ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Success Managers at Ramp drive value for customers and revenue for the business by ensuring fast, effective onboarding and activation of newly closed customers. As a Senior Scaled CSM, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes at scale while helping shape the processes, playbooks, and customer strategy that fuel Ramp’s growth.
You’ll own a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, balancing efficiency and personalization through strong judgment, structured execution, and thoughtful use of scalable motions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with high ownership, and consistently drives customer outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation of a large portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, driving customers to full Ramp adoption within 60 days through efficient, scalable motions.
- Lead onboarding with strong executive presence, setting clear agendas, controlling call flow, and driving as much progress as possible in minimal touchpoints.
- Ensure fast, thorough, and complete implementation by educating customers on Ramp functionality, best practices, and the “why” behind key workflows.
- Confidently navigate and position Ramp’s full product suite, including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations, tailoring recommendations to customer workflows and business goals.
- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and blockers, and problem-solve alongside Product, Engineering, and Support when needed.
- Drive revenue by minimizing implementation delays and reinforcing the value of Ramp as a core financial operating system.
- Use customer data, usage signals, and patterns to prioritize outreach, identify risk, and intervene proactively.
- Balance implementation work, follow-ups, proactive outreach, and group onboarding while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Partner closely with Product to surface customer feedback, identify trends, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve onboarding processes, contributing to playbooks, enablement materials, and scalable best practices.
- Act as a multiplier for the team by sharing insights, patterns, and coaching peers through examples and collaboration.
- Help maintain an industry-leading customer experience while operating at high volume and pace.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing a high-volume book of business while consistently driving customer outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead confident, structured customer conversations and handle objections effectively.
- Experience balancing scale and personalization through group onboarding, automation, and targeted 1:1 engagement.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ideate solutions.
- Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics and signals to guide decisions and assess risk.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key performance metrics in fast-paced environments.
- High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a scaling organization.
- Strong curiosity about product design and the ability to communicate why Ramp works the way it does.

Do you manage numbers with precision, but you care even more about the systems behind them? Are you ready to take full ownership of invoice workflows, spot friction in financial processes, and help scale automation? If you enjoy solving problems using clear judgment rather than just following a rigid checklist, you will find your place here.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our finance team is growing, and we need someone to help us scale how we handle accounts payable and procurement. This role exists to ensure that our internal invoice workflows run smoothly across JetBrains entities, minimizing friction and keeping our records precise.
You will not just process transactions – you will have real ownership over the accuracy of our data and play a key role in implementing our new procurement and accounts payable automation system. You will collaborate with teams across the entire company to resolve purchase order discrepancies and streamline approval workflows. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our global business operates behind the scenes.
Day to day, you will:
Run day-to-day accounts payable activities for JetBrains entities.
Review vendor invoices and requisitions to verify authorizations and approvals.
Verify supporting documentation for vendor invoice payments.
Partner with different departments to resolve invoice approval issues, purchase order discrepancies, and disputes.
Maintain a smooth workflow for vendor and intercompany invoices, booking them accurately in our ERP system.
Prepare and track payments while communicating directly with the bank.
Process and reconcile corporate credit card and petty cash transactions.
Participate in implementing and refining our new procurement and accounts payable automation system.
Help with month-end and year-end closing routines.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and other finance projects.
What you’ll bring
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to precision in financial data.
A proactive approach to problem-solving – you do not just notice a broken process, you try to fix it.
The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and make sound decisions under clear constraints.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across different teams.
A growth mindset and a genuine motivation to develop your professional expertise.
Comfort handling tension and navigating change when systems or workflows evolve.
What you’ll need
Experience managing accounts payable activities or general accounting processes.
Practical understanding and working knowledge of Czech VAT regulations.
Professional proficiency in Excel to analyze financial data.
Professional fluency in both English and Czech to collaborate with local and global teams.
Experience navigating NetSuite (Oracle) or a similar ERP system.
What success looks like
Success in this role means earning trust through accurate day-to-day financial tracking and keeping vendor workflows moving without delays. You will know you are succeeding when you help the team successfully transition to our new automation tools, leaving our accounts payable systems cleaner, faster, and more efficient than you found them.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

