roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver incremental value in fast-paced environments, all while keeping the end user's experience front and centre.
- You are highly proficient with no-code and low-code platforms, Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps, or similar, and you're comfortable designing data models that support complex business logic and reporting.
- Experience in People or HR tech, workforce planning, or org design is a strong plus, as is a background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

Your main goal will be to consistently improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team. Fast delivery and fluent operations consist of a large field of things, this is one of the key day to day operational tasks you’ll be working with.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for observability at Render. The role spans both the systems layer and the fast-emerging world of agent observability. This is a role for someone who wants to define what it means to understand your software in an era where AI is fundamentally changing how it gets built and run: where a production incident might trace through services, queues, model calls, and autonomous agent decisions, and where cost is measured in tokens as much as CPU-hours.
This is a new specialization at Render, and you will own the visibility layer for AI workloads and drive the technical and strategic direction for Render's observability surface, including logs, metrics, traces, and the OpenTelemetry ecosystem. You'll engage with Render's customers and our product development teams to develop a deep understanding of how they debug, monitor, and manage spend, and build conviction about where observability needs to go next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for observability at Render. Your scope spans systems telemetry (logs, metrics, distributed tracing), OpenTelemetry-native instrumentation and export, agent and LLM observability (traces of model calls, tool use, and multi-step agent runs), and the cost and usage layer that makes token economics legible.
- Drive prioritization across observability investments, balancing foundational telemetry infrastructure against near-term product needs.
- Partner deeply with Engineering & other Product teams to shape the technical direction of Render's telemetry pipeline, ensuring architectural decisions optimize for signal fidelity, query performance, and cost at scale. Observability touches every product surface at Render, so the dexterity to understand the shape of our other investment areas is essential.
- Develop a strong, opinionated point of view on what observability means for AI-native builders. How will OTel conventions extend to agent workloads, what a trace of an agent run could look like inside Render, and how teams should reason about token spend, model routing, and cost attribution.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in Product Management, with substantive experience in observability, monitoring, developer tools, or infrastructure products.
- Working fluency with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem — signals, semantic conventions, collectors, and the tradeoffs of instrumenting real production systems. Bonus if you've tracked the emerging conventions for GenAI and agent observability.
- Familiarity with the economics of AI workloads: token pricing, model selection tradeoffs, and how teams budget for and attribute LLM spend. Major bonus if you've worked on an LLM gateway, proxy, or metering product.
- Deep developer empathy, for both internal engineering teams and our customers, and the technical depth to make sound architectural tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering.
- A track record of taking ambiguous, cross-cutting problems and turning them into clear strategy and shipped outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