- Build 12-to-18-month rolling long-term capacity models to guide hiring strategy, onboarding timelines, shrinkage allocations, and budget planning in partnership with Finance and Talent Acquisition.
- Conduct scenario modeling and risk analysis to evaluate business changes, product launches, or operational pivots.
Scheduling & Real-Time Execution
- Oversee the creation and optimization of agent schedules, ensuring optimal coverage against interval-level demand while honoring staff preferences, local labor laws, and shift flexibility.
- Lead Real-Time Analysts to manage intra-day performance, shrinkage, adherence, and queue dynamics, implementing dynamic tactical adjustments to safeguard SLAs.
- Establish robust processes for PTO management, training allocation, dynamic offline time, and overtime deployment.
Analytics, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Design and deliver executive-level WFM dashboards tracking KPI variances (Forecast vs. Actuals, Occupancy,Adherence, Cost per Contact, SLA attainment).
- Leverage advanced analytics to identify operational bottlenecks, handle time anomalies, and automation opportunities, translating data into actionable operational recommendations.
- Own the selection, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise WFM technology platforms and integrations.
People Management & Team Leadership
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of WFM Analysts, Data Analyst, and Real-Time Coordinators.
- Establish clear team KPIs, operational standards, and career development pathways within the Workforce Management function.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and skill-building sessions in forecasting methods, statistical analysis, and WFM tools.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture that balances operational efficiency with employee engagement and well-being.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Success in this role means transforming our workforce management into a competitive advantage by delivering high forecasting accuracy (±5% target variance) across all customer channels while optimizing agent occupancy and labor spend.
- Seamlessly unify internal and outsourced BPO operations through rigorous SLA governance, dynamic capacity models, and automated scheduling workflows.
- Ultimately, you will elevate the function by cultivating a high-performing WFM team, maintaining optimal service levels, and directly impacting both customer satisfaction (CSAT) and operational profitability.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's international footprint is expanding rapidly — new entities, new markets, and commercial arrangements of unusual scale and novelty. The Tax team is hiring its first dedicated leader for US international tax reporting and compliance, a role that owns the US international components of our global income tax provision and our US international compliance program end to end, reporting to our global provision lead.
You will be the technical authority on how US international tax rules apply to a frontier AI company: modeling net CFC tested income (NCTI, formerly GILTI), the FDDEI (formerly FDII) deduction, BEAT, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits through the provision each quarter, and standing up a compliance process that scales with the company. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will build the calculations, the controls, and eventually the team, while partnering closely with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and our Big 4 advisors.
Key responsibilities
Own the US international components of the quarterly and annual worldwide income tax provision: NCTI/GILTI, Subpart F, FDDEI/FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credit computations, Section 861 expense allocation and apportionment, E&P and PTEP tracking
Own outside basis difference analysis and indefinite reinvestment assertions under ASC 740-30, and US international aspects of valuation allowance and uncertain tax position assessments
Design and operate SOX controls over the international provision process and support the financial statement audit with our external auditors
Lead preparation and review of the US international tax return workpapers and forms — today Forms 5471, 8992, and 926, expanding to Forms 1118, 8858, 8865, 8991, and 8993 as the international footprint and tax profile grow — including elections, statements, and disclosures, working with our co-sourced Big 4 compliance provider
Support US withholding tax compliance (Forms 1042/1042-S) and cross-border payment analysis
Build a compliance calendar, data pipelines, and review procedures that keep pace with new entities and transactions; drive automation and tax technology adoption (including AI tooling)
Assist the tax planning and M&A teams on modeling the US international tax consequences of new market entry, entity structuring, intercompany and transfer pricing arrangements, financing, and M&A — from diligence through integration
Monitor and model legislative and regulatory developments (OBBBA implementation guidance, Pillar Two interaction with the US system) and model their provision and cash tax impacts for leadership
Manage outside advisors, support audit defense and controversy on US international issues, and mentor and develop tax team members
Minimum qualifications
Have substantial US international tax experience serving or working in multinational software and technology companies, with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and in-house corporate tax department experience
Have deep technical command of US international tax law — NCTI/GILTI, Subpart F, FDDEI/FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, E&P/PTEP, Section 861 allocation — and of ASC 740 as it applies to those items, including ASC 740-30 outside basis analysis
Have owned both the provision and the compliance sides of a US international tax function at scale, including reviewer-level command of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8991, 8992, and 8993
Hold a CPA and/or JD; a Master's in Taxation or LLM is a plus
Communicate complex technical positions clearly to auditors, executives, and non-tax partners, and are comfortable being the sole authority on your domain
Thrive in a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment where the fact pattern is often novel and the process has to be built, not inherited
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Pillar Two data and modeling and its interaction with US rules
Experience with the tax aspects of large, novel commercial arrangements — infrastructure and compute agreements, strategic investments, or complex equity structures
Hands-on experience with tax technology and an interest in applying AI tools to tax workflows
Pre-IPO readiness or public company reporting experience at a multinational software company
M&A experience spanning diligence, structuring, purchase accounting, and post-close integration

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
